Description
- - The invention related to the design of a completely new system for the Comber board, to find a solution for Wearing out in the traditional boards, and Wearing out the yarns and adding an automatic cleaning process, and the possibility of having a colors map on the surface of the board to facilitate handling of colors as well as to save time, effort and costs in the process of replacement of traditional boards.
Our new invention is called COMBER BOARD FOREVER (AGB - W). -
- Today, the weaving machinery benefit from the state of technology, as well as are able to carry out production at very high speed, the number of movements may reach more than 800 per minute. As well as woven width is up to large sizes such as 5 meters , which reflected negatively on the efficiency of the traditional pieces used and the quickly of Wearing out and repeatedly.
- At present, the traditional boards used in the current weaving machines are made of fiber material. The yarns passing through the holes that distributed on the board surface which made of fibers to carry out the weaving process, and the yarns are Wearing out With the passage of time due to friction.
- As a result, the temperature increases due to the movement of yarns has the refraction of the yarns occurs. Also, traditional boards may be damaged due to wear and friction continuously and fast.
- Also, because of the distortion that occurs in the yarns with traditional board, we may need to replace the damaged parts of the yarns. This is not only (the loss of efficiency), but it is also a defect financially because of the maintenance and repair costs when we must to replace the entire body of the traditional board.
- Due to all previous problems, the device may cause a lot of noise and vibrations may occur. This may damage other parts of the machine.
- SO, to keep up with this development in weaving machines and high speed carpet machines, specifically jacquard machines,
- Our company, after studies and continuously research and development have created a final alternative solution to the most of the problems related to our subject above, so that we have created Comber Board Forever AGB - W With two advantages as follows:
- 1-COMBER BOARD FOREVER (AGB - W) Without automatic dust cleaning device.
- 2- COMBER BOARD FOREVER (AGB - WS) which contains automatic dust cleaning device.
- As an additional choice for carpet industry companies or textile industry companies.
- The comber Board Forever became a permanent piece and have long life within the overall structure of the weaving machine, having been classified in the traditional boards as a frequent piece replacement switch.
- By the completely eliminating friction in Comber Board forever, compared with the traditional boards, the erosion rate in the harness cord yarn had decreased about 90
- 95 percent,
- SO, the yarns became slippery on the ceramic surfaces (ultra-smooth and high hardness), which reflected positively on the mechanical and electronic parts of the jacquard.
- In addition to the automatic cleaning system in the Comber Board Forever (AGB - WS), compared with the traditional board became very unlikely to the accumulation of dust in the holes, and dust will no longer hinder the movement of yarns up and down.
- Based on all that has been explained above, the process of frequent and infinite replacement of traditional boards, yarns and jacquard pieces due to the proportion of high friction is not necessary, and we were able to save the time and effort and financial costs resulting from this frequent replacement in the traditional cases when using Comber Board forever (AGB - WS).
-
- The invention relates to the COMBER BOARED FOREVER (AGB - WS), in order to meet above requirements, and eliminating all defects and problems and provide some additional benefits, and consists of two layers:
- The top layer and dawn layer, made of special aluminum material and ultra-hard, soft ceramic materials, which have been developed for using in the jacquard weaving machines to produce products such as carpets, clothes and blankets.
- The purpose of the invention is to enable the replacement of the part that suffers from the problem just, instead of replacing the board body completely in the case of traditional board when any wear out or problems occur there, By virtue of the ingredients of the comber board forever structure feature , by dividing of the new comber board forever body to five parts.
- The other purpose of the Comber Board forever invention is to provide prevention of loss of time while passing strings by pointing to the places where the yarns passes, through the colors map on the Comber Board forever.
- Another purpose of the invention Comber Board Forever is to provide prevention of heating that occurs for yarns, and damage occurring as a result of this heating, By virtue of the cooling effect which characterized by its ceramic material (ultra-smooth surfaces and high hardness) that made them in the surface contacting yarn in the comber board forever.
- The other purpose of the invention to prevent wear, and thus prevent failure caused by the wear and provide a reduction in maintenance and repair costs, and also thanks to the use of ceramic material (ultra-smooth surfaces and high hardness) At the point of contact the yarns with Comber Board forever.
- Also, concerns us provide automatic cleaning device, through the automatic air channel attached with comber Board Forever (AGB - WS), thus reducing the loss of efficiency in the flow of yarns up and down within the board holes.
- Another purpose of the Comber Board Forever invention , is to eliminate the vibration and sound that occurs in the machine over time, through the helping of the advanced structure of board, which consisting of aluminum with special specifications and ceramic material (ultra-smooth surfaces and high hardness).
- The structural and characteristics features of the invention and all advantages will be understood better in detailed descriptions with the figures given below and with reference to the figures, and therefore, the assessment should be made taking into account the figures and detailed explanations.
