Claims (9)

  1. Procédé de fabrication de plaques, de lamelles et d'autres corps constitués de morceaux d'écorce de bouleau, dont la couche extérieure est enlevée, qui sont découpés à une certaine dimension de surface, qui sont mouillés au moins en partie avec un liant, puis empilés et durcis à une pression définie pour former un corps stratifié, qui est usiné mécaniquement, caractérisé en ce que
    de la poussière à base d'écorce de bouleau est ajoutée au liant comme agent de remplissage.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que
    la poussière présente une taille de grain inférieure à 0,35 mm.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que
    le pourcentage pondéral de la poussière de ponçage atteint jusqu'à 40% en poids du liant.
  4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que
    les morceaux d'écorce de bouleau (3) sont brossés sur leurs deux faces avant le mouillage avec du liant, si bien que les morceaux d'écorce de bouleau (3) présentent des perforations.
  5. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que
    le corps stratifié est un bloc (1), qui se compose de couches superposées (2.1 - 2.n) à base de morceaux d'écorce de bouleau (3), dans lequel au moins une couche (2) est composée de morceaux d'écorce de bouleau (3) sur toute sa surface.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que
    la direction principale des fibres des morceaux d'écorce de bouleau (3) de chaque couche (2) est alignée dans le même sens et que les couches superposées (2.1 - 2.2 jusqu'à 2.n-1 - 2.n) présentent un décalage de 90° en ce qui concerne la direction principale des fibres.
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que
    le bloc (1) composé de couches d'écorce de bouleau (2.1 - 2.n) est débité en lamelles (4) ou en plaques ou en corps par des coupes exécutées à un angle (α) par rapport à la surface des couches (2.1 - 2.n) le long des lignes de découpe (5), dans lequel les sections de coupe forment la surface utile.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que
    les plaques ou les lamelles (4) sont collées sur un matériau de support.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que
    des corps prismatiques sont transformés mécaniquement en des corps de forme cylindrique ou de forme sphérique ou autres ou en des combinaisons de ceux-ci et qu'ils sont dotés d'un perçage ou d'un trou borgne.
