Description

The present invention relates to a lacing running shoe.

HINTERGRUND DER ERFINDUNGBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

When it comes to running shoes, good foot support and high wearing comfort are important properties. For this purpose, running shoes are typically equipped with a lacing to ensure that the foot is held securely in the running shoe. The lacing is done by a cord with cord sections, which is passed through eyelets attached to the running shoe. The eyelets are often arranged in two rows in such a way that the cord sections of the lacing lie against the instep of the foot.

Known lacing is, for example, the cross lacing, in which the cord sections are passed alternately and crosswise through opposing eyelets. In the case of parallel lacing, the cord sections are guided through the eyelets in such a way that cord sections running over the instep run parallel to the transverse direction of the running shoe.

In the case of running shoes, the directions are generally defined as follows: The longitudinal direction of the running shoe is defined by an axis running from the forefoot area to the heel section of the running shoe. The cross direction will defined by an axis perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. A transverse direction running across the instep is to be understood as meaning that it corresponds to the axis perpendicular to the longitudinal direction in the plan view of the running shoe, but can be curved following the profile of the instep in a frontal view of the running shoe.

The counting of the eyelets or pairs of eyelets is to be understood in such a way that counting is started in the forefoot area of the running shoe, so that the "first" eyelets are those two eyelets of the "first" pair of eyelets which are arranged closest to the toe of the running shoe. The indication "in the longitudinal direction at the same height" is to be understood in relation to the mentioned count, so that, for example, the two third eyelets are at the same height in the longitudinal direction and form the third pair of eyelets. The term "opposite" is to be understood in such a way that an eyelet opposite a medial / lateral eyelet is a lateral / medial eyelet, whereby the two opposing eyelets do not have to be at the same height. Lateral / medial eyelet is to be understood as meaning that the eyelet is arranged on the lateral / medial side of the running shoe.

With some laces, some eyelets are left out, i.e. the cord is not passed through these eyelets. In such a case, the number of eyelets is counted on the basis of the eyelets through which the cord is passed.

Various other lacing systems are known which are neither a cross nor a parallel lacing system. One example is the pentagram lacing, in which the cord is guided through the eyelets in such a way that the cord sections of the cord form a pentagram, the lower two tips of the pentagram being formed by cord sections which run through the first two eyelets in relation to the forefoot area. The two lateral tips of the pentagram are formed by sections of cord that run through two following eyelets, for example the third or fourth eyelets. The upper point of the pentagram is formed by the fact that the section of cord that forms the upper point runs over another section of cord that connects two eyelets with one another in the transverse direction. The cord section which connects the two eyelets to one another in the transverse direction thus serves as a kind of carrier for the cord section which forms the upper tip. The pentagram lacing primarily serves aesthetic purposes and, due to the type of lacing mentioned, for example, compared to the cross lacing, offers a lower tensile force that can be applied for a firm closure. In addition, the pentagram lacing is not a symmetrical lacing, since corresponding cord sections of the pentagram are not formed by cord sections of the respective halves of the cord.

Fieggen discloses in lan's Shoelace Site (XP055287805) a lacing for particularly long shoelaces.

DARSTELLUNG DER ERFINDUNGDISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION

Due to the possible uses in everyday life and especially in sports, a good hold in the running shoe and a high level of comfort are of particular importance.

It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a running shoe which improves the state of the art of running shoes, in particular with regard to support and wearing comfort.

This object is achieved according to the invention by a running shoe according to claim 1. Exemplary and / or advantageous embodiments are given in the dependent claims and the present disclosure.

The running shoe according to the invention comprises medial and lateral eyelets arranged in the longitudinal direction from the forefoot area of the running shoe to the heel section on the medial and lateral side, with one medial eyelet and one medial eyelet connected to this medial eyelet in the longitudinal direction in relation to a count of the eyelets beginning in the forefoot area of the running shoe Lateral eyelets lying at the same height form a pair of eyelets. In the forefoot area, the running shoe comprises reinforcing ribs arranged on the medial and lateral side, the reinforcing ribs being arranged at an oblique rib angle to the longitudinal direction of the running shoe. The running shoe further comprises a single cord with cord sections for a lacing, the cord being passed through the eyelets in such a way that the cord sections extending from the eyelets of the first pair of eyelets in relation to the forefoot area at an oblique cord angle to the longitudinal direction each to at least one other the eyelet closer to the heel section. From the eyelets of the first pair of eyelets, two cord sections each extend, enclosing an acute opening angle. The eyes of the first pair of eyes are sewn into the reinforcement ribs.

An oblique angle is understood as an angle that is not 0 °, 90 ° or 180 °.

The inventive arrangement of the reinforcing ribs at an inclined rib angle to the longitudinal direction of the running shoe and the cord section extending from the eyelets of the first pair of eyelets in relation to the forefoot area at an inclined cord angle to the longitudinal direction offers, among other things the advantage that when the lacing is tightened, the tensile forces do not act mainly in the transverse direction, but much more effectively in an oblique direction, the tensile forces being introduced into the reinforcement ribs without at least a major deflection. The rib angle and the cord angle preferably have values that differ slightly from one another, if at all. The effect of the tensile force of the lacing in an oblique direction also has an advantageous effect on the wearing comfort, since the forefoot area is less pinched by the lacing. As a result, the lacing can be tightened without impairing the wearing comfort, which in turn has a positive effect on the hold in the running shoe.

The cord angles can for example be between 25 ° and 65 °, preferably between 35 ° and 55 °, more preferably between 40 ° and 50 °. The cord angles are defined by the acute angle between the longitudinal direction of the running shoe and the cord sections.

The rib angle can for example be between 25 ° and 65 °, preferably between 35 ° and 55 °, more preferably between 40 ° and 50 °. The rib angle is defined by the acute angle between the longitudinal direction of the running shoe and the direction of the reinforcing rib.

The medial and lateral eyelets are preferably each arranged along a line on the medial and lateral side of the upper of the running shoe. The running shoe can be designed so that part of the medial and / or the lateral side of the shaft rests on the instep so that the eyelets can also rest on the instep.

A medial eyelet and a lateral eyelet of a pair of eyelets following the first pair of eyelets in relation to the forefoot area are preferably connected directly by a cord section. In the case of the direct connection, the section of cord that connects the medial eyelet and the lateral eyelet usually runs along the transverse direction of the running shoe over the instep. However, if the eyelets of a pair of eyelets are not both in the transverse direction, the direct connection can also run obliquely in relation to the longitudinal direction. By directly connecting the eyelets of a pair of eyelets that follow the first pair of eyelets, a direct connection of the eyelets of the first pair of eyelets can be avoided. Such a lacing therefore differs, for example, from a cross lacing known from the prior art, in which the eyelets of the first pair of eyelets are directly connected and the tensile force when the lacing is tightened therefore acts mainly in the transverse direction of the running shoe.

In a preferred embodiment, the medial and lateral eyelets connected directly by a section of cord are the eyelets of the second pair of eyelets in relation to the forefoot area. Such a lacing can be achieved, for example, by first pulling each end of a cord through the medial and lateral eyelets of the second pair of eyelets, then the respective cord section from the medial / lateral eyelet of the second pair of eyelets to the opposite lateral / medial eyelet of the first pair of eyelets is pulled, and from the eyelets of the first pair of eyelets the respective string sections to the opposite eyelets of the third pair of eyelets are pulled. This can result in a star-like lacing, whereby the eyelets of the first pair of eyelets are not directly connected to one another.

A first cord section can thus each run from the eyelets of the first pair of eyelets to the opposite eyelet of the second pair of eyelets and a second cord section to the opposite eyelet of the third pair of eyelets.

For the eyelets of the second pair of eyelets or the following pairs of eyelets, a direct connection and a resulting tensile force in the transverse direction of the running shoe can be advantageous and desirable, since in this area of the running shoe the parts of the medial and lateral side of the running shoe should be pulled together as efficiently as possible in the transverse direction .

In one embodiment, the eyelets that follow the eyelets of a pair of eyelets that are directly connected by a cord section and are closer to the heel section are connected by a cross lacing.

In one embodiment, the eyelets following the eyelets of a pair of eyelets that are directly connected by a cord section and are closer to the heel section are connected by a parallel lacing.

The running shoe according to the invention can therefore, depending on the area of application of the running shoe, comprise a conventional lacing from the prior art for those eyelets which follow the eyelets directly connected by a cord section.

The running shoe includes a single cord for lacing.

According to a preferred embodiment, the eyelets of the first pair of eyelets are each arranged on the medial and on the lateral reinforcing rib. This has the advantage that the tensile forces of the cord sections which extend from the eyelets of the first pair of eyelets can act on the reinforcing ribs. With a suitable rib angle and suitable cord angles, an efficient power transmission and optimal pressure distribution in the forefoot area can be made possible when tightening the lacing, in which a large part of the force is directed to the reinforcement ribs and in the direction of these reinforcement ribs.

In one embodiment, the distance in the longitudinal direction between the eyelets of the first pair of eyelets and the eyelets of the second pair of eyelets is greater than the respective distance in the longitudinal direction between the eyelets of the subsequent pairs of eyelets. The cord sections extending from the eyelets of the first pair of eyelets enclose an acute opening angle.

In one embodiment, the eyes of the first pair of eyes are loops sewn into the reinforcing ribs. This has the advantage that the tensile forces transmitted via the eyelets of the first pair of eyelets are directed more efficiently to the reinforcement ribs.

BESCHREIBUNG EXEMPLARISCHER AUSFÜHRUNGSFORMENDESCRIPTION OF EXEMPLARY EMBODIMENTS

In order to illustrate the invention, a preferred embodiment is described in more detail with reference to the figures.

Figure 1 shows a plan view of an embodiment of a right running shoe 1 with laces. The running shoe 1 comprises medial and lateral eyelets 2 arranged on the medial and lateral sides of the running shoe 1. The eyelets 2 are arranged in two rows running along the longitudinal direction L from the forefoot area V to the heel section F. The lacing is accomplished by a cord 4 with cord sections 41, which is passed through the eyelets 2. In the forefoot area V, reinforcement ribs 3 are arranged on the medial and lateral sides of the running shoe 1 at an inclined rib angle to the longitudinal direction L. The eyelets 21 of the first pair of eyelets in relation to the forefoot area V are sewn into the reinforcing ribs 3. The eyelets 21 are designed as loops. Two cord sections 411 and 412 each run from the eyelets 21 of the first pair of eyelets to the following eyelets 22 and 23. The cord section 411 runs at a first inclined cord angle to the longitudinal direction L from the medial / lateral eyelet 21 of the first pair of eyelets to the lateral / medial eyelet 22 of the second pair of eyelets. The cord section 412 runs at a second oblique cord angle to the longitudinal direction L from the medial / lateral eyelet 21 of the first pair of eyelets to the lateral / medial eyelet 23 of the third pair of eyelets. If the lacing is tightened, the tensile forces through the cord 4 mainly act in the directions of the reinforcing ribs 3. The eyelets 22 of the second pair of eyelets are connected directly by a cord section 413. The cord section 413 runs along the transverse direction Q. The eyelets which follow the directly connected eyelets 22 are connected by a cross lacing. Instead of the cross lacing, however, a parallel lacing can also be used.

Figure 2 shows the running shoe 1 from Fig. 1 in a perspective view. It can be seen that the cord sections 41 of the cord 4 run over the instep S.
