Claims (12)

  1. Device for data transmission, said device comprising a data module (5) for storing and playing back data, and also a plug connector housing (1) having a cable outlet opening (11) and a cable gland (3), wherein
    the device comprises furthermore an adaptor module (2) that comprises at least one cable passage region (28) and wherein the adaptor module (2) comprises a cable inlet opening (22) at a first end of this cable passage region (28) and a cable outlet opening (23) at a second end of this cable passage region (28), wherein the adaptor module (2) may be fastened by means of its cable inlet opening (22) to the cable outlet opening (11) of the plug connector housing (1), and wherein the cable gland (3) may be fastened to the cable outlet opening (23) of the adaptor module (2), with the result that the adaptor module (2) may be fastened between the cable outlet opening (11) and the cable gland (3), characterized in that the adaptor module (2) has an outlet surface (24) on which the said data module (5) is arranged, wherein the data module (5) is equipped with at least one interface (52) for the connection of a dongle (41, 43) and/or with a plug connection for the connection of a cable-connected plug connector (42) .
  2. Device according to Claim 1, wherein the at least one interface (52) contains a current supply.
  3. Device according to Claim 2, wherein the at least one interface (52) is a USB-interface.
  4. Device for data transmission according to any of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the adaptor module (2) comprises at its cable inlet opening (22) and at its cable outlet opening (23) one screw thread (221, 231) in each case, and in that the plug connector housing (1) and also the cable gland (3) each comprise corresponding mating threads (111).
  5. Device according to Claim 4, characterized in that the cable inlet opening (22) is configured in the form of a hollow cylindrical cable inlet connection piece (22) on which the corresponding screw thread (221) is arranged.
  6. Device according to Claim 5, characterized in that the screw thread (221) of the cable inlet connection piece is an outer thread (221) that may be screwed into an inner thread (111) of the plug connector housing (1).
  7. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the adaptor module (2) comprises in addition to the cable outlet opening (11) further means for outputting data.
  8. Device according to Claim 7, characterized in that the further means for outputting data comprise an optical display device (44, 45).
  9. Device according to Claim 8, characterized in that the further means for outputting data comprise one or a plurality of digital interfaces (52).
  10. Device according to Claim 9, characterized in that at least one of the interfaces (52) is suitable for outputting data via a wireless radio connection (41).
  11. Device according to Claim 10, characterized in that the at least one interface (52) is suitable for connecting a radio module (41) and in that the device comprises furthermore means (61), at least for connecting a connection of this interface (52) in an electrically conductive manner to at least one line of the first cable (6) so as to ensure the energy supply to such a radio module (41).
  12. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the data module (5) is arranged in the adaptor module (2).
