Description
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Einzugsvorrichtung zum Einziehen eines bewegbar gelagerten Möbelteiles in die geschlossene Endlage relativ zu einem Möbelkorpus, umfassend:
- einen Mitnehmer, der mit dem bewegbaren Möbelteil lösbar koppelbar ist und der zumindest abschnittsweise entlang eines linearen Verfahrweges verschiebbar gelagert ist,
- wenigstens eine Federvorrichtung zur Kraftbeaufschlagung des Mitnehmers, wobei die Federvorrichtung über einen vom Mitnehmer gesonderten Federhalter spannbar ist,
- eine Koppelvorrichtung zur Bewegungskopplung zwischen Mitnehmer und Federhalter, wobei durch die Koppelvorrichtung die Befestigungsstelle der Federvorrichtung am Federhalter beim Ausziehen des Mitnehmers entlang einer Steuerkurve gegenüber der Position des verfahrenden Mitnehmers zurückfällt.

Zum Spannen der Federvorrichtung 16 ist eine Koppelvorrichtung 30 in Form eines Hebelgetriebes vorgesehen, durch welches die zum Spannen der Federvorrichtung 16 erforderliche Kraft reduziert, ein plötzlicher unerwünschter Abriss der Federkraft (d.h. in jenem Moment, in dem der Mitnehmer 18 beim Öffnen in den abgebogenen Abschnitt 20 eintritt und dabei die Schublade 4 freigibt) sowie eine damit verbundene, übermäßige Beschleunigung der Schublade 4 in Öffnungsrichtung verhindert wird. Die Federvorrichtung 16 ist über einen vom Mitnehmer 18 gesonderten Federhalter 21 spannbar, wobei die Befestigungsstelle 22 der Federvorrichtung 16 mit dem Federhalter 21 verbunden ist. Der Federhalter 21 weist ein Lager 28 auf, an welchem ein zweiarmiger Hebel 23 um eine Drehachse 25 schwenkbar gelagert ist. Am zweiarmigen Hebel 23 ist an einem Hebelende zumindest ein Führungselement 24 angeordnet, welches entlang einer Steuerkurve 33 (
Über die Spannabschnitte ΔX1, ΔX2 und ΔX3 wird somit eine kontinuierliche, verlangsamte Bewegung der Befestigungsstelle 22 relativ zu dem sich in Öffnungsrichtung 35 bewegenden Mitnehmers 18 herbeigeführt, sodass die Federvorrichtung 16 nicht bis zur maximalen Federauslenkung gespannt wird. Das Spannen der Federvorrichtung 16 erfordert somit weniger Kraftaufwand, wobei der Übergangsbereich bzw. die Lastwechsel zwischen der gekoppelten und der ungekoppelten Stellung des Mitnehmers 18 deutlich harmonisiert werden, d.h. der unerwünschte Federabriss und eine damit verbundene unerwünschte Beschleunigung des bewegbaren Möbelteiles 3 beim Entkuppeln des Mitnehmers 18 von der Schublade 4 kann damit verhindert werden. - The retraction device according to claim 4, characterized in that the curved-shaped transmission lever (26) embraces the two-armed lever (23) in the pulled-in position of the entrainment member (18).
- The retraction device according to one of the claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the control curve (33) is formed separately from the linear displacement path (19) of the entrainment member (18).
- The retraction device according to one of the claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the control curve (33) includes a curved section on an end region which corresponds to the last tensioning path of the spring device (16).
- The retraction device according to claim 7, characterized in that a length of the curved section of the control curve (33) - with respect to an overall length of the control curve (33) - is at least a third of the overall length of the control curve (33).
- The retraction device according to one of the claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the retraction device (14) has a housing (17) on which the linear displacement path (19) and/or the control curve (33) is/are arranged or formed.
- The retraction device according to one of the claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the entrainment member (18) is movably mounted along the linear displacement path (19) between a self-locking ready position, in which the at least one spring device (16) is in a tensioned condition, and an end position, in which the spring device (16) is at least partially in a relaxed condition.
- A drawer pull-out guide comprising a retraction device according to one of the claims 1 to 10.
- The drawer pull-out guide according to claim 11, characterized in that the drawer pull-out guide (10) comprises a carcass rail (11) to be fixed to a furniture carcass (2) and at least one extension rail (12) displaceably mounted relative to the carcass rail (11), wherein the extension rail (12) can be pulled into the fully closed end position by the retraction device (14) at the end of the closing movement.
- An arrangement comprising a drawer (4) and a retraction device (14) according to one of the claims 1 to 10 or a drawer pull-out guide (10) according to claims 11 or 12.
