Description

  • La présente invention se rapporte au domaine des dispositifs d'évacuation des eaux type siphons tel que pour douche sans y être limité. Plus particulièrement, la présente invention concerne un dispositif d'évacuation des eaux muni d'un clapet mobile anti-odeur.
  • On connait déjà des siphons anti-odeur. Le document FR-A-2 804 701 propose un siphon anti-odeur constitué d'un corps destiné à recueillir les eaux usées, pourvu dans sa partie supérieure d'un tube plongeur pour l'entrée des eaux usées et présentant latéralement ou verticalement un tube d'évacuation vers une canalisation d'évacuation. Entre le tube plongeur et le corps est mis en place un pot dont le fond est relié au fond du corps par un ressort. Lorsque l'eau est présente dans le corps de siphon, le pot est repoussé sous le poids de l'eau vers le fond dudit corps et, lorsque l'eau s'évapore du corps, le ressort repousse le pot vers le tube plongeur de sorte que, lorsqu'il n'y a plus d'eau, le fond du pot vient en appui contre l'extrémité inférieure du tube plongeur. On a donc une fermeture étanche en l'absence d'eau qui prévient l'apparition des odeurs. Cependant, il s'avère qu'au cours du temps et par suite des phénomènes d'encrassement du corps du siphon ou du ressort, le pot mobile assurant l'étanchéité aux odeurs voit son fonctionnement perturbé.   • D'autres systèmes anti-odeur dits à garde d'eau utilisent un pot mobile avec un niveau d'eau minimum dans le corps évitant à l'air vicié du réseau de pénétrer dans l'habitation. Afin d'éviter les risques d'évaporation de la garde d'eau, un système de clapet mobile fermant le siphon et empêchant l'évaporation de l'eau a déjà été proposé.

  • A cet effet, l'invention propose un dispositif d'évacuation des eaux selon la revendication 1.   • Le dispositif d'évacuation des eaux 1 comprend un corps 10, creux, avec un fond 11, une paroi périphérique 13, un orifice d'évacuation 12, autrement appelé ouverture d'évacuation, qui peut être rattaché à un raccord vers une canalisation ou une tubulure d'évacuation, et une ouverture supérieure 14 qui définit ainsi une ouverture d'amenée d'eau.
  • Le corps est de préférence en matière plastique, par exemple en polyéthylène, polypropylène, PVC.
  • L'orifice d'évacuation 12 illustré est latéral. Cet exemple n'est pas limitatif et l'orifice d'évacuation 12 peut être vertical, oblique ou à angle variable.
  • Le dispositif 1 comprend une ouverture 14 qui définit ainsi une ouverture d'amenée d'eau. Un plateau 3 est porté par le corps 10, le plateau permettant le montage dans un receveur de douche (non représenté). Une grille 5 permet de couvrir le corps 10 et l'ouverture et le corps 10, tout en permettant le passage de l'eau dans l'ouverture d'amenée d'eau 14 du corps.
  • Un dispositif anti-odeur 20, mieux vu sur les figures 3a-3b, est installé dans le corps 10. Le dispositif anti-odeur 20 comprend un clapet 22 mobile et un contre-clapet 24, fixé au plateau 3. Le clapet 22 est mobile entre une position fermée, bloquant le passage de l'eau entre l'ouverture d'entrée et l'orifice d'évacuation (fig. 3a), et une position ouverte, permettant le passage de l'eau dans le corps du dispositif d'évacuation des eaux entre l'ouverture d'amenée d'eau 14 et l'orifice d'évacuation 12 (fig. 3b)
  • Le contre-clapet 24 peut être solidaire du corps 10, de manière fixe ou amovible pour permettre un nettoyage ou une inspection du système ou du réseau, ou bien peut faire partie intégrante du corps.
  • En position fermée, le clapet 22 est en contact étanche contre le contre-clapet 24, l'étanchéité étant assurée par des joints d'étanchéité 26 sur le pourtour du contre clapet 24 et/ou du clapet 22.
  • Dans le mode de réalisation de figures 3a-3b, le clapet 22 est sensiblement plat. Cet exemple n'est pas limitatif et le clapet 22 pourrait avoir un rebord pour former une garde d'eau, comme illustré sur les exemples des figures 5 à 8.
  • Le clapet 22 est maintenu en position fermée par un dispositif de maintien 30 en position fermée. Dans l'exemple illustré sur les figures 3a et 3b, le dispositif de maintien 30 comprend des moyens magnétiques, sous la forme d'un premier élément magnétique 32 solidaire du clapet 22, interagissant en attraction avec un deuxième élément magnétique 34, solidaire du contre-clapet 24 et en regard du premier élément magnétique 32.
  • Dans le mode de réalisation illustré, le premier élément magnétique 32 est positionné sensiblement au centre du clapet 22, et le deuxième élément magnétique 34 est positionné sur le contre clapet 24. Autrement, le deuxième élément magnétique 34 peut être positionné sur le corps 10.
  • L'homme du métier comprendra que lorsque le dispositif d'évacuation des eaux 1 est alimenté en eau par la douche, baignoire ou autre, le poids de l'eau exerce sur le clapet 22 un effort inverse à celui des éléments magnétiques 32, 34, jusqu'à être supérieur à la force d'attraction magnétique des premier et deuxième éléments magnétiques 32, 34. Ceci amène le clapet 22 à se déplacer vers le fond, ouvrant ainsi l'ouverture d'amenée d'eau 14 et permettant d'évacuer l'eau vers l'orifice d'évacuation 12.
  • Afin d'éviter soit que le clapet 22 ne descende au-delà du champ magnétique du deuxième élément magnétique 34, et ne tombe ainsi au fond du corps 11, soit que le clapet 22 n'arrive pas à revenir en position de fermeture suite à un espacement trop important, un système de rappel en position fermée du clapet 22 est prévu. Le système de rappel permet d'amorcer le mouvement de fermeture du clapet mobile 22, une fois la pression sur le clapet exercé par l'eau réduite.
  • Dans l'exemple illustré sur les figures 3a-3b, le système de rappel comprend un troisième élément magnétique 36, positionné sous le clapet 22, dans l'exemple illustré au fond du corps 11. Le troisième élément magnétique 36 est adapté pour interagir en répulsion avec le premier élément magnétique 32 du clapet 22, assurant ainsi le rappel du clapet 22 vers la position fermée.
  • Ainsi, les interactions combinées du deuxième élément magnétique 34, en attraction, et du troisième élément magnétique 36, en répulsion, avec le premier élément magnétique 32, mobile, évite au clapet 22 de ne descendre trop bas ou de rester immobilisé par rapport à sa position fermée et de tomber au fond du dispositif d'évacuation des eaux par exemple. L'ouverture du clapet 22 est également optimisée car le clapet 22 ne risque pas de rester en position ouverte grâce à au troisième élément magnétique 36, inférieur, qui le repousse pour lui permettre de « raccrocher » le magnétisme du deuxième élément magnétique 34, supérieur.
  • L'utilisation d'éléments magnétiques permet avantageusement de s'affranchir de tout vieillissement mécanique dépendant des composants du dispositif d'évacuation des eaux (frottement, perte de raideur, déformation sous contrainte). De même, les éléments magnétiques permettent un fonctionnement même en cas d'encrassement du système.
  • L'homme du métier comprendra que le premier élément magnétique 32, le deuxième élément magnétique 34 et le troisième élément magnétique 36 sont choisis en combinaison appropriée parmi un aimant et un élément magnétique tel qu'acier, inox magnétique (ferritique) ou autre matière dont l'aimantation est possible. Il est préférentiel d'utiliser une combinaison d'aimants disposés de sorte que les effets d'attraction et de répulsion s'additionnent.
  • Comme l'on peut le constater dans la vue de la figure 3b l'écoulement d'eau ne se trouve quasiment pas perturbé par le système de rappel.
  • Un dispositif d'inclinaison 50 de clapet peut être prévu, adapté pour orienter angulairement le clapet 22, en inclinant le clapet 22 par rapport au fond du corps, en position d'ouverture, vers l'orifice d'évacuation 12.
  • Dans l'exemple des figures 4a (excentré) et 4b (incliné), le dispositif d'inclinaison 50 est magnétique moyennant une excentricité de la position comme illustré sur la figure 4a ou en prévoyant un plan incliné et/ou une disposition incliné du système de rappel comme illustré sur la figure 4b.
  • Plus précisément, le dispositif d'inclinaison 50 est adapté pour interagir en répulsion avec le premier élément magnétique 32, en engendrant un champ magnétique non uniforme, avec une force de répulsion plus faible proche de l'orifice d'évacuation 12 et une force de répulsion plus élevée loin de l'orifice d'évacuation 12.
  • Ce gradient de force magnétique permet de favoriser l'angle d'ouverture du clapet 22, par rapport au fond du corps et dans le sens de l'écoulement de l'eau vers l'orifice d'évacuation. Ainsi, le clapet 22 sera repoussé plus haut et loin du fond là où la force de répulsion est plus élevée, et sera repoussé moins haut là où la force de répulsion est plus faible, du côté de l'ouverture.
  • Dans le mode de réalisation des figures 4a et 4b, le dispositif d'inclinaison 50 comprend le troisième élément magnétique 36, qui est incliné (figure 4b) ou désaxé (figure 4a) par rapport au premier élément magnétique 32 du clapet mobile 22.
  • Dans le mode de réalisation des figures 4c et 4d, le dispositif d'inclinaison 50 comprend le troisième élément magnétique 36, qui présente une dissymétrie, qui dans la figure 4c est une dissymétrie de géométrie, et dans la figure 4d une dissymétrie de magnétisme, ce qui engendre un champ magnétique non uniforme, avec une force de répulsion plus faible proche de l'orifice d'évacuation et une force de répulsion plus élevée loin de l'orifice d'évacuation.
  • En fonction de la force de répulsion du dispositif d'inclinaison 50 par rapport au poids de l'eau s'écoulant sur le clapet et forçant l'ouverture de celui-ci, une amélioration de l'écoulement de l'eau vers l'orifice d'évacuation 12 peut être obtenue en position intermédiaire et en position grande ouverte, ou bien uniquement en position intermédiaire. De plus, le dispositif d'inclinaison 50 de clapet peut également améliorer l'amorçage du mouvement de fermeture, une fois que la pression exercée par l'eau est réduite le clapet prendra une position inclinée favorisant le rapprochement dans le champ d'attraction du premier élément magnétique.
  • L'homme du métier comprend que l'écoulement de l'eau suit deux phases. Dans la première phase, l'eau commence à venir et, lorsque le poids de l'eau est supérieur à la force d'attraction du dispositif de maintien 30 en position fermée du clapet 22, le clapet 22 s'ouvre pour permettre l'écoulement de l'eau. Lorsque le flux d'eau n'est pas abondant, l'eau s'écoule vers la sortie. Cette première phase est indépendante du troisième élément magnétique en répulsion. Dans une deuxième phase, lorsque le volume et le débit d'eau est plus important, le clapet descend plus fortement. Si le clapet reste plat, l'eau circule sur tout le pourtour du clapet, ce qui crée un flux d'eau autour de la paroi périphérique 11 qui engendre des perturbations au niveau de l'orifice d'évacuation 12 et/ou de l'ouverture d'amenée d'eau 14 et qui ralentit le débit d'évacuation. Ainsi, le dispositif d'inclinaison 50 permet d'améliorer le débit d'évacuation de l'eau.
  • Les figures 5 et 6 illustrent un dispositif d'évacuation des eaux 101 selon un autre aspect de la présente invention.
  • Dans le mode de réalisation illustré sur les figures 5 et 6, le dispositif d'évacuation des eaux 101 diffère du dispositif d'évacuation des eaux 1 essentiellement par le dispositif d'inclinaison 150.
  • Le dispositif d'évacuation des eaux 101 comprend un corps 110 avec un fond 111, une paroi périphérique 113 et un orifice d'évacuation 112 qui peut être rattaché à un raccord vers une canalisation ou une tubulure d'évacuation. L'orifice d'évacuation 112 est latéral sur les figures, mais il peut également être vertical ou oblique.
  • Le dispositif 101 comprend une ouverture 114 qui définit ainsi une ouverture d'amenée d'eau dans un plateau 103 porté par le corps 110, le plateau permettant le montage dans un receveur de douche (non représenté). Une grille 105 permet de couvrir le corps 110, tout en permettant le passage de l'eau dans l'ouverture d'amenée d'eau 114 du corps.
  • Un dispositif anti-odeur 120 est prévu dans le dispositif d'évacuation des eaux 101. Le dispositif anti-odeur 120 comprend un clapet 122 mobile et un contre-clapet 124, fixé au plateau 103 ou autrement sur le corps 110. Le clapet 122 est mobile entre une position fermée, bloquant le passage de l'eau entre l'ouverture d'entrée et l'orifice d'évacuation, et une position ouverte, permettant le passage de l'eau dans le corps du dispositif d'évacuation des eaux entre l'ouverture d'amenée d'eau 114 et l'orifice d'évacuation 112.
  • L'étanchéité en position fermée est assurée par des joints 126 sur le clapet 122 et/ou le contre clapet 124.
  • Le clapet 122 est maintenu en position fermée par un dispositif de maintien 130 en position fermée. Similairement au mode de réalisation illustré sur les figures 3a-3b et 4a-4b, le dispositif de maintien 130 comprend des moyens magnétiques, sous la forme d'un premier élément magnétique 132 solidaire du clapet 122, interagissant en attraction avec un deuxième élément magnétique 134, en regard du premier élément magnétique 132.
  • L'homme du métier comprendra que lorsque le dispositif d'évacuation des eaux est alimenté en eau par la douche, baignoire ou autre, le poids de l'eau exerce sur le clapet 122 un effort inverse à celui des éléments magnétiques 132, 134, jusqu'à être supérieur à la force d'attraction magnétique des premier et deuxième éléments magnétiques 132, 134. Ceci amène le clapet 122 à se déplacer vers le fond, ouvrant ainsi l'ouverture d'amenée d'eau et permettant d'évacuer l'eau vers le réseau d'évacuation.
  • Afin d'éviter que le clapet 122 ne descende au-delà du champ magnétique du deuxième élément magnétique 134 requis pour la fermeture du clapet 22 une fois l'écoulement de l'eau terminé, un troisième élément magnétique 136 est positionné sous le clapet 122, dans l'exemple illustré au fond du corps 111. Le troisième élément magnétique 136 est adapté pour interagir en répulsion avec le premier élément magnétique 132 du clapet 122, assurant ainsi le rappel du clapet 122 vers la position fermée.
  • Ainsi, les interactions combinées du deuxième élément magnétique 134, en attraction, et du troisième élément magnétique 136, en répulsion, avec le premier élément magnétique 132 évite au clapet 122 de descendre trop bas par rapport à sa position fermée hors du champ d'attraction du deuxième élément magnétique et garantissent la fermeture du clapet 122 une fois la fin de l'écoulement.
  • Dans le mode de réalisation des figures 5 et 6, le clapet mobile 122 est monté pivotant sur un axe pivot 156 par rapport au contre-clapet 124. Le montage pivotant du clapet mobile 122 sur le contre clapet 124 constitue un dispositif d'inclinaison 150. L'axe pivot 156 se trouve dans une position opposée à l'orifice d'évacuation 112, par rapport à un centre du fond 111. Ainsi, en position ouverte, le clapet 122 est incliné vers l'orifice d'évacuation 112, ce qui permet d'orienter le flux d'eau vers l'orifice d'évacuation.
  • Le clapet 122 a un rebord 125, le rebord permet de former une garde d'eau, permettant ainsi d'éviter que l'air vicié du réseau d'évacuation auquel le dispositif d'évacuation des eaux peut être raccordé de pénétrer dans l'habitation.
  • Les figures 7 et 8 illustrent un dispositif d'évacuation des eaux 201 selon un autre aspect de la présente invention. Dans le mode de réalisation illustré sur les figures 7 et 8, le dispositif d'évacuation des eaux 201 diffère des dispositifs d'évacuation des eaux 1 et 101 des figures 1 à 6 essentiellement par le dispositif d'inclinaison 250.
  • Le dispositif d'évacuation des eaux 201 comprend un corps 210 avec un fond 211, une paroi périphérique 213 et un orifice d'évacuation latérale ou verticale 212 qui peut être rattaché à un raccord vers une canalisation ou une tubulure d'évacuation, et une ouverture d'amenée d'eau 214 dans un plateau 103 porté par le corps 210, le plateau permettant le montage dans un receveur de douche (non représenté). Une grille 205 permet de couvrir le corps 210, tout en permettant le passage de l'eau dans l'ouverture d'amenée d'eau 214 du corps.
  • Un dispositif anti-odeur 220 est prévu dans le dispositif d'évacuation des eaux 201. Le dispositif anti-odeur 220 comprend un clapet 222 mobile et un contre-clapet 224, fixé au plateau 203 ou autrement sur le corps 210. Le clapet 222 est mobile entre une position fermée, bloquant le passage de l'eau entre l'ouverture d'entrée et l'orifice d'évacuation, et une position ouverte, permettant le passage de l'eau dans le corps du dispositif d'évacuation des eaux entre l'ouverture d'amenée d'eau 214 et l'orifice d'évacuation 212.
  • Le clapet 222 comprend un rebord 225 qui sert de garde d'eau.
  • Le clapet 222 est maintenu en position fermée par un dispositif de maintien 230 en position fermée. Similairement aux modes de réalisation précédents, le dispositif de maintien 230 comprend des moyens magnétiques, sous la forme d'un premier élément magnétique 232 solidaire du clapet 222, interagissant en attraction avec un deuxième élément magnétique 234, en regard du premier élément magnétique 232.
  • Un troisième élément magnétique 236, positionné sous le clapet 222, au fond du corps 211, est adapté pour interagir en répulsion avec le premier élément magnétique 232 du clapet 222, assurant ainsi le rappel du clapet 222 vers la position fermée.
  • Dans le mode de réalisation des figures 7 et 8, une butée arrière 254 est prévue, à une position sensiblement opposée à l'orifice d'évacuation 212, par rapport à un centre du fond du boitier. la présence de la butée arrière 254 permet l'inclinaison du clapet 222 en position d'ouverture, la butée arrière 254 stoppant localement la descente du clapet 222, entrainant ainsi l'inclinaison du clapet 222 vers l'orifice d'évacuation 212.
  • Dans un mode de réalisation non illustré, le dispositif d'inclinaison peut comprendre un contre poids sur le clapet mobile 222.
  • Cette invention n'est pas limitée à l'exemple de réalisation décrit ci-dessus mais elle en englobe toutes les variantes. En particulier, une caractéristique illustrée et/ou décrite en combinaison avec d'autres caractéristiques peut être prévue indépendamment ou en combinaison avec d'autres caractéristiques illustrés indépendamment ou en combinaison avec d'autres caractéristiques, dans la portée des revendications..

Claims (8)

  1. Dispositif d'évacuation des eaux (1 ; 101 ; 201) comprenant
    - un corps creux (10 ; 110 ; 210), avec un orifice d'évacuation (12 ; 112 ; 212), et une ouverture supérieure d'amenée d'eau (14 ; 114 ; 214),
    - un dispositif anti-odeur (20 ; 120 ; 220), comprenant un clapet (22 ; 122 ; 222) mobile entre une position ouverte, permettant le passage de l'eau dans le corps du dispositif d'évacuation des eaux entre l'ouverture d'amenée et l'orifice d'évacuation, et une position fermée contre un contre-clapet (24 ; 124 ; 224), bloquant le passage de l'eau et la remontée d'odeur entre l'ouverture d'entrée et l'orifice d'évacuation,
    - un dispositif de maintien en position fermée (30 ; 130 ; 230) pour maintenir le clapet en position fermée,
    - un moyen magnétique de rappel en position fermée (36 ; 136 ; 236), adapté pour rappeler le clapet mobile vers la position fermée,
    - un dispositif d'inclinaison de clapet (50 ; 150 ; 250), adapté pour orienter le clapet en position ouverte,
    dans lequel le dispositif de maintien en position fermée comprend un premier élément magnétique (32 ; 132 ; 232) sur le clapet mobile interagissant en attraction avec un deuxième élément magnétique (34 ; 134 ; 234) solidaire du corps creux (10 ; 110 ; 210) ou du contre-clapet (24 ; 124 ; 224), et
    dans lequel le moyen magnétique de rappel en position fermée comprend un troisième élément magnétique, (36 ; 136 ; 236), le premier élément magnétique (32 ; 132 ; 232), et le troisième élément magnétique (36 ; 136 ; 236) exerçant une force de répulsion entre eux,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le corps creux (10 ; 110 ; 210) comprend un fond (11 ; 111 ; 211) et une paroi périphérique (13 ; 113 ; 213) munie de l'orifice d'évacuation (12 ; 112 ; 212),
    en ce que le dispositif d'inclinaison de clapet (50 ; 150 ; 250) est adapté pour orienter le clapet par rapport au fond du corps,
    et en ce que le troisième élément magnétique, (36 ; 136 ; 236) est positionné au fond du corps creux (10 ; 110 ; 210).
  2. Dispositif d'évacuation des eaux selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le dispositif d'inclinaison de clapet (50 ; 150 ; 250) est adapté pour incliner le clapet (22 ; 122 ; 222) vers l'orifice d'évacuation et orienter le flux d'eau vers l'orifice d'évacuation (12 ; 112 ; 212).
  3. Dispositif d'évacuation des eaux selon l'une des revendications précédentes, le dispositif d'inclinaison de clapet (50) comprend un moyen magnétique d'inclinaison.
  4. Dispositif d'évacuation des eaux selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel le moyen magnétique d'inclinaison (50) est adapté pour créer un champ magnétique non uniforme, avec une force de répulsion plus faible proche de l'orifice d'évacuation (12) et une force de répulsion plus élevée loin de l'orifice d'évacuation (12).
  5. Dispositif d'évacuation des eaux selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le troisième élément magnétique (36) est incliné par rapport au fond du corps et/ou décalé par rapport au deuxième élément magnétique.
  6. Dispositif d'évacuation des eaux selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel le troisième élément magnétique (36) présente une dissymétrie de géométrie ou de magnétisme permettant l'inclinaison du clapet (50 ; 150 ; 250).
  7. Dispositif d'évacuation des eaux selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le dispositif d'inclinaison de clapet (150 ; 250) comprend un moyen mécanique d'inclinaison, le moyen mécanique d'inclinaison comprend au moins un contrepoids, une butée (254), ou un axe pivot (156).
  8. Dispositif d'évacuation des eaux selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel le clapet (122 ; 222) a un rebord (125 ; 225) adapté pour former une garde d'eau.
