In this case, the extension upper face (172) contacts the protrusion lower face (182) and grabbing occurs, and a force is applied to the rod (18) in an axial reverse direction (D2). As the shaft (13) rotates and/or advances, the angled faces of the extension (171) and of the support protrusion (181) corresponding to each other contact and catch each other.
