Claims (4)

  1. Wertdokument (10), das Fasermaterial (20) umfasst, wobei das Fasermaterial (20) einen länglichen Folienstreifen (3, 30) im Register umfasst, der in die Dicke des Fasermaterials (20) eingebettet ist, wobei der längliche Folienstreifen (30) zumindest teilweise perforiert ist, damit er für Fasern (33) des Fasermaterials (20) durchlässig ist, wobei der längliche Folienstreifen (3, 30) dadurch freiliegt, dass er in einem freiliegenden Bereich auf mindestens einer Seite des Wertdokuments nicht von Fasern (33) des Fasermaterials (20) bedeckt ist, so dass ein Fenster (32) geschaffen ist, das ein Sicherheitselement des länglichen Folienstreifens (3, 30) umfasst, das mit dem Fenster (32) im Register steht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fasermaterial (20) eine Formschicht (36) und eine Kurzformerschicht (35) umfasst und der längliche Folienstreifen (30) in die Formschicht (36) eingebettet ist,
    wobei der längliche Folienstreifen (30) zumindest im Bereich des Fensters (32) transparent oder halbtransparent ist, derart, dass Fasern (33) der Formschicht (36) von der Seite der Kurzformerschicht (35) her durch das Fenster (32) sichtbar sind,
    wobei der längliche Folienstreifen (30) mindestens eine Öffnung (34) im Bereich des Fensters (32) umfasst und Fasern (33) der Formschicht (36) durch die mindestens eine Öffnung (34) zur Seite der Kurzformerschicht hin hervorstehen, und
    wobei der freiliegende Bereich durch gezielte lokale Abstoßung von Fasern (33) erzeugt ist, wobei die lokale Abstoßung durch Aufbringung eines Fluids (8) in Form eines Strahls durch eine Düse herbeigeführt ist, so dass erzeugte Ränder des Fensters (32) schärfer im Vergleich zu Rändern sind, die nicht durch Aufbringen eines Fluids in Form eines Strahls durch eine Düse erzeugt sind.
  2. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Wertdokuments (10), wobei das Wertdokument (10) die Merkmale gemäß Anspruch 1 aufweist, wobei das Verfahren Folgendes umfasst: Bereitstellen eines zumindest teilweise porösen oder perforierten länglichen Folienstreifens (3, 30) in einer Papierform, die Fasern (33) um einen ersten Zylinder (1) herum umfasst, der sich teilweise in einer Pulpe (4) befindet; Erzeugen einer Papierbahn (5) aus der Pulpe (4) an einer Außenwand des ersten Zylinders (1) durch Drehen des ersten Zylinders (1) und Entwässern der Pulpe (4) durch eine durchlässige Außenwand des ersten Zylinders (1); Halten des länglichen Folienstreifens (3, 30) im Register mit der Papierbahn (5) und aktives Entfernen der Fasern (33) aus einem Fenster (32) des Folienstreifens (3, 30) durch gezielte lokale Abstoßung von Fasern (33), wobei die lokale Abstoßung durch Aufbringung eines Fluids (8) in Form eines Strahls durch eine Düse herbeigeführt wird, so dass erzeugte Ränder des Fensters (32) schärfer im Vergleich zu Rändern sind, die nicht durch Aufbringen eines Fluids (8) in Form eines Strahls durch eine Düse erzeugt werden.
  3. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Wertdokuments (10) nach Anspruch 2, wobei das Fluid (8) in Form von Druckluft und/oder Wasser aufgebracht wird.
  4. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Wertdokuments (10) nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, wobei das Fluid (8) kontinuierlich und/oder impulsweise in Impulsen einstellbarer Dauer und/oder synchronisiert in Bezug auf eine Zielposition des Fensters (32) aufgebracht wird.
