In examples, each of the two or more pipes are vertically arranged, one above the other. Each of the pipes is of a different diameter. More specifically, each of the pipes has a different inner diameter (and may have a different or the same outer diameter). Accordingly each pipe has a different cross-sectional flow area. In some examples the pipe having the smallest diameter is placed at the top of a vertically arranged stack of pipes forming the pipe arrangement 246, and the pipe having the largest diameter is placed at the bottom of the vertically arranged stack of pipes forming the pipe arrangement 246.
