Claims (9)

  1. Appareil de chauffage de fluides par induction électromagnétique (100), comprenant :
    - une bobine (1) traversée par un courant électrique alternatif pour la génération d'un champ électromagnétique,
    - un conteneur (2), agencé à l'intérieur de la bobine d'induction électromagnétique, consistant en un élément cylindrique creux en matériau non électroconducteur et non magnétique, contenant un élément de chauffage (3) dans la zone dans laquelle la bobine induit le champ électromagnétique,
    - deux brides perforées (5) pour fermer le conteneur (2) pourvues de connexions pour le passage du fluide,
    - une isolation thermique (6) entre la bobine (1) et le conteneur (2) constituée d'un matériau non électroconducteur et non magnétique,
    dans lequel l'élément de chauffage (3) consiste en un jeu de billes (4),
    caractérisé en ce que les billes du jeu de billes comportent une âme (4") en matériau électroconducteur et un revêtement externe (4') en matériau électriquement isolant.
  2. Appareil de chauffage de fluides par induction électromagnétique (100) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit jeu de billes (4) qui constitue l'élément de chauffage (3) est garni de manière aléatoire ou ordonnée.
  3. Appareil de chauffage de fluides par induction électromagnétique (100) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que ladite âme conductrice (4") de billes (4) est constituée d'un matériau présentant des caractéristiques diamagnétiques, paramagnétiques ou ferromagnétiques.
  4. Appareil de chauffage de fluides par induction électromagnétique (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'âme conductrice (4") des billes (4) présente une structure pleine ou creuse.
  5. Appareil de chauffage de fluides par induction électromagnétique (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le diamètre des billes est une fonction croissante de la viscosité du fluide que les traverse.
  6. Appareil de chauffage de fluides par induction électromagnétique (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins l'une desdites brides terminales (5), agencée côté sortie du fluide, présente une forme interne en entonnoir pour éviter la formation d'une stagnation du fluide qui traverse l'appareil de chauffage par induction électromagnétique.
  7. Appareil de chauffage de fluides par induction électromagnétique (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les billes (4) qui constituent l'élément de chauffage (3) sont recouvertes d'une couche d'un matériau isolant constitué d'une résine thermoplastique ou thermodurcissable.
  8. Appareil de chauffage de fluides par induction électromagnétique (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les billes (4) qui constituent l'élément de chauffage (3) sont revêtues d'une couche de matériau céramique.
  9. Procédé de chauffage de fluides consistant à faire passer le fluide dans un appareil de chauffage de fluides par induction électromagnétique (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
