Description

The present invention relates to an outsole that has non-slip properties. The present invention also relates to a shoe equipped with an outsole according to the invention.

The outsole of the shoe is also known as the outsole. It is the part of the shoe that is in direct contact with the ground. Rubber materials, plastics or leather are often used for outsoles.

In order to ensure stability for the shoe wearer, shoes or outsoles are expected to have grip on the ground. Shoes should not slip or slide across the floor. For this purpose, the treads of the shoes are equipped with profiles. Profiles formed from studs, ribs, grooves and indentations in a wide variety of shapes and compositions are known. For example, in the DE 969 455 B a profiling of the shoe sole or the heel is disclosed, the profiles of which are arranged irregularly. Ribs and grooves generate high sliding friction on uneven ground and thus prevent slipping. However, the grip of such a sole is greatly reduced or even eliminated on smooth surfaces. Such a sole is therefore not satisfactory.

Because a shoe sole is expected to offer slip resistance even under extreme conditions. While a lugged tread is best suited to wet grass, snow and ice surfaces, a ribbed, grooved or notched tread is better suited to wet and hard surfaces.

In most cases, however, the shoe industry offers seasonal shoes, so that the problem of a sole that is suitable for heavy rain in summer and for snow and ice-covered areas in winter does not even arise. However, this is unsatisfactory.

The U.S. 2012/0260535 A1 describes a sole structure with an outsole element. The outsole element comprises a plurality of adhesion elements, each of these elements being arranged in a recess of the outsole element.

The US 2011/0247243 A1 describes a sole structure comprising a first cleat system made of a first material and a second cleat system made of a second material, wherein the first cleat system has a first cleat design and the second cleat system has a second cleat design.

Against this background, the object of the present invention is to provide an improved outsole for a shoe and a shoe equipped with such an outsole, in which the sole has improved anti-slip properties.

This problem is solved by an outsole for a shoe with the features of claim 1.

Preferred embodiments can be found in the dependent claims.

The outsole according to the invention comprises an at least partially profiled tread, which comprises at least one first profile area and at least one second profile area separate therefrom in the same plane.

The term profile area is understood by the invention to mean a flat sub-area of the outsole provided with profiles and having defined properties. These include, for example, the Shore hardness used for the structure of the profile area, the arrangement of different profile areas on the tread or their elevation compared to neighboring profile areas. Both the shape and the size of a profile area can be optimized according to the usage requirement (e.g. running shoe, hiking shoe, business shoe) of the shoe.

In order to achieve the improved traction of the outsole, the first profile area should have a higher shore hardness than the second profile area. On the other hand, at least one elastic adhesion shell should be formed within the first profile area. Finally, the second profile area should protrude outwards relative to the surface of the first profile area. In this case, the tread preferably comprises a plurality of first profile areas with elastic adhesion shells arranged therein and separate second profile areas. The adhesion shell is preferably designed in the manner of a hump or knob-like with a peripheral lip.

In the case of the present invention, particular importance is attached to the adhesion shells, because they lead to a canting with the floor surface and thus to an improved grip of the sole on the subsoil. The adhesion shells are therefore preferably provided with a peripheral lip, which compresses under load (ie when walking) and cants with the subsurface. According to the invention, the adhesion shells are therefore designed to be elastic, preferably with a Shore hardness that roughly corresponds to the Shore hardness of the second profile area. The liability shells thus serve the purpose of further increasing the grip of the outsole on the ground. It is preferred that each first profile area accommodates an adhesion shell in order to achieve an even distribution of the elastic adhesion shells on the tread.

Preferred Shore hardness of the first profile area is preferably between 60 and 70 (Shore A). In this case, preferably thermoplastic elastomers or thermoplastic rubber mixtures are used. The preferred Shore hardness of the second, more elastic profile area is preferably 50. The elastic adhesion shells preferably have the same Shore hardness of around 50.

The lower Shore hardness of the second profile area serves the purpose that it is elastic enough to be able to adapt to the nature of the ground. In addition, when you step on the ground, the second profile area is compressed to such an extent that the difference in level to the first profile area is completely compensated.

In a preferred embodiment, the surface of the first profile area is profiled with a large number of profile bodies, which preferably have a platonic structure. Platonic structure means that the profile bodies are polyhedral, for example tetrahedral, hexahedral, octahedral, dodecahedral or icosahedral. The large number of these geometric bodies, which protrude convexly from the surface of the first profile area, enables advantageous static and sliding friction properties of the first profile area.

The second profile area preferably has a multiplicity of lamellae aligned transversely to the running direction as a profiling, which promotes adhesion to the ground.

In order to produce the sole more cost-effectively, the adhesion shells are each arranged within a recess in the first profile area. At the same time, the recesses also provide space if the adhesion shells are compressed when they occur and change their diameter. Therefore, it is preferable that the recess of an adhesion cup is larger in diameter than the diameter of the adhesion cup formed therein. An oval to round shape has proven to be particularly advantageous.

The adhesion shells are preferably concave and each comprise a depression bordered by an outer lip. This structure enables the adhesion shells to suck on smooth surfaces or to engage in the subsoil. Because if weight pressure is applied to a grip shell, it is compressed and the lips are pushed outwards. In the process, air is displaced from the trough, resulting in smooth A slight negative pressure with suction properties is created on the surface, so that rapid slipping or slipping of the sole can be prevented or at least greatly suppressed. So that adhesion can also succeed on uneven floor surfaces, the outer lips of the adhesion shells grip into the subsoil and, ideally, tilt.

To ensure that the height differences between the first profile area and the second profile area do not reduce walking comfort for the shoe wearer, it is preferably provided that the adhesion shells protrude to the same extent from the surface of the first profile area as the second profile area. It is preferably provided that the adhesion shells and/or the second profile areas are formed elastically so that they can adapt excellently to the ground without restricting the comfort of walking for the wearer.

In a preferred embodiment, the first profile areas and the second profile areas are arranged alternately to one another on the tread in order to achieve the best possible running and adhesion properties.

The first profile areas and the second profile areas are separated from one another by profile channels so that displaced water can be directed away from the profile areas adhering to the ground. In one embodiment, the profile grooves preferably run in the direction of the edge of the sole and thus drain the liquid to the outside.

The invention also includes a shoe equipped with an outsole having the features of the outsole described above. This can be any male or female shoe. The invention can also be used with different types of shoes or areas of use, whereby the properties of the two profile areas can vary depending on the load and requirement, be it in the Shore hardness of the individual profile areas, the arrangement of the profile areas on the outsole, the positioning and structure of the adhesion shells and the different degrees of elevation of individual profile areas compared to neighboring areas with changed shore hardness.

Figur 1 zeigt den prinzipiellen Aufbau einer Außensohle, bestehend aus einem Ballenbereich 10 und einem Fersenbereich 20. figure 1 shows the basic structure of an outsole, consisting of a ball area 10 and a heel area 20.

In the variant shown, the profiling according to the invention comprises several first profile areas 2 and several second profile areas 3 on the ball area 10 and heel area 20, the profile areas 2 and 3 being arranged alternately to one another on the tread of the outsole. Each tread area 2 or 3 has a unique geometry in terms of area size and shape.

The surface of the first profile area 2 is lower than the surface of the second profile area 3 of the same plane, i.e. the second profile area 3 is raised compared to the first profile area 2 as long as no weight pressure is exerted. The first profile area 2 has a higher Shore hardness than the second profile area 3 and is designed to be elastic. When stepping, the second profile area 3 is pressed down towards the first profile area 2 . The first, harder profile area 2 also includes a large number of profile bodies with a tetrahedral structure as profile 9.

Dabei steht die Haftungsschale 4 in gleichem Maße gegenüber der Oberfläche des ersten Profilbereichs 2 über, wie der zweite Profilbereich 3.The adhesion shell 4 is concave on the end face and includes a trough 7 which is bordered by an outer lip 6 . The adhesion shell 4 protrudes to the same extent from the surface of the first profile area 2 as the second profile area 3.

Der zweite Profilbereich 3 ist mit einer Vielzahl wellenförmiger Lamellen als Profil 8 profiliert, die zumindest im Vorderfußbereich quer zur Längsachse der Lauffläche verlaufenThe second profile area 3 is profiled as a profile 8 with a large number of wave-shaped lamellae, which run transversely to the longitudinal axis of the tread, at least in the forefoot area

The two profile areas 2, 3 are each separated from one another by inner grooves 5. The inner grooves 5 run in several tracks both along the longitudinal axis of the tread and transversely to the longitudinal axis of the tread and end in an outer groove 1.

In 2 a section of an adhesion shell 4 according to the invention is shown. This protrudes from the surface of the first profile area 2 and is designed to be elastic. The adhesion shell 4 is bordered by the outer lip 6 which borders the central depression 7 . When stepping, the outer lips 6 of the adhesion shell 4 tilt with the surface of the ground. In the case of smooth surfaces, a negative pressure can also arise, similar to a suction cup, in which the outer lips 6 suck firmly on the smooth surface and thus improve adhesion.

The profiling of the second profile area 3 in the form of a lamellar pattern or the profile body of the first profile area can also be seen. It can also be seen that the second profile area 3 is raised compared to the first profile area 2 and the adhesion shells 4 and are compressed when you step on them due to their elastic structure. The inner grooves 5 and the outer groove 1 ensure efficient evacuation of liquids when wet.

In 3 the heel area 20 is shown, which also has the properties and features according to the invention. In the variant shown, slats are also provided as a profile 9 in the heel area 20, with the adhesion shells 4 not only being arranged transversely to the running surface, but also at an angle thereto on the running surface. It can also be clearly seen how the adhesion shells 4 are let into the individual recesses 11 .
