Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen fernbetätigbaren Türöffner mit einer Arretiervorrichtung gemäß den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffs des Anspruchs 1.
Aus der FR 2 726 847 A1 ist ein solcher Türöffner bekannt. Dort ist ein Türöffner mit einer Schwenkfalle offenbart. In der Schwenkfalle ist ein Aufnahmeraum für eine Arretiervorrichtung vorgesehen. Die Arretiervorrichtung weist einen federbelasteten Stift auf, der mit einer Schlossfalle zusammenwirkt.
Die DE 696 17 446 T2 zeigt einen Türöffner mit einer Schwenkfalle umfassend einen Fallengrungkörper mit Aufschraubstück und mit einer Arretiervorrichtung. Die Arretiervorrichtung ist als federbelasteter Stift ausgebildet der in dem Fallengrundkörper verschiebbar gelagert ist. Über einen zwischen dem Stift und einer Schlossfalle angeordneten Schwenkhebel wird bei über den Verstellbereich des Aufschraubstücks hinweg die Kraftübertragung von der Schlossfalle auf den Stift gewährleistet.
In der Praxis werden solche Arretiervorrichtungen bei Türöffnern verwendet, um sicherzustellen, dass die verschlossene Tür nach elektrischem Freischalten des Türöffners geöffnet werden kann, auch wenn zwischenzeitlich die elektrische Betätigung des Türöffners nicht mehr erfolgt. Somit wird beispielsweise ein zeitverzögertes Begehen der Tür ermöglicht. Insbesondere in Altersheimen und Krankenhäusern kann somit eine Begehung einer Tür auch für Personen mit Beweglichkeitseinschränkungen komfortabel ermöglicht werden.
Die DE 1 138 334 A zeigt einen elektrischen Türöffner mit schwenkbarer Türöffnerfalle. Im Bereich der Türöffnerfalle ist ein federbeaufschlagter Stift angeordnet, der über eine Druckfeder und eine Blattfeder mit einem Türöffnerwechsel zusammenwirkt, um diesen in der Freigabestellung zu arretieren. Nach Bestromung des Türöffners wird der Wechsel freigegeben und kann in eine Freigabeposition überführt werden. In der Freigabeposition wird der Wechsel durch den federbeaufschlagten Stift gehalten, in dem sich dieser Stift mit einem Ende gegen den Wechsel des Türöffners und mit dem anderen Ende an einer Schlossfalle abstützt. Wird nun die Tür geöffnet, so verschwenkt die Türöffnerfalle und der Arretierstift gelangt außer Eingriff mit der Schlossfalle. Daraufhin kann sich die Druckfeder wie auch die Blattfeder entspannen, sodass der Wechsel nicht mehr in die Freigabestellung beaufschlagt wird.
Die DE 10 2006 013 033 A1 zeigt einen elektrischen Türöffner mit einem federbelasteten Stift, der die Türöffnerfalle durchgreift und mit einem schwenkbaren Halteelement zusammenwirkt, um den Türöffner in einer freigegebenen Position zu halten.

Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass die Arretiervorrichtung einen Arretierkörper aufweist, der an seinem einen Ende einen Arretierstift und an seinem gegenüberliegenden Ende einen Druckbolzen in einer axialen Richtung verschiebbar lagert, wobei der Arretierkörper den Arretierstift und den Druckbolzen in einer axialen Richtung relativ zueinander verschiebbar lagert. D.h. sowohl der Arretierstift als auch der Druckbolzen können jeweils in einer axialen Richtung unabhängig voneinander und relativ zu dem Arretierkörper bewegt werden.
Weiter ist erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen, dass die Arretiervorrichtung einen Arretierkörper aufweist, der an seinem einen Ende einen Arretierstift und an seinem gegenüberliegenden Ende einen Druckbolzen aufweist, wobei der Arretierkörper den Arretierstift austauschbar haltert. Durch einen optionalen Austausch des Arretierstifts gegen einen Arretierstift desselben Typs kann beispielsweise eine Verschleißreparatur erfolgen. Durch einen optionalen Austausch des Arretierstifts gegen einen anderen Typ von Arretierstift kann die Arretiervorrichtung an unterschiedliche Türen angepasst werden. Die unterschiedlichen Typen von Arretierstiften können sich beispielsweise in ihren Abmessungen oder ihren Schlossfallenführungsflächen unterscheiden.
Die Arretiervorrichtung ist also mehrteilig ausgebildet und umfasst einen Arretierkörper, einen vorzugsweise austauschbaren Arretierstift und einen Druckbolzen. Die Arretiervorrichtung bildet vorzugsweise eine abgeschlossene Baugruppe aus. Die in sich abgeschlossene Baugruppe der Arretiervorrichtung ist separat d. h. unabhängig von einem Türöffner herstellbar. Sie kann als ein eigenständiges Modul vertrieben werden. Die Arretiervorrichtung benötigt im Gegensatz zu den aus dem Stand der Technik Lösungen keine konstruktive Anpassung eines bestehenden Türöffners und ermöglicht zudem eine hohe Funktionssicherheit.

  6. Remotely operable door opener according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that
    the blocking body (11) holds the blocking pin (12) in a rotationally fixed manner, in particular by either the blocking body (11) having a groove into which a lug (124) of the blocking pin (12) engages, or by the blocking pin (12) having a groove into which a lug of the blocking body engages.
  7. Remotely operable door opener according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that
    the blocking body (11) has two opposing grooves (114) in the region of its guide bushing (111) and the blocking pin (12) is connected to the blocking body in such a manner that its lug (124) engages either in the front groove or the back groove.
  8. Remotely operable door opener according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that
    the blocking pin (12) has a rectangular or oval lock latch support surface (121b) and can be connected, in particular can be latched, to the blocking body (11) in two positions which are rotated by 180° with respect to each other.
  9. Remotely operable door opener according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that
    the blocking body (11) and the blocking pin (12) and the push bolt (13) form an installation space together in which a compression spring (14) is received, the installation space is preferably enclosed by the blocking body (11) and the blocking pin (12) and the push bolt (13) in a closed manner, preferably the blocking pin (12) has a round cavity in which the compression spring (14) is received and/or the push bolt (13) has a round cavity in which the compression spring (14) is received.
  10. Remotely operable door opener according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that
    the push bolt (13) has a push surface (131) for bearing on a locking lever of the locking means (3) of a door opener (2), the push surface (131) is preferably rounded, in particular is formed as a hemispherical push surface.
  11. Remotely operable door opener according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that
    the push bolt (13) is exchangeably supported in the blocking body (11), the push bolt (13) is preferably displaceably supported in the blocking body (11) via a detachable snap-in connection, wherein it is preferably provided that
    the blocking body (11) has a support portion which abuts an outer contour of the push bolt (13) at least portionally in order to guide the push bolt (13) in an axially displaceable manner, and/or
    the push bolt (13) has a resilient snap-in tab (132) which engages behind a snap-in recess (112) arranged in the inner wall of the blocking body (11) in order to connect the blocking pin (12) to the blocking body (11).
  12. Remotely operable door opener according to one of the preceding claims,
    having a housing for installation in a door (9) having a door frame (91) and a door leaf (92) which is moveably mounted thereon having a lock (8) which has a preferably spring-loaded lock latch (81), wherein, in the door opener housing (21), the door opener latch (22) which cooperates with the lock latch (81) is pivotably supported and the remotely operable locking means (3) having an intermediary changer which is formed as a one-armed or multi-armed lever are received, wherein the changer (31) cooperates with the door opener latch (22) in such a manner that the door opener latch (22) can be switched into a locking position and a release position,
    characterised in that
    the receiving space (24) of the door opener latch (22) is formed to be open towards the locking means (3) or the changer (31, 32).
  13. Remotely operable door opener according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that
    the blocking device (1) is detachably received in the receiving space (24), preferably is positively inserted, the blocking body (11) is preferably designed to be cylindrical and has a protruding collar (15) which can be positively inserted into the receiving space (24) arranged on the door opener latch (22) and preferably terminates flush with the surface of the latch.
  14. Remotely operable door opener according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that
    the screw-on piece (23) assembled on the door opener latch (22) fixes the blocking device (1), preferably the blocking body (11), in the door opener latch (22), by the diameter of the elongated hole (231) having a smaller clear width than the blocking body (11) or the collar (15) of the blocking body (11).
  15. Remotely operable door opener (2) according to one of the preceding claims having a retrofit kit,
    characterised in that
    the retrofit kit has at least two different blocking pins (12), having respectively differently sized support surfaces and/or axial extension, wherein one of these blocking pins (12) can be inserted in the blocking body (11) and can be snap-locked with this blocking body in order to adapt the blocking device (1) to different doors.
