  • There is a type of laptop bags lack of adaptability and expandability in the market. This type of laptop bag is based on the overall shape of the laptop, and integrally wrapped the laptop to protect it in a form of injection model, and the model is arranged into the laptop bag. The grooved portion 13 is still disposed in the middle portion of the corner-protective inner layer 1, and the raised portion 12 can be disposed only on one side of the upper surface of the corner-protective inner layer 1, while the other side of the body of the corner-protective inner layer 1 is presented as flat portion 11 style. In this way, under the action of the external force, the upper surface of the corner-protective inner layer 1 may be bent toward the laptop, the raised portion 12 acts on the side of the laptop, and the grooved portion 13 contacts the corner of the laptop. However, the protective effect of this design is obviously inferior to the preferred symmetrical design of the corner-protective inner layer 1.
  • By designing this situation, When the laptop drops and hit against a hard object, the raised portions 12 on two sides of the upper surface of the corner-protective inner layer 1 will be deformed due to external force, and the sides of the laptop will be clamped instantaneously, thereby increasing the friction between the upper surface and the side of the laptop, then the middle portion of the upper surface contacts the corner of the laptop and buffers it. Thus effectively protecting the laptop.
  • The anti-collision corner protector of laptop bag of the present embodiment is further preferably a double-layer long-strip-shaped protection member. A corner-protective outer layer 2 is disposed on the lower surface of the corner-protective inner layer 1, as shown in figures 3 and 4. The upper surface of the corner-protective outer layer 2 is attached to the lower surface of the corner-protective inner layer 1. The corner-protective outer layer 2 can be attached to the corner-protective inner layer 1 in any other ways, such as bonding and sewing and so on.
  • Under the action of the external force, the corner-protective outer layer 2 generates the same bending and deformation as the corner-protective inner layer 1. As for the shape and structure of the corner-protective outer layer 2, which the appearance can be consistent with that of the body of the corner-protective inner layer 1, that is, the upper and lower surfaces of the corner-protective outer layer 2 are not processed. As an optimization of the shape and structure of the corner-protective outer layer 2, the upper of a middle surface of the corner-protective outer layer 2 extends inwardly to form a concave portion 21, and under the action of an external force, the convex portion 21 and the grooved portion 13 generate a bending and deformation in synchronization with each other.
  • As for the material selection of the corner-protective outer layer 2, it should be ensured that it can be bent and deformed under the action of external force firstly. The external force may be the interaction force when the laptop falls down and hits against a hard object, or the external force directly acts on the corner-protective outer layer 2. In an actual production situation, the corner-protective outer layer 2 is preferably made of a flexible material. The corner-protective outer layer 2 can be bent at 360, and it is most often bent at 90°. figure 4 shows a situation that the corner-protective outer layer 2 bent 90°. Preferably, the material hardness of the corner-protective outer layer 2 is higher than the material hardness of the corner-protective inner layer 1, and it is ensured that the corner-protective outer layer 2 will be no risk of puncture under the action of the external force.
  • The anti-collision corner protector of laptop bag of this embodiment further comprises a sheet 3. The corner-protective inner layer 1 can be directly disposed on the sheet 3, which is a situation in which the anti-collision corner protector of laptop bag just has the corner-protective inner layer 1. The corner-protective outer layer 2 can be set directly on the sheet 3, which is a situation in which the anti-collision corner protector of laptop bag has both the corner-protective inner layer 1 and the corner-protective outer layer 2. In order to better protect the laptop, the corner protector has the corner-protective inner layer 1 and the corner-protective outer layer 2 at the same time. In this way, the corner-protective outer layer 2 is integrated with sheet 3, and the corner-protective inner layer 1 is connected to sheet 3 through the corner-protective outer layer 2. The lower surface of the sheet 3 is fixedly connected to the laptop bag, and the upper surface of the sheet 3 is attached to the lower surface of the corner-protective outer layer 2. Figure 6 is a schematic view of a mounting position of the sheet shown in the embodiment. Figure 2 is a top view of the anti-collision a corner protector of laptop bag. As for the width and length of the corner-protective outer layer 2 and the corner-protective inner layer 1 are the same, the corner-protective outer layer 2 is not shown in FIG. 6. In the actual production situation, the bottom hard material corner-protective outer layer 2 also includes a sheet 3 of the same material. The sheet 3 is integrally connected to the corner-protective outer layer 2, and no need to be additionally fixed. The specific size can be flexibly customized according to the product application situation. The corner-protective outer layer 2 is light and soft, and it is used as the base of this product. It can be easily fixed in the internal structure of the laptop bag by sewing, bonding, clamping, and the like.
  • Figure 5 is a schematic view of the installation position of the corner-protective inner layer on the anti-collision corner protector of laptop bag. The anti-collision corner protector of laptop bag is installed at the corner of the laptop bag. One side of the anti-collision corner protector of laptop bag is fixed on the long side inside the laptop bag, and the other side is fixed on width side inside the laptop bag. The curved shape of the anti-collision corner protector of laptop bag is consistent with the inside corner of the laptop bag.

Claims (10)

  1. An anti-collision corner protector of laptop bag, comprising: at least a corner-protective inner layer arranged at the corner of the laptop bag; a raised portion is extended outwardly from an upper surface of an end of the corner-protective inner layer, a middle portion of an upper surface of the corner-protective inner layer is extends inwardly to form a grooved portion; wherein upon an action of external force, the upper surface of the corner-protective inner layer is bendable toward the laptop, such that the raised portion acts on the side of the laptop, and the grooved portion contacts with the corner of the laptop.
  2. The anti-collision corner protector of laptop bag of claim 1, wherein the corner-protective inner layer of the anti-collision corner protector of laptop bag has two raised portions and one grooved portion, wherein the grooved portion is located between the two raised portions.
  3. The anti-collision corner protector of laptop bag of claim 2, wherein the two sides of the raised portion on the anti-collision corner protector of laptop bag that do not extend outward form a flat portion respectively, each of the raised portions is connected with two flat portions, and each of the two sides of the grooved portion is connected with one flat portion.
  4. The anti-collision corner protector of laptop bag of claim 3, wherein the anti-collision corner protector of laptop bag further comprises a corner-protective outer layer arranged at the corner of the laptop bag; a upper surface of the corner-protective outer layer is attached to a lower surface of the corner-protective inner layer.
  5. The anti-collision corner protector of laptop bag of claim 4, wherein a middle portion of the upper surface of the corner-protective outer layer extends inward to form a concave portion, the concave portion and the grooved portion are synchronously bent upon an action of the external force.
  6. The anti-collision corner protector of laptop bag of claim 5, wherein the anti-collision corner protector of laptop bag further comprises a sheet arranged at the corner of the laptop bag; a lower surface of the sheet is fixedly connected with the laptop bag, and an upper surface of the sheet is attached to a lower surface of the corner-protective outer layer.
  7. The anti-collision corner protector of laptop bag of claim 5, wherein the grooved portion has a plurality of spaced grooves, which are parallel to each other.
  8. The anti-collision corner protector of laptop bag of claim 4, wherein the corner-protective inner layer and the corner-protective outer layer are made of flexible material, and the material of the corner-protective outer layer is stiffer than the material of the corner-protective inner layer.
  9. The anti-collision corner protector of laptop bag of claim 1, wherein the corner-protective inner layer is long-strip-shaped.
  10. A laptop bag, which has the anti-collision corner protector of laptop bag of claim 1, wherein the corner protector is arranged at the corner of the laptop bag.
