US6513677B1 dealing with an improved method and an apparatus for dispensers of product as containers of beverages, with various sizes, shape and configurations, wherein the product is delivered avoiding its impact caused by fall. The products to be delivered are aligned inside an automatic dispenser comprising a transparent front panel. A robotized carriage moves through a rack, free form vibrations, along a plane X-Y, captures the selected product and transports it near a delivery door of the product placed at the level of a hip of a person. In particular, an opening assembly for the door comprises a sliding panel assembled in order to allow a sliding movement along a vertical direction. A side of the panel slides inside a channel, while the opposite side is connected to a gear composed of a pinion integral with the door and a fixed rack to allow opening the door through an electric motor. A pair of limit switches are assembled on the side wall of the opening device for the door to respectively detect the open, lifted door, and closed, lowered door, positions. - Substantially, patent
US6513677B1 solves the problem of having to facilitate the withdrawal of a selected item. However, several improvements are necessary, aimed to allow keeping environmental conditions, which are adapted to keep the items inside the automatic dispenser. - Object of the present invention is solving the above prior art problems, by providing an automatic dispenser of product items and of goods, comprising an automatic positioning system of selected items, which is capable of allowing to position the selected items, nearby a delivering device of the items, at a level which can be easily reached and without impact caused by fall, but which is also protected in order to guarantee a certain insulation with respect to environmental conditions outside the automatic dispenser.
- A further object is introducing a new construction type and a new operating logic of an automatic dispenser in compliance with legislations in force regarding safety and ergonomy.
