Claims (9)
- Distributeur (1) de fluide, en particulier de réfrigérant, destiné à être utilisé dans un échangeur de chaleur (100),
lequel distributeur (1) comprend un corps principal (2),
lequel corps principal (2) supporte une pluralité de sièges longitudinaux allongés (21), chacun approprié pour recevoir un élément tubulaire métallique (3) respectif, dans lequel, suite à l'usage, le fluide s'écoule,
chacun desdits sièges allongés (21) ayant une première étendue (210) avec une section transversale plus petite, appropriée pour recevoir un élément tubulaire (3) respectif, et une seconde étendue (212) avec une plus grande section transversale,
caractérisé en ce que, à l'extérieur de chacun desdits sièges allongés (21), on obtient en outre un profil de butée transversal (20), approprié pour se coupler avec l'extrémité d'un tube (103) de l'échangeur (100) et/ou avec une plaque tubulaire (104) de ce dernier, lequel tube (103) est agencé après usage, de manière circonscrite par rapport à l'élément tubulaire métallique (3) respectif,
dans lequel, à chaque seconde étendue (212) desdits sièges allongés (21), ledit corps principal (2) comprend un élément de mise en prise (213) approprié pour se monter dans un tube (103) respectif de l'échangeur (100) selon ledit agencement circonscrit par rapport à l'élément tubulaire (3). - Distributeur (1) de fluide selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit élément de mise en prise (213) a un profil sensiblement conique et/ou progressivement rétréci.
- Distributeur (1) de fluide selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit élément de mise en prise (213) peut être déformé élastiquement pour être inséré dans le tube (103) respectif de l'échangeur (100).
- Distributeur (1) de fluide selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit élément de mise en prise (213) a une forme sensiblement tubulaire.
- Distributeur (1) de fluide selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant en outre une pluralité d'éléments tubulaires métalliques (3), chacun approprié pour venir en prise avec un siège allongé (21) respectif dudit corps principal (2).
- Distributeur (1) de fluide selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel lesdits éléments tubulaires (3) sont reçus, de manière amovible, dans les sièges (21) respectifs dudit corps principal (2).
- Distributeur (1) de fluide selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit corps principal (2) est réalisé à partir de matière plastique, cette dernière étant de préférence sélectionnée dans le groupe comprenant le PVC, le téflon, le polypropylène et le nylon.
- Distributeur (1) de fluide selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit corps principal (2) a une structure monolithique.
- Echangeur de chaleur (100) comprenant un distributeur (1) de fluide selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
