This application provides a target packaging auxiliary device comprising: a support table; a support member mounted on the support table; a support rod for supporting a target, one end of the support rod is connected to the support member, and the other end of the support rod is suspended.

Description

    Technical Field
  • The application relates to, but is not limited to, a target packaging auxiliary device.
  • Background
  • Target is a raw material used in the manufacturing process of solar cells.
  • The target usually has a cylindrical tubular shape. In the process of packaging the target, the target is put into a sealed bag, and this process requires several people to cooperate with each other in a tacit agreement.
  • Summary
  • The following is an overview of the subject matter described in detail herein. This summary is not intended to limit the protection scope of the claims.
  • This application provides a target packaging auxiliary device which is easy to operate, improving the packaging quality of the target.
  • The application provides a target packaging auxiliary device comprising:
    • a support table;
    • a support member mounted on the support table;
    • a support rod for supporting a target, one end of the support rod being connected to the support member, and the other end of the support rod being suspended.
  • In an exemplary embodiment of the application, the support member may be fixedly mounted on the support table, or the support member may be rotatably mounted on the support table.
  • In an exemplary embodiment of the application, the support table may comprise a frame structure and may have a table plate, and the support member may be mounted on a top surface of the table plate.
  • In an exemplary embodiment of the application, the top surface of the table plate may be horizontal.
  • In an exemplary embodiment of the application, the support rod may be arranged parallel to the top surface of the table plate.
  • In an exemplary embodiment of the application, the distance between the support rod and the top surface of the table plate may be set such that after the target is sleeved on the support rod, there is a gap between the target and the top surface of the table surface that enables a packaging bag to be sleeved on the target.
  • In an exemplary embodiment of the application, the table plate may comprise a circular table plate.

  • In an exemplary embodiment of the application, the support member may be rotatably mounted on the support table, and the support rod may comprise a plurality of support rods which may be radially connected to the support member, and the support rods may be arranged to rotate as the support member is rotating.
  • In an exemplary embodiment of the application, the support rod may be sleeved with an anti-skid sleeve.
  • In an exemplary embodiment of the application, the anti-skid sleeve may be provided with a plurality of anti-skid protrusions.
  • In an exemplary embodiment of the application, the support member may comprise a rectangular steel plate, and the support rod may comprise a hollow steel tube.
  • In an exemplary embodiment of the application, the target packaging auxiliary device may further comprise a handle which may be fixed to one end of the table plate of the support table.

  • The target packaging auxiliary device provided by the application is arranged with the support table, the support member and the support rod, and the support rod is fixed on the support table through the support member. When packaging the target, firstly the target can be sleeved on the support rod, and then the operation of sleeving the packaging bag can be carried out without manually holding the target, facilitating the operation. Besides, since it doesn't need to manually hold and the target can be stably supported on the support rod, wrinkling of the packaging bag is avoided when the packaging bag is vacuumized, thereby improving the packaging quality of the target.

  • Detailed Description
  • Embodiments of the present application will be described in detail below in order to make the objects, technical schemes and advantages of the present application more clearly and apparent. It should be noted that, the embodiments and features in the embodiments of the present application can be arbitrarily combined with each other unless they are conflicted with one another.
  • Embodiments of the present application are described in detail below, and examples of the embodiments are shown in the accompanying drawings, in which the same or similar reference signs denote the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar functions throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the accompanying drawings are exemplary, and are only used to explain the present application but cannot be construed as limiting the present application.
  • In the process of manual packaging of the target, since the target weighs up to 40 KG, it is very difficult to operate completely by hand in the packaging process, and the surface of the target is easily hit and scratched. Besides, the surface of the packaging bag is severely wrinkled after vacuuming, which affects the packaging quality.
  • The embodiment of the application provides a target packaging auxiliary device, which can perform the operation of sleeving the packaging bag without manually holding the target, thereby facilitating the operation.
  • In particular, Fig. 1 is a schematic view of the structure of a target packaging auxiliary device provided by an embodiment of the application, which provides a target packaging auxiliary device comprising a support table 1, a support member 2 and a support rod 3.
  • The support table 1 is a frame structure, and in particular may be a rectangular frame structure formed by welding steel tubes, and the rectangular frame structure has sufficient support strength and good stability. This support table 1 has a table plate 11 which may be made of a steel plate or other materials. The table plate 11 has a horizontal top surface. It can be understood by those skilled in the art that "horizontal" herein means that when the support table 1 is placed on the horizontal ground, the top surface of the table plate 11 is a plane parallel to the horizontal ground.
  • In addition, it can be understood by those skilled in the art that the support table 1 is not limited to a frame structure, and a structure that can function as a support can be used as the support table.
  • The support member 2 may be shaped as a rectangular block, and may be made of a steel plate which is vertically fixed at one side of the top surface of the table plate 11, as shown in Fig. 1.
  • The support rod 3 is used to support the target. In order to match with the shape of the target, the support rod 3 can be cylindrical, one end of which is fixedly connected to the vertical surface of the support member 2, and the other end is suspended. In an exemplary embodiment, the axis of the support rod 3 may be parallel to the top surface of the table plate 11, and there may be a sufficient gap between the support rod 3 and the table plate 11 to facilitate the sleeving of the target.
  • In an exemplary embodiment, the support rod 3 may be a steel tube, and in order to reduce weight, the support rod 3 may adopt a hollow steel tube.
  • As can be understood by those skilled in the art, the table plate can have various shapes, which can be a circular table plate, a square table plate, and another irregularly shaped table plate designed according to actual needs.
  • In addition, the support table is not limited to have a table plate 11. As can be understood by those skilled in the art, when the support table 1 does not have a table plate 11, it only needs to ensure that the support member is mounted on the support table, one end of the support rod is fixed on the support member, and the other end of the support rod is in a suspended state, thus realizing the technical scheme of sleeving the target of this application on the support rod 3.
  • When the table plate is a circular table plate, one realization way is that: there is one support rod, and the support member is fixedly arranged in the center of the top surface of the circular table plate or is fixedly arranged at the position close to the edge of the circular table plate; and another realization way is that: there is a plurality of support rods, and the support member is fixedly arranged in the center of the top surface of the circular table plate, and the plurality of support rods are radially fixed on the support member, such structure has the advantages that packaging operation of a plurality of targets at the same time can be realized, and the occupied space is small.
  • When the table plate is a square table plate, a specific realization way is that: there is one support rod, and the support member is fixedly arranged in the center of the top surface of the square table plate or is fixedly arranged at the position close to the edge of the square table plate; and another specific realization way is that: there are two support rods, and the support member is fixedly arranged in the center of the top surface of the square table plate, and two support rods are oppositely fixed on the vertical surfaces of the support member, such structure makes it possible to package two targets at the same time.
  • Of course, the shape of the table plate or the number of the support member and support rod can be changed according to actual needs.
  • The embodiment shown in Figs. 1-3 of this application will be described in the case where the table plate 11 is a square table plate, there is one support rod 3, and the support member 2 is positioned near the edge of the square table plate.
  • Fig. 2 is a schematic view of the state in which a target is sleeved on the target packaging auxiliary device shown in Fig. 1 of the application, and Fig. 3 is a view of the state in which a packaging bag is sleeved on the target. Referring to Figs. 2 and 3, when packaging the target 6, the target 6 is sleeved on the support rod 3, and then the packaging bag 7 is sleeved on the target 6, thereafter the packaging bag 7 is vacuumized, so that the packaging of the target 6 can be completed.
  • The target packaging auxiliary device provided by the embodiment of the application is arranged with the support table 1, the support member 2 and the support rod 3, and the support rod 3 is fixed on the support table 1 through the support member 2. When packaging the target 6, firstly the target 6 can be sleeved on the support rod 3, and then the operation of sleeving the packaging bag 7 can be carried out without manually holding the target 6, facilitating the operation. In addition, since the longitudinal axis of the support rod 3 is parallel to the top surface of the table plate 11, and the target 6 is stably supported on the support rod 3, wrinkling of the packaging bag 7 is avoided when the packaging bag 7 is vacuumized, thereby improving the packaging quality of the target.
  • It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the distance mentioned above between the support rod 3 and the top surface of the table plate 11 can be specifically defined according to the size of the target 6, and such distance should ensure that there is still a certain gap between the target 6 and the top surface of the table plate 11 after the target 6 is sleeved on the support rod 3, so as to ensure smooth operation of subsequent sleeving the packing bag 7.
  • In order to more easily sleeve the target 6 on the support rod 3, in the target packaging auxiliary device provided by the embodiment of the present application, rollers 4 are arranged at the bottom of the support table 1. After a target delivery vehicle lifts up the target 6, the support table 1 is moved by the action of the rollers 4, and the support rod 3 is inserted into the target 6, so that there is no need to manually move the target 6, thus reducing the labor intensity.
  • In addition, the target packaging auxiliary device provided by the embodiment of the present application further comprises a handle 5 which is fixed at one end of the table plate 11 to facilitate the pushing of the support table 1.
  • Other than the above-mentioned embodiment in which the support member is fixedly mounted on the support table, the support member may also be rotatably mounted on the support table.
  • In particular, referring to Figs. 4-5, in the arrangement where the table plate of the support table is a circular table plate, the support member 2 is rotatably mounted on the support table 1 along the longitudinal axis of the support table 1. The support rod 3 comprises a plurality of support rods. Figs. 4-5 show that the device comprises four support rods, and the four support rods 3 are radially and symmetrically connected to the support member 2. The support rods 3 can rotate as the support member 2 is rotating. At this point, the support member 2 may have a hollow columnar shape, and Figs. 4-5 show a support member 2 which is a cylindrical support member.
  • The target packaging auxiliary device shown in Figs. 4-5 can carry out multiple tasks at the same time. Such target packaging auxiliary device can be used for sleeving the target onto one support rod (e.g. hoisting), sleeving a packaging bag onto a target already sleeved on another support rod, and unloading a packaged target from another support rod at the same time. The tasks are switched by rotation, and the operator does not need to change position.
  • In addition, in order to prevent the target 6 from slipping on the support rod 3, the surface of the support rod 3 may be provided with an anti-skid sleeve. The anti-skid sleeve can be a rubber sleeve or made of other materials.
  • The anti-skid sleeve is provided with a plurality of anti-skid protrusions to increase the friction between the target 6 and the support rod 3.

Claims (15)

  1. A target packaging auxiliary device, comprising:
    a support table;
    a support member mounted on the support table;
    a support rod for supporting a target, one end of the support rod being connected to the support member, and the other end of the support rod being suspended.
  2. The target packaging auxiliary device according to claim 1, wherein the support member is fixedly mounted on the support table or the support member is rotatably mounted on the support table.
  3. The target packaging auxiliary device according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the support table comprises a frame structure and has a table plate, and the support member is mounted on a top surface of the table plate.
  4. The target packaging auxiliary device according to claim 3, wherein the top surface of the table plate is horizontal.
  5. The target packaging auxiliary device according to claim 3 or 4, wherein the support rod is arranged parallel to the top surface of the table plate.
  6. The target packaging auxiliary device according to any one of claims 3-5, wherein the distance between the support rod and the top surface of the table plate is set such that after the target is sleeved on the support rod, there is a gap between the target and the top surface of the table surface that enables a packaging bag to be sleeved on the target.
  7. The target packaging auxiliary device according to any one of claims 3-6, wherein the table plate comprises a circular table plate.
  8. The target packaging auxiliary device according to claim 7, wherein the support rod comprises one support rod, and the support member is fixedly mounted in the center of the top surface of the circular table plate or at a position close to the edge of the circular table plate; or wherein the support rod comprises a plurality of support rods, and the support member is fixedly mounted in the center of the top surface of the circular table plate, the plurality of support rods are radially fixed on the support member.
  9. The target packaging auxiliary device according to any one of claims 3-6, wherein the table plate comprises a square table plate.
  10. The target packaging auxiliary device according to claim 9, wherein the support rod comprises one support rod, and the support member is fixedly mounted in the center of the top surface of the square table plate or at a position close to the edge of the square table plate; or wherein the support rod comprises two support rods, and the support member is fixedly mounted in the center of the top surface of the square table plate, the two support rods are oppositely fixed on vertical surfaces of the support member.
  11. The target packaging auxiliary device according to claims 1-6, wherein the support member is rotatably mounted on the support table, and the support rod comprises a plurality of support rods which are radially connected to the support member, and the support rods are arranged to rotate as the support member rotates.
  12. The target packaging auxiliary device according to any one of claims 1-11, wherein the support rod is provided with an anti-skid sleeve, and the anti-skid sleeve is provided with a plurality of anti-skid protrusions.
  13. The target packaging auxiliary device according to any one of claims 1-12, wherein the support member comprises a rectangular steel plate, and the support rod comprises a hollow steel tube.
  14. The target packaging auxiliary device according to any one of claims 1-13, further comprising a handle fixed to one end of a table plate of the support table.
  15. The target packaging auxiliary device according to any one of claims 1-14, further comprising rollers which are arranged at the bottom of the support table.
