Description

DESCRIPTION
PISTON DOSING PUMP WITHOUT ELECTRICITY
Technological Field
The invention TR-2016/00525 is about a piston dosing pump which is used for industrial dishwashers to inject liquid chemicals into the machines washing and rinsing water tanks without electricity nor motor.
Known Technological Condition
Competition conditions of the present has been came out an important factor to establish a good relation between the company and the consumer. Technological developments and other applications have been spread in a short period and many entrepreneur company act quickly who aims to take a part of this development. As a result the same or very similar company quantities have rised considerably. Consequently it has been difficult to keep consumer satisfaction and to create difference. The elements which make difference between the companies who almost do the same job is the life span, low cost, quick instalation, quality and service support.
The liquid chemical dosing pumps which is used in the present for different areas in the industry Injects the liquid chemicals automaticly by adjusting time or speed. These dosing pumps known in industrial kichen equipment area as "Detergent pump" or "Rinsing pump" The spread principle of these pumps to transfer the chemical liquid by using a membrane hose and motor which is driven by an electronic card. The motor runs by the electronic card and turns the Wheel with a speed or for a time. The round parts of the wheel smash the membrane hose and so it transfers the liquid. But these pumps might affected by high voltage and gets damage another potential problem is wear of the membrane hose by the time.
Usually dosing pumps run with electricity also there are types which does not need electricity. Frequently basic model dosing pump with motor is being prefered by the consumer because the cost is lower than time adjustable types and they are more effective than the models without motor. The disadvantage of these dosing pumps they take their power supply from water inlet valve of the dishwasher so during the machine takes water the pumps run. Because of this the dosage at the first run is not stable. Filling time of the dishwashers tank depends the pressure of the water supply line. If the pressure of the water line is low it takes longer to fill the tank so dosage of the chemical will be high, on the other hand if the pressure of the water line is high the dosage will be low. However if there is no water in the line the machine opens the water inlet valve untill it is full at the same time dosage pumps run and that cause to spend all the chemical which is expensive and unexpected cost for the consumer. The wear of the membrane hose causes dosing problems and needs technical support.
Additionally the models which run with electricity have a potential risk of over voltage damages. In this case manufacturers do not accept for warranty conditions and consumer need to buy a new one which is unexpected cost for them.
Definition of invention
The invention TR-2016/00525 is a new design which overcomes the disadvantages explained above and the design is as different as to seperate easily other known dosing pumps for industrial dishwasher machines. The new design does not include motor nor electronic card. The main purpose of the invention is to enject liquid chemicals as Detergent and rinsing tiquid into the machines rinsing and washing tanks or different areas by adjusted dosage amount
The invention TR-2016/00525 has two pistons for chemical transfer and these pistons are moved by a third piston which is placed in the middle and connected to the water supply line of the industrial dishwasher. During the machine takes water the pressure inside third piston drops in this case the spring which is placed top of the third piston pushes down and because all there piston rods are connected together by piston rod holder they move at the same time and the same direction so the chemicals will be injected into the machine. When the machine stops taking water the water pressure in the third piston rises up and smashes the spring untill dosing adjust screw set which placed in the middle of the spring. And so chemicals will fill in chemical transfer pistons
However if more than two chemical injection is required it is possible to add chemical dosage pistons to the system. Required rate of the dosing chemicals can be adjusted by changing liquid capacity or possible to use different lengths of piston rods. So it is possible to create different varieties.
The invention TR 2016/00525 Piston dosing pump without electricity which can be used for industrial dishwashers, industrial glass washing machines or different areas injects the liquid chemicals and does not have motor nor electronic card so have low cost advantage easy installation also less potential risks for consumers and manufacturers. Because of the design and these advantages it can be prefered in different areas

Description of invention
In the following description of piston dosing pump without electricity which transfers liquid chemicals by filling into pistons through suction check valves and movement of piston rods with Leak proof piston rod o-rings which moved by water pressure in the water piston and injects through injection check valves by the spring push is only explained to better understanding in the drawings as example, without any restrictive effect
As shown on Figure- 1 three piston rods (5), are connected by a piston rod holder (4), each piston rod (5), has a Leak proof piston rod o-ring (7), and a piston(8), where they move in. Piston rod centering lid (6), is used for to center the piston rod (5), in the piston (8). Piston rods (5), goes through a whole which is in the middle of piston rod centering lids (6), The water connection (11), which runs the system is connected to the industrial dishwashers water supply line Spring holder carcass (2), is fixed on First liquid chemical piston- A (IS), and Second liquid chemical piston-B (16). Dosing adjust screw (1), is placed top of the water piston-C(17), as it will go through the spring (3). The spring (3), is placed between top of the water piston-C (17) and spring holder carcass (2). When the water supply is connected to water connection (11), the water pressure pushes up piston rod (5), of water piston-C (17), and smashes the spring (3), untill dosing adjust screw (1). Because all the piston rods (5), are connected together by piston rod holder (4), they all rise up so liquid chemicals fill in First liquid chemical piston-A (15), and Second chemical piston-B (16), through suction check valve (9). During the industrial dishwasher taking water, the water pressure in Water piston-C (17), drops and smashed spring (3), releases so it pushes the piston rod holder (4), down and the chemical liquids will be injected through injection check valve (10). Dosing chemical amount can be adjusted by dosing adjust screw (1). Dosing rate of liquid chemicals in First liquid chemical piston-A (15), and Second liquid chemical piston-B (16), can be adjusted by changing piston (8), capacity. Possible over pressure in water piston-C (17), discharged by over pressure discharge valve (14).
As a result according to the explanations above the liquid chemicals will be injected into the industrial dishwasher machines water tank and rinsing tank without using electricity, electronic board nor motor. For alternative struckers might produce varieties. In conclusion the patent can not be limited by the explanations above or drawings in Figures. It is obvious that an expert might create similar varieties according to the explanations above. Required protection is given in claims
