Abstract

La présente invention propose un procédé et un dispositif de re-multiplexage déterministe de flux de transport, tels que des signaux de télévision numériques, destinés principalement à être diffusés sur des réseaux à fréquence unique. Les délimiteurs de trame DTT sont insérés dans des flux par des extrémités de tête. Les flux résultants sont reçus par les émetteurs qui font fonctionner les trames DTT l'une après l'autre. Les paquets TS pour une trame DTT actuelle sont filtrés à partir des flux d'entrée et stockés. Une fois que tous les paquets TS pour la trame DTT actuelle ont été récupérés, ils peuvent être insérés dans le flux multiplexé de sortie, dans la partie de flux correspondant à cette trame DTT, selon l'horodatage. Le procédé d'insertion déterministe appliqué est basé sur un processus de gestion de demandes permettant l'insertion lisse des paquets dans la trame DTT, afin d'insérer un nombre maximum de paquets TS récupérés dans le flux de sortie tout en satisfaisant leurs contraintes de synchronisation.
