Vehicles of the type mentioned above are also referred to as driving equipment and used in particular in aerial cableways or cable cars to transport people.
Circulating ropeways have an endless spliced pulling or hoisting rope to which a number of vehicles are clamped. The vehicles move in a constant sense of rotation in a direction of travel, which corresponds in the connected to the pull or hoisting cable state of the vehicle, the direction of movement of the pulling or hoisting rope. The vehicles can be fixed by means of their clamping device on the pull or hoisting rope or uncoupled from the train or hoisting rope in the stations.
In single-cable circulating ropeways, which are also called monocable orbits, the revolving rope has at the same time a support and locomotion function and is called hoisting rope. Vehicles, which have a cabin, serve in particular the safe and comfortable transport of the passengers, regardless of the weather conditions. Winter athletes with buckled winter sports equipment but must unlock their winter sports equipment before entering the cabin and give in any existing brackets for the winter sports equipment. Cabins of circulating cable cars are often equipped with sliding windows, with relatively small disc elements can be moved horizontally. In this case, however, a largely closed character of the cabin is maintained even in the open state of the sliding windows, which can be a disadvantage, especially in fair weather.
In so-called combined railways, a first group of vehicles with cabins and a second group of vehicles in the form of cable car chairs are present, which are alternately brought into the circulation of the cable car system. Separate access points are provided for both vehicle types.

According to the invention, this is achieved by a vehicle having the features of
In the vehicle for a circulating cable car according to the invention, the sliding guides extend arcuately and the sliding element can be moved between a pushed-down closed position and a pushed-open position.
The opening released by the at least one sliding element in its open position can in this case point obliquely upwards in an upper region of this opening, preferably at an angle of more than 45 ° to the horizontal. For the user, this opening then extends emotionally into the roof area of the vehicle, resulting in a largely open impression of the vehicle for the user in the open state of the at least one sliding element. In this case, a compact and simple design of the vehicle is made possible.
Preferably, the sliding guides are designed to extend in a circular arc for the at least one sliding element.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the sliding guides lie in vertical planes, which are aligned parallel to the direction of travel. It is cheaper here both a sliding element present, which releases a front relative to the direction of travel opening of the passenger unit, as well as a sliding element present, which releases a relation to the direction of travel rear opening of the passenger unit.
In a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, the passenger unit has a cabin and in addition to the cabin arranged outside the cabin seating arrangement for sedentary transport of persons, which lies relative to the direction of travel of the vehicle in front of the cabin and is aligned in the direction of travel. The at least one latter sliding element releases in the pushed-open position an area lying in front of the seat assembly. In this embodiment, people can thus use for transport either the cabin or arranged outside the cabin seating arrangement. Since the seat assembly relative to the direction of travel of the vehicle, which has this in the respective station in the entry or exit, in front of the cabin and is aligned in the direction of travel of the vehicle, the vehicle for boarding on the seat assembly in the usual manner be brought back to the people to be transported, wherein the at least one forward sliding element is in its open position. Also leaving the seat assembly corresponds to that of the known chairlifts. It can thus the advantages of cable cars, which have cars with cabins, and chairlifts are combined, with a simpler and less expensive training than conventional combination tracks is made possible. Such vehicles can be used particularly advantageously in systems which are used both for winter sports and in summer.
The
The

In an analogous manner, a mountain station, not shown in the figures, has an exit area for persons transported with the
Other arrangements of the entry and exit areas for passengers of the
In addition to single-cable orbits, the
The
Various further modifications of the described embodiment are conceivable and possible without departing from the scope of the invention. For example, the sliding guides 14, 14 ', 15, 15' could have arcuate courses that deviate from circular arcs.
Not shown in the drawings are elements which hold the sliding
The pushing up and down of the sliding elements could in principle also be done automatically, by automatic control and / or due to the actuation of a corresponding control by the user.
A construction according to the invention is also conceivable and possible in connection with passenger units, which are designed overall as a cabin, that is to say have no additional external seating arrangement.
