Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a dispenser system for fastening on a vertical wall, said dispenser system having a replaceable bottle, which extends along a longitudinal axis, which comprises a bottle body with a circumferential wall which is provided with oppositely situated recesses, and which comprises a pump with an outlet, which includes an outlet opening, and with an actuating element which is movable in the direction of the longitudinal axis, and having an actuating device which includes a support housing and a lever arm which is hinged on the support housing so as to be pivotable about a pivot axis, wherein the support housing comprises an abutment surface for abutment against the vertical wall, two side walls which are spaced apart from one another and are aligned transversely with respect to the abutment surface, and an open front side which is situated opposite the abutment surface such that a receiving region for the bottle is formed between the side walls, with respect to which and from which receiving region the lever arm is able to be pivoted.
  • dispenser systems are used in particular in public institutions, for example in hospitals, in which there is an elevated occurrence of pathogens.
  • a plurality of dispenser systems which dispense a certain amount of disinfecting agent or soap so that the hands of individual persons can be disinfected or washed, are provided above all on walls on account of the increased hygiene requirement.
  • the bottle with the hygiene or disinfecting liquid in this case, has to be replaced regularly. In said context, it has proved desirable to replace the bottle together with the pump in order to avoid the contents of the bottle otherwise being contaminated as soon as a pump that is mounted fixedly on the actuating device is inserted.
  • U.S. 2014/0197194 Al discloses a dispenser system with an actuating device for fastening on a wall, into which a bottle with an integrated pump can be inserted.
  • Said actuating device includes a support housing which essentially consists of a rear wall on which a lever arm is hinged so as to be pivotable, by way of which lever arm a bottle inserted into the housing can be pressed onto the pump.
  • Two engagement elements are additionally mounted in a non-detachable manner on the rear wall such that as a result of a substantially horizontal movement, the bottle can be inserted into the support housing and held by the two engagement elements at its bottle neck.
  • a disadvantage of such an arrangement is that the bottle neck has to comprise a fixedly predetermined circumference in order to be held securely on the support housing by the non-detachable engagement elements. Replacing the bottles requires the bottle neck to be inserted in a targeted and specific manner into the engagement elements.
  • the outlet opening of the outlet only protrudes to a small extent such that it is difficult for a user to apply the disinfecting liquid contained in the bottle onto the inside surface of his/her hands.
  • DE 10 2011 018 377 Al in contrast, describes a dispenser system with a support housing which includes a wedge-shaped back element and a ring-shaped bottle-holding element.
  • a bottle with an integrated pump is inserted from above into the ring-shaped bottle-holding element as a result of a substantially vertical movement and, in this case, is held in a position inclined forward with respect to the vertical.
  • the dispenser system comprises a lever arm which is hinged on the top region of the back element by means of further lever arms.
  • a bottle support flap is also fastened on the back part so as to be foldable-out such that as a result of folding-out the bottle support flap, it is also possible to hold a shorter bottle which is then supported on its bottle bottom by the bottle support flap.
  • replacing the bottles is problematic as in particular after inserting the bottle into the ring-shaped bottle-holding element, the outlet of the bottle pump has to be inserted additionally into the device for the lever arm.
  • the side walls comprise side projections which are provided on oppositely situated inside surfaces of the side walls, that the support housing is developed in such a manner that the bottle can be inserted into the receiving region from the front side as a result of a movement substantially perpendicular to the abutment surface, that with the bottle inserted, the side projections engage with the recesses in the circumferential wall of the bottle and
  • the actuating element is arranged below the lever arm, and that with the bottle inserted, the longitudinal axis of the bottle is in a position inclined forward with respect to the abutment surface.
  • a bottle can be inserted in a particularly simple manner into the support housing and held there. As a result of a substantially horizontal movement, the bottle is inserted into the support housing and is then automatically latched in an inclined position with the side projections.
  • the bottle additionally includes two elongated recesses in the circumferential wall which comprise a length which extends in a preferred manner beyond the length of the side projections. This makes it possible for the recesses to be able to engage with the side projections in a particularly simple manner, the bottle being held securely along its longitudinal axis over a large side region of its circumferential wall.
  • the pump is supported in such a manner on the bottle body that it can only be detached by breaking connections to a fastening element which engages with the bottle body and/or the pump.
  • the pumps in this case, are mounted on the bottles directly after filling such that the pump is easy to use.
  • the connections to the fastening element form a fixed connection between the pump and the bottle body. As soon as the pump is detached from the bottle, this is clearly visible as a result of the broken connections.
  • the pump is screw- connected to a connecting piece on the bottle, which connecting piece is provided with a thread, wherein a flange, which comprises a rounded side, which points to the thread, and a side which points away from the thread and extends perpendicularly with respect to the thread axis, is provided on the side of the thread pointing away from the free end of the connecting piece, wherein the pump comprises latching projections which engage with the side of the flange pointing away from the thread once the pump has been screw-connected such that the pump is supported non-detachably on the bottle body.
  • the pump can be screw- connected onto the connecting piece, the latching projections, in this case, sliding over the rounded side of the flange and then engaging with the side which extends perpendicular to the thread axis. Movement away from the flange which would be produced by unscrewing is prevented as a result of said engagement.
  • the lever arm extends in a plane which runs perpendicular to the abutment surface, wherein the free end of the lever arm is further removed from the abutment surface than the pivot axis.
  • the outlet is developed as a tubular element which extends transversely with respect to the longitudinal axis of the flange with the outlet opening on the free end thereof.
  • the lever arm comprises a portion which, when viewed perpendicular to the direction of extension of the lever arm, has a U-shaped cross section which is open to the receiving region such that with the bottle inserted, the outlet is received in the portion.
  • the lever arm consequently comprises a portion with an elongated housing which includes a side wall and a bottom opening which extends over the entire portion.
  • the outlet of the bottle can be received in the portion of the lever arm by means of the bottom opening.
  • the outlet of the bottle is prevented from pivoting in an unwanted manner in a plane transversely with respect to the longitudinal axis of the bottle.
  • the support housing comprises a platform which extends from the abutment surface toward the front side at a spacing from the lever arm below the receiving region.
  • the platform is inclined in relation to a plane which extends perpendicularly with respect to the abutment surface in such a manner that the spacing between the platform and the lever arm, measured parallel to the abutment surface, increases toward the front side, and wherein when the bottle is inserted, the bottle rests on the platform.
  • This is advantageous as the bottle is additionally supported by the platform under the bottle bottom. Consequently, the bottle, once it has been inserted into the support housing, is not only held by the side projections but additionally by the platform on which the bottle bottom rests.
  • the platform runs in a plane which is inclined with respect to the abutment surface of the support housing such that the bottle, which rests on the platform with its bottle bottom, is held in the position inclined forward with respect to the abutment surface.
  • the support housing comprises a rear wall, on which at least one portion of the abutment surface is realized and which is connected to the platform.
  • a connection between the platform and the rear wall of the support housing makes it possible for the bottle, which is inserted into the support housing with a movement perpendicular to the abutment surface, to be able to be held securely both at the side by the engagement elements and from below by the platform in a position inclined forward with respect to the abutment surface, the rear wall defining the degree of the inclination in a precise manner.
  • a drip pan which extends away from the abutment surface, is provided on the support housing on the side of the receiving region situated opposite the lever arm.
  • Said drip pan extends at least so far from the abutment surface that the free end thereof, with the bottle inserted, is situated on the side, remote from the abutment surface, of a line which extends through the outlet opening parallel to the abutment surface.
  • the drip pan being supported so as to be detachable on the support housing is particularly advantageous here as in this way it is able to be removed from the dispenser system for cleaning.

  • the dispenser system additionally includes an adapter element which can be inserted into the receiving region, wherein the adapter element comprises first engagement means which engage with second engagement means which are provided in the receiving region of the support housing when the adapter element is inserted into the receiving region, a second platform being provided on the adapter element.
  • the second platform is arranged in such a manner that with the adapter element inserted into the receiving region, the second platform points to the lever arm and that the spacing between the second platform and the lever arm is adapted in such a manner to the length of the second bottle that with the second bottle inserted between the second platform and the lever arm, the lever arm abuts against the actuating element.
  • the inserting of the adapter element from the front side into the receiving region of the support housing makes it possible for a second bottle to be subsequently inserted, the length of said second bottle along its longitudinal axis being shorter than that of the first bottle.
  • the second bottle also rests with its bottle bottom on a second platform. Consequently, the adapter element makes it possible for the second smaller bottle to be able to be supported in the support housing also in an inclined position .
  • the adapter element comprises side engagement elements which engage with the recesses provided in the circumferential wall of the second bottle when the second bottle, with the adapter element inserted into the receiving region, is arranged between the second platform and the lever arm.
  • a development of this type is advantageous as the second bottle can not only be shorter than the first bottle, but can also comprise a circumference of the side wall which is smaller than the circumference of the side wall of the first bottle.
  • the recesses in the side wall of the second bottle then engage with the side engagement elements on the adapter element such that the second bottle is held at the side.
  • a different development of the two side engagement elements is conceivable such that the distance between the two engagement elements is adapted to the respective circumference of the bottle .
  • the second platform is inclined in such a manner in relation to a plane which extends perpendicular to the abutment surface that the spacing between the second platform and the lever arm, when measured parallel to the abutment surface, increases toward the front side.
  • the advantage of this is that the second bottle is also supported in a position which is inclined with respect to the abutment surface of the support housing when it rests by way of its bottle bottom on the second platform of the adapter.
  • the adapter element comprises a support surface which runs perpendicularly with respect to the second platform, extends between the side engagement elements and which, with the adapter element inserted into the receiving region, runs from the second platform in the direction of the lever arm.
  • the second bottle can be inserted into the adapter element with one side of its circumferential wall, which lies between the two side recesses, until it contacts the support surface.
  • the support surface being aligned perpendicularly with respect to the second platform, it defines the inclined position of the second bottle when it is held by the adapter element .
  • the side engagement elements are preferably realized as arms which extend away from the support surface. The second bottle can thus be held in a simple manner by the arms of the adapter element engaging into the recesses of the circumferential wall.
  • the adapter element comprises a contact surface which, with the adapter element inserted into the receiving region, rests on the platform.
  • the vertical position of the adapter element in the receiving region is fixed in a simple manner.
  • the first engagement means for the adapter element are realized as hook elements and the second engagement means are realized as recesses which are realized in the rear wall, wherein the recesses engage with the hooks when the adapter element is inserted into the receiving region.
  • the adapter element can be fastened in a reliable manner in the receiving region in this way.
  • the outlet of the second bottle is developed as a tubular element which extends transversely with respect to the longitudinal axis with the outlet opening on the free end thereof.
  • the outlet can be surrounded by a lever arm which forms a housing. The advantage of this is that the outlet of the second bottle cannot be rotated relative to the lever arm.

Description

Dispenser system
The present invention relates to a dispenser system for fastening on a vertical wall, said dispenser system having a replaceable bottle, which extends along a longitudinal axis, which comprises a bottle body with a circumferential wall which is provided with oppositely situated recesses, and which comprises a pump with an outlet, which includes an outlet opening, and with an actuating element which is movable in the direction of the longitudinal axis, and having an actuating device which includes a support housing and a lever arm which is hinged on the support housing so as to be pivotable about a pivot axis, wherein the support housing comprises an abutment surface for abutment against the vertical wall, two side walls which are spaced apart from one another and are aligned transversely with respect to the abutment surface, and an open front side which is situated opposite the abutment surface such that a receiving region for the bottle is formed between the side walls, with respect to which and from which receiving region the lever arm is able to be pivoted.
These types of dispenser systems are used in particular in public institutions, for example in hospitals, in which there is an elevated occurrence of pathogens. A plurality of dispenser systems which dispense a certain amount of disinfecting agent or soap so that the hands of individual persons can be disinfected or washed, are provided above all on walls on account of the increased hygiene requirement. The bottle with the hygiene or disinfecting liquid, in this case, has to be replaced regularly. In said context, it has proved desirable to replace the bottle together with the pump in order to avoid the contents of the bottle otherwise being contaminated as soon as a pump that is mounted fixedly on the actuating device is inserted.
U.S. 2014/0197194 Al discloses a dispenser system with an actuating device for fastening on a wall, into which a bottle with an integrated pump can be inserted. Said actuating device includes a support housing which essentially consists of a rear wall on which a lever arm is hinged so as to be pivotable, by way of which lever arm a bottle inserted into the housing can be pressed onto the pump. Two engagement elements are additionally mounted in a non-detachable manner on the rear wall such that as a result of a substantially horizontal movement, the bottle can be inserted into the support housing and held by the two engagement elements at its bottle neck.
However, a disadvantage of such an arrangement is that the bottle neck has to comprise a fixedly predetermined circumference in order to be held securely on the support housing by the non-detachable engagement elements. Replacing the bottles requires the bottle neck to be inserted in a targeted and specific manner into the engagement elements. In addition, with the bottle inserted in the actuating device, the outlet opening of the outlet only protrudes to a small extent such that it is difficult for a user to apply the disinfecting liquid contained in the bottle onto the inside surface of his/her hands.
DE 10 2011 018 377 Al, in contrast, describes a dispenser system with a support housing which includes a wedge-shaped back element and a ring-shaped bottle-holding element. A bottle with an integrated pump is inserted from above into the ring-shaped bottle-holding element as a result of a substantially vertical movement and, in this case, is held in a position inclined forward with respect to the vertical. The dispenser system comprises a lever arm which is hinged on the top region of the back element by means of further lever arms. In addition, a bottle support flap is also fastened on the back part so as to be foldable-out such that as a result of folding-out the bottle support flap, it is also possible to hold a shorter bottle which is then supported on its bottle bottom by the bottle support flap. Here too, replacing the bottles is problematic as in particular after inserting the bottle into the ring-shaped bottle-holding element, the outlet of the bottle pump has to be inserted additionally into the device for the lever arm.
Consequently, the dispenser systems known from the prior art are inconvenient for a user to operate, and the replacing of the bottles is complicated and time-consuming. Proceeding from the prior art, it is consequently the object of the present invention to provide a dispenser system by way of which bottles are able to be received and securely supported in a simple and quicker manner and which is convenient to operate.
Said object is achieved according to the invention in that the side walls comprise side projections which are provided on oppositely situated inside surfaces of the side walls, that the support housing is developed in such a manner that the bottle can be inserted into the receiving region from the front side as a result of a movement substantially perpendicular to the abutment surface, that with the bottle inserted, the side projections engage with the recesses in the circumferential wall of the bottle and
the actuating element is arranged below the lever arm, and that with the bottle inserted, the longitudinal axis of the bottle is in a position inclined forward with respect to the abutment surface. With the dispenser system according to the invention, a bottle can be inserted in a particularly simple manner into the support housing and held there. As a result of a substantially horizontal movement, the bottle is inserted into the support housing and is then automatically latched in an inclined position with the side projections. The bottle additionally includes two elongated recesses in the circumferential wall which comprise a length which extends in a preferred manner beyond the length of the side projections. This makes it possible for the recesses to be able to engage with the side projections in a particularly simple manner, the bottle being held securely along its longitudinal axis over a large side region of its circumferential wall.
As a result, over and above this, of the bottle being received in a forwardly inclined position in the actuating device, it is achieved that the outlet opening of the outlet protrudes further in relation to the bottom region of the bottle than would be the case if the bottle were arranged with its longitudinal axis parallel to the abutment surface. As a result, it is also simpler for a user to apply the solution contained in the bottle in the region of the inside surfaces of his/her hands.
In a preferred embodiment, the pump is supported in such a manner on the bottle body that it can only be detached by breaking connections to a fastening element which engages with the bottle body and/or the pump. The pumps, in this case, are mounted on the bottles directly after filling such that the pump is easy to use. The connections to the fastening element form a fixed connection between the pump and the bottle body. As soon as the pump is detached from the bottle, this is clearly visible as a result of the broken connections.
In a further preferred embodiment, the pump is screw- connected to a connecting piece on the bottle, which connecting piece is provided with a thread, wherein a flange, which comprises a rounded side, which points to the thread, and a side which points away from the thread and extends perpendicularly with respect to the thread axis, is provided on the side of the thread pointing away from the free end of the connecting piece, wherein the pump comprises latching projections which engage with the side of the flange pointing away from the thread once the pump has been screw-connected such that the pump is supported non-detachably on the bottle body. In the case of said design, the pump can be screw- connected onto the connecting piece, the latching projections, in this case, sliding over the rounded side of the flange and then engaging with the side which extends perpendicular to the thread axis. Movement away from the flange which would be produced by unscrewing is prevented as a result of said engagement.
In a further preferred embodiment, the lever arm extends in a plane which runs perpendicular to the abutment surface, wherein the free end of the lever arm is further removed from the abutment surface than the pivot axis. The advantage of this is that the lever arm extends in the longitudinal direction beyond the front side of the support housing and is consequently simple to operate. The pump can be actuated by pressing the lever arm down.
It is additionally preferred when the outlet is developed as a tubular element which extends transversely with respect to the longitudinal axis of the flange with the outlet opening on the free end thereof. The advantage of said development is that the operator is able to pump the liquid out of the bottle as a result of simply pressing the lever arm with one hand and at the same time he/she is able to catch the liquid below the lever arm with the other hand. As a result of the bottle being held in an inclined position in the support housing, pumping can also be actuated in this manner by the lever arm with a shorter outlet length. It is also conceivable, in this case, for the outlet to comprise a form that deviates from the linear form, for example a curved form, in the longitudinal direction.
In a particularly preferred embodiment, the lever arm comprises a portion which, when viewed perpendicular to the direction of extension of the lever arm, has a U-shaped cross section which is open to the receiving region such that with the bottle inserted, the outlet is received in the portion. The lever arm consequently comprises a portion with an elongated housing which includes a side wall and a bottom opening which extends over the entire portion. Thus, the outlet of the bottle can be received in the portion of the lever arm by means of the bottom opening. In this case, the outlet of the bottle is prevented from pivoting in an unwanted manner in a plane transversely with respect to the longitudinal axis of the bottle.
In an advantageous manner, the support housing comprises a platform which extends from the abutment surface toward the front side at a spacing from the lever arm below the receiving region. The platform is inclined in relation to a plane which extends perpendicularly with respect to the abutment surface in such a manner that the spacing between the platform and the lever arm, measured parallel to the abutment surface, increases toward the front side, and wherein when the bottle is inserted, the bottle rests on the platform. This is advantageous as the bottle is additionally supported by the platform under the bottle bottom. Consequently, the bottle, once it has been inserted into the support housing, is not only held by the side projections but additionally by the platform on which the bottle bottom rests. The platform runs in a plane which is inclined with respect to the abutment surface of the support housing such that the bottle, which rests on the platform with its bottle bottom, is held in the position inclined forward with respect to the abutment surface.
In a particularly advantageous manner, the support housing comprises a rear wall, on which at least one portion of the abutment surface is realized and which is connected to the platform. A connection between the platform and the rear wall of the support housing makes it possible for the bottle, which is inserted into the support housing with a movement perpendicular to the abutment surface, to be able to be held securely both at the side by the engagement elements and from below by the platform in a position inclined forward with respect to the abutment surface, the rear wall defining the degree of the inclination in a precise manner. In a further preferred embodiment, a drip pan, which extends away from the abutment surface, is provided on the support housing on the side of the receiving region situated opposite the lever arm. Said drip pan extends at least so far from the abutment surface that the free end thereof, with the bottle inserted, is situated on the side, remote from the abutment surface, of a line which extends through the outlet opening parallel to the abutment surface. As a result, the hygiene or disinfecting liquid, which can still emerge out of the outlet opening once the lever arm has been actuated, is caught by the drip pan. This prevents the liquid falling unobstructedly onto the floor of the area where the dispenser system is mounted on a wall.
The drip pan being supported so as to be detachable on the support housing is particularly advantageous here as in this way it is able to be removed from the dispenser system for cleaning. In this case, it is further preferred when the drip pan comprises first engagement elements which engage with second engagement elements on the side of the platform remote from the receiving region. As a result, it is possible to mount the drip pan onto the bottom surface of the platform in a simple manner from the outside. The drip pan can be simply detached from the platform for cleaning without the bottle or further elements of the dispenser system having to be removed .
In a particularly preferred embodiment, the dispenser system includes a second replaceable bottle which is provided as an alternative to the first replaceable bottle, extends along a longitudinal axis and comprises a bottle body with a circumferential wall which is provided with oppositely situated recesses. The second replaceable bottle additionally includes a pump with an outlet, which includes an outlet opening, and with an actuating element which is movable in the direction of the longitudinal axis, wherein the length of the second bottle in the direction of the longitudinal axis is smaller than the length of the first bottle in the direction of the longitudinal axis thereof. The dispenser system additionally includes an adapter element which can be inserted into the receiving region, wherein the adapter element comprises first engagement means which engage with second engagement means which are provided in the receiving region of the support housing when the adapter element is inserted into the receiving region, a second platform being provided on the adapter element. The second platform is arranged in such a manner that with the adapter element inserted into the receiving region, the second platform points to the lever arm and that the spacing between the second platform and the lever arm is adapted in such a manner to the length of the second bottle that with the second bottle inserted between the second platform and the lever arm, the lever arm abuts against the actuating element.
The inserting of the adapter element from the front side into the receiving region of the support housing makes it possible for a second bottle to be subsequently inserted, the length of said second bottle along its longitudinal axis being shorter than that of the first bottle. Similarly to the first bottle, the second bottle also rests with its bottle bottom on a second platform. Consequently, the adapter element makes it possible for the second smaller bottle to be able to be supported in the support housing also in an inclined position .
It is additionally preferred when the adapter element comprises side engagement elements which engage with the recesses provided in the circumferential wall of the second bottle when the second bottle, with the adapter element inserted into the receiving region, is arranged between the second platform and the lever arm. A development of this type is advantageous as the second bottle can not only be shorter than the first bottle, but can also comprise a circumference of the side wall which is smaller than the circumference of the side wall of the first bottle. The recesses in the side wall of the second bottle then engage with the side engagement elements on the adapter element such that the second bottle is held at the side. In this case, a different development of the two side engagement elements is conceivable such that the distance between the two engagement elements is adapted to the respective circumference of the bottle .
In a preferred embodiment, the second platform, with the adapter element inserted into the receiving region, is inclined in such a manner in relation to a plane which extends perpendicular to the abutment surface that the spacing between the second platform and the lever arm, when measured parallel to the abutment surface, increases toward the front side. The advantage of this is that the second bottle is also supported in a position which is inclined with respect to the abutment surface of the support housing when it rests by way of its bottle bottom on the second platform of the adapter.
In this connection, it is further preferred when the adapter element comprises a support surface which runs perpendicularly with respect to the second platform, extends between the side engagement elements and which, with the adapter element inserted into the receiving region, runs from the second platform in the direction of the lever arm. The second bottle can be inserted into the adapter element with one side of its circumferential wall, which lies between the two side recesses, until it contacts the support surface. As a result of the support surface being aligned perpendicularly with respect to the second platform, it defines the inclined position of the second bottle when it is held by the adapter element . In this case, the side engagement elements are preferably realized as arms which extend away from the support surface. The second bottle can thus be held in a simple manner by the arms of the adapter element engaging into the recesses of the circumferential wall.
In a further preferred embodiment, the adapter element comprises a contact surface which, with the adapter element inserted into the receiving region, rests on the platform. As a result, the vertical position of the adapter element in the receiving region is fixed in a simple manner. In addition, it is preferred when the first engagement means for the adapter element are realized as hook elements and the second engagement means are realized as recesses which are realized in the rear wall, wherein the recesses engage with the hooks when the adapter element is inserted into the receiving region. The adapter element can be fastened in a reliable manner in the receiving region in this way.
Finally, in a preferred embodiment, the outlet of the second bottle is developed as a tubular element which extends transversely with respect to the longitudinal axis with the outlet opening on the free end thereof. Thus, the outlet can be surrounded by a lever arm which forms a housing. The advantage of this is that the outlet of the second bottle cannot be rotated relative to the lever arm.

An exemplary embodiment of a dispenser system according to the invention is explained initially with reference to Figures 1 to 3 and 8 to 10, Figures 1 and 2 showing the dispenser system with a first bottle inserted into the support housing, Figure 3 showing the dispenser system without the first bottle inserted, Figure 8 showing an associated drip pan, Figure 9 showing the bottle with a fitted pump in an inclined position in which it is inserted into the support housing and Figure 10 showing the connection between the pump and the bottle.
The dispenser system 1 according to the invention comprises an actuating device 3 which includes a support housing 5 and a lever arm 7 which is hinged on the support housing 5 so as to be pivotable.
An abutment surface 9 for abutment against a vertical wall is provided on the support housing 5, the lever arm 7 being provided on the support housing 5 on the first top end 11 thereof and a platform 15 being provided on the second bottom end thereof which is situated opposite the first end 11. The abutment surface 9 is realized as a portion on a rear wall 17 of the support housing 5 and is connected to the platform 15. Two side walls 19, 21, which are spaced apart from one another, also extend transversely in the direction of the platform 15 away from the abutment surface 9. The two side walls 19, 21 comprise a reducing side length in the longitudinal direction of the rear wall 17 proceeding from the lever arm 7 toward the platform 15. The two side walls 19, 21 additionally comprise two side projections 23, 25 which are provided on oppositely situated inside surfaces of the side walls 19, 21 and extend in an elongated manner and parallel to the front edge 27 of the side walls 19, 21.
On the side situated opposite the abutment surface 9, the support housing 5 comprises an open front side 29 such that the two side walls 19, 21, the abutment surface 9 and the platform 15 define a receiving region 31 in the support housing 5.
The platform 15 extends, in this case, from the abutment surface 9 in the direction of the front side 29 in a plane which is inclined relative to the plane of the abutment surface 9 in such a manner that, when measured parallel to the abutment surface 9, the spacing between the platform 15 and the lever arm 7 increases toward the front side 29. The first bottle 33 includes a bottle body 35 which extends along a longitudinal axis 37 between a bottle bottom 39, which, with the first bottle 33 inserted into the support housing 5, rests on the platform 15, and a pump 40 which is situated opposite the bottle bottom 39 and is screw-connected to a connecting piece. The pump 40 is screw-connected to the bottle body 35 and supported by a ring-shaped fastening element 41. In the state of the first bottle 33 as delivered, the fastening element 41, in this case, is fixedly connected to the pump 40. A flange 43, the side 44 of which that points to the thread 42 is rounded and the side of which that points away from the thread 42 extends perpendicularly with respect to the longitudinal axis 37, which coincides with the thread axis, is provided on the first bottle 33 below the thread 42, to which the pump 40 is screw-connected, and consequently on the side 45 of the thread 42 that points away from the free end of the connecting piece. Latching projections 47, which, when the pump 40 is screw-connected to the bottle body 35, are bent apart on account of the rounded side 44 and then engage with the side 45 of the flange 43 which points away from the thread 42, are provided on the fastening element 41 of the pump 40. For subsequently detaching the pump 40, a high torque in the order of approximately 3 Nm has to be applied so that the latching projections 47 are detached or snapped out of the bottle body 35. A high torque of this type cannot be transmitted by hand, without an additional tool being used, onto the pump 40 and the bottle body 35 on account of the smooth surface of the pump and of the bottle body 35. Once the bottles have been delivered, it is not possible for the pump 40 to be removed manually from the bottle body 35 by the user.
The pump 40 additionally comprises an actuating element 47 which is actuatable in the direction of the longitudinal axis 37 or, in this case, is movable in a linear manner and includes an outlet 49, the free end 51 of which is at a spacing from the actuating element 47. The outlet 49 is developed as an elongated tubular element which extends transversely with respect to the longitudinal axis 37 of the first bottle 33 and on the free end 51 of which an outlet opening 53 is provided. Thus, as a result of pressing the actuating element 47, a liquid is able to be conveyed out of the first bottle 33 to the outlet opening 53.
The lever arm 7 extends in a vertical plane perpendicularly with respect to the abutment surface 9 of the support housing 5 and comprises a portion 55 which, when viewed perpendicularly with respect to the direction of extension of the lever arm 7, has a U-shaped cross section which is open to the receiving region 31. With the first bottle 33 inserted into the actuating device 3, the outlet 49, realized as a tubular element, is received in the U-shaped portion 55 of the lever arm 7, the outlet 49 extending in the direction of extension of the lever arm 7 such that the free end 57 of the lever arm 7 and the outlet opening 53 are further removed from the abutment surface 9 than the pivot axis 59 about which the lever arm 7 can be pivoted to and away from the receiving region 31.
The bottle body 35 additionally comprises a circumferential wall 61 which extends along the longitudinal axis 37. Two elongated, side recesses 63, 65, which extend substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis 37 of the first bottle 33 and are formed by a concave bulge of the circumferential wall 61 to the interior of the first bottle 33, are provided on oppositely situated sides of the circumferential wall 61. With the first bottle 33 inserted into the actuating device 3, the side projections 23, 25 of the side walls 19, 21 of the support housing 5 engage with the recesses 63, 65 in the circumferential wall 61 of the first bottle 33 such that the first bottle 33 is held in the support housing 5 or the receiving region 31. As the two side projections 23, 25 are realized parallel to the front edge 27 of the side walls 19, 21 and are consequently inclined with respect to the abutment surface 9, the first bottle 33 inserted into the receiving region 31 is held in a position inclined forward with respect to the abutment surface 9 where the longitudinal axis 37 extends in an inclined manner with respect to the abutment surface 9 of the support housing 5. At the same time, the first bottle 33 stands with the bottle bottom 39 on the platform 15 which is inclined relative to the abutment surface 9.
The support housing 5 additionally comprises a drip pan 67 which is provided on the second end 13 of the support housing 5 which is oppositely situated to the first end 15 on which the lever arm 7 is hinged. With the first bottle 33 inserted, the first bottle 33 is situated between the lever arm 7 and the drip pan 67, the lever arm 7 and the drip pan 67 extending in the same direction from the abutment surface 9 of the support housing 5. In this case, the drip pan 67 extends so far away from the abutment surface that the free end 69 thereof, with the first bottle 33 inserted into the receiving region 31, is situated on the side, remote from the abutment surface 9, of a line 71 which extends through the outlet opening 53 parallel to the abutment surface 9.
The drip pan 67 is supported so as to be detachable on the support housing 5. On the end which is situated opposite the free end 69, the drip pan 67 comprises first engagement elements 73 which extend, with the drip pan 67 placed onto the support housing 5, parallel to the plane of the abutment surface 9. The first engagement elements 73, in this case, are developed as hook elements, and on its bottom surface, which is remote from the receiving region 31 and the lever arm 7, the platform 15 comprises second engagement elements 75 which run parallel to the plane of the abutment surface 15. The second engagement elements 75 are developed as recesses and, in this case, comprise a spacing which coincides with the spacing between the two hook elements 73 such that the two hook elements 73 can engage with the recesses 75 of the platform 15 in order to connect the drip pan 67 to the support housing 5. The exemplary embodiment of a dispenser system 1 according to the invention can then be used as follows. Once the support housing 5 with the abutment surface 9 has been placed onto a vertical wall and has been fastened, the lever arm 7, which is pivotably hinged on the support housing 5, is pivoted about the pivot axis 59 in such a manner away from the receiving region 31 that the receiving region 31 of the support housing 5 is freely accessible. The first bottle 33 can then be inserted into the receiving region 31 from the front side 29 as a result of a movement substantially perpendicular to the abutment surface 9. As soon as the side projections 23, 25 on the inside surfaces of the side wall 19, 21 of the support housing 5 engage with the oppositely situated recesses 63, 65 of the first bottle 33, the first bottle 33 is securely held in the support housing 5. In addition, the bottle bottom 39 rests on the inclined platform 15 such that the bottle 33 is held in a position inclined forward with respect to the abutment surface 9. The lever arm 7 is then pivoted toward the first bottle 33 such that the portion 55 open to the receiving region 31 is able to receive the outlet 49 of the bottle 33. In addition, the drip pan 67 can be latched with the side of the platform 15 remote from the receiving region 31.
When the hygiene or disinfecting liquid has been used up and the first bottle 33 has to be replaced, the drip pan 67 does not have to be detached just in order to be able to change the bottle 33. Just the lever arm 7 is pivoted away from the receiving region 31 again and the first bottle 33 can then be removed from the receiving region 31 of the support housing 5 as a result of a movement substantially perpendicular to the abutment surface 9.
Figures 4 to 7 show the exemplary embodiment of a dispenser system according to the invention with a second bottle 33' which can be used as an alternative to the first bottle 33 and compared to the first bottle 33 has a length d' in the direction of the longitudinal axis 37' which is smaller than the length d of the first bottle 33 in the direction of the longitudinal axis 37 thereof.
In addition, the second bottle 33' can comprise a circumference about its circumferential wall 61' which can be greater or smaller than the circumference of the circumferential wall 61 of the first bottle 33.
The circumferential wall 61' of the second bottle 33' also comprises oppositely situated recesses 63' , 65' . The second bottle 33' is additionally provided with an outlet 49' which includes an outlet opening 53' and is movable in the direction of the longitudinal axis 37' . The outlet 49' of the second bottle 33' is realized as a tubular element which extends transversely with respect to the longitudinal axis 37' up to a free end 51' such that the outlet opening 53' is provided on the free end 51' of the tubular element.
When the second bottle 33' is used, an adapter element 77 with a rear wall 79, a support surface 81 situated opposite the rear wall, side engagement means and a second platform 85 are provided.
The adapter element 77 can be inserted into the support housing 5. To support the adapter element 77 in the receiving region 31 of the support housing 5, the adapter element 77 comprises first engagement means on the two oppositely situated, side ends of the rear wall of the adapter element 77, which are aligned parallel to the longitudinal axis of the rear wall. The first engagement means are realized as hook elements and two such hook elements are provided in each case on the two oppositely situated side ends of the rear wall 79 of the adapter element 77. Second engagement means 83, which are developed in such a manner that they engage with the first engagement means of the adapter element 77 when the adapter element 77 is inserted into the receiving region 31, are provided on the rear wall 17 of the support housing 5. The second engagement means 83 can be developed as recesses in the rear wall 17 of the support housing 5 such that the hook elements can be suspended in a simple manner in said recesses and consequently can engage.
Provided on the front side of the adapter element 77, which is situated opposite the rear wall 79, is a second platform 87 which is arranged in such a manner that with the adapter element 77 inserted into the receiving region 31, the second platform 87 points to the lever arm 7 and extends away from the rear wall 79 of the adapter element 77 which, with the adapter element 77 inserted into the receiving region 31, extends substantially parallel to the abutment surface 9 of the support housing 5.
The surface of the adapter element 77 which points away from the second platform 87 is developed as a contact surface 89 which, with the adapter element 77 inserted into the receiving region 31, rests on the platform 15 of the support housing 15 and supports the adapter element 77 additionally from below. Consequently, with the adapter element 77 inserted into the receiving region 31, the platform 15, the contact surface 89 and the second platform 87 are aligned parallel to one another.
The spacing between the second platform 87 and the lever arm 7 is adapted to the length of the second bottle 33' such that when the second bottle 33' is inserted into the adapter element 77 between the second platform 87 and the lever arm 7, the lever arm 7 abuts against the actuating element 47' of the second bottle 33' and the bottle bottom 39' of the second bottle 33' is supported by the second platform 87. The second platform 87, when the adapter element 77 is inserted into the receiving region 31, is inclined in relation to a plane which extends perpendicularly with respect to the abutment surface 9 in such a manner that the spacing between the second platform 87 and the lever arm 7, when measured parallel to the abutment surface 9, increases toward the front side 29. If, in addition, the second bottle 33' is inserted into the adapter element 77 which is inserted into the receiving region 31 of the support housing 5, the second bottle 33' is also situated in a position inclined relative to the abutment surface 9 of the support housing 5.
The adapter element 77 additionally comprises side engagement elements 91, 93 which are provided spaced apart from one another on the two side ends of the adapter element 77 and are aligned parallel to one another. The two side engagement elements 91, 93 are realized as arms which extend transversely with respect to the rear wall 79 from the support surface 81 which is situated opposite the rear wall 79 of the adapter element 77. The support surface 81 extends between the side engagement elements 91, 93 and runs perpendicularly with respect to the second platform 87. When the adapter element 77 is inserted into the receiving region 31 of the support housing 5, the support surface 81 runs from the second platform 87 in the direction of the lever arm 7.
When, in addition, the second bottle 33' is inserted into the adapter element 77, which is inserted into the receiving region 31 of the support housing 5, the second bottle 33' abuts against the support surface 81 between the two recesses 63', 65' with a side wall.
The spacing between the two side engagement elements 91, 93 is adapted in such a manner to the width or to the circumference of the circumferential wall 61' of the second bottle 33' that it can engage with recesses 63' , 65' provided in the circumferential wall 61' of the second bottle 33' when the second bottle 33' is arranged between the second platform 87 and the lever arm 7, with the adapter element 77 inserted into the receiving region 31. The exemplary embodiment with the second bottle 33' can be described in a similar manner as for the first bottle 33.
The adapter element 77 is then inserted into the receiving region 31 of the support housing 5 as a result of a movement substantially perpendicular to the abutment surface 9 into the support housing 5, which has been placed with the abutment surface 9 onto a vertical wall and fastened. In this case, the side hook elements of the adapter element 77 engage with the recesses in the rear wall of the support housing such that the rear wall 79 of the adapter element 77 abuts against the rear wall 17 of the support housing 5. At the same time, the adapter element 77 rests with the contact surface 89 on the platform 15 of the support housing 5 such that the adapter element 77 is additionally supported from below .
As a result of a movement substantially perpendicular to the abutment surface 9, the second bottle 33' can then be inserted into the adapter element 77 which is inserted in the receiving region 31, the side engagement elements 91, 93 engaging with the recesses 63', 65' of the second bottle 33' and the bottle bottom 39' of the second bottle 33' resting on the second platform 87 such that the second bottle 33' is held in a position inclined with respect to the abutment surface 9.
When the lever arm 7 is pivoted toward the receiving region 31, the outlet 49' of the second bottle 33' can be received by the portion 55 which is open to the receiving region 31. As a result of pressing on the lever arm 7 in the direction of the receiving region 31, the hygiene or disinfecting liquid contained in the second bottle 33' can then be applied in a simple manner on the inside surfaces of the hand of the user.
Finally, achieved in both cases is that liquid emerging from the outlet 49, 49' is caught as a result of the free end 69 of the drip pan 67 being situated on the side, remote from the abutment surface 9, of a line 71 which extends through the outlet 49, 49' and parallel to the abutment surface 9.
