Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Einstellung einer Betriebsart eines Sicherheitssystems (1), umfassend ein Zugangssystem, welches an ein eine Maschine steuerndes Steuerungssystem (2) angeschlossen ist. Das Steuerungssystem (2) weist eine Sicherheitssteuerung (4) auf. Das Verfahren umfasst folgende Verfahrensschritte:
• Zweikanaliges Auslesen von Signalen des Zugangssystems in das Steuerungssystem (1)
• Durchführen einer Gültigkeitsüberprüfung der Signale des Zugangssystems in dem Steuerungssystem (2)
• wobei das Steuerungssystem (2) nur bei Vorliegen gültiger Signale des Zugangssystems die Auswahl einer Betriebsart über die Eingabeeinheit (10) freigibt.
• Durchführen einer Fehlerkontrolle der Auswahl der Betriebsart in der Sicherheitssteuerung (4)
• Umschalten auf die ausgewählte Betriebsart durch die Sicherheitssteuerung (4) nach positiv durchgeführter Fehlerkontrolle.

The invention relates to a method for setting an operating mode of a security system (1), comprising an access system which is connected to a control system (2) controlling a machine. The control system (2) has a safety control (4). The method comprises the following method steps:
• Two-channel readout of signals of the access system in the control system (1)
Performing a validity check of the signals of the access system in the control system (2)
• wherein the control system (2) releases the selection of a mode via the input unit (10) only in the presence of valid signals of the access system.
• Performing an error control of the selection of the operating mode in the safety controller (4)
• Switching to the selected operating mode by the safety controller (4) after a positive error check.
