Claims (10)
- Bohrloch-Drehbohrwerkzeug, umfassend:einen Werkzeugkörper (201);ein ausfahrbares und einfahrbares Element (250), das dem Werkzeugkörper (201) zugeordnet ist und zumindest teilweise von einer Oberfläche (252) des Werkzeugkörpers (201) vorsteht;eine selbsteinstellende Geschwindigkeitssteuervorrichtung (260), die mit dem Element (250) gekoppelt ist, wobei die selbsteinstellende Geschwindigkeitssteuervorrichtung (260) konfiguriert ist, um zu bewirken, dass das Element (250) von einer eingefahrenen Position in eine ausgefahrene Position mit einer ersten Geschwindigkeit in Abwesenheit einer externen Kraft, die auf das Element (250) ausgeübt wird, in Bezug auf den Werkzeugkörper (201) nach außen ausfährt, wobei die selbsteinstellende Geschwindigkeitssteuervorrichtung (260) Folgendes einschließt:einen Kolben (280) zum Ausüben einer Kraft auf das Element (250);ein Vorspannelement (284), das eine Kraft auf den Kolben (280) ausübt, um das Element (250) auszufahren;eine Fluidkammer (270), die dem Kolben (280) zugeordnet ist, wobei der Kolben (280) die Kammer (270) abdichtend in eine erste Kammer (272) und eine zweite Kammer (274) unterteilt, wobei die erste Kammer (272) und die zweite Kammer (274) mit Hydraulikfluid (278) gefüllt sind, das zur Verwendung in einem Bohrloch geeignet ist,und dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie selbsteinstellende Geschwindigkeitssteuervorrichtung (260) konfiguriert ist, um zu bewirken, dass das Element (250) von der ausgefahrenen Position in die eingefahrene Position mit einer zweiten Geschwindigkeit, die sich von der ersten Geschwindigkeit unterscheidet, in Reaktion auf eine externe Kraft, die auf das Element (250) ausgeübt wird, in Bezug auf den Werkzeugkörper (201) nach innen einfährt, undwobei die erste Kammer (272) und die zweite Kammer (274) über einen ersten Fluidströmungspfad (282) miteinander in Fluidverbindung stehen, der eine erste Fluidsteuervorrichtung (285) in dem ersten Fluidströmungspfad (282) aufweist, die konfiguriert ist, die Strömungsgeschwindigkeit des Hydraulikfluids (278) von der zweiten Kammer (274) zu der ersten Kammer (272) zu steuern, und wobei die erste Kammer (272) und die zweite Kammer (274) über einen zweiten Fluidströmungspfad (286) miteinander in Fluidverbindung stehen, der eine zweite Fluidsteuervorrichtung (287) in dem zweiten Fluidströmungspfad (286) aufweist, die konfiguriert ist, die Strömungsgeschwindigkeit des Hydraulikfluids (278) von der ersten Kammer (272) zu der zweiten Kammer (274) zu steuern.
- Bohrwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, wobei die zweite Geschwindigkeit kleiner ist als die erste Geschwindigkeit.
- Bohrwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Kolben ein Kolben einer Vielzahl von hydraulisch verbundenen Kolben ist.
- Bohrwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Element eine Auflage oder ein Schneidelement ist.
- Bohrwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, wobei die selbsteinstellende Geschwindigkeitssteuervorrichtung in einem Winkel in Bezug auf eine Richtung der beabsichtigten Drehung des Bohrwerkzeugs ausgerichtet ist, um eine Tangentialkomponente einer Reibungskraft, falls vorhanden, die der Kolben erfährt, zu verringern.
- Verfahren zum Bohren eines Bohrlochs, umfassend:Integrieren eines Bohrwerkzeugs in einen Bohrstrang (118), wobei das Bohrwerkzeug einen Werkzeugkörper (201), ein ausfahrbares und einfahrbares Element (250), das dem Werkzeugkörper (201) zugeordnet ist und zumindest teilweise von einer Oberfläche (252) des Werkzeugkörpers (201) vorsteht, und eine selbsteinstellende Geschwindigkeitssteuervorrichtung (260) umfasst, wobei die selbsteinstellende Geschwindigkeitssteuervorrichtung (260) einen Kolben (280) zum Ausüben einer Kraft auf das Element (250), ein Vorspannelement (280), das eine Kraft auf den Kolben (280) ausübt, um das Element (250) auszufahren, eine Fluidkammer (270), die dem Kolben (280) zugeordnet ist, umfasst, wobei der Kolben (280) die Kammer (270) abdichtend in eine erste Kammer (272) und eine zweite Kammer (274) unterteilt, wobei die erste Kammer (272) und die zweite Kammer (274) mit Hydraulikfluid (278) gefüllt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Kammer (272) und die zweite Kammer (274) über einen ersten Fluidströmungspfad (282) miteinander in Verbindung stehen, der eine erste Fluidsteuervorrichtung (285) in dem ersten Fluidströmungspfad (282) aufweist, die konfiguriert ist, die Strömungsgeschwindigkeit des Hydraulikfluids (278) von der zweiten Kammer (274) zu der ersten Kammer (272) zu steuern, und wobei die erste Kammer (272) und die zweite Kammer (274) über einen zweiten Fluidströmungspfad (286) miteinander in Verbindung stehen, der eine zweite Fluidsteuervorrichtung (287) in dem zweiten Fluidströmungspfad (286) aufweist, die konfiguriert ist, die Strömungsgeschwindigkeit des Hydraulikfluids (278) von der ersten Kammer (272) zu der zweiten Kammer (274) zu steuern;Befördern des Bohrstrangs (118) in eine Formation;Ermöglichen eines Ausfahrens des Elements (250) in Bezug auf den Werkzeugkörper (201) nach außen aus einer eingefahrenen Position in eine ausgefahrene Position unter der ausgeübten Kraft des Vorspannelements (284) auf den Kolben (280) mit einer ersten Geschwindigkeit, die durch die Strömungsgeschwindigkeit von Hydraulikfluid aus der zweiten Kammer (274) in die erste Kammer (272) gesteuert wird;Ermöglichen des Einfahrens des Elements (250) aus der ausgefahrenen Position in die eingefahrene Position als Reaktion auf eine externe Kraft, die auf das Element (250) durch die Formation entgegen der ausgeübten Kraft des Vorspannelements (284) mit einer zweiten Geschwindigkeit ausgeübt wird, die sich von der ersten Geschwindigkeit unterscheidet und durch die Strömungsgeschwindigkeit von Hydraulikfluid aus der ersten Kammer (272) in die zweite Kammer (274) gesteuert wird; undBohren des Bohrlochs unter Verwendung des Bohrstrangs (118).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, ferner umfassend das Verringern von Vibrationen in dem Bohrstrang unter Verwendung des ausfahrbaren und einfahrbaren Elements.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, ferner umfassend das Einstellen der Manövrierbarkeit des Bohrwerkzeugs unter Verwendung des ausfahrbaren und einfahrbaren Elements.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, wobei die zweite Geschwindigkeit geringer ist als die erste Geschwindigkeit.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, wobei der Kolben ein Kolben einer Vielzahl von hydraulisch verbundenen Kolben ist.
