Description

The present invention relates to a container fastening system for providing a container filled with cleaning agent or disinfectant and, in particular, provided with a metering pump.

Professional hand hygiene is undisputedly a way of preventing the transmission of microbial pathogens in health care, especially in health care institutions.

The effectiveness of the cleaning agents and disinfectants used plays a major role here. The way in which the cleaning or disinfection process is carried out also has a decisive influence on the effectiveness of the cleaning or disinfection.

In addition, however, compliance with regard to hand disinfection or hand cleaning behavior is just as important, i.e. the ratio of an actually performed disinfection compared to the number of occasions when cleaning or disinfection should take place.

The occasions when cleaning or disinfection is to take place are often related to the treatment or care of patients by the nursing or treating staff.

It has been shown that compliance can be improved if the availability of the cleaning agent or disinfectant is in the vicinity or, better still, directly at the so-called "point-of-care", i.e. directly where the treatment or care, i.e. the patient contact, is to take place , given is.

There are therefore already known container fastening systems, which enable the provision of cleaning or disinfectant containers at or near the point of care by means of appropriate fastening means.

EP-2758950-A1 describes a wire mesh basket whose wire frame is designed in such a way that it can be attached to horizontal devices, such as bed edges, in that a hook-shaped section of the frame can be hung over a substantially horizontally oriented object, such as a sick bed edge.

Wire mesh baskets for dispensing disinfectant containers are also known, on the round rods of which a table clamp for fixing the wire mesh basket to the edges of the table can be mounted.

However, the known solutions have proven to be inadequate in terms of their positionability.

The object of the present invention is therefore to improve the positionability of known container fastening systems.

This object is achieved by a container fastening system for providing a container according to claim 1, in particular provided with a cleaning agent or disinfectant.

The cleaning agent or disinfectant can in particular be a liquid, gel-like, pasty or foam-like or foamable agent, in particular alcoholic and non-alcoholic disinfectants and liquid soaps.

The shape of the container can be essentially cuboid, columnar, conical or pyramidal. Mixed forms of different geometric basic forms are conceivable. The storage container preferably has a height H, the extent of which is greater, in particular at least a factor of 1.5 greater than the extent of the width B and / or the depth T of the storage container. The container preferably has an opening at an upper end region through which a simple pumping device, in particular a metering pump, can be introduced in a manner known per se, with the fixing of which on the container, preferably by means of a screw cap, the opening can preferably also be closed. In particular, the container is also designed in the shape of a bottle. It is also conceivable and advantageous to design the container like a bag. More preferably, the container can be designed as a bag-in-box composite container. Here, an inner bag is accommodated within an outer box made of, for example, plastic or cardboard, which is formed from a stiffer material compared to the bag.

With regard to the holding positions, it is assumed that the receiving area of the holder can be aligned in such a way that the container is received in the receiving area in an essentially upright position in an application situation, in order to ensure the functionality in particular of a container provided with a manually operable metering pump in an application situation.

The at least first, second and third holding positions allow the user to orient the fastening means differently in order to selectively position the holder on objects that extend and arrange differently in the room, such as vertically, horizontally or inclined plates, rods or shelves, or components of tables, chairs , Bed edges or bed bars as well as IV stands, ward trolleys, serving trolleys or the like.

For this purpose, depending on the presence of suitable objects, the user can fix the fastening means to the first or second or third fastening area.

It is provided that the first holding position enables the holder to be fastened to a horizontally oriented object and the second holding position enables the holder to be fastened to a vertically oriented object and the third holding position enables the holder to be fastened to an obliquely oriented object.
"Horizontal" means parallel to a plane which runs parallel to the horizon, that is, perpendicular to the perpendicular direction. "Vertical" means parallel to a plane that is parallel to the perpendicular. "Inclined" means parallel to a plane which intersects both a horizontal and a vertical plane.

According to a further embodiment, the holder comprises a fourth fastening region, to which the fastening means can be fixed, whereby the fastening means can assume at least one further, fourth holding position.

The third holding position or the further fourth holding position preferably enable the holder to be attached to an object inclined between 10 ° and 80 °, in particular between 20 ° and 60 °, further in particular between 30 and 50 ° to the horizontal.

The fastening means can in itself be fixable in any manner, but in particular positively and / or non-positively on the first as well as on the second, as well as on the third fastening area and optionally on the fourth fastening area.

The wires or rods or plate-shaped components of the first, second or third fastening area advantageously simultaneously form sections of the receiving area of the holder.

It has proven to be particularly advantageous here if the wires or rods or plate-shaped components of the first fastening area form at least one section of a base of the receiving area.

The wires or rods or plate-shaped components of the second fastening area preferably form at least one section of a rear part of the receiving area. If the plural form "wires or rods or plate-shaped components" is used above or in the following, the singular form "the wire or the rod or the plate-shaped component" is also intended to be included.

The third fastening area is preferably arranged between the first and second fastening areas.

The receiving area preferably has front support elements which are preferably formed by wires or rods or plate-shaped components and which more preferably form a section of a front part of the receiving area. However, the front support elements are preferably not designed to be able to fix the fastening means thereon.

The receiving area is preferably designed as a frame that is open at the top, so that a container can be placed into the frame from above and removed again without tools and without having to operate locking or locking devices.

According to the invention, the first fastening area has wires or rods or plate-shaped components or is preferably formed therefrom, that is to say it preferably consists of them. In particular, these wires or rods or plate-shaped components run parallel to the horizontal in an application situation, that is to say parallel to a plane which runs parallel to the horizon. In the context of the present invention, an application situation is understood to be a situation in which a container can be received in the receiving area of the holder in an essentially upright position for presentation to the user.

According to the invention, the second fastening area has wires or rods or plate-shaped components or is preferably formed therefrom. In particular, these wires or rods or plate-shaped components run perpendicular to the wires or rods or plate-shaped components of the first fastening area.

The third fastening area and, if applicable, that is to say if present, the fourth fastening area likewise has wires or rods or plate-shaped components or is formed therefrom. These wires or rods or plate-shaped components of the third or fourth fastening area run obliquely, in particular at an angle of 10 ° and 80 °, further in particular 20 ° and 60 °, further in particular 30 and 50 ° to the wires or rods or plate-shaped components of the first fastening area.

The wires or rods or plate-shaped components are formed in particular from materials known per se, such as plastics or metals, in particular aluminum or steel. The materials are preferably insensitive to alcoholic solutions in order to be able to regularly clean and disinfect the holder. More preferably, these are materials which can be sterilized, in particular steam-sterilized.

The wires or rods can be solid or hollow, that is to say tubular, and they preferably have a round, in particular circular, cross section. In such a case, the bars are also referred to below as round bars. The diameter of the rods is in particular 1-10 mm, further in particular 3-6 mm. Other, in particular three, four or polygonal cross-sectional shapes are also conceivable.

According to further preferred embodiments, the first or the second or the third fastening area or optionally the fourth fastening area each comprise a pair of parallel wires or rods or is formed therefrom.

Preferably, a pair of parallel wires or rods or a plate-shaped component of the first fastening area runs in a first plane and a pair of parallel wires or rods or a plate-shaped component of the second fastening region runs in a second plane and a pair of parallel wires or rods or a The plate-shaped component of the third fastening area runs in a third plane and optionally, i.e. if present, a pair of parallel wires or rods or a plate-shaped component of the fourth fastening region runs in a fourth plane, with none of the first to third and possibly fourth planes going to any other the first to third and possibly fourth levels runs parallel.

A respective pair of parallel wires or rods is preferably arranged equidistantly. This means that the distances between two wires or rods forming a respective pair of the first fastening area and the second fastening area and the third fastening area and possibly the fourth fastening area are identical. As will be explained in more detail below, this embodiment enables simple and user-friendly variants for flexible fixing of the fastening means on the holder.

According to a further preferred embodiment, the front support elements also each comprise a pair of parallel wires or rods or are formed therefrom.

According to a particularly preferred embodiment, the holder including its receiving area and its fastening areas is formed by a continuous wire or rod. Here, the continuous wire or rod can be formed from two or more sections joined together. In this case, joining methods known per se come into question, depending on the material used, such as, for example, cohesive joining methods such as gluing, welding or soldering. Are conceivable Further plug connections or other form-fitting and / or force-fitting connection techniques.

However, the wire or rod is very particularly preferably formed from a single wire or rod, in particular bent or curved in sections.

The fastening means preferably has a releasable clamping device by means of which the holder can be fastened to the objects. Other fastening means known per se, such as those known from the field of two-wheelers, in particular quick-release fasteners which can be operated manually and further in particular without additional tools, are conceivable and encompassed by the inventive concept.

The clamping device preferably comprises a first clamping jaw and a second clamping jaw, the distance between the first clamping jaw and the second clamping jaw being variable. The effective clamping areas of the clamping jaws are preferably designed differently, in particular with regard to their shape. The effective clamping area of the first clamping jaw can be adapted to the shape of a flat, level object, such as the edge of a table or bed. The effective clamping area of the second clamping jaw is preferably provided with a V- or U-shaped bulge and thus approximated or adapted to the shape of a tube or a rod or a rod of a bed frame or a stand or another rod-like or rod-like object.

It is also advantageous to provide the effective clamping areas of the first or second clamping jaws with a non-slip coating and / or a coating that is gentle on the surface of the objects, in particular made of PVC, latex, silicone or vulcanized rubber.

The clamping jaws can preferably be moved towards and away from one another by a device, in particular manually operable, in particular a screw device.

In particular, it can be advantageous that the clamping jaws can be moved towards one another against a spring force.

According to a preferred embodiment, the fastening means has an operating lock. The operating lock is particularly suitable for protecting the fastening means against unauthorized use or the container fastening system as a whole against theft. For this purpose, the fastening means preferably has a locking device which, in the closed state, prevents the fastening means from being operated. These are preferably locking devices that are known per se, for example from the field of bicycle carriers suitable for mounting on a motor vehicle, which can be opened and closed by means of a key or input of a combination of numbers, digits or characters. According to an alternative embodiment, the operating lock can also be formed in that the fastening means can only be operated by a special tool, such as a specially designed socket wrench, such as a hex socket wrench.

The operation of the fastening means has proven to be particularly convenient if, by means of the fastening means, in particular the actuation of the screwing device, both an attachment of the holder to the objects and, at the same time, a particularly non-positive fixing of the fastening means to the first or second or to the third fastening areas or possibly on the fourth fastening areas can be produced.

The fastening means preferably has a connection means, by means of which the fastening means can in particular be connected to the holder, or further, in particular, can be held and fixed. Furthermore, the connection means is preferably set up to be able to move the fastening means, in particular manually, between each of the first to third holding positions and optionally the fourth holding position, in particular to be able to move it.

According to a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, the fastening means is held captive on the holder, in particular captively in a form-fitting manner. This can preferably already be provided by the manufacturer.

It has proven to be particularly advantageous if the holder is mounted so as to be rotatable, in particular continuously variable, about an axis relative to the fastening means, that is to say at least to one of the components of the fastening means, about an axis preferably by up to 360 °. As a result, the holder in one of the holding positions can be brought into an end position suitable for the administration by rotation.

According to a further preferred embodiment of the container fastening system, a fastening area plane, i.e. the plane in which the pair of round bars forming the respective fastening areas of the holder run in one of the holding positions, is oriented parallel to an object plane, i.e. oriented parallel to the plane in which the objects run , to which the clamping device can be fastened in a respective holding position.

As already explained above, a container is received in a holding position, essentially standing upright, in the receiving area of the holder. This has proven to be a particularly suitable position for the application situation. This ensures that, in the case of a container provided with a simple, manually operable metering pump, the metering pump can be operated by a pump pulse usually applied vertically from above to dispense the particularly liquid, in any case pumpable, cleaning or disinfecting agent. The risk of leakage from incorrectly closed containers is also reduced.

According to a further development of the invention, a container in the receiving area can be moved from a first use position to a second use position. This means that a container can assume at least two suitable positions in the receiving area. In such a case, the first use position corresponds to the particularly suitable position described in the preceding paragraph, in which the container is received in the receiving area of the holder in an essentially upright position.

Particularly preferably, the first use position differs from the second use position by the degree of inclination of the container relative to the longitudinal direction of the receiving area of the holder. The degree of inclination is preferably 3-45 °, in particular 5-35 °, more particularly 8-25 °. The second use position in such a case therefore corresponds to a further suitable position in which the container is received in an inclined position, in particular inclined to the front, in the receiving area of the holder. A second position of use thus enables, in the case of a container provided with a simple, manually operable metering pump, the metering pump to be operated by a manually applied pump at an angle to dispense the particularly liquid, in any case pumpable, cleaning or disinfecting agent. This has proven to be particularly advantageous when the fastening of the holder is carried out on objects located at a comparatively high level, and a pump surge applied vertically downwards is therefore impossible for the user.

Another preferred embodiment relates to a system comprising
  • a container fastening system according to one or more of the variants described above or below and
  • a container for cleaning agents or disinfectants,
wherein the container can be introduced into the receiving area.

Preferably, the container is for single use, while the container attachment system is suitable for reuse. The system further preferably comprises a pump device that can in particular be operated manually. The pumping device is set up to deliver a cleaning agent or disinfectant from the container. The pumping device is advantageously also intended for single use, so that it can be disposed of together with the container after the container has been emptied and so to be able to counteract the spread of germs. It is nevertheless possible and conceivable to provide the pumping device for reuse.

The pumping device can be releasably fastened to the container, for example via a screw connection, preferably to an area which tapers in the manner of a bottle neck and merges into an opening in the upper area of the container. In such a case, the screw device also serves as a closure for this container opening.

In a particularly suitable manner, the container is formed from a particularly flexible plastic. The side walls of the container can advantageously be pressed in by light pressure, for example manually, the side walls springing back into their original shape immediately after being pressed in. In this way, the container can be received in a particularly advantageous manner in a non-positive and positive manner in the receiving area of the holder.

More preferably, the receiving area of the holder has a depth FT which is greater, in particular by 0.5-5.0 cm, further in particular by 1.0-3.0 cm, than the depth T of the container.

In a particularly advantageous manner, the holder is designed in such a way that the perpendicularly oriented side surfaces of a container received in the receiving area are as far as possible are visible so that the side surface can be provided with information that is important for the user without being covered by the holder.

In the case of a substantially cuboid container with four vertically oriented side surfaces, preferably at least three, in particular all four side surfaces to at least 90%, in particular at least 95%, further in particular to at least 97% of the respective surface can be freely viewed and viewed by the user visible.

Another embodiment relates to an arrangement comprising at least two container fastening systems according to one or more of the variants described above or below and at least first and second containers of the variants described above or below, wherein a first container fastening system has a first holder with a first receiving area and wherein a second container fastening system comprises a second holder with a second receiving area and wherein the first receiving area differs from the second receiving area. The first receiving area preferably differs from the second receiving area in such a way that the first receiving area can accommodate a different container compared to the second receiving area, in particular with regard to the outer shape and / or the dimensions and / or the maximum possible content, measured in milliliters.

The first receiving area preferably has a depth FT, a height FH and a width FB, and the second receiving area has a depth FT, a height FH and a width FB, the first receiving area being selected from the second receiving area by at least one dimension differs from the size of height FH, depth FT, width FB.

In the event that the first or the second or the third fastening area or possibly the fourth fastening area of the first and second container fastening system each have a pair of parallel wires or rods or are formed from them, a respective pair of parallel wires or rods are preferably arranged equidistantly. This means that these wires or rods of the first container fastening system which form a pair have the same distance from one another as the wires or rods of the second container fastening system which form a pair. This embodiment enables the first and second To equip container fastening systems with a fastening means which is identical at least with regard to its connection means.

In a particularly advantageous manner, the first container fastening system therefore comprises a first fastening means and the second container fastening system comprises a second fastening means, the connection means of the first and second fastening means being of identical design. In particular, the first and second fastening means are designed to be completely identical.

According to a further variant of the invention, the first container has a depth T, a height H and a width B and the second container has a depth T, a height H and a width B, the first container extending from the second container at least one dimension selected from the size height H, depth T, width B differs.

According to a further embodiment, the arrangement further comprises at least a first and a second pump device, wherein the first pump device differs from the second pump device by the length PL of the pump devices.

Figure 1 shows an embodiment of a container fastening system according to the invention 1. In Figure 2 the holder is shown in a further view (rotated by 180 °) but without fastening means provided by the manufacturer. The following description is first made with reference to FIG Figures 1 and 2 . The container fastening system 1 has a holder 4 and a fastening means 7. The holder 4 has a receiving area 5 which is set up to receive a container (not shown). For this purpose, the holder 4 is formed from several sections of a single, continuous round rod 6 that is bent in sections and forms the receiving area 5. The round rod 6 is made of stainless steel and has a diameter of 4.0 mm. If the term “round rods” or “round rod” is used in the following, this also means sections of the continuous round rod 6.

The receiving area 5 comprises a base 8, a rear part 9 and a front part 10. The front part 10 has a pair of round bars 19 running parallel in the longitudinal direction LR of the holder 4 to form front support elements 55 with a length of 80 mm, which are spaced from one another by 80 mm or according to a second embodiment of the holder 4 of 65 mm.

In an upper region of the front part 10, these round bars 19 are connected via a bend oriented essentially transversely to the longitudinal direction LR. The bend is also formed by a round rod 11.

In a first section, the bottom 8 has a pair of round rods 20 extending transversely (90 °) to the longitudinal direction LR and parallel to one another and having a length of 20 mm, which extend in a first plane. The distance between these round bars 20 in this first section of the base 8 is a = 20 mm. As explained in more detail below, these round bars form a first fastening area 51.

In a second section of the base 8, the round bars 20 of the first section of the base 8 merge into two round bars 21, which are bent outwards by 45 ° and are 25 mm long or, according to a second embodiment of the holder 4, 40 mm long, their distance from one another increases steadily with distance from the first section of the bottom 8, the round bars 21 of the second section of the bottom 8 also in the run first level in order to finally merge in a short arc into the round bars 19 of the front part 10, which run essentially in the longitudinal direction LR of the holder 4.

The back part 9 has in a first section a pair of parallel rods in the longitudinal direction LR of the holder and thus perpendicular to the round rods 20 of the first section of the base and round rods 22 of a length of 40 mm extending in a second plane, which are spaced apart from one another by b = 20 mm. As explained in more detail below, these round bars 22 form a second fastening area 52.

Between these round rods 22 of the first section of the rear part 9 and the round rods 20 of the first section of the bottom 8, another pair of parallel round rods 23 is inclined in an intermediate part of the holder 4, namely at an angle of 45 ° to the round rods 20 of the first section of the bottom 8 and arranged to run in a third plane, such that this further pair of parallel round bars 23, which have a length of 28 mm, connects the round bars 20 of the first section of the bottom 8 with those of the first section of the rear part, the respective round bars so go into each other in a short arc. The distance between the round bars 23 in the intermediate part is also c = 20 mm. As explained in more detail below, these round bars form a third fastening area 53.

Above the round bars 22 of the first section of the rear part 9, the round bars merge via a short bend into a pair of parallel round bars 54 of the second section of the rear part 8. The round bars 54 of the second section of the back part 9 are inclined, in the present case at an angle of 45 ° to the round bars 22 of the first section of the back part 9, namely inwardly arranged and thus arranged to run in a fourth plane. The distance between these round bars 54, which have a length of 18 mm, is d = 20 mm. As explained in more detail below, these round bars 54 form a fourth fastening area 54. These round bars of the second section of the rear part 9 merge into round bars 25 of the end section of the rear part 9 via a short bend. The round bars 25 of the end section of the back part 9 are arranged perpendicular, that is to say running at an angle of 90 ° outwards to the round bars 24 of the second section of the back part. The short inward bend between the round bars 25 of the end section of the rear part 9 and the round bars 24 of the second section of the rear part 9 forms a narrowing of the receiving area 5.

The holder ( Figure 2 ) in the present case has four fastening areas 51, 52, 53, 54, each formed by a pair of parallel round bars 20, 22, 23, 24, to which the fastening means 7 can be fixed. In Figure 1 the fastening means is fixed to the first fastening area, so that the connection means 60, which will be described in greater detail below, shows the view of the round bars forming the first fastening area in FIG Figure 1 covered.

This in Figure 1 The fastening means 7 shown has a clamping device 12 by means of which the holder 4 can be fastened to the objects. The clamping device 12 has a first clamping jaw 13 and a second clamping jaw 14, wherein the distance between the first clamping jaw 13 and the second clamping jaw 14 can be changed by a particularly manually operated screw device 15 such that the clamping jaws can be moved towards and away from each other. In the embodiment shown, the second clamping jaw 14 is plate-shaped, the effective clamping area 140 of the second clamping jaw 14 having a bulge which is adapted to the shape of a rod-shaped or rod-shaped object. The first clamping jaw 13 consists of parallel rods. At a distal end of the clamping jaw 13, the two round bars are connected to one another via a narrow bend to form the effective clamping area 130 of the first clamping jaw 13. The effective clamping area 130 of the first clamping jaw 13 is thus adapted to the shape of a plate-shaped, flat object extending over an area. The clamping device 12 is designed to be able to be fastened to rod-shaped or plate-shaped objects with a thickness of 10-50 mm, in particular 15-45 mm. At the proximal end, the two round bars are articulated to the proximal end of the second clamping jaw 14.

The areas 130, 140 of the clamping jaws that are effective with regard to the clamping effect on an object each have a plastic coating in order to protect the surface of the object.

The second clamping jaw 14 has a bore through which a lower section of a bolt pin 63, which is described in more detail below, is passed. Before that, the bolt pin 63 is passed between the round rods of the first clamping jaw 13.

The second clamping jaw 14 is at the same time a stop for the connection means 60 of the fastening means 7, which will be described in greater detail below.

Die Gegenstandsebene verläuft also horizontal. Figures 3a-3d show the holder 4 with the fastening means 7 fixed to the four different fastening areas 51, 52, 53, 54 as follows, the reference numbers referring to the illustration of FIG Figures 1 and 2 Respectively: Figure 3a corresponds to the representation of Figure 1 . The fastening means 7 is fixed to the first fastening region 51, so that the fastening means 7 can assume a first holding position. The receiving area 5 of the holder 4 is aligned in this first holding position in such a way that the container can be received in the first holding position in an essentially upright position. The first holding position enables the user in the present case to fasten the fastening means 7 to an object extending parallel to a horizontal plane in space, such as a rod or a table edge. The object plane runs horizontally.

Die Gegenstandsebene verläuft also vertikal. In Figure 3b the fastening means 7 is fixed to the second fastening region 52, so that the fastening means 7 can assume a second holding position. The receiving area 5 of the holder 4 is also oriented in this second holding position in such a way that the container can be received in the second holding position in an essentially upright position. The second holding position enables the user in the present case to fasten the fastening means 7 to an object extending vertically in space. The object plane thus runs vertically.

Die Gegenstandsebene verläuft also in diesen Fällen schräg.In Figures 3c and 3d is the fastening means 7 is on the third fastening area 53 ( Figure 3c ) or fourth fastening area 54 ( Figure 3c ) so that the fastening means 7 has a third holding position ( Figure 3c ) or a fourth stop position ( Figure 3d ) can take. The receiving area 5 of the holder 4 can therefore also be aligned in these holding positions in such a way that the container can be received in an essentially upright position. In the present case, the third and fourth holding positions enable the user to fasten the fastening means 7 to an object extending obliquely in space. The object plane runs obliquely in these cases.

The connection means 60 is described below with reference to FIG Figure 4a described manner to be able to move the clamping device 12 manually between each of the first to fourth holding positions, in particular to be able to move it.

The connecting means 60 comprises a bolt 61 with a plate-shaped bolt head 62 and a bolt pin 63 already mentioned above. In addition, a stop plate 64, the stop plate 64 and the bolt head 62 being set up for a pair of parallel rods of the first or second or third or fourth Attachment area of the holder between the stop plate 64 and the bolt head 62 captive. For this purpose, the bolt head 62 has two correspondingly shaped bulges or corrugations 65 running parallel. In the case shown, the Figure 4a the round bars 20 forming a first fastening area are added. The stop plate 64 has a bore through which an upper, pin head - near, narrowed pin pin section 66 is passed. For this purpose, the bolt pin 63 has a reduction in its diameter D to D1 in this upper section. The longitudinal extent of the constriction, that is, its extent in the longitudinal direction L, is greater than the thickness of the stop plate 64. The bore in the stop plate is large enough to accommodate the constricted bolt pin section 66. However, it is small enough to strike against the non-narrowed section of the bolt pin, so that the stop plate 64 is held captive with play in a longitudinal direction L between the bolt head 62 and the end of the narrowed bolt pin section 66. Below the stop plate 64, the bolt pin 63 is guided, as described above, between the round rods of the first clamping jaw 13 and further through a hole in the second clamping jaw 14 (in the partial view of FIG Figure 4a not shown). A spiral spring 67 is drawn between the clamping jaws 13, 14 over the bolt pin 63.

The bolt pin 63 is also part of the screwing device 15 ( Figure 1 ). For this purpose, the bolt pin 63 has an external thread on a foot part. The screwing device 15 also comprises a screw nut with an internal thread, which is screwed onto the foot part of the bolt pin 63. The screw nut is designed as a manually operated wing nut 68 in the illustrated case. According to an alternative embodiment, instead of the wing nut 68, a handle screw provided with a lock and lockable by means of a separate key, in particular a star handle screw, can be provided.

The force acting in the longitudinal direction L of the bolt pin 63 of the coil spring 67 drawn via the bolt pin 63 in a section between the clamping jaws 13, 14 presses the first clamping jaw 13 against the stop plate 64. In the embodiment shown, a washer 68 is between the coil spring and the The first clamping jaw 13 is arranged in order to be able to transmit the pressure of the spiral spring 67 to the first clamping jaw 13 in a uniform manner. By the pressure exerted on the stop plate 64 via the spiral spring 67 (in the direction of the arrow, Figure 4a ) the stop plate 64 rests directly on the bolt head 62 so that the round bars forming a fastening area - in the case of the Figure 4a the round rods 20 forming the first fastening area - are held non-positively and positively between stop plate 64 and bolt head part 62. This state is in Figure 4a sketched schematically.

If the clamping device 12 is fastened to an object, the object is guided between the regions 130, 140 of the clamping jaws 13, 14 that are effective with regard to the clamping effect. The tightening then takes place by actuating the wing nut 68, so that the clamping jaws 13, 14 are initially moved towards one another against the resistance of the spiral spring and then against the resistance of the clamped object. As the clamping effect increases, the first clamping jaw 13 presses against the stop plate 64 with increasing force, so that the round bars forming the first fastening area 51 are held increasingly more firmly between the stop plate 64 and the bolt head part 62 and are fixed. Thus, by means of the screwing device 15, both a fastening of the holder 4 to the objects and, at the same time, a non-positive fastening of the clamping device to the first or to the second or to the third fastening area or to the fourth fastening area can be established.

It has proven to be particularly advantageous that the holder 4 can be rotated together with the connection means 60 relative to the clamping jaws 13, 14, in particular, as shown, can be rotated through 360 ° about a longitudinal axis of the bolt pin.

Furthermore, it has proven to be particularly advantageous that the connection means 64 is set up to be able to manually move the fastening means 7 between each of the first to fourth holding positions. As long as the clamping device 12 is not attached to an object, the clamping jaws 13, 14 can be manually - z. For example, moving towards each other between the thumb and forefinger of a user and against the light spring force of the spiral spring. This frees the stop plate 64 from the pressure of the spiral spring, whereby the pressure plate 64 can be moved away from the bolt head 62 by a dimension M, in the illustrated case by 5.0 mm in the longitudinal direction L of the bolt pin 61, along the narrowed bolt pin section 66. This state is in Figure 4b sketched schematically. The dimension M and the shape of the stop plate 64 and the bolt head part 62 are matched to one another and set up so that the round bars forming the first, second, third and / or fourth fastening area also in this state maximum possible distance between the stop plate 64 and bolt head part 62 are held captive. In contrast, in this state, the clamping device 12 can easily be moved from one holding position to another. For this purpose, the dimension M and the shape and dimensions of the stop plate 64 and the bolt head part 62 are coordinated with one another and set up so that the connecting means 60 can also be moved over the short arches that separate the fastening areas from one another, so that the in Figures 3a-3d illustrated first to fourth holding positions can be assumed. Since the round bars 25 of the end section of the back part 9 are arranged vertically, i.e. at an angle of 90 ° outwards to the round bars 24 of the second section of the back part, the dimension M, however, is not sufficient to allow the connection means 60 to also extend over the short Arch, which connects the round bars 25 of the end section with the round bars 24 of the second section of the back part, move away. The fastening means can therefore not be completely separated from the holder in the preferred embodiment.

This makes it possible for the user to provide different holding positions for the clamping device in a particularly convenient manner, in order to be able to use the objects specifically presented at the point of care flexibly for fastening the holder.

In the illustrated embodiment of the container fastening system 1, the fastening area plane, i.e. the plane in which the pair of round bars forming the respective fastening areas of the holder runs in a holding position, is oriented parallel to an object plane, i.e. oriented to a plane in which the objects run which the clamping device can be fastened in a respective holding position. Examples show this Figures 5a and 5b . Here, the clamping device 12 forming the fastening means 7 is fixed in the first holding position on the first fastening region 51. In the application situation, the round bars forming the first fastening area run (in the view of Figures 5a and 5b covered by the connection means 60, i.e. not visible) in a horizontally extending plane in order to be able to receive a container in an upright position in the receiving area of the holder. The areas of the clamping jaws that are effective with regard to the clamping effect are aligned in such a way that they can be fixed to objects which also run parallel to a horizontal plane. In case of Figure 5a this object is shown schematically as a plate-shaped section of a table edge 100. In Figure 5b the article is shown schematically as a portion of a bed bar 101. In the Figures 5a and 5b is a horizontal plane through the intersecting arrows X. and Y indicated. In both cases the object plane runs parallel to the fastening plane.

The parallelism of the fastening plane and the respective object plane has the advantage that the user who intends to fasten the container fastening system to an object at the point of care can very quickly make a decision on a suitable holding position, i.e. the one for fastening the fastening means 7 on the Holder to meet the most suitable fastening area.

Figures 6a and 6b illustrate schematically a further advantage of the particularly preferred embodiment of the invention described. A container 2 with a metering pump 31, which is particularly suitable in terms of its dimensions for receiving in the receiving area of the holder 4, is shown in Figure 6a brought into a first use position.

This first use position corresponds to a particularly suitable position in which the container 2 is received in the receiving area of the holder 4 in an essentially upright position. Here, an imaginary longitudinal direction LRF of the container 2 is aligned parallel to a longitudinal direction LR of the receiving area of the holder 4.

Figure 6b shows the container 2 after it has been transferred from the first use position to a second use position.

The first position of use differs from the second position of use at least by the degree of inclination of the container relative to the longitudinal direction LR of the receiving area. The second position of use is made possible in the illustrated case in that the depth of the receiving area 5 of the holder 4, starting from the bottom 8 of the holder 4, initially increases upwards, in that the round rods 23 in the third fastening area 53 bend outwards before they become the Round bars 22 in the second fastening area 52 run essentially perpendicular to the round bars 20, 21 forming the bottom 8 of the receiving area 5, in order then to form the fourth fastening area 54 bending inwards as round bars 24 (see FIG Figure 2 ). This creates space for the second use position.

In the case shown, the degree of inclination of the container, that is to say the angle of a longitudinal direction of the container LRF to a longitudinal direction LR of the receiving area, is 10 °. The second use position therefore corresponds to a further suitable position in which the container is accommodated in an inclined position and inclined forward in the receiving area of the holder. The second position of use thus enables, in the case of a container provided with a simple, manually operable metering pump, the metering pump to be operated by a manually applied pump at an angle from above to dispense the particularly liquid, in any case pumpable, cleaning or disinfecting agent.

Figure 7 shows schematically as a dotted line a container 2 which is received in the receiving area of a container fastening system according to the invention. The container 2 has, for example, the shape of a cuboid of height H, depth T and width B. The height H is 16.0 cm. The depth T is 8.0 cm. The width B is 8.0 cm. The container 2 has a schematically indicated flange 3 to which a metering pump (not shown) can be flanged.
The height FH, the width FB and the depth FT of the receiving area of the holder are also sketched. The depth FT is 9.5 cm. In this context, it is assumed that the depth FT of the receiving area is defined by the distance in the x-direction between the components of the holder that limit the depth of the receiving area. In the case shown, this is the distance between the round rod 11 forming the bend of the front part of the holder and the round rods 22 forming the second fastening area. The height FH of the receiving area is 9.5 cm and corresponds to the maximum extension of the components of the holder forming the receiving area in z -Direction. The width FB of the receiving area is defined by the distance between the components of the holder that delimit the width of the receiving area in the y-direction. In the case shown, this is the distance between the two support elements of the front part of the holder, which in the case shown is FB = 8.0 cm.

It can also be seen that only an extremely small proportion of the area of the four vertically oriented visible sides of the container 2 is covered by the holder. This gives the user the opportunity to be able to perceive any information that may be present on the visible surfaces, such as printed labels that are applied to the visible sides. In the case shown, only about 5% of a respective area is covered by the round bars of the holder, so that about 95% of the respective area can be freely viewed and viewed by the user.

Figure 8 shows a further holder 41 of a container fastening system according to the invention, in which a first section of the bottom 8 of the holder 41 is formed by a single round rod 20 to form the first fastening area 51. The first section of the rear part 9 is also formed by a single round bar 22 to form the second fastening area 52. The second section of the rear part 9 is also formed by a single round rod 24 to form the fourth fastening area 54. Finally, the third fastening area 53 is formed by a single round bar 23 of the intermediate part of the holder. The second section of the bottom 8, on the other hand, is formed by a pair of round bars 21, which, starting from the end of the round bar 20 of the first section of the bottom 8, extend in a V-like manner with increasing spacing in order to merge into round bars 19 over a short arc, which the front support elements 55 of the holder 41 form.

A fastening means (not shown) can, for example, be one as referred to Figure 1 have described clamping device. A connection means for connecting the clamping device to the holder 41 can in such a case be adapted to the shape of a single round rod, so that the fastening means by means of the connection means both on the first fastening area and on the second fastening area and also on the third fastening area can be connected to the fourth fastening area and can be moved over the fastening areas.

According to a further embodiment not shown, the in Figure 8 The fastening areas 51, 52, 53, 54 shown are not formed by individual round bars but by individual plate-shaped components, in particular flat metal sheets. A connection means for connecting the clamping device to the holder 41 can in such a case be adapted to the shape of a respective sheet metal, so that the fastening means by means of the connection means both on the first fastening area and on the second fastening area and also on the third fastening area can be connected to the fourth fastening area and can be moved over the fastening areas.
