Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Papierlocher gemäß Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 bzw. gemäß Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 11.The invention relates to a paper punch according to the preamble of claim 1 or according to the preamble of claim 11.
Paper punch of the type mentioned are, for example, sold by the applicant under the name "LEITZ 5008" and have proven excellent in practice because of their reliability. This paper punch has a pressure lever with a cover part made of sheet metal, which is pivotally mounted on lateral bearing blocks of the lower part. The pressure lever also has two pressure pins, each of which acts on a punch and presses when depressing the pressure lever against the force of a spring down to punch a hole in lying on a support surface on the base sheet material. The pressure bolts are each performed by a side cheek of the lid part and thickened at one end, so that they engage behind the outside of the side cheek. Likewise, a pivot rod through which the pivot axis extends, about which the pressure lever is pivotable relative to the lower part, performed both by the bearing blocks, and by the side cheeks and thickened at their ends, so that they also engages behind the side cheeks on the outside and not is displaceable. This attachment of the pressure pin and the pivot rod is very stable, but is often perceived as a disadvantage from a designer point of view.
It is therefore an object of the invention to develop a paper punch of the type mentioned in such a way that it has a more handsome design.
This object is achieved by a paper punch with the features of claim 1, alternatively, by a paper punch with the features of claim 11. Advantageous developments of the invention are the subject of the dependent claims.
The invention is based on the idea of creating a paper punch with an appealing design in that the user-facing outer sides of the cover part have the smoothest and most uniform color surface possible. According to claim 1, the pressure pins are fastened with their first end in each case to a fastening tongue which projects downwards in the region between the side cheeks from the cover part. Also, the second end of the fastening bolts is not visible from the outside, since it is attached to the respective side cheek at their respective other side cheek facing inside. Performing the pressure pin through the side cheek to form a widened head on the outside of the side cheek is thus not required, so that the pressure bolts are arranged completely inside the lid part between the side cheeks and are practically invisible to the user. It is preferred that the cover part is made of sheet metal, wherein in particular the fastening tongues can be integrally formed on the cover part. The lid part and the fastening tongues can be produced together from a single piece of sheet metal by means of a forming process, for example by punching and subsequent hollow embossing or bending. The likewise made of metal pressure pin can then be advantageously welded to the inner sides of the side walls, preferably a butt welding method is used.
Suitably, the pressure pins are each performed through a hole in the relevant fastening tongue. This is a particularly simple way to achieve a power transmission from the fastening tongue on the pressure pin. However, it has been found that welding the pressure bolts to the side cheeks by butt welding produces unsatisfactory results when much of the welding current flows off via the fastening tongue. Out For this reason, it is preferred that the holes each have a larger diameter than the pressure pin performed, so that when welding the pressure bolt to the respective side cheek of the pressure pin can be kept at a distance from the edges of the hole and no welding current flows through the fastening tongue. In order nevertheless to achieve a stable connection between the fastening tongue and the pressure pin, it is expedient for the holes in each case to carry out a sleeve receiving the first end of the respective pressure pin, which has a head engaging behind the respective fastening tongue at its side facing the other fastening tongue. The sleeves can advantageously be firmly connected to the associated pressure pin and / or with the associated attachment tongue. This opens up the possibility of first welding the pressure pin to the associated side wall, wherein it is not in contact with the fastening tongue during the welding process. Subsequently, the sleeve is passed through the hole and surrounds the fastening bolt. The sleeve fills the gap between the pressure pin and the fastening tongue and establishes a stable connection between the pressure pin and the fastening tongue. The head prevents the sleeve from slipping through the hole. The connection between the sleeve and the pressure pin and / or the tongue can be done by pressing, welding or gluing.
The cover part expediently surrounds the bearing blocks with its side cheeks on their outer sides facing away from one another. This gives the paper punch an appealing design. According to the alternative embodiment according to claim 11, the pivotal attachment of the pressure lever on the lower part then takes place in that a pivot axis about which the pressure lever relative to the lower part is pivotable, passes through at least one connecting element, which is performed by the lower part and attached to the inner sides of the side cheeks is. In contrast to the previously known paper punch, in which the pivot axis extends through an up to the outer sides of the side cheeks carried pivot axis, the at least one connecting element according to the invention again attached only to the inner sides of the side cheeks and for the User barely visible. Ideally, both aspects of the invention are combined with each other so that neither the at least one connecting element nor the pressure bolts are visible to the user.
In particular, two pivot pins come into consideration as connecting elements through which the pivot axis extends, and each of which is rotatably mounted in one of the bearing blocks and firmly connected to the inside of the associated side cheek. In particular, it is possible that the pivot pins are welded to the inner sides of the side cheeks, again preferably by means of a butt welding process. Suitably, the pivot pins each engage in a hole in the associated bearing block, from which extends an opening channel open to a rear region of the lower part. During production of the paper punch, the pivot pins are then first welded to the side cheeks. Then the side cheeks are bent slightly apart and the pivot pins inserted into the holes of the bearing blocks. For this purpose, they are advanced through the insertion channel until they snap into the holes. The insertion channels thus cause the holes to the rear area have a smaller depth, ie where only small forces from the pivot pin act on the bearing blocks when using the paper punch.
As an alternative to this embodiment, the pivot axis can run through a telescoping pivot rod, which is rotatably mounted in two bearing blocks and is pressed by the force of a compression spring received in it against the inner sides of the side cheeks. Suitably, the length of the pivot rod against the force of the compression spring can be reduced so far that it can be inserted between the bearing blocks. By removing the force acting on the pivot rod force, this extends due to the restoring force of the compression spring, engages through the holes in the pedestals and is pressed against the inner sides of the side walls, where it is suitably held in their ends umrandenden recordings.
The paper punch can also be advantageously provided with a locking device. This has a displaceably guided on the pivot rod first slide part, a rigidly connected thereto, slidably mounted on a guide rod arranged in the lower part second slide member and a locking member, and is between a locking position in which the locking member rests against one of the fastening tongues and their movement inhibits, and a release position displaced, in which the locking part releases the fastening tongue. The pressure lever can then be fixed in its depressed position, in which the paper punch occupies its smallest possible size, which is advantageous for packaging purposes, for example.

For pivotable articulation of the
In summary, the following should be noted: The invention relates to a
