  1. Procédé de fabrication d'un cigare personnalisé (10) comprenant les étapes de :
    (a) un consommateur achetant une pluralité de feuilles à fumer (100, 100', 100") possédant chacune des première (120) et seconde (140) parties de bord longitudinales et des première (102) et seconde (104) faces, et une pluralité d'ouvertures (1000) adjacentes à la première partie de bord longitudinale (120), ladite pluralité de feuilles (100, 100', 100") étant liées ensemble par une pluralité de boucles (650) s'étendant à travers au moins l'une de la pluralité d'ouvertures (1000) de chacune de la pluralité de feuilles (100, 100', 100"), et ladite pluralité de feuilles liée (100, 100', 100") étant emballée pour la vente ;
    (b) retrait d'une feuille (100) de la pluralité de feuilles (100, 100', 100") de l'état dans lequel elle est liée par la pluralité de boucles (650), une pluralité d'ouvertures (1100) sur la feuille retirée (100) étant mises dans un état ouvert ;
    (c) ajout d'un matériau de remplissage à fumer choisi (22) à la première face (102) de la feuille retirée (100) ;
    (e) le roulage de la feuille retirée (100) ensemble avec le matériau de remplissage à fumer choisi (22) de sorte que la pluralité de perforations (1100) à l'état ouvert s'étende sur la seconde face (104) de la feuille retirée (100) dans une zone de fermeture, le mouillage d'au moins l'une de la zone de fermeture et de la pluralité de perforations (1100) à l'état ouvert et l'exercice d'une pression sur la pluralité de perforations (1100) à l'état ouvert afin que la première partie de bord longitudinale (120) ait tendance à coller à la seconde face (104) de la feuille retirée (100) et la formation ainsi d'un produit à fumer roulé personnalisé (10).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans l'étape « a », ladite pluralité de boucles de liaison (650) formant une hélice ou une spirale.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans l'étape « b », ladite feuille retirée (100) comprenant des feuilles de tabac naturelles.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans l'étape « b », ladite feuille retirée (100) comprenant du tabac homogénéisé.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans l'étape « b », ni ladite première (120) ni ladite seconde (140) partie de bord longitudinale de la feuille retirée (100) ne comprenant d'adhésif.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans l'étape « b », ladite pluralité de perforations (1100) de la feuille retirée (100) étant dans une ligne droite.
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans l'étape « b », ladite pluralité de perforations (1100) de la feuille retirée (100), avant d'être fermées dans l'étape « e », permettant librement à l'air de circuler à travers les perforations (1100).
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans l'étape « c », ledit matériau de remplissage à fumer (22) étant du tabac.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans l'étape « c », ledit matériau de remplissage à fumer (22) étant sans tabac.
  10. Carnet (500) de papier à rouler à fumer (100, 100', 100") comprenant :
    (a) une pluralité de feuilles à fumer (100, 100', 100") empilées ensemble, chaque feuille possédant des première (120) et seconde (140) parties de bord longitudinales le long des première (110) et seconde (130) parties de bord latérales, et des première (102) et seconde faces (104),
    la première partie de bord longitudinale (120) possédant une première longueur (142) et la première partie de bord latérale (120) possédant une première longueur (112) ; caractérisé en ce que :
    une pluralité d'ouvertures (1000) est disposée adjacente à la première partie de bord longitudinale (120) ;
    (b) ladite pluralité de feuilles (100, 100', 100") étant liées ensemble par une pluralité de boucles de raccordement (650) ;
    (c) ladite pluralité d'ouvertures (1000) présentant des états lié et non lié, dans l'état lié, lesdites ouvertures (1000) étant intactes et possédant une ouverture de diamètre moyen (1010) et un espacement moyen (1050) entre des ouvertures intactes (1000) et dans l'état non lié, lesdites ouvertures (1000) étant des ouvertures brisées (1100), ledit espacement moyen (1050) restant constant mais la première partie de bord latérale (110) possédant une seconde longueur (113), ladite seconde longueur (113) étant supérieure à la première longueur (112) de la première partie de bord latérale (110) ; et
    (d) ladite pluralité de feuilles liées (100, 100', 100") et ladite pluralité de boucles de raccordement (650) étant emballées pour la vente.
  11. Carnet (500) selon la revendication 10, dans l'état non lié, une pluralité de la pluralité d'ouvertures brisées (1100) d'une feuille non liée (100) possédant une paire de bras brisés (1110, 1112) qui sont obliques l'un par rapport à l'autre.
  12. Carnet (500) selon la revendication 10, dans l'état non lié, une pluralité de la pluralité d'ouvertures brisées (1100) d'une feuille non liée (100) possédant une paire de bras brisés (1110, 1112) présentant des longueurs de bras sensiblement différentes.
  13. Carnet (500) selon la revendication 10, une pluralité de bras brisés (1100) présentant une longueur qui est supérieure à l'espacement moyen (1050).
  14. Carnet (500) selon la revendication 10, une pluralité de bras brisés (1100) présentant une longueur qui est inférieure à une moitié du diamètre moyen (1010).
