Claims (3)
- Verfahren zum Fertigen einer Verpackungseinheit (2), umfassend die Schritte:- Bereitstellen eines geschäumten Faserformmaterials, umfassend Fasermaterial und ein Schäummittel, wobei das Schäummittel SLES, SDS und/oder ALS umfasst; und- Formen der Verpackungseinheit, wobei die Verpackungseinheit umfasst:- ein Trägerteil (10), das eine Länge, eine Breite und eine Tiefe aufweist; und- ein oder mehrere Produktfächer (48), die in dem Träger bereitgestellt und zum Aufnehmen eines Produkts konfiguriert sind,wobei die geformte Masse ein geschäumtes Faserformmaterial umfasst, umfassend ein Fasermaterial, wobei das Material Naturfasern einer nicht aus Holz bestehenden lignozellulosehaltigen Biomasse und ein Schäummittel umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schäummittel SLES, SDS und/oder ALS umfasst, wobei die Tiefe über 2 cm liegt und der Feststoffgehalt des Fasermaterials nach dem Formen und vor einem Trocknen über 35 Gew.-% liegt, wobei das geschäumte formbare Fasermaterial einen Volumenanteil von mehr als 50 % Luft umfasst, wobei sich Luft auf das Gas bezieht, das bei dem Aufschäumen des geformten Massenmaterials bereitgestellt und/oder verwendet wird, wobei die formbare Masse vor dem Ausbilden eine Konsistenz in Bezug auf das Faser-Wasser-Verhältnis von über 1,0 Gew.-% aufweist und wobei der Proteingehalt der Biomasse unter 2 % des Trockengewichts der Biomasse liegt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Feststoffgehalt des Fasermaterials nach dem Ausbilden und vor dem Trocknen über 36 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise über 37 Gew.-%, mehr bevorzugt über 38 Gew.-% und am meisten bevorzugt über 39 Gew.-%, liegt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die formbare Masse vor dem Ausbilden eine Konsistenz in Bezug auf das Faser-Wasser-Verhältnis von über 1,3 Gew.-%, mehr bevorzugt über 2,0 Gew.-% und am meisten bevorzugt über 2,5 Gew.-%, aufweist.
