Abstract

Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Sicherheitselement, das als Etikett oder Sicherheitsmerkmal für Wertdokumente, Gegenstände, Verpackungen und dergleichen verwendbar ist und das auf einfache Weise mit individuellen Informationen versehen werden kann.The invention relates to a security element which can be used as a label or security feature for documents of value, objects, packaging and the like and which can be provided in a simple manner with individual information.

- a) ein Trägersubstrat bestehend aus einer flexiblen Kunststofffolie, die eine laserbeschreibbare schwarze metallische Beschichtung oder ein Trägersubstrat bestehend aus einer flexiblen Kunststofffolie oder einem Papier, das eine Beschichtung aus einem thermoaktivierbaren Farbstoff aufweist
- b) ggf. eine Kaschierklebeschicht
- c) eine Schicht aus einem flüssigkristallinen Material oder einem Farbkippeffektlack.

Ein weiterer Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines personalisierbaren Sicherheitselements, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Verfahrensschritte:
- a) Bereitstellen eines ersten Trägersubstrats aus einer flexiblen Kunststofffolie, die auf einer Oberfläche eine laserbeschreibbare schwarze metallische Beschichtung oder aus einer flexiblen Kunststofffolie oder einem Papier, das eine Beschichtung aus einem thermoaktivierbaren Farbstoff aufweist
- b) Bereitstellen eines zweiten Trägersubstrats aus einer flexiblen Kunststofffolie
- c) Aufbringen einer Schicht aus flüssigkristallinen Material auf das zweite Trägersubstrat
- d) ggf. Aufbringen einer Kaschierklebeschicht auf die Schicht aus flüssigkristallinem Material
- e) Kaschieren des Schichtaufbaus des ersten Trägersubstrats gegen die auf dem zweiten Trägersubstrat vorhandene Schicht,
- f) Abziehen des zweiten Trägersubstrats
- g) Bedrucken des Sicherheitselements mit einem Thermodirektverfahren, wodurch der Farbkippeffekt der Schicht aus flüssigkristallinen Material im Bereich der Bedruckung sichtbar wird,
- b1) Aufbringen einer Farbkippeffektlackschicht auf das zweite Trägersubstrat
- c1) ggf. Aufbringen einer Kaschierklebeschicht auf die Farbkippeffektlackschicht
- d1) Kaschieren des Schichtaufbaus des ersten Trägersubstrats gegen die auf dem zweiten Trägersubstrat vorhandene Schicht,
- e1) Abziehen des zweiten Trägersubstrats
- f1) Beschreiben des Sicherheitselements mit einem Laserstrahl, wodurch der Farbkippeffekt der Farbkippeffektlackschicht im Bereich der Bedruckung ausgelöscht wird.
