Claims (15)

  1. Dispositif de communication (20) pour gérer une procédure d'Optimisation de Système de Paquets Évolué, EPS, de Plan Usager, comprenant :
    un module de stockage (210), pour mémoriser les instructions suivantes :
    une couche de contrôle de ressources radio, RRC, du dispositif de communication (20) reçoit des informations système à partir d'une cellule d'un réseau (302) ;
    la couche RRC informe une couche de gestion de mobilité EPS, EMM, du dispositif de communication (20) qu'une fonctionnalité d'Optimisation EPS de Plan Usager est autorisée dans la cellule, lorsque les informations système indiquent que la fonctionnalité d'Optimisation EPS de Plan Usager est autorisée (304) ; et
    la couche RRC informe la couche EMM que la fonctionnalité d'Optimisation EPS de Plan Usager n'est pas autorisée dans la cellule, lorsque les informations système indiquent que la fonctionnalité d'Optimisation EPS de Plan Usager n'est pas autorisée (306) ; et
    un circuit de traitement (200), couplé au module de stockage (210), agencé pour exécuter les instructions mémorisées dans le module de stockage (210).
  2. Dispositif de communication selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le module de stockage (210) mémorise en outre les instructions suivantes :
    la couche EMM indique à la couche RRC de réaliser une procédure d'établissement de connexion RRC si la couche EMM lance une procédure pour émettre un message EMM ou des données, après que la couche EMM a été informée par la couche RRC que la fonctionnalité d'Optimisation EPS de Plan Usager n'est pas autorisée dans la cellule.
  3. Dispositif de communication selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le module de stockage (210) mémorise en outre l'instruction suivante :
    la couche EMM indique à la couche RRC de réaliser une procédure de reprise de connexion RRC si la couche EMM lance une procédure pour émettre un message EMM ou des données, après que la couche EMM a été informée par la couche RRC que la fonctionnalité d'Optimisation EPS de Plan Usager est autorisée dans la cellule.
  4. Dispositif de communication selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la couche RRC informe la couche EMM pour indiquer si la fonctionnalité d'Optimisation EPS de Plan Usager est autorisée dans la cellule, lorsqu'une connexion RRC est suspendue et la couche RRC reçoit les informations système ou lorsque la couche EMM demande à la couche RRC de rendre compte d'un état de la fonctionnalité d'Optimisation EPS de Plan Usager.
  5. Dispositif de communication selon la revendication 4, dans lequel la couche RRC réacquière les informations système pour déterminer si la fonctionnalité d'Optimisation EPS de Plan Usager est autorisée dans la cellule, après que la couche EMM a demandé à la couche RRC de rendre compte de l'état de la fonctionnalité d'Optimisation EPS de Plan Usager, avant que la couche RRC émette une indication vers la couche EMM.
  6. Dispositif de communication selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la couche RRC émet une indication vers la couche EMM conformément aux informations système pour indiquer si la fonctionnalité d'Optimisation EPS de Plan Usager est autorisée dans la cellule.
  7. Dispositif de communication selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la couche EMM entre dans un état EMM_IDLE sans indication de suspension, après la réception d'une indication provenant de la couche RRC pour indiquer que la fonctionnalité d'Optimisation EPS de Plan Usager n'est pas autorisée dans la cellule, et la couche EMM entre dans un état EMM_IDLE avec indication de suspension, après la réception d'une indication provenant de la couche RRC pour indiquer que la fonctionnalité d'Optimisation EPS de Plan Usager est autorisée dans la cellule.
  8. Dispositif de communication selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la couche EMM dans un état EMM_IDLE demande à la couche RRC de reprendre une connexion RRC, lorsque la couche EMM lance une procédure de demande de service ou une procédure de demande de service étendu.
  9. Dispositif de communication (20) pour gérer une procédure d'Optimisation de Système de Paquets Évolué, EPS, de Plan Usager, comprenant :
    un module de stockage, pour mémoriser les instructions suivantes :
    une couche de contrôle de ressources radio, RRC, du dispositif de communication (20) reçoit des informations système à partir d'une cellule d'un réseau (402) ;
    une couche de gestion de mobilité EPS, EMM, du dispositif de communication (20) demande à la couche RRC de réaliser une procédure de reprise de connexion RRC, en émettant une demande de reprise vers la couche RRC (404) ;
    la couche RRC émet un message de demande de reprise de connexion RRC vers le réseau, si une connexion RRC est suspendue et les informations système indiquent qu'une fonctionnalité d'Optimisation EPS de Plan Usager est autorisée dans la cellule, lorsque la couche RRC reçoit la demande de reprise à partir de la couche EMM (406) ; et
    la couche RRC émet un message RRCConnectionRequest vers le réseau, si la connexion RRC est suspendue et les informations système indiquent que la fonctionnalité d'Optimisation EPS de Plan Usager n'est pas autorisée dans la cellule, lorsque la couche RRC reçoit la demande de reprise provenant de la couche EMM (408) ; et
    un circuit de traitement (200), couplé au module de stockage (210), agencé pour exécuter les instructions mémorisées dans le module de stockage (210).
  10. Dispositif de communication selon la revendication 9, dans lequel la couche RRC ré-acquière les informations système pour déterminer si la fonctionnalité d'Optimisation EPS de Plan Usager est autorisée dans la cellule, avant d'émettre le message de demande de reprise de connexion RRC ou le message RRCConnectionRequest vers le réseau, après la réception de la demande de reprise provenant de la couche EMM, ou après la réception d'un message de demande de suspension de connexion RRC en provenance du réseau.
  11. Dispositif de communication selon la revendication 9, dans lequel la couche RRC réalise une procédure de sélection/re-sélection de cellule, et la couche RRC émet le message de demande de reprise de connexion RRC vers le réseau, après que le dispositif de communication a commuté vers une cellule de desserte supportant la fonctionnalité d'Optimisation EPS de Plan Usager.
  12. Dispositif de communication selon la revendication 9, dans lequel la couche RRC informe la couche EMM que la fonctionnalité d'Optimisation EPS de Plan Usager n'est pas autorisée dans la cellule, lorsque la couche RRC émet le message RRCConnectionRequest vers le réseau.
  13. Dispositif de communication selon la revendication 9, dans lequel la couche RRC détermine que la fonctionnalité d'Optimisation EPS de Plan Usager n'est pas autorisée dans la cellule, après la réception de la demande de reprise provenant de la couche EMM et aucune connexion RRC n'est suspendue.
  14. Dispositif de communication selon la revendication 9, dans lequel la couche RRC émet le message RRCConnectionRequest vers le réseau après que la couche RRC a informé la couche EMM que la fonctionnalité d'Optimisation EPS de Plan Usager n'est pas autorisée dans la cellule et reçoit une demande de connexion à partir de la couche EMM pour demander à la couche RRC de réaliser une procédure d'établissement de connexion RRC vers le réseau.
  15. Dispositif de communication selon la revendication 9, dans lequel la couche RRC libère un contexte du dispositif de communication lorsque la couche RRC reçoit les informations système indiquant que la fonctionnalité d'Optimisation EPS de Plan Usager n'est pas autorisée dans la cellule, lorsque la couche EMM émet un message de demande de connexion RRC vers la couche RRC, lorsque la couche RRC reçoit un message d'établissement de connexion RRC à partir du réseau, ou lorsque la couche RRC reçoit un message de refus de reprise RRC à partir du réseau.
