Claims (12)
- Réfrigérateur (1) comprenant un mécanisme de charnière (6) supportant et portant de manière articulée la porte du réfrigérateur pouvant être ouverte pour permettre l'accès au réfrigérateur (1), le mécanisme de charnière (6) comportant un boîtier de charnière (4) pouvant être placé sous une paroi supérieure (2) du réfrigérateur (1) et recevant un moyen de charnière (22) à l'intérieur du boîtier de charnière (4) d'une manière fixe de sorte que le moyen de charnière (22) communique mécaniquement avec la porte du réfrigérateur lorsqu'il effectue une ouverture et fermeture de la porte,
dans lequel- le boîtier de charnière (4) définit un espace intérieur avec une paire de boîtiers d'engagement (11) disposés de manière opposée recevant des ressorts (9), chaque ressort (9) étant en liaison avec une première et une deuxième tige de fixation (15, 16) reliées l'une à l'autre au moyen d'une partie de rotation (17) aux deux extrémités de laquelle la première et la deuxième tige de fixation (15, 16) sont fixées, la partie de rotation (17) pouvant tourner au centre pour déplacer la première et la deuxième tige de fixation (15, 16), l'avancement du moyen de charnière (22) dans le boîtier de charnière (4) dans une direction de montage assurant le mouvement de la première et de la deuxième tige de fixation (15, 16) de manière simultanée et symétrique avec le mouvement rotatif de la partie de rotation (17), le réfrigérateur étant caractérisé en ce que- le moyen de charnière (22) comprend un corps de support de charnière (23) sous la forme d'un corps sensiblement plat pouvant être inséré dans le boîtier de charnière (4) sous les première et la deuxième tige de fixation (15, 16),- les première et deuxième tiges de fixation (15, 16) sont respectivement en liaison avec une partie de contact (20) communiquant avec le corps de support de charnière (23) du moyen de charnière (22) de telle sorte que l'avancement du corps de support de charnière (23) dans la direction de montage déplace les première et deuxième tiges de fixation (15, 16) plus loin dans les boîtiers d'engagement (11),- le corps de support de charnière (23) du moyen de charnière (22) introduit dans le boîtier de charnière (4) est amovible par un mouvement de rotation de la partie de rotation (17) déplaçant simultanément symétriquement la première et la deuxième tige de fixation (15, 16)- le moyen de charnière (22) est verrouillé à l'intérieur du boîtier de charnière (4) par les parties de contact (20) qui sont respectivement sollicitées par les ressorts (9) devant être déplacés dans une direction perpendiculaire à la direction de montage du moyen de charnière (22). - Réfrigérateur (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le corps de support de charnière (23) du moyen de charnière (22) comprend des évidements de fermeture latéraux (26) pouvant être engagés avec une partie de contact (20) en liaison avec une première ou deuxième tige de fixation (15, 16) respective.
- Réfrigérateur (1) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le corps de support de charnière (23) du moyen de charnière (22) comprend des sections de contact (27) aux coins latéraux avant et des saillies latérales (31), communiquant successivement avec des sections de réception (28) des parties de contact respectives (20).
- Réfrigérateur (1) selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les sections de contact (27) du corps de support de charnière (23), lorsque celui-ci est complètement avancé dans le boîtier de charnière (4), s'appuient sur des surfaces de repos (29) à la partie la plus intérieure du boîtier de charnière (4), tandis que deux saillies latérales (31) dépassant des bords latéraux du corps de support de charnière (23) empêchent un mouvement inverse du corps de support de charnière (23) lorsque les parties de contact (20) sont reçues dans les creux de fermeture (26).
- Réfrigérateur (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les première et deuxième tiges de fixation (15, 16) sont reliées à des blocs d'engagement respectifs (10) qui sont eux-mêmes reliés aux parties de contact (20).
- Réfrigérateur (1) selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les sections de réception (28) des parties de contact (20) sont sous la forme de parties de surface inclinées par rapport à la direction de montage du corps de support de charnière (23).
- Réfrigérateur (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une ouverture de réglage (19) disposée au centre entre deux extrémités de la partie rotative (17) et accessible depuis la paroi supérieure (2) du réfrigérateur (1) permet une rotation de la partie de rotation (17) de manière à effectuer le démontage des moyens de charnière (22) du boîtier de charnière (4).
- Réfrigérateur (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une tige de support (12) peut être placée sous la partie de rotation (17) passant entre les première et deuxième tiges de fixation (15, 16), deux extrémités de la tige de support (12) étant fixées en diagonale dans des cavités opposées (13) situées sur un autre côté d'un boîtier d'engagement (11) correspondant.
- Réfrigérateur (1) selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la tige de support (12) s'étend au-dessus de l'axe de rotation de la partie de rotation (17).
- Réfrigérateur (1) selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier de charnière (4) comprend une chambre à douille (38) en communication avec un passage (34) sur la surface supérieure d'un couvercle de boîtier (8) pour guider un câble dans le passage (34) et recevoir une douille de câble associée (35) dans la chambre à douille (38).
- Réfrigérateur (1) selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier de charnière (4) peut être installé sur le réfrigérateur (1) de telle sorte que la douille de câble (35) reste saillie vers l'extérieur, ce qui permet une connexion électrique à un support d'affichage.
