Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif et des procédés à utiliser dans un biocapteur comportant un réseau multisite de sites de test, ledit dispositif et lesdits procédés étant utilisés pour moduler les interactions de liaison entre une sonde (biomoléculaire) ou un agent de détection et un analyte d'intérêt par modulation du gradient de pH ou ionique à proximité des électrodes dans un tel biocapteur. L'invention porte en outre sur un agent électrochimiquement actif qui est approprié pour être utilisé dans des tampons biologiques pour modifier le pH des tampons biologiques. L'invention concerne également un procédé permettant de modifier le pH de tampons biologiques à l'aide des agents électrochimiquement actifs. L'invention a également trait à des procédés de modulation des interactions de liaison figurant dans un biocapteur, à des procédés d'analyse pour réguler et mesurer plus précisément le gradient du pH ou ionique à proximité des électrodes dans un tel biocapteur, et à des procédés d'analyse permettant de mesurer plus précisément un analyte d'intérêt dans un échantillon biologique.
