Claims (9)
- Sofastuhlrahmen, umfassend eine Unterrahmenstruktur, eine Beinstruktur, eine Rückenstruktur und eine Aktivierungsvorrichtung, wobei die Beinstruktur und die Rückenstruktur jeweils mit der Unterrahmenstruktur verbunden sind, wobei die Aktivierungsvorrichtung jeweils in einer aktivierenden Verbindung mit der Beinstruktur und mit der Rückenstruktur steht, wobei der Sofastuhlrahmen auch umfasst:
einen Kopplungsmechanismus, dessen beide Enden jeweils mit der Beinstruktur verbunden und mit der Rückenstruktur verbunden sind, wobei der Kopplungsmechanismus eine rotierende Stange (51) eines Beins umfasst, eine Kopplungsstange (52), eine rotierende Stange (53) des Rückens und eine Schwingstange (54), wobei ein Ende der rotierenden Stange (51) des Beins verbunden ist mit der Beinstruktur und das andere Ende der rotierenden Stange (51) des Beins verbunden ist mit der Kopplungsstange (52), wobei ein Ende der rotierenden Stange (53) des Rückens mit der Rückenstruktur verbunden ist und das andere Ende der rotierenden Stange (53) des Rückens mit der Schwingstange (54) verbunden ist, wobei die Schwingstange (54) an einer äußeren Seite der Kopplungsstange (52) angeordnet ist, wobei ein Ende der Kopplungsstange (52) mit der Schwingstange (54) über eine rotierende Welle (55) verbunden ist und das andere Ende der Kopplungsstange (52) mit der Schwingstange (54) über eine Verbindungsstangenstruktur (56) verbunden ist und die beiden Enden der Kopplungsstange (52) mit der Unterrahmenstruktur verbunden sind, wobei die Beinstruktur umfasst:eine Rückenstange (21) des Beins, deren eines Ende mit der Unterrahmenstruktur verbunden ist, eine Tragstange (22) des Beins, deren eines Ende mit der rotierenden Stange (51) des Beins verbunden ist, eine ausziehbare Stange (23) des Beins, deren eines Ende mit dem anderen Ende der Rückenstange (21) des Beins verbunden ist, eine Übertragungsstange (24) des Beins, deren eines Ende mit dem anderen Ende der Tragstange (22) des Beins verbunden ist, eine Verbindungsstange (25) des Beins, deren eines Ende mit dem anderen Ende der Übertragungsstange (24) des Beins verbunden ist und eine Verriegelungsstange (26) des Beins und eine Vorderstange (27) des Beins, wobei ein Ende der Verriegelungsstange (26) des Beins mit dem anderen Ende der Verbindungsstange (25) des Beins verbunden ist, wobei das andere Ende der Verriegelungsstange (26) des Beins mit der Vorderstange (27) des Beins verbunden ist,weiter umfassend eine Strebe (28) des Beins, ein Auge (281), welches an der Strebe (28) des Beins angeordnet ist, wobei zwei Enden des Auges (281) jeweils mit dem anderen Ende der ausziehbaren Stange (23) des Beins und der Vorderstange (27) des Beins verbunden sind und nachdem die Komponenten der Beinstruktur zusammengeklappt wurden, sich die Komponenten in einem gefalteten Zustand befinden und unterhalb der Unterrahmenstruktur positioniert sind. - Sofastuhlrahmen nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die Beinstruktur weiterhin umfasst:
ein Zwischenbefestigungsgestell (29) des Beins, welches sich im Zwischenraum der ausziehbaren Stange (23) des Beins befindet und mit der ausziehbaren Stange (23) des Beins verbunden ist. - Sofastuhlrahmen nach Anspruch 1, bei der die Rückenstruktur umfasst:
ein Befestigungsgestell (31) des Rückens, befestigt an der Unterrahmenstruktur, ein rotierendes Gestell (32) des Rückens, dessen eines Ende mit dem Befestigungsgestell (31) des Rückens verbunden ist und dessen anderes Ende mit der rotierenden Stange (53) des Rückens verbunden ist, einen Tragrahmen (33) des Rückens, umfassend eine Rückenstange (331) und eine Lehnenstange (332), die integriert sind, wobei ein Ende der Rückenstange (331) mit einem Befestigungsgestell (31) des Rückens verbunden ist und das andere Ende der Rückenstange (331) mit der rotierenden Stange (32) des Rückens über ein Gelenk (34) verbunden ist. - Sofastuhlrahmen nach Anspruch 3, bei dem die Rückenstruktur weiterhin umfasst:
ein Befestigungsgestell (35) des Rückens, dessen eines Ende mit der Schwingstange (54) verbunden ist und dessen anderes Ende mit der Unterrahmenstruktur verbunden ist. - Sofastuhlrahmen nach Anspruch 3, bei dem ein Anschlagpuffer (321) an einem Ende des rotierenden Gestells (32) des Rückens vorgesehen ist, in Nähe zu dem Gelenk (34), wobei der Anschlagpuffer (321) innerhalb des Verbindungsabschnitts zwischen dem Befestigungsgestell (31) des Rückens und dem rotierenden Gestell (32) des Rückens positioniert ist.
- Sofastuhlrahmen nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die Unterrahmenstruktur einen Frontbalken (11) umfasst, welcher mit der Beinstruktur verbunden ist, einen Rückenbalken (12), welcher mit der Rückenstruktur verbunden ist, einen Zwischenrahmen (13), welcher mit der Kopplungsstange verbunden ist und ein Sitzbefestigungsgestell (14), dessen beide Enden mit der Beinstruktur und mit der Rückenstruktur jeweils verbunden sind.
- Sofastuhlrahmen nach Anspruch 6, bei dem das Sitzbefestigungsgestell (14) ein gebogenes metallisches Blechteil ist und einen "¬"geformten Querschnitt hat.
- Sofastuhlrahmen nach Anspruch 6, bei dem die Aktivierungsvorrichtung eine aktivierende ausziehbare Stange (41) umfasst, deren beide Enden mit dem Fronbalken (11) und dem Rückenbalken (12) jeweils über ein Befestigungsauge (411) verbunden sind, wobei ein Aktivierungsmotor (42) an der aktivierenden ausziehbaren Stange (41) befestigt ist und der Aktivierungsmotor (42) in aktivierender Verbindung mit der aktivierenden ausziehbaren Stange (41) steht, wobei die Aktivierungsvorrichtung oberhalb der Unterrahmenstruktur angeordnet ist.
- Sofastuhlrahmen nach Anspruch 6, bei dem die Unterrahmenstruktur weiterhin umfasst:
eine Spannfeder (15), deren eines Ende mit dem Rückenbalken (12) verbunden ist und deren anderes Ende mit einer Positionierungssäule (521) verbunden ist, welche von der Kopplungsstange (52) aus vorsteht.
