A laundry treatment device (200) and a heat pump module thereof are provided. The laundry treatment device (200) includes a cabinet (3), a tub component and a heat pump module. The cabinet (3) defines a front side and a top side, an opening is formed at the front side. The tub component is disposed in the cabinet (3), and defines an open end opposite to the opening. The heat pump module is disposed at the top side of the cabinet (3) in an overhead manner, and includes a compressor imbedded in the cabinet (3) in a sunken manner.

Description

    FIELD
  • The present invention relates to a field of household appliance technology, and more particularly to a laundry treatment device and a heat pump module thereof.
  • BACKGROUND
  • Most heat pump systems of a heat pump washing and drying all-in-one machine may be installed separately, that is, a compressor, a condenser and an evaporator may be arranged on the top and bottom of the laundry machine separately, and connected with each other via pipes. However, this construction is complex and causes difficulties in production and maintenance. In the related art, a kind of integrated heat pump system washing and drying all-in-one machine may have an increased height due to the restriction on mounting space.
  • SUMMARY
  • Embodiments of the present invention seek to solve at least one of the problems existing in the related art to at least some extent. Accordingly, a laundry treatment device is provided according to the present invention, which has advantages, such as a simple structure and easy installation.
  • The present invention may further provide a heat pump module of a laundry treatment device, which may also have advantages, such as a simple structure and easy installation.
  • The laundry treatment device according to embodiments of the present invention includes a cabinet, a tub component and a heat pump module. The cabinet defines a front side and a top side, an opening is formed at the front side. The tub component is disposed in the cabinet, and defines an open end opposite to the opening. The heat pump module is disposed at the top side of the cabinet in an overhead manner, and includes a compressor imbedded in the cabinet in a sunken manner.
  • In the laundry treatment device according to the embodiments of the present invention, on one hand, the heat pump module may be installed inside the cabinet in a modularized manner and disposed on the top side of the cabinet in the overhead manner, thus improving the availability of the inner space of the cabinet and simplifying the assembly procedure of the laundry treatment device so as to shorten the production cycle of the laundry treatment device. On the other hand, the compressor is imbedded in the cabinet in the sunken manner, so that the height of the whole laundry treatment device may be reduced and the structure of the laundry treatment device may be more compact and reasonable, so that the appearance of the laundry treatment device may be more aesthetic.
  • In one embodiment of the present invention, the cabinet has a top wall, the compressor of the heat pump module has a bottom, and when the heat pump module is disposed at the top side of the cabinet in the overhead manner, the bottom of the compressor of the heat pump module is adapted to extend downwards beyond the top side of the cabinet.
  • In one embodiment of the present invention, the heat pump module further includes: a base defining an upper surface depressed downwards to form a first receiving trough; a top cover disposed on the base to cover the first receiving trough, the compressor being imbedded in the first receiving trough.
  • In one embodiment of the present invention, a part of a peripheral wall of the first receiving trough is protruded from a lower surface of the base and disposed in the cabinet.
  • In one embodiment of the present invention, a distance H between a lowest point of the peripheral wall of the first receiving trough and a datum plane m of an inner top wall of the cabinet is in a range of 0 to 200 mm.
  • In one embodiment of the present invention, H is in a range of 10 to 100 mm.
  • A heat pump module of a laundry treatment device according to embodiments of the present invention includes: a base defining an upper surface depressed downwards to form a first receiving trough; a top cover disposed on the base to cover the first receiving trough; and a compressor imbedded in the first receiving trough.
  • In the heat pump module of the laundry treatment device according to the embodiments of the present invention, because the upper surface of the base is depressed downwards to form a first receiving trough, the compressor may be imbedded in the first receiving trough. Therefore, it is easy to fix the compressor and it is also possible to reduce the height of the projection of the compressor from the upper surface of the base, so that a distance between the base and the top cover may be shortened, and thus the structure of the heat pump module may be more compact and reasonable.
  • In one embodiment of the present invention, a part of a peripheral wall of the first receiving trough is protruded from a lower surface of the base.
  • In one embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of reinforcing ribs are disposed at a peripheral wall of the first receiving trough and spaced apart from each other.
  • In one embodiment of the present invention, an end of the reinforcing rib is adapted to extend to a lower surface of the base.
  • In one embodiment of the present invention, a second receiving trough is disposed on a lower surface of the top cover, a mounting chamber is defined by the first receiving trough and the second receiving trough, and the compressor is disposed in the mounting chamber.
  • In one embodiment of the present invention, a contour line of a cross section of the mounting chamber is circular.
  • In one embodiment of the present invention, a part of a peripheral wall of the first receiving trough is protruded from a lower surface of the base and disposed in the laundry treatment device.
  • In one embodiment of the present invention, a distance H between a lowest point of the peripheral wall of the first receiving trough and a datum plane m of an inner top wall of the laundry treatment device is in a range of 0 to 200 mm.
  • In one embodiment of the present invention, H is in a range of 10 to 100 mm.

    DETAILED DESCRIPTION
  • Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below and examples of the embodiments are shown in the drawings. The embodiments described herein with reference to drawings are explanatory, illustrative, and used to generally understand the present invention. The embodiments shall not be construed to limit the present invention.
  • With reference to Figs. 1 to 3, a heat pump module 100 of a laundry treatment device 200 according to embodiments of the present invention is described.
  • As shown in Figs. 1 to 3, the heat pump module 100 of the laundry treatment device 200 according to embodiments of the present invention may include: a base 1, a top cover 2 and a compressor.
  • Specifically, as shown in Fig. 1, an upper surface 11 of the base 1 is depressed downwards to form a first receiving trough 13, the top cover 2 is disposed on the base 1 to cover the first receiving trough 13, and a compressor is imbedded in the first receiving trough 13. It should be understood that, the compressor may be limited in the depression (i.e., the first receiving trough 13) by depressing the upper surface 11 of the base 1 downwards. On one hand, it is easy to fix the compressor and on the other hand, it is also possible to reduce the height of the projection of the compressor from the upper surface 11 of the base 1, so that a distance between the base 1 and the top cover 2 may be shortened, and thus the structure of the heat pump module 100 may be more compact and reasonable.
  • In the heat pump module 100 of the laundry treatment device 200 according to embodiments of the present invention, because the upper surface 11 of the base 1 is depressed downwards to form the first receiving trough 13, the compressor may be imbedded in the first receiving trough 13. Therefore, it is easy to fix the compressor and it is also possible to reduce the height of the projection of the compressor from the upper surface 11 of the base 1, so that a distance between the base 1 and the top cover 2 may be shortened, and thus the structure of the heat pump module 100 may be more compact and reasonable.
  • In one embodiment of the present invention, a part of a peripheral wall of the first receiving trough 13 is protruded from a lower surface 12 of the base 1, and the part of the peripheral wall of the first receiving trough 13 protruded from the lower surface 12 of the base 1 is located in the laundry treatment device 200, so that the height of the whole laundry treatment device 200 may be reduced and the structure of the laundry treatment device 200 may be more compact and reasonable, so that the appearance of the laundry treatment device 200 may be more aesthetic.
  • In some embodiments of the present invention, a plurality of reinforcing ribs 14 are disposed at a peripheral wall of the first receiving trough 13 and spaced apart from each other, and thus materials used may be saved and the strength of the structure of the receiving trough may be guaranteed. For example, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, the reinforcing rib 14 is in a shape of plate and extends along a semicircular arc. A plurality of reinforcing ribs 14 are distributed along the central axis of the compressor and spaced apart from each other.
  • Furthermore, an end of the reinforcing rib 14 extends to a lower surface 12 of the base 1, thus further improving the strength of the receiving trough. For example, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, a plurality of reinforcing ribs 14 are disposed at a peripheral wall of the first receiving trough 13 and spaced apart from each other, and both ends of each of the reinforcing ribs 14 extend to the lower surface 12 of the base 1. In some embodiments of the present invention, the reinforcing rib 14 may be formed with the base 1 integrally.
  • In some embodiments of the present invention, a second receiving trough 21 is disposed on a lower surface of the top cover 2, a mounting chamber is defined by the first receiving trough 13 and the second receiving trough 21, and the compressor is disposed in the mounting chamber. For example, as shown in Fig. 3, the first receiving trough 13 with a shape of half of a cylinder is disposed on the upper surface 11 of the base 1 and the second receiving trough 21 with a shape of half of a cylinder is disposed on the lower surface of the top cover 2. The mounting chamber is defined by the first receiving trough 13 and the second receiving trough 21. Thus, a compressor with a cylindrical shape may be mounted in the mounting chamber steadily.
  • In some embodiments of the present invention, a contour line of a cross section of the mounting chamber is circular so as to facilitate the installation of the compressor. As shown in embodiments in Fig. 3, the first receiving trough 13 is configured as a half of a cylinder and the second receiving trough 21 is configured as a half of a cylinder. The mounting chamber is defined by the first receiving trough 13 and the second receiving trough 21, and the contour line of the cross section of the mounting chamber is circular. Meanwhile, the peripheral wall of the semicircular first receiving trough 13 protruded from the lower surface 12 of the base 1 may be received in the laundry treatment device 200, so that the height of the whole laundry treatment device 200 may be reduced, and the laundry treatment device 200 may be more compact and aesthetic.
  • In one embodiment of the present invention, a part of a peripheral wall of the first receiving trough 13 is protruded from a lower surface 12 of the base 1 and disposed in the laundry treatment device 200. As shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 3, the laundry treatment device 200 includes a cabinet 3 and the heat pump module 100 is disposed on a top of the cabinet 3. Apart of the peripheral wall of the first receiving trough 13 protruded from the lower surface 12 of the base 1 may be disposed in the cabinet 3, so that the height of the whole laundry treatment device 200 may be reduced, and the laundry treatment device 200 may be more compact and aesthetic.
  • In one embodiment of the present invention, a distance between a lowest point of the peripheral wall of the first receiving trough 13 and a datum plane m of an inner top wall of the laundry treatment device 200 is in a range of 0 to 200 mm, i.e. 0 ≤ H ≤ 200mm. As shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 3, the datum plane described herein may refer to a datum plane designed for the inner top wall of the cabinet 3 of the laundry treatment device 200. As a result from tests, when H is in a range of 10 to 100 mm, i.e. 10 ≤ H ≤ 100mm, an effective inner space of the laundry treatment device 200 may be guaranteed and the height of the laundry treatment device 200 may also be reduced, so that the structure of the laundry treatment device 200 is compact and aesthetic.
  • With reference to Figs. 1-3, the heat pump module 100 of the laundry treatment device 200 according to the present invention may be described in detail in one specific embodiment. Specifically, the laundry treatment device 200 includes a cabinet 3, and the heat pump module 100 may be disposed on a top of the cabinet 3. It should be understood that, the following description may only be illustrative and should not be a specific restriction of the present invention.
  • As shown in Fig. 1, the heat pump module 100 of the laundry treatment device 200 according to embodiments of the present invention includes a base 1, a top cover 2 and a compressor. Specifically, an upper surface 11 of the base 1 is depressed downwards to form a first receiving trough 13, a lower surface of the top cover 2 is provided with a second receiving trough 21 and a mounting chamber is defined by the first receiving trough 13 and the second receiving trough 21. The compressor is disposed in the mounting chamber and a contour line of a cross section of the mounting chamber is circular, as shown in Fig. 3.
  • A part of a peripheral wall of the first receiving trough 13 is protruded from a lower surface 12 of the base 1 and the part of the first receiving trough 13 protruded from the lower surface 12 of the base 1 is disposed in the inner space of the laundry treatment device 200, so that the height of the laundry treatment device 200 may also be reduced, so that the structure of the laundry treatment device 200 is compact and aesthetic. A plurality of reinforcing ribs 14 are disposed at the peripheral wall of the first receiving trough 13 and spaced apart from each other, an end of the reinforcing rib 14 extends to the lower surface 12 of the base 1.
  • A distance H between a lowest point of the peripheral wall of the first receiving trough 13 and a datum plane m of the inner top wall of the cabinet 3 is in a range of 0 to 200 mm, i.e. 0 ≤ H ≤ 200mm. As shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 3, the datum plane refers to the inner top wall of the cabinet 3 of the laundry treatment device 200, which is parallel to the lower surface 12 of the base 1. As a result from tests, when H is in a range of 10 to 100 mm, i.e. 0 ≤ H ≤ 100mm, an effective inner space of the laundry treatment device 200 may be guaranteed and the height of the laundry treatment device 200 may also be reduced, so that the structure of the laundry treatment device 200 is compact and aesthetic.
  • Therefore, by forming the first receiving trough 13 depressed downwards from the upper surface 11 of the base 1, a compressor is imbedded in the first receiving trough 13. Thus, it is easy to fix the compressor and it is also possible to reduce the height of the projection of the compressor from the base 1, so that a distance between the base 1 and the top cover 2 may be shortened, and thus the structure of the heat pump module 100 may be more compact and reasonable.
  • The laundry treatment device 200 according to embodiments of the present invention includes: a cabinet 3, a tub component and the heat pump module 100 of the laundry treatment device 100 described above.
  • Specifically, the cabinet 3 has a front side and a top side, an opening is formed at the front side. For example, as shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 3, an opening is formed at a front side wall of the cabinet 3. The tub component is disposed in the cabinet 3, and an open end of the tub component is opposite to the opening. The heat pump module 100 is disposed at the top side of the cabinet 3 in an overhead manner, and comprising a compressor imbedded in the cabinet in a sunken manner, for example, as shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 3, the heat pump module 100 is disposed on a top of the cabinet 3 and configured as be a top wall of the cabinet 3, and the outer wall of the heat pump module 100 is attached to the cabinet 3. The heat pump module 100 includes the compressor, and the compressor is imbedded in the cabinet 3 in a sunken manner.
  • In the laundry treatment device 200 according to embodiments of the present invention, on one hand, the heat pump module 100 is assembled in the cabinet 3 in a modularization manner and is disposed at the top side of the cabinet in an overhead manner, thus improving the availability of the space of the cabinet 3 and simplifying the assembly procedure of the laundry treatment device 200 so as to shorten the production cycle of the laundry treatment device 200. On the other hand, the compressor is imbedded in the cabinet 3 in the sunken manner, so that the height of the whole laundry treatment device 200 may be reduced and the structure of the laundry treatment device 200 may be more compact and reasonable, and thus the appearance of the laundry treatment device 200 may be more aesthetic.
  • In one embodiment of the present invention, the cabinet 3 has a top wall, the compressor of the heat pump module 100 has a bottom, and when the heat pump module 100 is disposed at the top side of the cabinet 3 in the overhead manner, the bottom of the compressor of the heat pump module 100 extends downwards beyond the top side of the cabinet 3. In this way, the height of the whole laundry treatment device 200 may be reduced and the laundry treatment device 200 may be more compact and aesthetic.
  • In one embodiment of the present invention, the heat pump module 100 further includes: a base 1 and a top cover 2. Specifically, an upper surface 11 of the base 1 may be depressed downwards to form a first receiving trough 13, and a top cover 2 is disposed on the base 1 to cover the first receiving trough 13 and the compressor is imbedded in the first receiving trough 13. Thus, it is easy to fix the compressor and it is also possible to reduce the height of the projection of the compressor from the upper surface 11 of the base 1, so that a distance between the base 1 and the top cover 2 may be shortened, and thus the structure of the heat pump module 100 may be more compact and reasonable.
  • In one embodiment of the present invention, a part of a peripheral wall of the first receiving trough 13 is protruded from a lower surface 12 of the base 1 and disposed in the cabinet 3. As shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 3, the part of the first receiving trough 13 protruded from the lower surface 12 of the base 1 is disposed in the cabinet 3, so that the height of the whole laundry treatment device 200 may be reduced and the laundry treatment device 200 may be more compact and aesthetic.
  • In one embodiment of the present invention, a distance H between a lowest point of the peripheral wall of the first receiving trough 13 and a datum plane m of an inner top wall of the cabinet 3 is in a range of 0 to 200 mm, i.e. 0 ≤ H ≤ 200mm. As shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 3, the datum plane refers to a designed datum plane of the inner top wall of the cabinet 3. As a result from tests, when H is in a range of 10 to 100 mm, i.e. 10 ≤ H ≤ 100mm, an effective inner space of the laundry treatment device 200 may be guaranteed and the height of the laundry treatment device 200 may also be reduced, so that the structure of the laundry treatment device 200 is compact and aesthetic.
  • With reference to Figs. 1-3, the laundry treatment device 200 according to the present invention may be described in detail in one specific embodiment. It should be understood that, the following description may only be illustrative and should not be a specific restriction of the present invention.
  • As shown in Figs. 1 to 3, the laundry treatment device 200 according to embodiments of the laundry treatment device includes a cabinet 3, a tub component and the heat pump module 100 of the laundry treatment device 200 described above.
  • Specifically, the cabinet 3 has a front side and a top side, and an opening is formed at the front side. For example, as shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 3, an opening is formed at the front side wall of the cabinet 3. The tub component is disposed in the cabinet 3, and an open end of the tub component is opposite to the opening. The heat pump module 100 is disposed at the top side of the cabinet 3 in an overhead manner, for example, as shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 3, the heat pump module 100 is disposed on a top of the cabinet 3 and configured as a top wall of the cabinet 3, and the outer wall of the heat pump module 100 is attached to the cabinet 3. The heat pump module 100 includes a compressor, and the compressor is imbedded in the cabinet 3 in a sunken manner. The compressor of the heat pump module 100 has a bottom. When the heat pump module 100 is disposed at the top side of the cabinet 3 in an overhead manner, the bottom of the compressor of the heat pump module 100 extends downwards beyond the top side of the cabinet 3.
  • The heat pump module 100 further includes: a base 1 and a top cover 2. An upper surface 11 of the base 1 may be depressed downwards to form a first receiving trough 13, and a top cover 2 is disposed on the base 1 to cover the first receiving trough 13 and the compressor is imbedded in the first receiving trough 13. A part of a peripheral wall of the first receiving trough 13 is protruded from a lower surface 12 of the base 1 and a plurality of reinforcing ribs 14 are disposed at the peripheral wall of the first receiving trough 13 and spaced apart from each other, and an end of the reinforcing rib 14 extends to the lower surface 12 of the base 1. A second receiving trough 21 is disposed on a lower surface of the top cover 2, a mounting chamber is defined by the first receiving trough 13 and the second receiving trough 21, and the compressor is disposed in the mounting chamber. A contour line of a cross section of the mounting chamber is circular, as shown in Fig. 3.
  • A part of a peripheral wall of the first receiving trough 13 is protruded from a lower surface 12 of the base 1 and disposed in the cabinet 3. As shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 3, the part of the first receiving trough 13 protruded from the lower surface 12 of the base 1 is disposed in the cabinet 3, so that the height of the whole laundry treatment device 200 may be reduced and the laundry treatment device 200 may be more compact and aesthetic.

Thus, the feature defined with "first" and "second" may comprise one or more of this feature. Claims (15)

  1. A laundry treatment device (200), comprising:
    a cabinet (3) defining a front side and a top side, an opening being formed at the front side;
    a tub component disposed in the cabinet (3), and defining an open end opposite to the opening;
    a heat pump module (100) disposed at the top side of the cabinet (3) in an overhead manner, and comprising a compressor imbedded in the cabinet (3) in a sunken manner.
  2. The laundry treatment device (200) according to claim 1, wherein the cabinet (3) has a top wall, the compressor of the heat pump module (100) has a bottom, and when the heat pump module (100) is disposed at the top side of the cabinet (3) in the overhead manner, the bottom of the compressor of the heat pump module (100) is adapted to extend downwards beyond the top side of the cabinet (3).
  3. The laundry treatment device (200) according to claim 1, wherein the heat pump module (100) further comprises:
    a base (1) defining an upper surface (11) depressed downwards to form a first receiving trough (13);
    a top cover (2) disposed on the base (1) to cover the first receiving trough (13), the compressor being imbedded in the first receiving trough (13).
  4. The laundry treatment device (200) according to claim 3, wherein a part of a peripheral wall of the first receiving trough (13) is protruded from a lower surface (12) of the base (1) and disposed in the cabinet (3).
  5. The laundry treatment device (200) according to claim 4, wherein a distance (H) between a lowest point of the peripheral wall of the first receiving trough (13) and a datum plane (m) of an inner top wall of the cabinet (3) is in a range of 0 to 200 mm.
  6. The laundry treatment device (200) according to claim 5, wherein H is in a range of 10 to 100 mm.
  7. A heat pump module (100) of a laundry treatment device (200), comprising:
    a base (1) defining an upper surface (11) depressed downwards to form a first receiving trough (13);
    a top cover (2) disposed on the base (1) to cover the first receiving trough (13); and
    a compressor imbedded in the first receiving trough (13).
  8. The heat pump module (100) of the laundry treatment device (200) according to claim 7, wherein a part of a peripheral wall of the first receiving trough (13) is protruded from a lower surface (12) of the base (1).
  9. The heat pump module (100) of the laundry treatment device (200) according to claim 7, wherein a plurality of reinforcing ribs (14) are disposed at a peripheral wall of the first receiving trough (13) and spaced apart from each other.
  10. The heat pump module (100) of the laundry treatment device (200) according to claim 9, wherein an end of the reinforcing rib (14) is adapted to extend to a lower surface (12) of the base (1).
  11. The heat pump module (100) of the laundry treatment device (200) according to claim 7, wherein a second receiving trough (21) is disposed on a lower surface of the top cover (2), a mounting chamber is defined by the first receiving trough (13) and the second receiving trough (21), and the compressor is disposed in the mounting chamber.
  12. The heat pump module (100) of the laundry treatment device (200) according to claim 11, wherein a contour line of a cross section of the mounting chamber is circular.
  13. The heat pump module (100) of the laundry treatment device (200) according to claim 7, wherein a part of a peripheral wall of the first receiving trough (13) is protruded from a lower surface (12) of the base (1) and disposed in the laundry treatment device (200).
  14. The heat pump module (100) of the laundry treatment device (200) according to claim 13, wherein a distance H between a lowest point of the peripheral wall of the first receiving trough (13) and a datum plane m of an inner top wall of the laundry treatment device (200) is in a range of 0 to 200 mm.
  15. The heat pump module (100) of the laundry treatment device (200) according to claim 14, wherein H is in a range of 10 to 100 mm.
