Claims (14)

  1. Ein Kühlschrank umfasst einen lösbaren Scharniermechanismus (8), der schwenkbar an der Kühlschranktür angebracht ist und sie öffnen lässt, um den Zugang zu dem Kühlschrank zu ermöglichen, wobei der Scharniermechanismus (8) ein Scharniergehäuse (2) aufweist, das hinter einem Kühlschrankwandabschnitt (1) platziert werden kann und ein Scharniermittel (21) innerhalb des Scharniergehäuses (2) auf feste Weise aufnimmt, so dass das Scharniermittel (21) mechanisch mit der Kühlschranktür beim Öffnen und Schließen der Tür kommunizieren kann; wobei das Scharniergehäuse (2) einen Innenraum mit einem Paar entgegengesetzt angeordneter Eingriffsgehäuse (13) definiert, die Federn (11) aufnehmen und jede Feder (11) mit einem jeweiligen Eingriffsblock (12) verbunden ist, der einen Kontaktabschnitt (15) aufweist und innerhalb eines jeweiligen Eingriffsgehäuses (13) so beweglich ist, dass das Vorschieben der Scharniermittel (21) in das Scharniergehäuse (2) in einer Montagerichtung eine Bewegung der Eingriffsblöcke (12) in Richtung des Endes der Eingriffsgehäuse (13) erfolgt, und senkrecht zur Einbaurichtung der Scharniermittel (21) in gleichzeitiger und symmetrischer Weise vorsieht, somit Verriegelt sich der Scharniermittel innerhalb des Scharniergehäuses (2); wobei die Federn (11) komprimierbar sind, um die Kontaktabschnitte (15) zurückzuziehen, wenn man die Scharniermittel (21) lösen muss; der Kühlschrank ist gekennzeichnet durch das Scharniergehäuse (2) mit einem Innenraum mit einer ersten Ebene (3) und einer zweiten Ebene (4) innerhalb des Innenbereichs des Scharniergehäuses (9), wobei die erste und die zweite Ebene (3, 4) jeweils eine unterschiedliche Höhe in Bezug auf die Basis des Scharniergehäuses (2) aufweisen, so, dass das Scharniermittel (21) durch das Gleiten entlang der zweiten Ebene (4) in das Scharniergehäuse (9) eingesetzt und fest am Scharniergehäuse (2) befestigt werden kann, um das Öffnen und Schließen der Tür zu ermöglichen, wobei ein in der ersten Ebene (3) bewegliches Entriegelungselement (17) für die Entfernung der Scharniermittel (21) vom Scharniergehäuse (2) sorgt.
  2. Ein Kühlschrank, wie in Anspruch 1 aufgeführt, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Eingriffsblock (12) fest mit einem Freigabeblock (18) auf der ersten Ebene (3) und einem Kontaktabschnitt (15) auf der zweiten Ebene (4) verbunden ist.
  3. Ein Kühlschrank, wie in Anspruch 2 aufgeführt, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Scharniermittel (21) einen Scharnierstützkörper (22) in Form eines wesentlich flachen Körpers umfasst, der in das Scharniergehäuse (2) einführbar ist und sich entlang der zweiten Ebene (4) in Verbindung mit den Kontaktabschnitten (15) erstreckt.
  4. Ein Kühlschrank, wie in Anspruch 2 aufgeführt, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Flügelabschnitte (20) des auf der ersten Ebene (3) beweglichen Entriegelungselementes (17) mit den Freigabeblöcken (18) kommunizieren.
  5. Ein Kühlschrank, wie in Anspruch 4 aufgeführt, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Eingriffsblock (12) als Reaktion auf die Bewegung des Freigabeblocks (18) oder des Kontaktabschnitts (15) innerhalb eines jeweiligen Eingriffsgehäuses (13) beweglich ist.
  6. Ein Kühlschrank, wie in Anspruch 5 aufgeführt, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Entriegelungselement (17) und der Scharnierstützkörper (22) jeweils das Vorschieben der Entriegelungsblöcke (18) und der Kontaktabschnitte (15) in die Eingriffsgehäuse (13) ermöglichen.
  7. Ein Kühlschrank, wie in Anspruch 6 aufgeführt, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Entriegelungsblöcke (18) und die Kontaktabschnitte (15) so strukturiert sind, dass die inneren Seitenflächen in Bezug auf die Einbaurichtung der Scharniermittel (21) geneigt sind.
  8. Ein Kühlschrank, wie in Anspruch 7 aufgeführt, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der in das Scharniergehäuse (2) eingeführte Scharnierstützkörper (22) der in das Scharniergehäuse (2) eingeführten Scharniereinrichtung (21) abnehmbar ist, durch Bewegen des Entriegelungselementes (17) in Montagerichtung, um gleichzeitig und symmetrisch die Freigabeblöcke (18) in den jeweiligen Eingriffsgehäusen (13) wegzubewegen.

Ein Kühlschrank, wie in den Ansprüchen 3 bis 8 aufgeführt, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Scharnierstützkörper (22) der Scharniereinrichtung (21) seitliche Verschlussaussparungen (25) umfasst, die mit den Kontaktabschnitten (15) in Eingriff stehen, um eine Rückwärtsbewegung des Scharnierstützkörpers (22) zu verhindern, wenn die Kontaktabschnitte (15) in die Verschlussaussparungen (25) aufgenommen werden.
  10. Ein Kühlschrank, wie in Anspruch 9 aufgeführt, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Scharnierstützkörper (22) der Scharniereinrichtung (21) seitliche Vorsprünge (29) aufweist, die von ihren seitlichen Kanten nach außen vorstehen und mit den Aufnahmeabschnitten (16) der jeweiligen Kontaktabschnitte (15) in Verbindung stehend sind.
  11. Ein Kühlschrank, wie in Anspruch 10 aufgeführt, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Kontaktabschnitte (26) des Scharnierstützkörpers (22) an den selben vorderen Seitenecken stützen, wenn dieser vollständig in das Scharniergehäuse (2) vorgeschoben ist und auf Kantenflächen in der zweiten Ebene (4) des Scharniergehäuse (2) geordnet ist.
  12. Ein Kühlschrank, wie in Anspruch 1 aufgeführt, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine an der Vorderseite des Scharniergehäuses (2) angeordnete Entriegelungsöffnung (31) und eine Öffnung zur Kühlschrankwand (1) in der Nähe eines Scharniergehäuseeinlasses (30), der die Scharniermittel (21) aufnimmt, an der erreichbar Kühlschrankwand (1) ist.
  13. Ein Kühlschrank, wie in Anspruch 4 oder 12 aufgeführt, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Entriegelungselement (17) durch die Entriegelungsöffnung (31) beweglich ist, um nach innen gedrückt zu werden, damit eine Rückbewegung der Freigabeblöcke (18) durch einen Kontakt der Flügelabschnitte (20) damit bewirkt wird.
  14. Ein Kühlschrank, wie in Anspruch 1 aufgeführt, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Führungsabschnitte (5), die auf der ersten Ebene (3) des Scharniergehäuses (2) positioniert sind, eine Gleitbahn für das Entriegelungselement (17) bereitstellen, das entlang der Bewegung beweglich ist, während ein Paar Befestigungsstützen (6) die Bewegung des Entriegelungselement (17) in geführter Weise zur Einbaurichtung der Scharniermittel (21) halten.
