Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système et un procédé de paiement différé mobile (100) qui permet de réaliser et de recevoir un transfert d'argent différé (chèque) 24h/24 7j/7 et par l'intermédiaire desquels les informations (date d'échéance, montant, titulaire/tireur, etc.) des chèques peuvent être approuvées, écrites ou reçues par l'intermédiaire d'une application mobile, et qui fonctionnent dans des dispositifs intelligents. Le procédé de paiement différé mobile (100) comprend les étapes d'entrée dans un dispositif mobile par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif intelligent (101), d'entrée du numéro de téléphone mobile du bénéficiaire et de la date d'échéance (102), de transfert des données entrées à un serveur de banque par l'intermédiaire d'une application (103), de demande de la limitation de chèque mobile du payeur dans le serveur de banque (104), d'envoi des informations au serveur d'application en conséquence de l'interrogation quant au point de savoir si la limite de chèque mobile du payeur est ou non suffisante (105), de blocage du montant transféré par le payeur par le serveur de banque dans le compte de retraits (106), de transfert du chèque mobile généré par le payeur au dispositif intelligent du bénéficiaire de façon à le présenter pour la confirmation du bénéficiaire (107).
