Abstract
Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung sind Haarbehandlungsmittel, enthaltend - jeweils bezogen auf ihr Gewicht - 0,0001 bis 20 Gew.-% mindestens eines Oligopeptids, das mindestens eine Aminosäuresequenz Glu-Glu-Glu (I) aufweist, wobei die Amino-Gruppe frei oder protoniert und die Carboxy-Gruppen frei oder deprotoniert vorliegen können und 0,0001 bis 30 Gew.-% Methionylmethionin. Die Haarbehandlungsmittel mit Methionylmethionin und bestimmten Oligopeptide zeigen eine gesteigerte positive Wirkung auf das Haar und den Haarfollikel.

HAARBEHANDLUNGSMITTEL MIT METHIONYLMETHIONIN UND EINEM OLIGOPEPTID MIT EINER GLU-GLU-GLU SEQUENZ
Die Erfindung betrifft Haarbehandlungsmittel, insbesondere Shampoos und sogenannte Konditionierer, mit einer Wirkstoffkombination zur schonenden und effektiven Pflege der Haare.
Nicht zuletzt durch starke Beanspruchung der Haare, beispielsweise durch Färben oder Dauerwellen als auch durch Reinigung der Haare mit Shampoos und durch Umweltbelastungen, nimmt die Bedeutung von Pflegeprodukten mit möglichst langanhaltender Wirkung zu. Derartige Pflegemittel beeinflussen die natürliche Struktur und die Eigenschaften der Haare. So können anschließend an solche Pflegebehandlungen beispielsweise die Nass- und Trockenkämmbarkeit des Haares, der Halt und die Fülle des Haares optimiert sein oder die Haare vor erhöhtem Spliss geschützt sein.
Es ist daher seit langem üblich, Haare einer speziellen Nachbehandlung zu unterziehen. Dabei werden, üblicherweise in Form einer Spülung, die Haare mit speziellen Wirkstoffen, beispielsweise quaternären Ammoniumsalzen oder speziellen Polymeren, behandelt. Durch diese Behandlung werden je nach Formulierung die Kämmbarkeit, der Halt und die Fülle der Haare verbessert und die Splissrate verringert.
Ebenso sind im Stand der Technik multifunktionale kosmetische Produkte bekannt. Insbesondere zählen hierzu die so genannten„2 in 1 " Shampoos, welche nicht nur das Haar reinigen, sondern es auch konditionieren. Derartige Produkte werden vom Verbraucher sehr geschätzt, weil sie durch ihre Produktleistung mindestens einen Verfahrensschritt, beispielsweise das Konditionieren mit einer klassischen Haarspülung, erübrigen.
Der Einsatz spezieller Oligopeptide zur Pflege von keratinischen Fasern ist beispielsweise aus der WO 2010/026010 A1 bekannt. Dort werden insbesondere Oligopeptide mit der Sequenz Tyr-Glu-Glu-Glu- Ile-Arg-Val-Leu als besonders geeignet für die Haarpflege offenbart.
Es besteht nach wie vor das Bedürfnis, Wirkstoffe oder Wirkstoffkombinationen für kosmetische Mittel mit guten pflegenden Eigenschaften bereitzustellen und kosmetische Mittel diesbezüglich weiterzuentwickeln.
Es wurde nun gefunden, dass eine Kombination von bestimmten Oligopeptiden mit Methionylmethionin eine besonders positive Wirkung auf damit behandeltem Haar und den Haarfollikel besitzt.
Ein erster Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung sind Haarbehandlungsmittel, enthaltend - jeweils bezogen auf ihr Gewicht - a) 0,00001 bis 20 Gew.-% mindestens eines Oligopeptids, das mindestens eine Aminosäuresequenz Glu-Glu-Glu
aufweist, wobei die Amino-Gruppe frei oder protoniert und die Carboxy-Gruppen frei oder deprotoniert vorliegen können, und
0,0001 bis 30 Gew.-% Methionylmethionin.
In dieser wie in allen nachstehenden Formeln bedeutet das eingeklammerte Wasserstoffatom der Aminogruppe ebenso wie die eingeklammerte Hydroxygruppe der Säurefunktion, dass die betreffenden Gruppen als solche vorhanden sein können (dann handelt es sich um ein Oligopeptid mit der betreffenden Anzahl an Aminosäuren wie dargestellt - in der vorstehenden Formel sind es drei Aminosäuren) oder aber, dass die Aminosäuresequenz in einem Oligopeptid vorliegt, das noch weitere Aminosäuren umfasst - je nachdem, wo die weitere(n) Aminosäure(n) gebunden ist/sind, sind die eingeklammerten Bestandteile der oben genannten Formel durch den/die weiteren Aminosäurerest(e) ersetzt.
Haarbehandlungsmittel im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung sind beispielsweise Haarshampoos, Haarkonditionierer, konditionierende Shampoos, Haarsprays, Haarspülungen, Haarkuren, Haarpackungen, Haar-Tonics, Dauerwell-Fixierlösungen, Haarfärbeshampoos, Haarfärbemittel, Haarfestiger, Haarlegemittel, Haarstyling-Zubereitungen, Fönwell-Lotionen, Schaumfestiger, Haargele, Haarwachse oder deren Kombinationen. Im Hinblick auf die Tatsache, dass insbesondere Männer oft die Anwendung mehrerer unterschiedlicher Mittel und/oder mehrere Anwendungsschritte scheuen, sind solche Mittel bevorzugt, die der Mann ohnehin anwendet. Bevorzugte Mittel sind daher Shampoos, Konditioniermittel oder Haar-Tonics.
Die Haarbehandlungsmittel enthalten - bezogen auf ihr Gewicht - 0,00001 bis 20 Gew.-% mindestens
eines Oligopeptids, das mindestens eine Aminosäuresequenz Glu-Glu-Glu, das heißt mindestens drei aufeinander folgende Glutaminsäuren aufweist.
Oligopeptide im Sinne der vorliegenden Anmeldung sind durch Peptid-Bindungen Säureamid-artig verknüpfte Kondensationsprodukte von Aminosäuren, die mindestens 3 und maximal 25 Aminosäuren umfassen.
In bevorzugten Haarbehandlungsmitteln umfasst das Oligopeptid 5 bis 15 Aminosäuren, vorzugsweise 6 bis 13 Aminosäuren, besonders bevorzugt 7 bis 12 Aminosäuren und insbesondere 8, 9 oder 10 Aminosäuren.
Je nachdem, ob weitere Aminosäuren an die Sequenz Glu-Glu-Glu gebunden sind und je nach Art dieser Aminosäuren kann die Molmasse des in den Haarbehandlungsmitteln enthaltenen Oligopeptids variieren. Bevorzugte Haarbehandlungsmittel sind dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Oligopeptid eine Molmasse von 650 bis 3000 Da, vorzugsweise von 750 bis 2500 Da, besonders bevorzugt von 850 bis 2000 Da und insbesondere von 1000 bis 1600 Da aufweist.
Zusammenfassend sind bevorzugte Haarbehandlungsmittel dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das eingesetzte Oligopeptid 5 bis 15 Aminosäuren, vorzugsweise 6 bis 13 Aminosäuren, besonders bevorzugt 7 bis 12 Aminosäuren und insbesondere 8, 9 oder 10 Aminosäuren umfasst und eine Molmasse von 650 bis 3000 Da, vorzugsweise von 750 bis 2500 Da, besonders bevorzugt von 850 bis 2000 Da und insbesondere von 1000 bis 1600 Da aufweist.
Wie aus der bevorzugten Anzahl von Aminosäuren in den Oligopeptiden und dem bevorzugten Molmassenbereich zu ersehen ist, werden vorzugsweise Oligopeptide eingesetzt, die nicht allein aus den drei Glutaminsäuren bestehen, sondern weitere, an diese Sequenz gebundene Aminosäuren aufweisen. Diese weiteren Aminosäuren sind vorzugsweise aus bestimmten Aminosäuren ausgewählt, während bestimmte andere Vertreter weniger bevorzugt sind.
Demgegenüber ist es bevorzugt, wenn die in den Haarbehandlungsmitteln eingesetzten Oligopeptide Tyrosin enthalten.
Es ist bevorzugt, wenn die in den Haarbehandlungsmitteln eingesetzten Oligopeptide Leucin enthalten.
Weiter bevorzugt ist es, wenn die in den Haarbehandlungsmitteln eingesetzten Oligopeptide Isoleucin enthalten.
Weiter bevorzugt ist es, wenn die in den Haarbehandlungsmitteln eingesetzten Oligopeptide Arginin enthalten.
Weiter bevorzugt ist es, wenn die in den Haarbehandlungsmitteln eingesetzten Oligopeptide Valin enthalten.
Besonders bevorzugte Oligopeptide oder in den bevorzugten Oligopeptiden enthaltene Aminosäuresequenzen werden nachstehend beschrieben:
Ein besonders bevorzugtes Oligopeptid enthält zusätzlich Tyrosin, das vorzugsweise über seine Säurefunktion an die Glu-Glu-Glu-Sequenz gebunden ist. Bevorzugte Haarbehandlungsmittel sind daher dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das in ihnen enthaltene Oligopeptid mindestens eine Aminosäuresequenz Tyr-Glu-Glu-Glu aufweist, wobei die Amino-Gruppe frei oder protoniert und die Carboxy-Gruppen frei oder deprotoniert vorliegen können.
Ein weiteres besonders bevorzugtes Oligopeptid enthält zusätzlich Isoleucin, das vorzugsweise über seine Aminofunktion an die Glu-Glu-Glu-Sequenz gebunden ist. Bevorzugte Haarbehandlungsmittel sind daher dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das in ihnen enthaltene das Oligopeptid mindestens eine Aminosäuresequenz Glu-Glu-Glu-Ile aufweist, wobei die Amino-Gruppe frei oder protoniert und die Carboxy-Gruppen frei oder deprotoniert vorliegen können.
Oligopeptide, die beide vorgenannten Aminosäuren (Tyrosin und Isoleucin) aufweisen, sind bevorzugt. Besonders bevorzugt sind dabei Haarbehandlungsmittel, bei denen das in ihnen enthaltene Oligopeptid mindestens eine Aminosäuresequenz Tyr-Glu-Glu-Glu-Ile aufweist, wobei die Amino-Gruppe frei oder protoniert und die Carboxy-Gruppen frei oder deprotoniert vorliegen können.
Weiter bevorzugte Oligopeptide enthalten zusätzlich Arginin, das vorzugsweise an Isoleucin gebunden vorliegt.
Entsprechend sind Haarbehandlungsmittel weiter bevorzugt, in denen das enthaltene Oligopeptid mindestens eine Aminosäuresequenz Tyr-Glu-Glu-Glu-Ile-Arg aufweist, wobei die Amino-Gruppen frei oder protoniert und die Carboxy-Gruppen frei oder deprotoniert vorliegen können.
Noch weiter bevorzugte Oligopeptide enthalten zusätzlich Valin, das vorzugsweise an das Arginin gebunden vorliegt. Weiter bevorzugte Haarbehandlungsmittel sind daher dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das in ihnen enthaltene Oligopeptid mindestens eine Aminosäuresequenz Tyr-Glu-Glu-Glu-Ile-
Arg-Val aufweist, wobei die Amino-Gruppen frei oder protoniert und die Carboxy-Gruppen frei oder deprotoniert vorliegen können.
Noch weiter bevorzugte Oligopeptide enthalten zusätzlich Leucin, das vorzugsweise an das Valin gebunden vorliegt. Weiter bevorzugte Haarbehandlungsmittel sind dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das in ihnen enthaltene Oligopeptid mindestens eine Aminosäuresequenz Tyr-Glu-Glu-Glu-Ile-Arg-Val-Leu aufweist, wobei die Amino-Gruppen frei oder protoniert und die Carboxy-Gruppen frei oder deprotoniert vorliegen können.
Insbesondere bevorzugte Oligopeptide enthalten zusätzlich Leucin, das vorzugsweise an das Tyrosin gebunden vorliegt. Weiter bevorzugte Haarbehandlungsmittel sind dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das in ihnen enthaltene Oligopeptid mindestens eine Aminosäuresequenz Leu-Tyr-Glu-Glu-Glu-Ile-Arg-Val- Leu aufweist, wobei die Amino-Gruppen frei oder protoniert und die Carboxy-Gruppen frei oder deprotoniert vorliegen können.
Ganz besonders bevorzugt enthalten die Mittel mindestens zwei Oligopeptide, die den vorstehend genannten Kriterien genügen, sich aber voneinander unterscheiden. So sind beispielsweise Haarbehandlungsmittel bevorzugt, die mindestens zwei voneinander verschiedene Oligopeptide A und B enthalten, die beide die Aminosäuresequenz Glu-Glu-Glu enthalten.
Solche voneinander unterschiedlichen Oligopeptide A und B entsprechen einander darin, dass sie drei aufeinander folgende Glu-Aminosäuren in ihrer Aminosäuresequenz tragen, besitzen aber in den davor oder dahinter gebundenen Aminosäuren Unterschiede. Bevorzugt sind voneinander verschiedene Peptide mit partieller Übereinstimmung, die durchaus größer sein kann als in den vorstehend genannten drei Aminosäuren.
So sind weiter bevorzugte Haarbehandlungsmittel dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens zwei voneinander verschiedene Oligopeptide A und B enthalten, die beide die Aminosäuresequenz Glu-Glu- Glu-Ile enthalten.
Ebenfalls bevorzugt sind Haarbehandlungsmittel, die mindestens zwei voneinander verschiedene Oligopeptide A und B enthalten, die beide die Aminosäuresequenz Tyr-Glu-Glu-Glu enthalten.
Ebenfalls noch weiter bevorzugte Haarbehandlungsmittel enthalten mindestens zwei voneinander verschiedene Oligopeptide A und B, die beide die Aminosäuresequenz Tyr-Glu-Glu-Glu-Ile enthalten.
Ganz besonders bevorzugte Haarbehandlungsmittel sind dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens zwei voneinander verschiedene Oligopeptide A und B enthalten, die beide die Aminosäuresequenz Glu-Glu-Glu-Ile-Arg enthalten.
Ebenfalls ganz besonders bevorzugte Haarbehandlungsmittel enthalten mindestens zwei voneinander verschiedene Oligopeptide A und B, die beide die Aminosäuresequenz Tyr-Glu-Glu-Glu-Ile-Arg enthalten.
Vorzugsweise besteht eine noch größere strukturelle Übereinstimmung in den Oligopeptiden. So sind Haarbehandlungsmittel, die mindestens zwei voneinander verschiedene Oligopeptide A und B enthalten, die beide die Aminosäuresequenz Glu-Glu-Glu-Ile-Arg-Val enthalten, weitere bevorzugte Ausführungsformen der vorliegenden Erfindung.
Ebenfalls bevorzugte Ausführungsformen sind Haarbehandlungsmittel, die mindestens zwei voneinander verschiedene Oligopeptide A und B enthalten, die beide die Aminosäuresequenz Tyr-Glu- Glu-Glu-Ile-Arg-Val enthalten.
Noch weiter bevorzugte Haarbehandlungsmittel enthalten mindestens zwei voneinander verschiedene Oligopeptide A und B, die beide die Aminosäuresequenz Glu-Glu-Glu-Ile-Arg-Val-Leu enthalten.
Ebenfalls noch weiter bevorzugte Haarbehandlungsmittel enthalten mindestens zwei voneinander verschiedene Oligopeptide A und B, die beide die Aminosäuresequenz Tyr-Glu-Glu-Glu-Ile-Arg-Val- Leu enthalten.
Insbesondere bevorzugte Haarbehandlungsmittel sind dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens zwei voneinander verschiedene Oligopeptide A und B enthalten, wobei das Oligopeptid A die Aminosäuresequenz Leu-Tyr-Glu-Glu-Glu-Ile-Arg-Val-Leu aufweist, wobei die Amino-Gruppen frei oder protoniert und die Carboxy-Gruppen frei oder deprotoniert vorliegen können und das Oligopeptid B die Aminosäuresequenz Tyr-Glu-Glu-Glu-Ile-Arg-Val-Leu aufweist, wobei die Amino-Gruppen frei oder protoniert und die Carboxy-Gruppen frei oder deprotoniert vorliegen können.
Ganz besonders bevorzugte Mittel dieser letztgenannten Ausführungsform enthalten - bezogen auf das Gewicht des Mittels - 0,00001 bis 1 Gew.-% Oligopeptid A und 0,00001 bis 1 Gew.-% Oligopeptid B.
Weiter bevorzugte Mittel dieser letztgenannten Ausführungsform enthalten - bezogen auf das Gewicht
des Mittels -0,00005 bis 0,1 Gew.-% Oligopeptid A und 0,00005 bis 0,1 Gew.-% Oligopeptid B.
Noch weiter bevorzugte Mittel dieser letztgenannten Ausführungsform enthalten - bezogen auf das Gewicht des Mittels -0,0001 bis 0,01 Gew.-% Oligopeptid A und 0,0001 bis 0,001 Gew.-% Oligopeptid B.
Die im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung eingesetzten Oligopeptide, die den vorstehend genannten Bedingungen genügen, können vorteilhafterweise aus keratinischen Materialien gewonnen werden.
Die Haarbehandlungsmittel enthalten das Oligopeptid, das mindestens eine Aminosäuresequenz Glu- Glu-Glu aufweist, bevorzugt in einer Menge von 0,01 bis 10,0 Gew.-% und besonders bevorzugt von 0,05 bis 5,0 Gew.-%, jeweils bezogen auf das Gewicht des anwendungsbereiten Haarbehandlungsmittels.
Die Haarbehandlungsmittel enthalten als zweiten wesentlichen Inhaltstoff - bezogen auf ihr Gewicht - 0,0001 bis 30 Gew.-% Methionylmethionin.
Methionylmethionin ist das Dipeptid von Methionin und weist folgende Struktur auf:
Vom Dipeptid Methionylmethionin existieren die vier verschiedenen Stereoisomere DD, LL, DL und LD. Von den vier Stereoisomeren ist nur das L-Methionyl-L-methionin natürlich, die drei anderen Dipeptide L-Methionyl-D-methionin, D-Methionyl-L-methionin und D-Methionyl-D-methionin sind alle nicht natürlich. Die beschriebenen positiven Wirkungen können mit allen vier stereoisomeren Dipeptiden erzielt werden. Das Methionylmethionin kann als DD/LL/LD/DL-Mischung, als DL/LD-Mischung oder DD/LL-Mischung eingesetzt werden. Prinzipiell ist auch der Einsatz eines stereoisomeren Dipeptids alleine oder in Kombination mit einem oder zwei weiteren Stereoisomeren denkbar. Wird nur ein stereoisomeres Dipeptid eingesetzt, werden vorzugsweise das L-Methionyl-L-methionin oder das D- Methionyl-D-methionin gewählt. beiden Paare DD/LL-Methionylmethionin und DL/LD-Methionylmethionin sind diastereomer
zueinander und haben unterschiedliche physikalische Daten. So besitzt beispielsweise das Diastereomerenpaar DD/LL bei Raumtemperatur eine Löslichkeit von 21 ,0 g/l in Wasser, wohingegen die Löslichkeit vom Diastereomerenpaar DL/LD bei 0,4 g/l liegt. Entsprechend kann es bevorzugt sein, das Methionylmethionin als DD/LL-Mischung oder als DD/LL/LD/DL-Mischung mit einem hohen Anteil an dem DD/LL-Diastereomerenpaar einzusetzen. Diese Mischungen lassen sich einfach in einer wässrigen Phase oder einer wässrig-tensidischen Phase eines Haarbehandlungsmittels einarbeiten/lösen.
Die Haarbehandlungsmittel enthalten das Methionylmethionin bevorzugt in einer Menge von 0,01 bis 5,0 Gew.-% und besonders bevorzugt von 0,1 bis 1 ,0 Gew.-%, jeweils bezogen auf das Gewicht des anwendungsbereiten Haarbehandlungsmittels.
Es hat sich gezeigt, dass der Einsatz der Kombination aus ausgewählten Oligopeptiden und Methionylmethionin den Haarbehandlungsmitteln herausragende Eigenschaften verleiht. Die Haarbehandlungsmittel verleihen den mit ihnen behandelten Haaren mehr Spannkraft, was sich in höheren Zugfestigkeiten der Keratinfasern und in einer Verringerung der Elastizitätsabnahme, zum Beispiel bei Beschädigung durch atmosphärische Einwirkungen zeigt. Darüber hinaus wird der Feuchtigkeitshaushalt der keratinischen Fasern stabilisiert, so dass sich die Kämmbarkeit verbessert und der Alterungsprozess verzögert wird.
Die Haarbehandlungsmittel können weitere Wirk- und Hilfsstoffe beinhalten. Diese werden nachfolgend beschrieben.
Vorzugsweise enthalten die Haarbehandlungsmittel zusätzlich mindestens ein Tensid, wobei oberflächenaktive Substanzen je nach Anwendungsgebiet als Tenside oder als Emulgatoren bezeichnet werden und aus anionischen, kationischen, amphoteren/zwitterionischen und nichtionischen Tensiden und Emulgatoren ausgewählt sind.
Bevorzugte Haarbehandlungsmittel sind dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie - bezogen auf sein Gewicht - 0,5 bis 70 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 1 bis 60 Gew.-% und insbesondere 5 bis 25 Gew.-% anionische(s) und/oder nichtionische(s) und/oder kationische(s) und/oder amphotere(s)/zwitterionische(s) Tensid(e), enthalten.
Als anionische Tenside eignen sich für die Haarbehandlungsmittel alle für die Verwendung am menschlichen Körper geeigneten anionischen oberflächenaktiven Stoffe. Diese sind gekennzeichnet durch eine wasserlöslich machende, anionische Gruppe wie zum Beispiel eine Carboxylat-, Sulfat-,
Sulfonat- oder Phosphat-Gruppe und eine lipophile Alkylgruppe mit etwa 8 bis 30 C-Atomen. Zusätzlich können im Molekül Glycol- oder Polyglycolether-Gruppen, Ester-, Ether- und Amidgruppen sowie Hydroxylgruppen enthalten sein.
Als amphotere/zwitterionische Tenside werden solche oberflächenaktiven Verbindungen bezeichnet, die im Molekül mindestens eine quartäre Ammoniumruppe und mindestens eine -COOH - oder -S03(" ' -Gruppe tragen. Besonders geeignete zwitterionische Tenside und Emulgatoren sind die sogenannten Betaine wie die N-Alkyl-N,N-dimethylammoniumglycinate, beispielsweise das Kokosalkyldimethylammoniumglycinat, N-Acyl-aminopropyl-N,N-dimethylammoniumglycinate, beispielsweise das Kokosacylaminopropyldimethylammoniumglycinat, und 2-Alkyl-3-carboxymethyl-3- hydroxyethylimidazoline mit jeweils 8 bis 18 C-Atomen in der Alkyl- oder Acylgruppe sowie das Kokosacylaminoethylhydroxyethylcarboxymethylglycinat. Ein bevorzugtes zwitterionisches Tensid ist das unter der INCI-Bezeichnung Cocamidopropyl Betaine bekannte Fettsäureamidderivat.
Unter amphoteren/zwitterionischen Tensiden werden auch solche oberflächenaktiven Verbindungen verstanden, die außer einer Ce - C24 -Alkyl- oder -Acylgruppe mindestens eine freie Aminogruppe und mindestens eine -COOH- oder -SOsH-Gruppe enthalten und zur Ausbildung innerer Salze befähigt sind. Beispiele für geeignete amphotere/zwitterionische Tenside sind N-Alkylglycine, N-Alkylaminopropionsäuren, N-Alkylaminobuttersäuren, N-Alkyliminodipropionsäuren,
N-Hydroxyethyl-N-alkylamidopropylglycine, N-Alkyltaurine, N-Alkylsarcosine, 2-
Alkylaminopropionsäuren und Alkylaminoessigsäuren mit jeweils etwa 8 bis 24 C-Atomen in der Alkylgruppe. Besonders bevorzugte amphotere/zwitterionische Tenside sind das N-Kokosalkylaminopropionat, das Kokosacylaminoethylaminopropionat und das Ci2-Ci8-Acylsarcosin.
Nichtionische Tenside und Emulgatoren enthalten als hydrophile Gruppe zum Beispiel eine Polyolgruppe, eine Polyalkylenglycolethergruppe oder eine Kombination aus Polyol- und Poly- glycolethergruppe.
Ganz besonders bevorzugt sind Mittel, die zusätzlich Fettalkohol(e) und/oder Fettalkoholalkoxylat(e), vorzugsweise Ci2-22-Fettalkohol(e) und/oder Ci2-22-Fettalkoholethoxylat(e) mit 10 bis 30 EO-Einheiten, besonders bevorzugt Ci6-ie-Fettalkohol(e) und/oder Ci6-i 8-Fettalkoholethoxylat(e) mit 12 bis 20 EO- Einheiten, vorzugsweise in Mengen von 5 bis 20 Gew.-%, bevorzugt von 7,5 bis 17,5 Gew.-% und insbesondere von 10 bis 15 Gew.-%, jeweils bezogen auf das Gewicht des Haarbehandlungsmittels, enthalten.
Zusammenfassend sind Haarbehandlungsmittel bevorzugt, die - bezogen auf ihr Gewicht - 0,1 bis 20 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 0,25 bis 17,5 Gew.-% und insbesondere 5 bis 15 Gew.-% anionische(s) Tensid(e), besonders bevorzugt Fettalkoholethersulfate der Formel

enthalten, in der n für Werte von 5 bis 21 , vorzugsweise von 7 bis 19, besonders bevorzugt von 9 bis 17 und insbesondere von 1 1 bis 13 und k für Werte von 1 , 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 oder 10, vorzugsweise für 1 , 2 oder 3 und insbesondere für 2 stehen, und M für ein Kation aus der Gruppe Na+, K+ NH4+, Vz Mg2+, 2 Zn2+, vorzugsweise für Na+, stehen.
Als weiteren optionalen Bestandteil können die Haarbehandlungsmittel 0,01 bis 10 Gew.-% mindestens ein Polymer aus der Gruppe der kationischen und/oder amphoteren Polymere enthalten.
Unter kationischen oder amphoteren Polymeren sind Polymere zu verstehen, welche in der Haupt- und/oder Seitenkette eine Gruppe aufweisen, welche "temporär" oder "permanent" kationisch sein kann. Als "permanent kationisch" werden solche Polymere bezeichnet, die unabhängig vom pH-Wert des Mittels eine kationische Gruppe aufweisen. Dies sind in der Regel Polymere, die ein quartäres Stickstoffatom, beispielsweise in Form einer Ammoniumgruppe, enthalten. Bevorzugte kationische Gruppen sind quartäre Ammoniumgruppen. Insbesondere solche Polymere, bei denen die quartäre Ammoniumgruppe über eine C1 -4-Kohlenwasserstoffgruppe an eine aus Acrylsäure, Methacrylsäure oder deren Derivaten aufgebaute Polymerhauptkette gebunden sind, haben sich als besonders geeignet erwiesen.
Zusätzlich zu kationischen Polymerisaten oder an ihrer Stelle können die Haarbehandlungsmittel auch amphotere Polymere enthalten. Diese weisen zusätzlich zu der/den kationisch geladenen Gruppe(n) mindestens eine negativ geladene Gruppe im Molekül auf und werden auch als zwitterionische Polymere bezeichnet.
Vorzugsweise wird das Polymer oder werden die Polymere innerhalb engerer Mengenbereiche eingesetzt. So sind Mittel bevorzugt, die - bezogen auf ihr Gewicht - 0,05 bis 7,5 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 0,1 bis 5 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 0,2 bis 3,5 Gew.-% und insbesondere 0,25 bis 2,5 Gew.-% amphotere(s) Polymer(e), enthalten.
Unabhängig davon, ob in den Mitteln amphotere Polymere enthalten sind oder nicht, sind weiter bevorzugte Mittel dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie - bezogen auf ihr Gewicht - 0,05 bis 7,5 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 0,1 bis 5 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 0,2 bis 3,5 Gew.-% und insbesondere 0,25 bis 2,5 Gew.-% kationische(s) Polymer(e), enthalten.
Bevorzugte kationische Polymere sind ausgewählt aus:
Poly(methacryloyloxyethyltrimethylammoniumchlorid) (INCI : Polyquaternium-37) und/oder; quaternisierten Cellulose-Derivaten (INCI : Polyquaternium 10) und/oder
kationischen Alkylpolyglycosiden und/oder
kationisertem Honig und/oder
kationischen Guar-Derivaten und/oder
polymeren Dimethyldiallylammoniumsalzen und deren Copolymeren mit Estern und Amiden von Acrylsäure und Methacrylsäure und/oder
Copolymeren des Vinylpyrrolidons mit quaternierten Derivaten des Dialkylaminoalkylacrylats und -methacrylats und/oder
Vinylpyrrolidon-Vinylimidazoliummethochlorid-Copolymeren und/oder
quaterniertem Polyvinylalkohol und/oder
Polyquaternium 2 und/oder
Polyquaternium-7 und/oder
Polyquaternium 17 und/oder
Polyquaternium 18 und/oder
Polyquaternium 24 und/oder
Polyquaternium 27 und/oder
Polyquaternium-101 .
Eine weitere Gruppe von möglichen Inhaltsstoffen stellen die Silikone dar. Haarbehandlungsmittel enthalten das oder die Silikon(e) vorzugsweise in Mengen von 0,1 bis 10 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise von 0,25 bis 7 Gew.-% und insbesondere von 0,5 bis 5 Gew.-%, jeweils bezogen auf das gesamte Mittel.
Weitere geeignete Inhaltsstoffe umfassen nichtionische Polymere, Fettstoffe, Wachse, Proteinhydrolysate, Aminosäuren, Vitamine, Provitamine, Vitaminvorstufen, Betaine, Biochinone, Purin(derivate), Taurin(derivate), L-Carnitin(salze), Panthenol, Panthothensäure, 2-Furanone, 2- Furanonderivate, Ectoin, Allantoin, Pflanzenextrakte, Esteröle, UV-Lichtschutzfilter, Strukturierungsmittel, Verdickungsmittel, Elektrolyte, pH-Stellmittel, Quellmittel, Farbstoffe, Antischuppenwirkstoffe, Komplexbildner, Trübungsmittel, Perlglanzmittel, Pigmente, Stabilisierungsmittel, Treibmittel, Antioxidantien, Parfümöle und/oder Konservierungsmittel.
Die Haarbehandlungsmittel weisen vorteilhafte Eigenschaften auf und verleihen den mit ihnen behandelten Haaren ebenfalls vorteilhafte Eigenschaften. Insbesondere bei der Haar- und
Kopfhautbehandlung wurden Vorteile beobachtet, die über die Vorteile der Oligopeptide und des Methionylmethionins alleine hinausgehen. So steigern die Haarbehandlungsmittel die Elastizität der mit ihnen behandelten Haare und führen zu einer innerstrukturellen Stärkung der Haarfasern, welche sich zum Beispiel in höheren Schmelztemperaturen bei der Differenzthermoanalyse niederschlägt. Ebenso kommt es zu einer Hydrophobierung der Haaroberfläche, die sich in einer Erhöhung des Kontaktwinkels von Wassertropfen auf der Haaroberfläche zeigt. Es zeigt sich auch eine Verbesserung der Nass- und Trockenkämmbarkeiten.
Ein weiterer Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist entsprechend die Verwendung einer Kombination aus einem Oligopeptid, das mindestens eine Aminosäuresequenz Glu-Glu-Glu
aufweist, wobei die Amino-Gruppe frei oder protoniert und die Carboxy-Gruppen frei oder deprotoniert vorliegen können, und Methionylmethionin, vorzugsweise in einem Haarbehandlungsmittel, zur Verbesserung mindestens einer der Eigenschaften
Zugfestigkeit von keratinischen Fasern, insbesondere menschlichen Haaren;
Stabilisierung des Feuchtigkeitshaushaltes von keratinischen Fasern, insbesondere menschlichen Haaren;
Kämmbarkeit von keratinischen Fasern, insbesondere menschlichen Haaren;
Erhöhung des Kontaktwinkels zwischen Wassertropfen und der Oberfläche von keratinischen Fasern, insbesondere menschlichen Haaren;
Verringerung der Elastizitätsabnahme von keratinischen Fasern, insbesondere menschlichen Haaren bei Beschädigung durch atmosphärische Einwirkungen.
Bezüglich weiterer bevorzugter Ausführungsformen der Verwendung gilt mutatis mutandis das zu den Haarbehandlungsmitteln Gesagte.
Noch ein weiterer Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zur Verbesserung mindestens einer der Eigenschaften
Zugfestigkeit von keratinischen Fasern, insbesondere menschlichen Haaren; Stabilisierung des Feuchtigkeitshaushaltes von keratinischen Fasern, insbesondere menschlichen Haaren;
Kämmbarkeit von keratinischen Fasern, insbesondere menschlichen Haaren;
Erhöhung des Kontaktwinkels zwischen Wassertropfen und der Oberfläche von keratinischen
Fasern, insbesondere menschlichen Haaren;
Verringerung der Elastizitätsabnahme von keratinischen Fasern, insbesondere menschlichen Haaren bei Beschädigung durch atmosphärische Einwirkungen
bei dem ein Haarbehandlungsmittel, enthaltend - jeweils bezogen auf sein Gewicht - a) 0,00001 bis 20 Gew.-% mindestens eines Oligopeptids, das mindestens eine Aminosäuresequenz Glu-Glu-Glu aufweist, wobei die Amino-Gruppe frei oder protoniert und die Carboxy-Gruppen frei oder deprotoniert vorliegen können,
b) 0,0001 bis 10 Gew.-% Methionylmethionin
auf die keratinischen Fasern aufgetragen, dort 5 Sekunden bis 10 Minuten belassen und dann ausgespült wird oder
auf die keratinischen Fasern aufgetragen wird und dort verbleibt.
Bezüglich weiterer bevorzugter Ausführungsformen des Verfahrens gilt mutatis mutandis das zu den Haarbehandlungsmitteln Gesagte.
Die folgenden Beispiele sollen den Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung erläutern ohne ihn jedoch zu beschränken.

Alle Mengenangaben sind, soweit nicht anders vermerkt, Gewichtsteile an Aktivstoff. Die folgenden Rezepturen wurden unter Anwendung bekannter Herstellungsverfahren bereitgestellt.

Claims
Patentansprüche:
1 . Haarbehandlungsmittel, enthaltend - jeweils bezogen auf sein Gewicht - a) 0,00001 bis 20 Gew.-% mindestens eines Oligopeptids, das mindestens eine Aminosäuresequenz Glu-Glu-Glu
aufweist, wobei die Amino-Gruppe frei oder protoniert und die Carboxy-Gruppen frei oder deprotoniert vorliegen können
b) 0,0001 bis 30 Gew.-% Methionylmethionin.
Haarbehandlungsmittel nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Oligopeptid 5 bis 15 Aminosäuren, vorzugsweise 6 bis 13 Aminosäuren, besonders bevorzugt 7 bis 12 Aminosäuren und insbesondere 8, 9 oder 10 Aminosäuren umfasst und eine Molmasse von 650 bis 3000 Da, vorzugsweise von 750 bis 2500 Da, besonders bevorzugt von 850 bis 2000 Da und insbesondere von 1000 bis 1600 Da aufweist.
Haarbehandlungsmittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Oligopeptid Tyr-Glu-Glu-Glu-Ile
aufweist, wobei die Amino-Gruppe frei oder protoniert und die Carboxy-Gruppen frei oder deprotoniert vorliegen können.
Haarbehandlungsmittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das

Haarbehandlungsmittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Methionylmethionin eine Mischung von L-Methionyl-L-methionin, L-Methionyl-D-methionin, D- Methionyl-L-methionin und D-Methionyl-D-methionin ist.
Haarbehandlungsmittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Methionylmethionin L-Methionyl-L-methionin und/oder D-Methionyl-D-methionin ist.
Haarbehandlungsmittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es - bezogen auf sein Gewicht - 0,5 bis 70 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 1 bis 60 Gew.-%, weiter bevorzugt 2,5 bis 35 Gew.-% und insbesondere 5 bis 25 Gew.-% anionische(s) und/oder nichtionische(s) und/oder kationische(s) und/oder amphotere(s) Tensid(e), enthält.
Haarbehandlungsmittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es - bezogen auf sein Gewicht - 0,05 bis 7,5 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 0,1 bis 5 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 0,2 bis 3,5 Gew.-% und insbesondere 0,25 bis 2,5 Gew.-% kationische(s) Polymer(e), enthält, wobei bevorzugte kationische(s) Polymer(e) ausgewählt ist/sind aus
Poly(methacryloyloxyethyltrimethylammoniumchlorid) (INCI : Polyquaternium-37) und/oder;
quaternisierten Cellulose-Derivaten (INCI : Polyquaternium 10) und/oder
kationischen Alkylpolyglycosiden und/oder
kationisertem Honig und/oder
kationischen Guar-Derivaten und/oder
polymeren Dimethyldiallylammoniumsalzen und deren Copolymeren mit Estern und Amiden von Acrylsäure und Methacrylsäure und/oder
Copolymeren des Vinylpyrrolidons mit quaternierten Derivaten des Dialkylamino- alkylacrylats und -methacrylats und/oder
Vinylpyrrolidon-Vinylimidazoliummethochlorid-Copolymeren und/oder
quatemiertem Polyvinylalkohol und/oder
Polyquaternium 2 und/oder
Polyquaternium-7 und/oder
Polyquaternium 17 und/oder

9. Verfahren zur Verbesserung mindestens einer der Eigenschaften
- Zugfestigkeit von keratinischen Fasern, insbesondere menschlichen Haaren;
- Stabilisierung des Feuchtigkeitshaushaltes von keratinischen Fasern, insbesondere menschlichen Haaren;
- Kämmbarkeit von keratinischen Fasern, insbesondere menschlichen Haaren;
- Erhöhung des Kontaktwinkels zwischen Wassertropfen und der Oberfläche von keratinischen Fasern, insbesondere menschlichen Haaren;
- Verringerung der Elastizitätsabnahme von keratinischen Fasern, insbesondere menschlichen Haaren bei Beschädigung durch atmosphärische Einwirkungen
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Haarhandlungsmittel, enthaltend - jeweils bezogen auf sein Gewicht - a) 0,00001 bis 20 Gew.-% mindestens eines Oligopeptids, das mindestens eine Aminosäuresequenz Glu-Glu-Glu
aufweist, wobei die Amino-Gruppe frei oder protoniert und die Carboxy-Gruppen frei oder deprotoniert vorliegen können,
b) 0,0001 bis 30 Gew.-% Methionylmethionin
auf die keratinischen Fasern aufgetragen, dort 5 Sekunden bis 10 Minuten belassen und dann ausgespült wird oder
auf die keratinischen Fasern aufgetragen wird und dort verbleibt.
10. Verwendung einer Kombination aus einem Oligopeptid, das mindestens eine Aminosäuresequenz Glu-Glu-Glu
aufweist, wobei die Amino-Gruppe frei oder protoniert und die Carboxy-Gruppen frei oder deprotoniert vorliegen können, und Methionylmethionin, vorzugsweise in einem Haarbehandlungsmittel, zur Verbesserung mindestens einer der Eigenschaften
Zugfestigkeit von keratinischen Fasern, insbesondere menschlichen Haaren;
Stabilisierung des Feuchtigkeitshaushaltes von keratinischen Fasern, insbesondere menschlichen Haaren;
Kämmbarkeit von keratinischen Fasern, insbesondere menschlichen Haaren;
Erhöhung des Kontaktwinkels zwischen Wassertropfen und der Oberfläche von keratinischen
Fasern, insbesondere menschlichen Haaren;
Verringerung der Elastizitätsabnahme von keratinischen Fasern, insbesondere menschlichen Haaren bei Beschädigung durch atmosphärische Einwirkungen.
