Claims (15)

  1.   2. Dispositif de transport et/ou de stockage (1) selon la revendication 1, le système (23, 36, 37, 38, 41) comprenant, pour la liaison mobile du dispositif (3) avec la délimitation latérale (2) du dispositif de transport et/ou de stockage (1), l'au moins un accumulateur d'énergie (34, 34, 35).
  3. Dispositif de transport et/ou de stockage (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, le dispositif (3) comprenant un dispositif de limitation (25) pour la limitation de la distance entre le dispositif (3) et la délimitation latérale (2) du dispositif de transport et/ou de stockage (1), de préférence le dispositif de limitation (25) étant conçu comme un évidement (26) dans la délimitation latérale (2) du dispositif de transport et/ou de stockage (1) et/ou comme un dispositif de retenue (27) qui est relié avec le système (23, 36, 37, 38, 41) pour la liaison mobile du dispositif (3) avec la délimitation latérale (2) du dispositif de transport et/ou de stockage (1) et/ou est constitué de l'au moins un accumulateur d'énergie (24, 34, 35).
  4. Dispositif de transport et/ou de stockage (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, le dispositif (3) comprenant une structure d'appui (28) sur laquelle le système (23, 36, 37, 38, 41) pour la liaison mobile du dispositif (3) avec la délimitation latérale (2) du dispositif de transport et/ou de stockage (1) et l'au moins un accumulateur d'énergie (24, 34, 35) sont disposés, de préférence la structure d'appui (28) comprenant une surface de contact (29) pour la mise en contact des récipients (8) disposés dans le dispositif de transport et/ou de stockage (1).
  5. Dispositif de transport et/ou de stockage (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
    - le système (23, 36, 37, 38, 41) pour la liaison mobile du dispositif (3) avec la délimitation latérale (2) du dispositif de transport et/ou de stockage (1) étant conçu comme une pièce en tôle et/ou une charnière et/ou une tige et/ou un accumulateur d'énergie (24, 34, 35) et/ou
    - l'au moins un accumulateur d'énergie (24, 34, 35) étant constitué de deux parties et/ou étant conçu comme une patte élastique (31) et/ou
    - le dispositif (3) comprenant un dispositif de restriction (39), de préférence conçu comme une patte (40), pour la restriction de la mobilité du dispositif (3) dans une direction (R', R") parallèle à une extension longitudinale du dispositif (3).
  6. Dispositif de transport et/ou de stockage (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins un dispositif mobile (3) pour la fixation de la position est réalisé d'une seule pièce avec la délimitation latérale (2), ou est réalisé comme un composant distinct de la délimitation latérale (2), l'au moins un dispositif mobile (3) pouvant de préférence être relié ultérieurement avec le dispositif de transport et/ou de stockage (1) par l'intermédiaire du système (23, 36, 38, 41) pour la liaison mobile du dispositif (3) avec la délimitation latérale (2) du dispositif de transport et/ou de stockage (1).
  7. Dispositif de transport et/ou de stockage (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins un dispositif mobile (3) pour la fixation de la position est conçu de façon à ce qu'il puisse maintenir les récipients (8) disposés dans le dispositif de transport et/ou de stockage (1) à l'aide d'une complémentarité de forme et/ou par force.
  8. Dispositif de transport et/ou de stockage (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins un dispositif mobile (3) pour la fixation de la position est disposé de façon à ce qu'il puisse maintenir les récipients (8) disposés dans le dispositif de transport et/ou de stockage (1) au-dessus et/ou en dessous d'un plan central imaginaire de la délimitation latérale (2).
  9. Dispositif de transport et/ou de stockage (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de transport et/ou de stockage (1) comprend un dispositif de logement (5) pour la disposition empilée d'au moins deux dispositifs de transport et/ou de stockage (1).
  10. Dispositif de transport et/ou de stockage (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que, lors d'un mouvement de l'au moins un dispositif mobile (3) pour la fixation de la position, la position du côté supérieur (15) par rapport au côté inférieur (4) du dispositif de transport et/ou de stockage (1) reste inchangée.
  11. Dispositif de transport et/ou de stockage (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un élément d'actionnement (6) est disposé de façon à ce que l'élément d'actionnement (6) soit accessible de l'extérieur.
  12. Disposition constituée d'un dispositif de transport et/ou de stockage (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11 et d'une machine pour le remplissage de récipients (8), plus particulièrement de récipients de produits pharmaceutiques, avec au moins un dispositif d'introduction et/ou de retrait, avec lequel les récipients (8) peuvent être introduits et/ou retirés dans et/ou hors de l'au moins un dispositif de transport et/ou de stockage (1) et d'au moins un dispositif d'actionnement (7) pour le déplacement de l'au moins un dispositif (3) pour la fixation de la position des récipients (8) disposés dans le dispositif de transport et/ou de stockage (1).
  13. Procédé pour l'introduction et/ou le retrait d'au moins un récipient (8), plus particulièrement d'un récipient de produits pharmaceutiques, dans un dispositif de transport et/ou de stockage (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, l'au moins un récipient (8) étant introduit dans le dispositif de transport et/ou de stockage (1) et/ou étant retiré du dispositif de transport et/ou de stockage (1) par le côté supérieur (15), le dispositif de transport et/ou de stockage (1) comprenant au moins un élément d'actionnement (6) au moyen duquel le dispositif (3) pour la fixation de position peut être déplacé et qui est réalisé sur l'au moins un dispositif mobile (3) pour la fixation de position et l'au moins un élément d'actionnement (6) étant sollicité au moins pendant l'introduction et/ou le retrait de l'au moins un récipient (8) avec une force, de préférence de l'extérieur.
  14. Procédé de fabrication d'un dispositif de transport et/ou de stockage (1), comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    - préparation d'un dispositif de transport et/ou de stockage (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, le dispositif de transport et/ou de stockage (1) comprenant un côté supérieur (15), qui est ouvert au moins partiellement, plus particulièrement entièrement, un côté inférieur (4) opposé au côté supérieur (15) et une délimitation latérale (2) par l'intermédiaire de laquelle le côté supérieur (15) est relié avec le côté inférieur (4),
    - préparation d'au moins un, de préférence deux dispositifs (3, 3a) pour la fixation de position et
    - liaison de l'au moins un dispositif (3) avec le dispositif de transport et/ou de stockage (1) par l'intermédiaire du système (23, 36, 37, 38, 41) pour la liaison mobile avec la délimitation latérale (2) du dispositif de transport et/ou de stockage (1).
  15. Procédé selon la revendication 14, moyennant quoi, avant la liaison de l'au moins un dispositif (3) avec le dispositif de transport et/ou de stockage (1) par l'intermédiaire du système (23, 36, 37, 38, 41) pour la liaison mobile avec la délimitation latérale (2) du dispositif de transport et/ou de stockage (1), l'étape supplémentaire suivante est exécutée :
    - prévoyance d'au moins un, de préférence quatre évidements (26) dans la délimitation latérale (2) du dispositif de transport et/ou de stockage (1), pour le logement, au moins à certains endroits, du système (23, 36, 37, 38, 41) pour la liaison mobile et/ou
    - prévoyance d'au moins un évidement supplémentaire (33), de préférence distinct de l'au moins un évidement (26), dans la délimitation latérale (2) du dispositif de transport et/ou de stockage (1), par l'intermédiaire duquel l'au moins un dispositif (3) peut être sollicité avec une force, de façon à ce que l'au moins un dispositif (3) puisse être déplacé à l'intérieur du dispositif de transport et/ou de stockage (1).
