- the excrescences become harder, and are trapped in the notches 26, 35. Consequently, the sleeve 15 is locked rotationally and axially on the collar 14.

Claims (15)
- Dispositif de distribution, en particulier pour produit cosmétique, comprenant un organe de distribution (12), un actionneur (10) configuré pour actionner l'élément de distribution (12) lorsque l'actionneur (10) est pressé, un collier (14) apte à maintenir l'organe de distribution (12) sur un réservoir (2), le dispositif de distribution comprenant en outre un manchon gaine (15) assemblé sur le collier (14), le manchon (15) et le collier (14) étant assemblés par des formes de montage (16) agencées sur le collier (14) et sur le manchon (15), lesdites formes de montage (16) constituant des butées angulaires, lesdites formes de montage de l'un ou l'autre du collier (14) ou du manchon (15) étant obtenues par soudage avec fluage.
- Dispositif de distribution selon la revendication 1, comprenant une paroi (23), lesdites formes de montage (16) incluant d'une part une ou plusieurs excroissances et d'autre part, une ou plusieurs encoches (26, 35) prévues dans ladite paroi (23), une desdites excroissances étant agencée dans une desdites encoches (26, 35).
- Dispositif de distribution selon la revendication 2, dans lequel lesdites encoches sont des trous (26).
- Dispositif de distribution selon la revendication 2, dans lequel la paroi (23) présente des dents (27), une desdites encoches (35) étant définie entre deux desdites dents (27).
- Dispositif de distribution selon la revendication 4, dans lequel lesdites dents (27) comprennent des trous (37) formant d'autres formes de montage (16) afin de constituer des butées axiales.
- Dispositif de distribution selon la revendication 4, dans lequel lesdites dents (27) constituent des crochets (39) dans les encoches (35), lesdites formes de montage (16) constituant des butées axiales grâce auxdits crochets (39).
- Dispositif de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 6, comprenant une gorge (21), ladite paroi (23) étant au moins partiellement insérée dans la gorge (21).
- Dispositif de distribution selon la revendication 7, dans lequel les formes de montage (16) sont agencées dans la gorge (21).
- Dispositif de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 et 8, dans lequel la paroi (23) appartient au manchon (15), tandis que les excroissances et la gorge (21) appartiennent au collier (14).
- Dispositif de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 9, dans lequel la paroi (23) est cachée par le manchon (15).
- Dispositif de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 10, dans lequel la paroi (23) est en métal et les excroissances sont en plastique.
- Dispositif de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 11, dans lequel les excroissances sont obtenues par ledit soudage avec fluage, de préférence en utilisant des moyens à ultrasons.
- Dispositif de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant une multiplicité de formes de montage (16), de préférence au moins cinq ou dix.
- Réceptacle comprenant un réservoir (2) et un dispositif de distribution (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
- Procédé de fabrication d'un dispositif de distribution (1), en particulier pour produit cosmétique, comprenant un organe de distribution (12), un actionneur (10) configuré pour actionner l'organe de distribution (12) lorsque l'actionneur (10) est pressé, un collier (14) apte à maintenir l'organe de distribution (12) sur un réservoir (2), ledit dispositif de distribution comprenant en outre un manchon gaine (15) assemblé sur le collier (14), le manchon (15) et le collier (14) étant assemblés par des formes de montage (16) agencées sur le collier (14) et sur le manchon (15), lesdites formes de montage (16) constituant des butées angulaires, ledit procédé comprenant l'étape d'obtention desdites formes de montage (16) de l'un ou l'autre du collier (14) ou du manchon (15) par soudage avec fluage.
