Claims (8)

  1. Gedämpftes Schnappscharnier (1,10), aufweisend:
    - ein erstes gelenkiges Viereck (2), das eine erste Platte (4) umfasst und mit einem ersten und zweiten Hebel (23, 32) und einem Arm (21) versehen ist
    - ein zweites gelenkiges Viereck (3), das eine zweite Platte (5) umfasst und mit einem ersten und zweiten Hebel (23, 32) und einem Arm (31) versehen ist,
    wobei das erste (2) und zweite (3) gelenkige Viereck den ersten (23) und den zweiten (32) Hebel gemeinsam haben,
    wobei das Scharnier (1, 10) zwischen einer offenen Konfiguration und einer geschlossenen Konfiguration beweglich ist, in der die Platten (4, 5) in Bezug aufeinander unterschiedlich angeordnet sind, wobei das Scharnier (1, 10) auch einen Dämpfer (7) zum Dämpfen des Übergangs zwischen der offenen Konfiguration und der geschlossenen Konfiguration und umgekehrt umfasst,
    wobei der Dämpfer (7) zwischen dem ersten oder zweiten Hebel (23, 32) und dem Arm (21, 31) des ersten (2) oder zweiten (3) Vierecks angeordnet ist, wobei das Scharnier ferner mindestens eine Rückstellfeder (12, 120) aufweist
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Feder (12) und der Dämpfer (7) in Bezug auf eine zentrale Symmetrieebene (SIM) der Vierecke (2, 3) versetzt angeordnet sind, wobei die mindestens eine Rückstellfeder (12) zwischen dem Arm (21, 31) des ersten oder zweiten Vierecks (2, 3) und der jeweiligen Platte (4, 5) wirkt.
  2. Gedämpftes Schnappscharnier (10) nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Scharnier (10) zwei Rückstellfedern (120) umfasst, die zumindest zwischen einem der Vierecke (2, 3) und einer jeweiligen Platte (4, 5) wirken, wobei die genannten Federn (120) symmetrisch auf einer Seite und auf der anderen Seite einer zentralen Symmetrieebene (SIM) der Vierecke (2, 3) angeordnet sind, wobei der Dämpfer (7) teilweise in dem Raum zwischen den beiden Federn (120) in einer geschlossenen Konfiguration des Scharniers untergebracht ist.
  3. Gedämpftes Schnappscharnier (1, 10) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei der Dämpfer (7) zwischen dem Arm (21, 31) und einem Gelenkdrehpunkt (X1) zwischen dem ersten (23) und zweiten (32) Hebel angeordnet ist.
  4. Gedämpftes Schnappscharnier (1, 10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der erste Hebel (23) an den Arm (21) des ersten Vierecks (2), an den zweiten Hebel (32) und an die Platte (5) des zweiten Vierecks (3) und der zweite Hebel (32) an den Arm (31) des zweiten Vierecks (3), an den ersten Hebel (23) und an die Platte (4) des ersten Vierecks (2) gelenkig angebracht ist.
  5. Das gedämpfte Schnappscharnier (1, 10) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Arm (31) eines Vierecks (3) eine mit diesem einstückig ausgebildete Welle (35) aufweist, und wobei das Scharnier (1, 10) einen geformten Läufer (8) aufweist, der einen Gehäusesitz (81) für die Welle (35) definiert, wobei
    - wenn das Scharnier (1, 10) in einer offenen Konfiguration ist, der Sitz (81) von der Welle (35) eingenommen und der Läufer (8) in Kontakt mit der Welle (35) geschoben ist, um mit dieser einen Formeingriff in Übereinstimmung mit dem Sitz (81) zu erzeugen.
    - wenn das Scharnier (1,10) in einer geschlossenen Konfiguration ist, der Sitz (81) frei von Eingriff mit der Welle (35) ist.
  6. Gedämpftes Schnappscharnier (1, 10) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei der Läufer (8) auf einer der Platten (5) angebracht und in Bezug auf die Platte (5) in einer Ebene, die im Wesentlichen parallel zu der Platte (5) ist, beweglich ist, und wobei mindestens eine Rückschlagfeder (85) zwischen dem Läufer (8) und der Platte (5) vorgesehen ist, die, zumindest wenn das Scharnier (1, 10) in einer offenen Konfiguration ist, um den Formeingriff zwischen dem Sitz (81) und der Welle (35) zu erzeugen, dazu bestimmt ist, den Läufer (8) zu drücken.
  7. Gedämpfte Schnappscharnier (1, 10) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei ein Teil des Hebels (23) neben dem Dämpfer (7) mit einer kastenförmigen Abdeckung (230) versehen ist, die dazu bestimmt ist, den Dämpfer (7) zumindest teilweise vor Sicht zu verbergen.
  8. Gedämpftes Schnappscharnier (1, 10) nach Anspruch 2, wobei die beiden Rückstellfedern (120) zwischen der Platte (4, 5) und dem Arm (21, 31) des jeweiligen Vierecks, das an der Platte (4, 5) angelenkt ist, wirken.
