Abstract

The invention relates to a manikin (1) comprising a foam frame (2) forming a human silhouette and, preferably, a cover (20) for covering at least partially the foam of the frame (2). The frame (2) has two lower limbs (22, 22 ') forming legs, each leg having at one end an opening for receiving an insertion rod (38) of a foot (3).

Description

FIELD

The field of the invention relates to the field of mannequins used to form including obstacles to improve the training conditions of sportsmen practicing a sport in which a ball is used such as handball, football, basketball, volleyball. etc. The invention is particularly interesting application when the manikin simulates the presence of a footballer.

STATE OF THE ART

There are currently mannequins used in football training for learning, for example, shooting or dribbling.

We know a manikin, described in the application WO2010 / 016814A1 , which aims to simulate a defender in various situations, including in various configurations to be used in different sports. To this end, it has removable arms to vary the postures. In addition, it has a base forming a base, a bust whose height is adjustable and possibly wheels or a wheel for transport.

However, the football pitches do not facilitate the maintenance of such a manikin vertically and the land or lawn is not a support facilitating the movement of such manikin with such wheels.

Finally, during football training sessions and especially shots, this model is likely to be hit by a ball and fall. It is therefore necessary to raise it every time it is touched.

Other solutions exist such as those marketed by BARRET. These mannequins offer metal solutions that include holding means inserted into the ground. In this solution, the manikin comprises metal insert stakes.

However, the transport of such mannequins often requires a truck because their weight is important especially if it is necessary to move a plurality of them on the ground. Another problem is the general ergonomics of the manikin which does not present a realistic solution. Finally, these dummies can only be used to form obstacles. Another problem is that once struck by a balloon, a high probability of falling from the manikin is observed.

There is a solution for strengthening such dummies by fixing a coating on both sides of the metal dummy to obtain a more realistic dummy for training and to protect the metal structure.

However, such a coating is preferably transported independently of the manikin in the field to ease the transport of each piece. This implies additional staff. Moreover, this solution multiplies the large size pieces to handle to prepare each manikin. Finally, this coating only partially reduces the likelihood of manikin falling when hit by a balloon. Indeed, the weight being evenly distributed, a shot on the top of the manikin is likely to cause the manikin on the ground.

Finally, such a mannequin presents a limited solution for dribbling training.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The invention aims to overcome the aforementioned drawbacks.

An object of the invention relates to a manikin comprising a foam frame forming a human silhouette, said frame having two lower legs forming legs, each leg having an end provided with an opening for receiving a foot insertion rod .

One advantage is to offer a manikin so that football players can train on a football field. The models simulate the presence of a player. This presence is ideal for dribbling or shooting training situations. An advantage of such a manikin is that it resists a shock including a ball to stay in a vertical position.

The foot advantageously comprises at least one ballast.

Preferably, the manikin further comprises a cover for covering at least partially the foam of the frame.

According to one embodiment, the dummy comprises two feet, each foot comprises an insertion rod and at least one reinforcing profile having a larger section than the section of the insertion rod, the reinforcing profile being intended for s insert into a portion of the opening of the leg corresponding to the foot. One advantage is to enhance the stability of the manikin in its vertical position or in the return to its vertical position.

According to one embodiment, the reinforcing profile forms a one-piece piece with the foot or includes rings plugging into the insertion rod.

According to one embodiment, each leg includes at least one wheel attached to each leg and arranged to provide a first position in which the manikin can be moved by rolling when tilted and a second vertical position in which the manikin rests on his feet. One advantage is to facilitate the movement of the manikin simply. The wheel may advantageously provide a support surface extending slightly beyond a foot surface without a wheel.

According to one embodiment, the manikin comprises a system for fixing each foot with the frame. One advantage is to secure the feet with the frame.

According to one embodiment, the fastening system comprises at least one strap disposed on a foot or on the cover called fixing element and a fastener disposed on the element fixed to receive at least one strap. One advantage is to allow rapid attachment or tightening or possibly remove the foot of the frame when it is not glued via the rod.

According to one embodiment, each foot has two openings for the passage of a strap that passes through a base to offer a first attachment member on a first face of the dummy and a second attachment member on the second face of the manikin. One advantage is to allow the passage of a strap between the two openings. Another advantage is that the strap can simply be replaced if it is damaged.

According to one embodiment, the foam is made of polyethylene or polyurethane, the cover is plastic and the ballast of each foot comprises concrete, sand or a volume of liquid when the base is hollow. An advantage of a removable or extractable ballast is to be able to define a given weight and sufficient to maintain the manikin. Another advantage is to allow the dummy to move at a lower weight and to ballast the manikin once it is in place.

According to one embodiment, the manikin has two opposite faces of substantially identical shape and separated by a thickness of between 4 cm and 25 cm and having different colors. An advantage is to allow to define dummies belonging to a team or a second team according to its orientation in the field. One advantage is to distribute the dummies so that they define either obstacles on the ground to avoid or targets to propose a ball pass.

According to one embodiment, the cover has a zipper extending from the head to the end of one of the two legs. One advantage is to de-foam the manikin in a simple way with a single gesture to open the cover and allow extraction of the foam cover.

According to one embodiment, the spacing between the two legs of the manikin is in the range [22 cm; 40 cm]. One advantage is to allow the passage of a ball between the legs, including a football, to train players dribbling and small bridges.

According to one embodiment, the manikin comprises a metal or plastic armature extending in the foam forming the lower limbs of the manikin. One advantage is to benefit from extra weight in the lower part of the manikin in order to obtain a better stability. Another advantage is to propose a dummy more resistant to deformations.

According to one embodiment, the frame comprises a first foam forming an upper part of the manikin and a second foam forming a lower part of the manikin, the density of the first foam being lower than the density of the second foam.

One advantage is to provide a manikin with greater stability because the ballast in the lower part of the manikin is spread over a larger volume.

According to one embodiment, the insertion rod comprises a bending device allowing a folding of said insertion rod under the effect of a restoring force applied substantially perpendicularly to the main axis of the manikin and allowing it to recover its initial shape after deformation.

DESCRIPTION

The figure 1 represents a manikin 1 of the invention comprising a foam frame 2 forming a human silhouette on each of its faces F1, F2. The frame 2 thus comprises an upper part forming a head, two upper limbs forming arms, a bust and two lower limbs 22, 22 'forming legs.

The frame 2 is covered with a cover 20 comprising a closure 21 to completely cover the foam of the frame 2. The cover 20 has a shape adapted to cooperate with the frame 2 to conform to its shape when it covers. The cover 20 may be for example plastic, PVC or polyester fabric. Optionally, a vinyl layer can be added. According to an exemplary embodiment, the cover 20 is waterproof, that is to say, waterproof, so that it can withstand rain or possibly a shower with footballers.

The cover 20 may advantageously be designed in two different colors to form two different faces. This solution has the advantage of assigning a team color to a manikin with one side or the other. This is particularly interesting during dribbling exercises in which models from two different teams are placed on the field. The training player can then find himself among a plurality of dummies simulating the presence of footballers from two different teams to move on the field.

Closing

The closure 21 may be a zipper or alternatively a closure 21 made by one or more strips of scratch.

The closure 21 extends over a large length on at least one face of the manikin 1 from the head to one of the legs 22, 22 '. Such a closure 21 allows to insert the foam 2 simply in the cover 20 without having to compress too much. Advantageously, according to one embodiment, the cover comprises only one closure so as to simplify the design of the manikin 1. In the latter case, the closure 21 advantageously extends in a part forming either an upper member or a member lower 22, 22 '.

Base plate, foot

The manikin 1 is held vertically with the present of feet 3 forming a holding base. The feet 3 are attached to the lower end of the lower part of the manikin 1, namely the legs 22, 22 '.

The holding base 3 comprises a base 34 having a flat or substantially flat bottom surface 31 extending beyond the lower surface of a lower limb 22, 22 'of the manikin 1 so as to provide a surface holding the manikin 1 vertically. The base 34 comprises an upper surface interfacing with the lower part of each leg. The base 34 comprises for example curved lateral faces 37. Any other lateral profile allowing the passage of a first surface to a second surface may be a variant of the invention, the second surface being the ground contact surface of the manikin 1 and the first surface being the upper surface of the foot 3 adapted to cooperate with the lower members 22, 22 'of the frame 2.

Stem, reinforcement rings

Advantageously, the rod 38 secured to each base 34 may be designed in a rigid material such as metal, such as a rod made of iron or aluminum or an alloy. According to another embodiment, the rod 38 may be made of a rigid plastic. According to an exemplary embodiment, the rod and the base are designed in the same room and form a monobloc element. They can, for example, be obtained by molding.

According to another embodiment, the rod 38 is made integral with the base 34 for example by virtue of an extremal shape forming a monobloc extension comprising a portion that is trapped in the base 34 such as a disc or a shape whose width is larger than the diameter of the rod 38. According to another method of attachment, the rod 38 can be simply glued into an opening of the base. According to another embodiment, the rod 38 comprises a fastening means such as an end screw which is screwed into a thread of an upper opening of the base. Other means of assembling the rod 38 in the base 34 can be made and are compatible with the invention.

According to one embodiment, the rod 38 is reinforced by a reinforcing profile 32 such as those shown 321, 322 to FIGS. 5A or 5B or by reinforcing rings 320 arranged at the base of the rod 38 on the upper part of the base 34 as shown in FIG. figure 3 .

The reinforcement profile 32 makes it possible to increase the contact surface between the foot 3 and the frame 2 so as to improve the vertical retention of the manikin 1.

The rod 38 is adapted to cooperate with an opening 35 formed in the length of each lower member 22, 22 'of the frame 2. figure 4 represents a bottom view of a lower limb 22, 22 'of a dummy 1. The surface 25 of the lower extremal portion of the dummy 1 may be covered by the cover 20 or not according to the intended embodiment . According to one embodiment a disc pierced at its center interfaces between the lower member 22, 22 'and the foot 3 so as to reinforce the stabilization of the frame 2 on each leg 3. The disc (not shown in the figure) can be plastic, metal or an alloy so as to provide a greater support surface to each lower limb 22, 22 'on their respective foot 3.

When a reinforcing profile 32 is provided on a foot 3, such as reinforcing rings 320, the opening 35 formed in each lower limb 22, 22 'comprises a first opening 36 having a diameter cooperating with the circumference of the profile. reinforcement 32, said first opening 36 being extended in the foam of the frame 2 by a second opening 35 having a diameter smaller than that of the first opening 36. The second opening 35 is adapted to cooperate with the diameter of the rod 38.

The outer surface of the end of a lower limb 22, 22 'in which the extension 35 of the longitudinal opening 36 appears on the figure 4 with a smaller diameter than the latter.

According to one embodiment, each rod 38 may comprise means to make it flexible. This flexibility can, for example, make it possible to tilt the manikin when it hits with a balloon and return it to a vertical state after the shock.

For example, the rods 38 may be designed in fibers so as to promote flexibility.

According to an exemplary embodiment illustrated in figure 8 each rod 38 may comprise a rocker device to make it flexible and allow folding with a restoring force enabling it to regain its original shape. The rocker device can be understood as a bending device allowing the bending of the rod and its return to the initial state, that is to say not folded.

The figure 8 discloses a rod 38 having three portions:

The first spring 381 is attached to a first end of the link chain 385 via a first holding piece 386. The second spring 383 is attached to a second end of the link chain 385 via a second holding piece 387. Thus, during an impact, for example following the impact of a balloon, aiming to exert a substantially horizontal force on the rod 38 arranged vertically, the latter bends at the level of the second portion 384 which is deformable. The two springs 381 and 383 allow deformation at the junctions firstly between the first portion 380 and the second portion 384 and secondly between the second portion 384 and the third portion 382.

This configuration of rod 38 is particularly pleasant for the footballer who trains, because the balloons are deflected along more realistic trajectories with the inclination of the manikin 1. Moreover, the two springs 381, 383 with the link chain 385 form a longitudinal member having the equivalent of a stiffness generating a restoring force under the application of a force whose direction is non-parallel to the axis of the rod 38.

Straps and other types of fasteners

According to an exemplary embodiment, the fastener 23, 30 may comprise at least one first element fixed on the base 34 and at least one second element fixed on the cover 20 on the surface of a lower limb 22 of the manikin 1. The fixing element 23 may, for example, be sewn on the surface of the cover 20.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the fastener 23, 30 comprises an assembly formed of at least one strap 30 and at least one element for the passage of the strap 30 and its clamping and / or fixing. When the fastener comprises a strap 30, according to the embodiments, it may be a ratchet type fastening, lashing strap, strap with adhesive gripper. The strap 30 may be, for example, coupled with a self-locking clip-type fastener or plastic quick release buckles, a clamping loop, a crocodile loop, claw cam loops. The loops can be plastic or metal.

According to one embodiment, the fastening system of the invention comprises a strap 30 with a snap button which is intended to be clipped on a button fixed on the cover 20.

In an alternative or complementary manner, the strap 30 may have some elasticity to facilitate tightening. Each foot is thus fixed to the lower limb by means of a strap 30 forming a tensioner.

According to an exemplary embodiment, each lower limb 22 comprises two elements 23 for the passage each of a strap 30. According to one embodiment, a single strap 30 passes through the base 34 and provides two ends that can be inserted in the passage elements 23. In the latter case, two openings 33 are formed on the base 34 and communicate internally to the base to allow the strap 30 to slide therein.

In another example, two straps 30 are fixed on either side of the base 34 and allow a double attachment to each lower limb 22.

Alternatively, the straps are fixed to the cover for example by stitching and the tightening loops, or the equivalent element, are fixed on the base 34. It is still preferable to place the straps on the bases for questions of robustness of the manikin 1.

Foot and frame assembly

According to a first embodiment, the rods 38 are glued during their introduction into the lower limbs 22, 22 'of the manikin 1. This solution has the advantage of designing a dummy 1 forming a single piece weighted in its lower part.

According to a second variant embodiment, the feet 3 are fixed to the frame 2 at each new use in the openings 35 of the lower limbs 22, 22 '. An advantage of this solution is to allow mounting of the manikin 1 fast by the insertion of the two rods 38 in each lower limb 22, 22 'and the attachment of the strap to make them integral. In this solution, the feet 3 are removable vis-à-vis the frame 2. The feet 3 can be in this retractable solution vis-à-vis the frame 2.

An advantage of this solution is to be able to transport light mannequins 1 under the arm, for example by children, adolescents or adults, and to transport feet 3 separately via a carriage for example. In this embodiment, the mannequins 1 are assembled in the field.

Lestage of the lower part

According to one embodiment, the bases 34 are weighted by a material having a higher density than the foam of the frame 2. According to one embodiment, the entire base 34 forms the ballast.

According to one embodiment, concrete can be used or directly granules such as gravel or sand. On the one In general, any ballast having a higher density than the foam may be suitable for manufacturing the manikin 1 of the invention. The feet can be designed to weigh a minimum weight. So according to the density of the ballast material, the shape of the base 34 may be adapted to the embodiment envisaged according to a weight to be achieved.

According to an alternative embodiment, the base 34 forms a reservoir for containing a liquid. The liquid may be for example water. In the latter case, the liquid is a weight whose weight can advantageously be adjusted according to the filling performed. An opening in the base can be designed to inject or empty the liquid. Alternatively, the rod 38 is not in contact with the liquid, a rigid portion then surrounds the opening designed to receive the rod 38. The tank then takes substantially the form of a torus or is hollow ring.

According to one embodiment, the frame 2 comprises at least two different foams having different densities. According to this embodiment, the foam of the lower limbs 22, 22 'of the frame has a higher density than the foam of the bust of the manikin. This solution has the advantage of obtaining greater vertical stability of the manikin 1.

According to another embodiment, the lower limbs 22, 22 'comprise a foam surrounding a metal structure 40 forming a leg structure. An example of such a framework is shown in figure 6 . For example, the metal structure 40 may form rods or tubes to maintain the shape of the lower limbs and to weigh down the lower part of the frame 2. The general shape of the metal structure 40 may represent a shape "V" or "U" in reverse.

The figure 2 represents a side view of the manikin 1 of the invention. It is understood that, according to a preferred mode, the frame 2 of the manikin 1 forms a compact and one-piece three-dimensional structure. The thickness 23 of the manikin 1 is advantageously between 4 cm and 25 cm. This design in the volume has the advantage of providing a manikin 1 more realistic for training footballers.

The figure 3 represents an embodiment of a base 34 forming substantially a half-sphere having a curved outer surface 37 and a holding surface 31. An advantage of such a design is to obtain a holding surface 31 of the manikin 1 the ground increased with respect to the lower surface of the lower limbs 22, 22 '. Advantageously, each lower limb 22, 22 'is held on a base 34 comprising a rod 38 which fits into the length of the lower limb 22.

According to other variants, the profile of the foot 3 may form other shapes than a half-sphere.

According to a second variant, each foot 3 may have a substantially parallelepiped shape offering a large bearing surface and no surface reduction between the surface in interface with the lower limb 22, 22 'and the surface in contact with the ground 31 .

According to a third variant, the foot 3 may have a lower part forming a tetrahedron shape and an upper part forming a junction with each lower limb 22, 22 '. One advantage is to provide a progressive shape to obtain a large holding surface of the manikin 1 and an upper surface of the foot 3 adapted to cooperate with the lower surface 25 of the lower limbs 22, 22 '.

The Figures 5A and 5B illustrate two profiles of feet 3 having a reinforcing profile 32 on the upper part of the foot 3. The reinforcing profile 321, 322 corresponds to widening of the section initially occupied by the rod 38 to allow a better maintenance of the feet 3 in the limbs lower 22, 22 '. The improvement of the maintenance comes from the fact that the junction area between each foot 3 and each lower limb 22, 22 'is greater than with a simple rod 38.

Thus, the rod 38 allows to insert the foot 3 deep into the frame 2 to create a flexural strength of the manikin and the reinforcement profile 321 improves the stability of the manikin.

The reinforcement profile 32 may be tubular, that is to say of circular or elliptical or oval section as shown in FIG. Figure 5A . According to another embodiment, the reinforcement profile 32 can be tapered as shown respectively in FIG. Figure 5B . According to other embodiments, the reinforcement profiles 32 may have other section shapes of square or hexagonal section type. The openings 35, 36 are then dimensioned in the lower part of the lower limbs 22, 22 'so that they cooperate with the upper part 38, 320, 321 of the foot 3.

The reinforcing profile 32 is an extension of the base 34 regardless of the profile of the base 34. The reinforcement profile 32 is intended to be inserted into a lower member 22, 22 '.

The foot 3 may be molded into a single piece comprising a rod 38, a reinforcement profile 32 and a base 34. The material may for example be plastic. The reinforcement profile 32 then forms a one-piece piece with the rod 38 and the base 34.

In the embodiment, the reinforcement profile 32 is not molded with the foot 3, other solutions make it possible to secure a reinforcement profile on the base 34 of the foot 3 and / or the shank 38 of the foot 3. For example in the solution shown in figure 3 three reinforcement rings 320 are superposed on each other at the junction of the rod 38 and the base 34. They form a reinforcement profile 32. These reinforcement rings 320 can be easily threaded around the rod 38 before the latter is inserted in turn in each opening 35 of a lower member 22, 22 '. In the latter case, the reinforcing rings 320 cooperate with the opening 36 at the outer surface 25 of the lower end of the members 22, 22 '. The use of reinforcement rings 320 improves the vertical holding of the manikin 1 since the contact surfaces between the frame 2 of the manikin 1 and the feet 3 are extended.

Finally, the number of reinforcing rings 320 can be adapted according to the template of the manikin 1 when different sizes of manikins are provided.

Casters

According to one embodiment, the manikin 1 comprises feet 3 which each comprise two rollers 50. figure 7 represents an embodiment of a foot 3 comprising such wheels which are fixed to a base 34 having a parallelepiped shape. The wheels are compatible with all embodiments and can be attached to a base forming for example a half-sphere or any other shape.

According to an exemplary embodiment, a junction plate 51 makes it possible to fix a wheel 50 to the base 4. In the case of the example of the figure 7 two connecting plates make it possible to fix two wheels on either side of the base 34 of the foot 3. The manikin 1 can then be moved more easily thanks to the presence of wheels 50.

In the leaning position on the side of the wheels, it is possible to move the manikin by rolling effect. In the upright position, that is to say not bent over, the dummy 1 is stable and rests on the lower surface of the base 34. In order to obtain these two positions, the plate 51 makes it possible to offset the wheels vis-à-vis the base 34.

An advantage of the use of the junction plate 51 is to adapt the profile of the plate 51 to the lateral profile of the base 34 in order to add wheels 50 to the manikin 1. According to an exemplary embodiment, when the base 34 to a shape of half-sphere type, the plate 51 may be slightly curved or have a shape allowing it to fit a portion of the shape of the base 34.

The figure 7 represents an exemplary embodiment of a base 34 having two slots 33 allow the passage of a retaining strap 30.

According to another embodiment shown in figure 9 a foot 3 comprises fastening elements 90 of a wheel 50. The base 34 forms a machined profile of a cylindrical shape. For example, the base 34 here forms a portion of a half-cylinder of which a portion has been machined so that the wheel 50 can be arranged in the extension of the curvature of the half-cylinder. One advantage is that the manikin 1 can be moved easily by being inclined at a small angle, in which case it remains substantially vertical. In another case, the manikin can be moved almost lying down. This last case is particularly interesting for long displacements of the manikin 1 on the ground. Indeed, given the weight of the ballast and manikin in general, the latter is more manoeuvrable when it is tilted at an angle between 60 and 90 °.

It is understood with this example, that the base 34 does not necessarily have a flared shape such as a substantially half-sphere shape represented for example on the figure 3 . Here the contact surface of the foot 3 with the ground is greater than the contact surface of the foot with the manikin 1 which is located around the opening 91, but the total upper surface is not necessarily greater than the lower surface. .

The opening 91 is shown so as to illustrate that it is able to receive a rod 38 to be fixed therein and to allow the manikin 1 to be fixed.

Advantageously, the fastening elements 90 make it possible to fix a wheel in the extension of the profile of the base 34. The wheel serves as a support for the ground when the manikin 1 is in the vertical position. The wheel then has the same function as the lower surface of the base, a function of holding base. On the other hand, as soon as the mannequin pivots, the support of the manikin 1 on the ground is supported by the wheel that allows it to move.

In a first variant, it is noted that the wheel 50 is positioned laterally to the manikin 1, in this case the manikin 1 is moved by being leaning on the side.

According to a second variant, it is noted that the wheel 50 is positioned in such a way that the axis of the wheel is parallel to the front or rear surface of the manikin 1, in this case the manikin 1 is moved while being leaning towards the front or rear depending on where the wheel 50 is positioned.

General ergonomics

According to one embodiment of the invention, the manikin 1 of the invention comprises an inter-leg distance greater than 22 cm. This spacing between the two legs of the manikin 1 can simulate a better training environment for drift situations. Indeed, a spacing greater than 22cm allows the passage of a balloon and thus allows for "small bridges".

The inter-leg spacing 24 may be preferentially less than 40 cm. Indeed, beyond this distance, the posture of the manikin no longer corresponds to a realistic posture.

Preferably, the manikin 1 has a height of between 1m40 and 2m10 for is representative of a realistic footballer. The model 1 may have two arms apart to represent the middle of a football player in order to make even more realistic the manikin 1. It can have two arms and two feet.
