Claims (11)
- Relaiszeitablaufsteuerungsverfahren für ein Bohrlochniedrigratenlinearverstärkernetzwerk für eine Bohranlage (4), umfassend eine Bohrgarnitur (12), die sich von einem Oberflächenbohrlochkopf unterirdisch nach unten erstreckt, einen Knoten (STO), der sich in der Nähe eines Bohrgarniturendes befindet und einen Sensor einschließt, der zum Bereitstellen einer Signaldatensatzausgabe angepasst ist, die den Bohrlochbedingungen entspricht, und mehrere Knoten (ST), die sich in einem Bohrloch zwischen dem Knoten (STO) und dem Bohrlochkopf befinden und dem Bohrstrang zugehörig sind, wobei die Knoten (ST) konfiguriert sind, um die Signale zu empfangen und wieder zu übertragen, das Verfahren die Schritte umfassend:Steuern und Angeben von Netzwerkzeitablaufkonstanten, einschließlich:Paketübertragungszeiten abhängig von einer Zwischenknotendatenrate und der Paketbitlänge;Schutzzeiten, die zwischen einem Empfang und einer Übertragung zugewiesen werden, um eine Verarbeitungszeit, eine Erfassung von Sensordaten und ein Abflachen einer Kanalverzögerungsspreizung zu ermöglichen;Signallaufzeiten zwischen Knoten abhängig von der Knotentrennung; undIntraknotensensorerfassungszeit;Bestimmen von Knotenzeitablaufversätzen relativ zu Netzwerkknoten (ST, STO) basierend auf einer Empfangszeit eines Telemetriedatenpakets, das von einem anderen Knoten (ST, STO) stammt, einer Art eines empfangenen Pakets und den Netzwerkzeitablaufkonstanten; undVerwenden der Knotenzeitablaufversätze, um einen Knoten(ST, STO)-Zeitablauf einzustellen.
- Zeitablaufsteuerungsverfahren nach Anspruch 1, das die zusätzlichen Schritte einschließt:
Bestimmen eines Zeitpunkts für ein Sensormesserfassung basierend auf den Zeitablaufversätzen und Netzwerkzeitablaufkonstanten. - Zeitablaufsteuerungsverfahren nach Anspruch 2, das die zusätzlichen Schritte einschließt:
Ableiten des Zeitpunkts der Erfassung von Sensormessdaten, die innerhalb eines empfangenen Pakets enthalten sind, basierend auf der Datenpaketempfangszeit und den Netzwerkzeitablaufkonstanten. - Zeitablaufsteuerungsverfahren nach Anspruch 1, das die zusätzlichen Schritte einschließt:die Knoten, die Sensormessdaten erfassen, die einem Zeitpunkt entsprechen, der auf die Messdatenerfassungszeit eines anderen Knotens ausgerichtet ist;Puffern von Sensormessungensensormessungen, um Zugriff auf die vergangenen Sensordaten zu ermöglichen; undKonfigurieren des Netzwerks zum Enthalten von Messdaten von mehreren Knoten, die dem gleichen Zeitpunkt einer Erfassungszeit innerhalb eines einzelnen Datenpakets entsprechen.
- Zeitablaufsteuerungsverfahren nach Anspruch 1, das den zusätzlichen Schritt einschließt:
Unterstützen mehrerer Netzwerkzeitablaufmodi, die verschiedenen Sätzen von Netzwerkzeitablaufkonstanten entsprechen. - Zeitablaufsteuerungsverfahren nach Anspruch 1, das den zusätzlichen Schritt eines Auswählens eines Netzwerkmodustelemetrieübertragungsverfahrens aus der Gruppe einschließt, umfassend akustische, elektromagnetische Impuls-, Schlammimpuls- und drahtgebundene Netzwerke.
- Bohrlochniedrigratenlinearverstärkerrelaisnetzwerkzeitablaufsystem (2) für eine Bohranlage (4), einschließlich einer Bohrgarnitur (12), die sich von einem Oberflächenbohrlochkopf unterirdisch nach unten erstreckt, wobei das System einschließt:einen Knoten (STO), der sich in der Nähe eines Bohrgarniturendes befindet und einen Sensor einschließt, der zum Bereitstellen einer Signaldatensatzausgabe, die Bohrlochbedingungen entspricht, angepasst ist;mehrere Knoten (ST), die sich in einem Bohrloch zwischen dem Knoten (STO) und dem Bohrlochkopf befinden und der Bohrgarnitur zugehörig sind, wobei die Knoten (ST) die Signale empfangen und wieder übertragen; undwobei das Relaisnetzwerkzeitablaufsteuerungssystem zum Steuern aller Zeiten innerhalb eines Rahmens gemäß vorkonfigurierten Konstanten angepasst ist, die allen Knoten (ST, STO) bekannt sind, wobei die vorkonfigurierten Konstanten einschließen: Schutzzeiten, die zwischen dem Empfang und der Übertragung zugewiesen sind, um die Verarbeitungszeit, die Erfassung von Sensordaten und das Abflachen der Kanalverzögerungsspreizung zu ermöglichen; eine Paketübertragungszeit abhängig von der Zwischenknotendatenrate und der Paketbitlänge; Signallaufzeit zwischen Knoten abhängig von der Knotentrennung; und Intraknotensensorerfassungszeiten;wobei das Relaisnetzwerkzeitablaufsteuersystem konfiguriert ist, um Zeitablaufversätze für die Knoten relativ zueinander abzuleiten, basierend auf einer Empfangszeit eines Telemetriedatenpakets, das von einem anderen Knoten (ST, STO) stammt, der Art des empfangenen Pakets und den vorkonfigurierten Konstanten.
- Relaisnetzwerkzeitablaufsteuerungssystem nach Anspruch 7, das einschließt:das Relaisnetzwerkzeitablaufsteuerungssystem, das auf der Oberfläche angewendet wird, das die relativen Zeitablaufversätze aller Relaisübertragungen innerhalb des Netzwerks basierend auf dem Zeitpunkt des Telemetriesignalempfangs eines beliebigen Pakets und seiner Art berechnet.
- Relaisnetzwerkzeitablaufsteuerungssystem nach Anspruch 7, das Knotensensormessungen einschließt, die zeitlich gepuffert werden.
- Relaisnetzwerkzeitablaufsteuerungssystem nach Anspruch 7, wobei jeder Knoten eine gepufferte vergangene Messung zum Ausrichten auf einen vordefinierten Referenzknotenzeitpunkt der Messung auswählt.
- Relaisnetzwerkzeitablaufsteuerungssystem nach Anspruch 7, wobei ein Oberflächenknoten relative Zeitablaufversätze aller Relaisübertragungen innerhalb des Netzwerks basierend auf dem Telemetriesignalempfangszeitpunkt eines Telemetriedatenpakets und der Art von einem beliebigen Knoten berechnet.
