FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view illustrating a configuration of a lipstick container according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention.FIG. 2 a cross-sectional view illustrating a configuration of a lipstick container according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention. -
FIG. 3 is a view illustrating an state where a first magnet is coupled to a rotation body of a lipstick container according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention.FIG. 4 is a view illustrating a state where a second magnet is coupled to a lipstick holder of a lipstick container according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention. - Referring to
FIGS 1 to 4 , a lipstick container according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention comprises: arotation body 100 which is disposed at a lower portion of alipstick holder 300 and ascends/descends thelipstick holder 300 by rotation; aguide tube 400 wherein aspiral groove 410 is formed such that aguide protrusion 310 of thelipstick holder 300 can be guided; arotation tube 200 which is disposed at an interior of theguide tube 400 and equips avertical guide groove 210 where aguide protrusion 310 of thelipstick holder 300 is guided vertically in a upward and downward direction; alipstick holder 300, where a lipstick (L) is mounted, including aguide protrusion 310 disposed at thevertical guide groove 210 of therotation tube 200 and thespiral groove 410 of theguide tube 400; alipstick receiving tube 500, coupled encasing theguide tube 400, where the lipstick (L) is inserted and withdrawn when a user rotates therotation body 100 while gripping; and overcap 600 which encases thelipstick receiving tube 500 and is coupled detachably to therotation body 100. The structure combinating therotation body 100, therotation tube 200, thelipstick holder 300, theguide tube 400, thelipstick receiving tube 500 and theover cap 600 is a prior art which the present invention belongs to; therefore, detailed description will be omitted. Hereafter, the structure that thelipstick holder 300 descends according to a rotation of therotation body 100 will be described. - In the present invention, it is characterized that a
first magnet 120 is provided at an inner side surface of therotation body 100 such that thelipstick holder 300 can be lowered by a magnetic force, and afirst insertion groove 110, where afirst magnet 120 is inserted, is formed therein such that thefirst magnet 120 is able to be fixed firmly. - The
first magnet 120 lowers alipstick holder 300 by an attraction force with asecond magnet 330 which is formed at a lower portion of thelipstick holder 300 in a process when aguide protrusion 310 of thelipstick holder 300 descends along avertical guide groove 210 and aspiral groove 410 by rotation of the rotation body. An attraction force between thefirst magnet 120 and thesecond magnet 330 does not act due to the separated distance thereof when the lipstick holder is placed at a top dead point, and then thelipstick holder 300 descends by a magnetic force from the moment the attraction force between thefirst magnet 120 and thesecond magnet 330 acts after thelipstick holder 300 descends to the predetermined distance by rotation of therotation body 100. Due to this, only until the moment when the attraction force between thefirst magnet 120 and thesecond magnet 330, when rotating therotation body 100, therotation body 100 rotates automatically and thereby thelipstick holder 300 descends as thesecond magnet 330 moves to a direction of thefirst magnet 120 by a magnetic force. Therefore, a user does not need to keep rotating therotation body 100 in order to lower thelipstick holder 300 to the end, which brings user convenience. - Meanwhile, the
lipstick holder 300, which is coupled with a lipstick (L) and supports the lipstick (L), comprises a pair ofguide protrusions 310 at both of an outer circumferential surface thereof which moves along avertical groove 210 of arotation tube 200 and aspiral groove 410 of aguide tube 400. The present invention has a feature in that asecond magnet 330 is installed at a lower portion of thelipstick holder 300 and is possible to descend by a magnetic force. Asecond insertion groove 320 where thesecond magnet 330 is inserted is formed therein such that thesecond magnet 330 can be fixed firmly. - The
second magnet 330 rotates therotation body 100 and lowers thelipstick holder 300 by an attraction force with thefirst magnet 120 inserted to afirst insertion groove 110 of therotation body 100 while aguide protrution 310 of thelipstick holder 300 is descending along avertical guide groove 210 and aspiral groove 410. - Meanwhile, in the above, it was decribed that a
first magnet 120 and asecond magnet 330 are inserted respectively into afirst insertion groove 110 and asecond insertion groove 320, and thereby alipstick holder 300 descends by an attraction force between thefirst magnet 120 and thesecond magnet 330. However, it is also possible that a magnet is inserted into one of either thefirst insertion groove 110 or thesecond insertion groove 320 and a metal is inserted into the other to rotate arotation body 100, such that thelipstick holder 300 can be lowered by a magnetic force from the moment when an magnetic force starts to act to the metal while thelipstick holder 300 is descending. - Hereinafter, referring
FIGS. 5 to 7 , an operational process of a lipstick container according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention will be explained. - Referring to
FIGS. 5 to 7 , firstly, when arotation body 100 is rotated to one side direction while alipstick receiving tube 500 is gripped with one hand, aguide protrusion 310 ascends along avertical guide groove 210 and aspiral groove 410, and due to this, the lipstick (L) is exposed to the outside and will be ready to be used. At this moment, afirst magnet 120 and asecond magnet 330 stay separated each other. - Next, when the
rotation body 100 is rotated to the other side direction, theguide protrusion 310 of thelipstick holder 300 descends along thevertical guide groove 210 and thespiral groove 410. Due to this, the lipstick (L) gets inserted to the interior of thelipstick receiving tube 500. When thelipstick holder 300 descends in a predetermined distance while descending, an attraction force arises between thefirst magnet 120 and thesecond magnet 330 as the distance between the first magent 120 and thesecond magnet 330 gets narrower, and thereby thelipstick holder 300 gets to descend by a magnetic force of thefirst magnet 120 and the secondmagnetic force 330. - In the present invention, without keeping rotating the
rotation body 100 in order to lowering thelipstick holder 300 to the end, if therotation body 100 is rotated only until the point when the attraction force between thefirst magnet 120 and thesecond magnet 330 acts, thelipstick holder 300 descends automatically by a magnetic force of thefirst magnet 120 and thesecond magnet 330. Therefore, a user can esily insert the lipstick (L) into thelipstick receiving tube 500. In addition, it is possible to fundamentally prevent a breakage e.g. crush of the lipstick (L) which may be caused by coupling an overcap 600 to therotation body 100 without descending thelipstick holder 300 to the end.
