- The present invention relates to a toilet, especially to a hinged flip cover mechanism of toilet seat cover.
- Existing toilet seat covers mostly apply with gear case to drive it to flip. One toilet seat cover is as figured in
FIG.1 , a toilet rear cover 2' is disposed at the rear side of the toilet upper cover 1', the gear case 3' is assembled to the rear cover 2', the output shaft is rotatably connected to the rear portion of the toilet upper cover 1'. However, this kind of toilet seat cover has high height and it occupies large gap. Another toilet seat cover is figured inFIG.2 and FIG.3 , it differs from the toilet seat cover inFIG.1 in that: the gear case 3' is assembled at the outer side of the toilet rear cover 2', a rack 4' is disposed to couple to the gear case 3' to drive the toilet upper cover 1' to flip. This kind of toilet seat cover ofFIG.2 although has low height, the gap A between the toilet upper cover 1' and the toilet rear cover 2' is large before the toilet upper cover 1' is flipped up, the gap A is used to prevent block between the toilet upper cover 1' and the toilet rear cover 2' during the lifting, the gap A not only influences the appearance of the toilet seat cover, but also goes against the simple appearance and the clean work of the toilet seat cover. - The present invention is provided to overcome the disadvantages of the existing known technology and to provide with a hinged flip cover mechanism of toilet seat cover, which has low height and small gap between the toilet seat cover and the main body before the toilet seat cover is flipped up.
- The technical proposal of the present invention is that: A hinged flip cover mechanism of toilet seat cover, comprising a main body and a toilet seat cover, wherein further comprising a hinge module, the toilet seat cover is connected to the main body via the hinge module, when the toilet seat cover is flipped up, the gap between the seat cover and the main body is gradually increased during the lifting of the seat cover, when the seat cover is closed, the gap between the seat cover and the main body is gradually decreased during the closing of the seat cover.
- In another preferred embodiment, the hinge module comprises a first hinge crank and a second hinge crank, the first hinge crank is disposed with a first end and a second end, the first end of the first hinge crank is slidably coupled to the rear portion of the toilet seat cover, the second end of the first hinge crank is rotatably connected to the main body; the second hinge crank is disposed with a first end and a second end, the first end of the second hinge crank is slidably coupled to the main body, the second end of the second hinge crank is rotatably connected to the rear portion of the toilet seat cover; the central portions of the first hinge crank and the second hinge crank are pivoted to each other.
- In another preferred embodiment, the hinge module comprises a front support base, a rear support base, a first hinge crank and a second hinge crank, the front support base is assembled to the rear portion of the toilet seat cover, the rear support base is assembled to the main body, the first hinge crank is disposed with a first end and a second end, the first end of the first hinge crank is slidably coupled to the front support base, the second end of the first hinge crank is rotatably connected to the rear support base, the second hinge crank is disposed with a first end and a second end, the first end of the second hinge crank is slidably coupled to the rear support base, the second end of the second hinge crank is rotatably connected to the front support base, the central portions of the first hinge crank and the second hinge crank are pivoted to each other.
- In another preferred embodiment, further comprising a driving mechanism, the driving mechanism is connected to the first hinge crank or the second hinge crank in driving way to drive the hinge module to flip up or close the toilet seat cover.
- In another preferred embodiment, further comprising a driving mechanism, the driving mechanism is connected between the toilet seat cover and the main body in driving way to drive the hinge module to flip up or close the toilet seat cover.
- In another preferred embodiment, the rear portion of the toilet seat cover is disposed with two axial sliding grooves in left-right position at the portion assembling the hinge module, the front portion of the main body is disposed with two axial sliding grooves in left-right position at the portion assembly the hinge module, the first end of the first hinge crank and the second hinge crank are respectively disposed with a sliding shaft, two ends of the slide shaft of the first hinge crank are respectively slidably disposed in the two axial sliding grooves of the toilet seat cover, two ends of the sliding shaft of the second hinge crank are respectively slidably disposed in the two axial sliding grooves of the main body.
- In another preferred embodiment, the front support base and the rear support base are respectively disposed with a chamber in the axial direction, two opposite side walls of the chamber of the front support base are respectively disposed with an axial sliding groove, two opposite side walls of the chamber of the rear support base are respectively disposed with an axial sliding groove, the first end of the first hinge crank and the second hinge crank are respectively disposed with a sliding shaft, two ends of the sliding shaft of the first hinge crank are respectively slidably disposed in the two axial sliding grooves of the chamber of the front support base, so that the first hinge crank is able to insert to the chamber of the front support base and extend out of the chamber of the front support base, two ends of the sliding shaft of the second hinge crank are respectively slidably disposed in the two axial sliding grooves of the rear support base, so that the second hinge crank is able to insert to the chamber of the rear support base and extend out of the chamber of the rear support base.
- In another preferred embodiment, the driving mechanism comprises a driving gear and a rack, the rear is slidably forward and backward assembled to the main body, the first end of the rack is rotatably connected to the first end of the second hinge crank, the driving gear is engaged to the rack.
- In another preferred embodiment, the driving mechanism comprises a driving gear and a rack, the rear is slidably forward and backward assembled to the toilet seat cover, one end of the rack is rotatably connected to the first end of the first hinge crank; the driving gear is engaged to the rack.
- In another preferred embodiment, the driving mechanism comprises a driving shaft, the driving shaft is linked to the second end of the first hinge rank coaxially; the hinge flip mechanism further comprises a gear case, the output shaft of the gear case is the driving shaft, or the output shaft of the gear case is fixedly connected to the driving shaft.
- In another preferred embodiment, the driving mechanism comprises a driving shaft, the driving shaft is coaxially linked to the second end of the first hinge crank, the hinge flip mechanism further comprises a slow-down mechanism, the output shaft of the slow-down mechanism is the driving shaft, or the output shaft of the slow-down mechanism is fixedly connected to the driving shaft.
- In another preferred embodiment, the driving mechanism comprises a driving shaft, the driving shaft is coaxially linked to the second end of the second hinge crank, the hinge flip mechanism further comprises a gear case, the output shaft of the gear case is the driving shaft, or the output shaft of the gear case is fixedly connected to the driving shaft.
- In another preferred embodiment, the driving mechanism comprises a driving shaft, the driving shaft is coaxially linked to the second end of the second hinge crank, the hinge flip mechanism further comprises a slow-down mechanism, the output shaft of the slow-down mechanism is the driving shaft, or the output shaft of the slow-down mechanism is fixedly connected to the driving shaft.
- In another preferred embodiment, further comprising a gear case or a slow-down mechanism, the driving gear is assembled to the output shaft of the gear case or the slow-down mechanism.
- In another preferred embodiment, further comprising a gear case or a slow-down mechanism, the driving gear is assembled to the output shaft of the gear case or the slow-down mechanism.
- In another preferred embodiment, the driving mechanism comprises a chain wheel and a chain, one end of the chain is connected to the rear portion of the toilet seat cover, the rest portion of the chain is movably forward and backward placed in the main body; the chain wheel is engaged to the chain.
- In another preferred embodiment, further comprising a gear case or a slow-down mechanism, the chain wheel is assembled to the output shaft of the gear case or the slow-down mechanism.
- In another preferred embodiment, the main body is a toilet rear cover, the toilet seat cover comprises a toilet upper cover and/or toilet seat.
- Compared to the existing known technology, the present invention has advantages as follows:
- 1. With the hinge module to connect the toilet seat cover and the main body, when the toilet seat cover is flipped up, the gap between the toilet seat cover and the main body is gradually increased during the lifting, when closing the toilet seat cover, the gap between the toilet seat cover and the main body is gradually decreased during closing. So that small gap is formed between the toilet seat cover and the main body before the toilet seat cover is flipped up, therefore, the present invention has low height, it is flipped up in small gap and no block exists during the lifting, so that the toilet cover has simple appearance, occupies small gap and is easy to clean.
- 2. The hinge module is preferred disposed with a first hinge crank and a second hinge crank, the front support base is assembled to the rear portion of the toilet seat cover, the first end of the first hinge crank is slidably coupled to the front support base, the second end of the first hinge crank is rotatably connected to the rear support base, the first end of the second hinge crank is slidably coupled to the rear support base, the second end of the second hinge crank is rotatably connected to the front support base, the bending position of the first hinge crank and the second hinge crank are facing down and pivoted to each other, so that the present invention has advantages: the hinge module has compact structure, it rotates with stability, the hinge module is modularized that it is benefit for mass manufacturing.
- 3. The driving mechanism is coupled to a gear case or a slow-down mechanism for driving the toilet seat cover to flip, the present invention has electric-control function or slow-down function.

FIGs 4∼10 , the hinged flip cover mechanism of toilet seat cover of the present invention comprises a main body and a toilet seat cover, it further comprises two hinge modules 3 (the number of thehinge module 3 is not limited, one or more than two are available). The main body is preferred the toilet rear cover 2 (it can be also the toilet seat), the toilet seat cover comprises a toilet upper cover 1 (the toietl seat cover can further comprise a toilet seat, or in other case, the toilet seat cover comprises the toilet upper cover and the toilet seat),the toiletupper cover 1 is connected to the toiletrear cover 2 by the twohinge modules 3, when the toilet upper cover is flipped up, the gap between the toiletupper cover 1 and the toiletrear cover 2 is gradually increased during the lifting of the seat cover. When closing the toilet seat cover, the gap between the toilet seat cover and the main body is gradually decreased during the closing of the toilet seat cover. - Preferred, each
hinge module 3 comprises afront support base 31, arear support base 34, afirst hinge crank 32 and asecond hinge crank 33. Thefront support bases 31 of the twohinge module 3 are respectively assembled to the rear portion of the toiletupper cover 1, in detailed, twofront support bases 31 are respectively assembled to the left and right ends of the internal side of the rear portion of the toiletupper cover 1; tworear support bases 34 of the twohinge modules 3 are respectively assembled to the toiletrear cover 2 corresponding to the twofront support bases 31. in eachhinge module 3, thefirst hinge crank 32 is disposed with a first end and a second end, the first end of thefirst hinge crank 32 is slidably coupled to thefront support base 31, the second end of thefirst hinge crank 32 is rotatably connected to therear support base 34, thesecond hinge crank 33 is disposed with a first end and a second end, the first end of thesecond hinge crank 33 is slidably coupled to therear support base 34, the second end of thesecond hinge crank 33 is rotatably connected to thefront support base 31, the bending position (that is the central position) of thefirst hinge crank 32 and thesecond hinge crank 33 are facing upward and pivoted to each other. - In detailed, in each
hinge module 3, the front support base and therear support base 34 are respectively disposed with a chamber with two ends throughout along the axial direction, two opposite side walls of the chamber are respectively disposed with an axial sliding groove, in detailed, two axial slidinggroove 35 of the chamber of thefront support base 31 are respectively disposed with an open front end and a closing rear end, to prevent the slidingshaft 37 of thefirst hinge crank 32 from escaping from the rear end of the axial slidinggroove 35; in the same way, two axialsliding grooves 36 of the chamber of therear support base 34 are respectively disposed with an opening rear end and a closing front end to prevent thesliding shaft 38 of thesecond hinge crank 33 from escaping from the front end of the axial slidinggroove 36. The first end of thefirst hinge crank 32 and thesecond hinge crank 33 are respectively disposed with asliding shaft sliding shaft 37 of thefirst hinge crnak 32 are respectively slidably coupled to the two axial slidinggrooves 35 of the chamber of thefront support base 31, so that thefirst hinge crank 32 can insert to the chamber of thefront support base 31 or extend out of the chamber of thefront support base 31; two ends of thesecond hinge crank 33 are respectively slidably coupled to the two axialsliding grooves 36 of the chamber of therear support base 34, so that thesecond hinge crank 33 can insert to the chamber of therear support base 34 or extend out of the chamber of therear support base 34. - As a preferred embodiment, there are two parallel
second hinge cranks 33, thefirst hinge crank 32 is disposed between the twosecond hinge cranks 33. - Preferred, the other end of the
first hinge crank 32 and thesecond hinge crank 33 are respecitlvey disposed with a rotatingshaft front support base 31 and therear support base 34, therein, the second end of the twosecond hinge cranks 33 share a samerotating shaft 310, the first end of the twosecond hinge cranks 33 share a samesliding shaft 38. - Preferred, the present invention further comprises a driving mechanism, which is connected to one of the
second hinge cranks 33 in driving way. In detailed, the driving mechanism comprises adriving gear 41 and arack 5, the rack is slidably forward and backward assembled to the toilet rear cover 2 (in detailed, a rack lower cover 7 is applied to assemble arack support base 6 to the toiletrear cover 2, the internal portion of therack support base 6 is disposed with a sliding rail, therack 5 is slidably coupled to the sliding rail). Therack 5 is coupled to the rear portion of thesecond hinge rack 33, one end (the front end of the rack 5) is rotatably connected to the first end of thesecond hinge rack 33, the end of therack 5 is disposed with a shaft sleeve, the shaft sleeve is movably sleeved on the slidingshaft 38 of the first end of the second hinge crank 33. thedriving gear 41 is engaged to therack 5. - Preferred, the present invention further comprises a
gear case 4, which is assembled to the toiletrear cover 2, thedriving gear 41 is assembled to the output shaft of thegear case 4. a motor is applied to drive thegear case 4, therefore the present invention has electronic-control flip function. - The hinged flip cover mechanism of toilet seat cover of the present invention is provided that, as figured in
FIG.8 , before the toiletupper cover 1 is flipped, the first hinge crank 32 is embedded to thefront support base 31, the second hinge crank 33 is embedded to therear support base 34, a small gap is disposed between the toiletupper cover 1 and the toiletrear cover 2. when driving thegear case 4, thedriving gear 41 drives therack 5 to move forward, the slidingshaft 38 of the first end of the second hinge crank 33 is pushed by therack 5 to move forward along the two axial slidinggrooves 36 of the chamber of therear support base 34, so that thefront support base 31 is pushed to move forward; during thefront support base 31 moving forward, the first hinge crank 32 rotates, the slidingshaft 37 at the first end moves backward along the two axial slidinggrooves 35 of the chamber of thefront support base 31 to push thefront support base 31 to flip up, as figured inFIG.9 . As thefront support base 31 is assembled to the toiletupper cover 1, the toiletupper cover 1 also moves forward and is flipped up. As figured inFIG.10 , when the slidingshafts front support base 31 and therear support base 34, a bigger gap is formed between thefront support base 31 and therear support base 34, and thefront support base 31 offsets upward to a preset angle (the preset angle is 90°or larger than 90°). - As the
front support base 31 is assembled to the toiletupper cover 1, the toiletupper cover 1 is flipped up to the preset angle. - When rotating the
gear case 4 reversely, thedriving gear 41 drives therack 5 to move backward, the slidingshaft 38 of the first end of the second hinge crank 33 is pulled by therack 5 to move backward along the two axial slidinggrooves 36 of the chamber of therear support base 34 so as to drive thefront support base 31 to move backward; during thefront support base 31 moving backward, the first hinge crank 32 rotates reversely, the slidingshaft 37 of the first end moves forward along the two axial slidinggrooves 35 of the chamber of the front support base, so that thefront support base 31 gradually drops down. Finally, the first hinge crank 32 and the second hinge crank 33 are placed to thefront support base 31 and therear support base 34, thefront support base 31 and therear support base 34 have a small gap therebetween, as figured inFIG.8 . - As figured in
FIG.11 , the hinged flip cover mechanism of toilet seat cover of this embodiment differs from the first embodiment in that: the driving mechanism comprises a driving shaft, the driving shaft is coaxially linked to the second end of the first hinge crank 32; it further comprises agear case 8, which is assembled to the toiletrear cover 2, the output shaft of thegear case 8 forms the driving shaft. Or in other case, a slow-down mechanism replaces the gear case, the output shaft of the slow-down mechanism forms the driving shaft. - The hinged flip cover mechanism of toilet seat cover of this embodiment is provided that when the
gear case 8 drives the second end of the first hinge crank 32 to rotate in the counter-clockwise direction, the first hinge crank 32 drives thefront support base 31 to move forward and flip upward, at the same time, the second hinge crank 33 gradually extends out of the rear support base. When thegear case 4 drives the second end of the first hinge crank 32 to rotate in the clockwise direction, the first hinge crank 32 drives thefront support base 31 to move backward and flip down, at the same time, the second hinge crank 33 is gradually placed to therear support base 34, that is the flipping process of the toiletupper cover 1. - As figured in
FIG.12 , the hinged flip cover mechanism of toilet seat cover of this embodiment differs from the second embodiment in that: the driving shaft is coaxially linked to the second end of the second hinge crank 33. in the same way, the output put of the gear case 8 (or the slow-down mechanism) is the driving shaft, or the gear case 8 (or the slow-down mechanism) is fixedly connected to the driving shaft. - The hinged flip cover mechanism of toilet seat cover of this embodiment is provided that: when the
gear case 8 drives the second end of the second hinge crank 33 to rotate in the counter-clockwise direction, the sliding shaft of the first end of the second hinge crank 33 moves forward along the two axial sliding grooves of the chamber of therear support base 34 so as to push thefront support base 31 to move forward; during thefront support base 31 moving forward, the first hinge crank 32 rotates, the slidingshaft 37 at the first end moves backward along the two axial sliding grooves of the chamber of thefront support base 31 to push thefront support base 31 to flip up. - Conversely, when the
gear case 8 drives the second end of the second hinge crank 33 to rotate in the clockwise direction, the sliding shaft of the first end of the second hinge crank 33 moves backward along the two axial sliding grooves of the chamber of therear support base 34 so as to drive thefront support base 31 to move backward; during thefront support base 21 moving forward, the first hinge crank 32 rotates reversely, and the sliding shaft of the first end moves forward along the two axial sliding grooves of the chamber of thefront support base 31, so that thefront support base 31 gradually drops down, that is the flipping process of the toiletupper cover 1. - As figured in
FIG.13 , the hinged flip cover mechanism of toilet seat cover of this embodiment differs from the first embodiment in that: therack 5 is slidably forward and backward assembled to the toiletupper cover 1, one end of therack 5 is rotatably connected to the first end of the first hinge crank 32; thedriving gear 41 is engaged to therack 5. similar to the first embodiment, it can apply with the gear case (or the slow-down mechanism) to drive the drivinggear 41 to rotate.
when driving the gear case (or the slow-down mechanism), thedriving gear 41 drives therack 5 to move toward the rear portion of the toiletupper cover 1, the sliding shaft of the first end of the first hinge crank 32 is pushed by therack 5 to move backward along the two axial sliding grooves of the chamber of thefront support base 31, at the same time, the second hinge crank 33 rotates, the sliding shaft at one end moves forward along the two axial sliding grooves of the chamber of therear support base 34 to push thefront support base 31 to move forward and flip up. When driving the gear case (or the slow-down mechanism) reversely, thedriving gear 41 drives therack 5 to move reversely, the sliding shaft of the first end of the first hinge crank 32 is pulled by therack 5 to move forward along the two axial sliding grooves of the chamber of thefront support base 31, at the same time, the sliding shaft of the first end of the second hinge crank 33 moves backward along the two axial sliding grooves of the chamber of therear support base 34 so as to drive thefront support base 31 to move backward and flip down, that is the flipping process of the toiletupper cover 1. - As figured in
FIG.14 , the hinged flip cover mechanism of toilet seat cover of the present invention differs from above mentioned embodiments in that: the driving mechanism comprises achain wheel 9 and achain 10, one end of thechain 10 is connected to the rear portion of the toiletupper cover 1, the rest part of thechain 10 is slidably forward and backward placed in the toilet rear cover 2 (in detailed, it is placed in the sliding rail of the toiletrear cover 2 disposing the chain 10); thechain wheel 9 is engaged to thechain 10. - Similar to above mentioned embodiments, it can also apply with the gear case (or the slow-down mechanism), the
chain wheel 9 is assembled to the output shaft of the gear case (or the slow-down mechanism). - The hinged flip cover mechanism of toilet seat cover of this embodiment is provided that, when driving the gear case (or the slow-down mechanism), the
chain wheel 9 drives thechain 10 to move toward the front portion of the toiletupper cover 1, the sliding shaft of the first end of the first hinge crank 32 moves backward along the two axial sliding grooves of the chamber of thefront support base 31, the sliding shaft of one end of the second hinge crank 33 moves forward along the two axial sliding grooves of the chamber of therear support base 34 so as to push thefront support base 31 to move forward and flip up. When driving the gear case (or the slow-down mechanism) reversely, thechain wheel 9 drives thechain 10 to move reversely, the sliding shaft of the first end of the first hinge crank 32 moves forward along the two axial sliding grooves of the chamber of thefront support base 31, the sliding shaft of the first end of the second hinge crank 33 moves backward along the two axial sliding grooves of the chamber of therear support base 34 so as to drive thefront support base 31 to move backward and flip down, that is the flipping process of the toiletupper cover 1. - As figured in
FIG.15 , the hinged flip cover mechanism of toilet seat cover of this embodiment differs from the first embodiment in that: the hinge module comprises a first hinge crank 32 and a second hinge crank 33, the first hinge crank 32 is disposed with a first end and a second end, the first end of the first hinge crank 32 is slidably coupled to the rear portion of the toilet upper cover, the second end of the first hinge crank 32 is rotatably connected to the toiletrear cover 2; the second hinge crank 33 is disposed with a first end and a second end, the first end of the second hinge crank 33 is slidably coupled to the toiletrear cover 1, the second end of the second hinge crank 33 is rotatably connected to the rear portion of the toiletupper cover 1; the central portion of the first hinge crank 32 and the second hinge crank 33 are pivoted to each other. - In detailed, the left and right side of the rear portion of the toilet
upper cover 1 are respectively disposed with two left and rightaxial sliding grooves 11 with at least the rear end closed, the left and right side of the front portion of the toiletrear cover 2 are disposed with two left and rightaxial sliding grooves 21 with at least the front end closed, the first end of the first hinge crank 32 and the second hinge crank 33 are respectively disposed with a sliding shaft (not figured out inFIG.15 ), two ends of the sliding shaft of thefirst hinge crnak 32 of each hinge module are respectively slidably coupled to the two axial slidinggrooves 11 at the same side of the toilet upper cover, two ends of the sliding shaft of the second hinge crank 33 of each hinge module are respectively slidably coupled to the two axial slidinggrooves 21 at the same side of the toilet rear cover. - The flipping process of the toilet
upper cover 1 of this embodiment is similar to the first embodiment that it would not be further described hereafter. - As figured in
FIG.16 , the hinged flip cover mechanism of toilet seat cover of this embodiment differs from the first embodiment in that: it comprises a slow-down mechanism 101 to replace thegear case 4 of the first embodiment, thedriving gear 41 is assembled to the output shaft of the slow-down mechanism 101. With the slow-down mechanism, the toiletupper cover 1 of the present invention has slow-down function. - Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments thereof for carrying out the patent for invention, it is apparent to those skilled in the art that a variety of modifications and changes may be made without departing from the scope of the patent for invention which is intended to be defined by the appended claims.
- The present invention is provided with a flip mechanism that a small gap is formed between the toilet seat cover and the main body before the toilet seat cover is flipped up, therefore, the present invention has low height, it is lifting in small gap and no block exists during the lifting, so that the toilet cover has simple appearance, occupies small gap and is easy to clean.
Claims (18)
- A hinged flip cover mechanism of toilet seat cover, comprising a main body and a toilet seat cover, wherein further comprising a hinge module, the toilet seat cover is connected to the main body via the hinge module, when the toilet seat cover is flipped up, the gap between the seat cover and the main body is gradually increased during the lifting of the seat cover, when the seat cover is closed, the gap between the seat cover and the main body is gradually decreased during the closing of the seat cover.
- The hinged flip cover mechanism of toilet seat cover according to claim 1, wherein the hinge module comprises a first hinge crank and a second hinge crank, the first hinge crank is disposed with a first end and a second end, the first end of the first hinge crank is slidably coupled to the rear portion of the toilet seat cover, the second end of the first hinge crank is rotatably connected to the main body; the second hinge crank is disposed with a first end and a second end, the first end of the second hinge crank is slidably coupled to the main body, the second end of the second hinge crank is rotatably connected to the rear portion of the toilet seat cover; the central portions of the first hinge crank and the second hinge crank are pivoted to each other.
- The hinged flip cover mechanism of toilet seat cover according to claim 1, wherein the hinge module comprises a front support base, a rear support base, a first hinge crank and a second hinge crank, the front support base is assembled to the rear portion of the toilet seat cover, the rear support base is assembled to the main body, the first hinge crank is disposed with a first end and a second end, the first end of the first hinge crank is slidably coupled to the front support base, the second end of the first hinge crank is rotatably connected to the rear support base, the second hinge crank is disposed with a first end and a second end, the first end of the second hinge crank is slidably coupled to the rear support base, the second end of the second hinge crank is rotatably connected to the front support base, the central portions of the first hinge crank and the second hinge crank are pivoted to each other.
- The hinged flip cover mechanism of toilet seat cover according to claim 2 or claim 3, wherein further comprising a driving mechanism, the driving mechanism is connected to the first hinge crank or the second hinge crank in driving way to drive the hinge module to flip up or close the toilet seat cover.
- The hinged flip cover mechanism of toilet seat cover according to claim 2 or claim 3, wherein further comprising a driving mechanism, the driving mechanism is connected between the toilet seat cover and the main body in driving way to drive the hinge module to flip up or close the toilet seat cover.
- The hinged flip cover mechanism of toilet seat cover according to claim 2, wherein the rear portion of the toilet seat cover is disposed with two axial sliding grooves in left-right position at the portion assembling the hinge module, the front portion of the main body is disposed with two axial sliding grooves in left-right position at the portion assembly the hinge module, the first end of the first hinge crank and the second hinge crank are respectively disposed with a sliding shaft, two ends of the slide shaft of the first hinge crank are respectively slidably disposed in the two axial sliding grooves of the toilet seat cover, two ends of the sliding shaft of the second hinge crank are respectively slidably disposed in the two axial sliding grooves of the main body.
- The hinged flip cover mechanism of toilet seat cover according to claim 3, wherein the front support base and the rear support base are respectively disposed with a chamber in the axial direction, two opposite side walls of the chamber of the front support base are respectively disposed with an axial sliding groove, two opposite side walls of the chamber of the rear support base are respectively disposed with an axial sliding groove, the first end of the first hinge crank and the second hinge crank are respectively disposed with a sliding shaft, two ends of the sliding shaft of the first hinge crank are respectively slidably disposed in the two axial sliding grooves of the chamber of the front support base, so that the first hinge crank is able to insert to the chamber of the front support base and extend out of the chamber of the front support base, two ends of the sliding shaft of the second hinge crank are respectively slidably disposed in the two axial sliding grooves of the rear support base, so that the second hinge crank is able to insert to the chamber of the rear support base and extend out of the chamber of the rear support base.
- The hinged flip cover mechanism of toilet seat cover according to claim 4, wherein the driving mechanism comprises a driving gear and a rack, the rear is slidably forward and backward assembled to the main body, the first end of the rack is rotatably connected to the first end of the second hinge crank, the driving gear is engaged to the rack.
- The hinged flip cover mechanism of toilet seat cover according to claim 4, wherein the driving mechanism comprises a driving gear and a rack, the rear is slidably forward and backward assembled to the toilet seat cover, one end of the rack is rotatably connected to the first end of the first hinge crank; the driving gear is engaged to the rack.
- The hinged flip cover mechanism of toilet seat cover according to claim 4, wherein the driving mechanism comprises a driving shaft, the driving shaft is coaxially linked to the second end of the first hinge rank; the hinge flip mechanism further comprises a gear case, the output shaft of the gear case is the driving shaft, or the output shaft of the gear case is fixedly connected to the driving shaft.
- The hinged flip cover mechanism of toilet seat cover according to claim 4, wherein the driving mechanism comprises a driving shaft, the driving shaft is coaxially linked to the second end of the first hinge crank, the hinge flip mechanism further comprises a slow-down mechanism, the output shaft of the slow-down mechanism is the driving shaft, or the output shaft of the slow-down mechanism is fixedly connected to the driving shaft.
- The hinged flip cover mechanism of toilet seat cover according to claim 4, wherein the driving mechanism comprises a driving shaft, the driving shaft is coaxially linked to the second end of the second hinge crank, the hinge flip mechanism further comprises a gear case, the output shaft of the gear case is the driving shaft, or the output shaft of the gear case is fixedly connected to the driving shaft.
- The hinged flip cover mechanism of toilet seat cover according to claim 4, wherein the driving mechanism comprises a driving shaft, the driving shaft is coaxially linked to the second end of the second hinge crank, the hinge flip mechanism further comprises a slow-down mechanism, the output shaft of the slow-down mechanism is the driving shaft, or the output shaft of the slow-down mechanism is fixedly connected to the driving shaft.
- The hinged flip cover mechanism of toilet seat cover according to claim 8, wherein further comprising a gear case or a slow-down mechanism, the driving gear is assembled to the output shaft of the gear case or the slow-down mechanism.
- The hinged flip cover mechanism of toilet seat cover according to claim 9, wherein further comprising a gear case or a slow-down mechanism, the driving gear is assembled to the output shaft of the gear case or the slow-down mechanism.
- The hinged flip cover mechanism of toilet seat cover according to claim 5, wherein the driving mechanism comprises a chain wheel and a chain, one end of the chain is connected to the rear portion of the toilet seat cover, the rest portion of the chain is movably forward and backward placed in the main body; the chain wheel is engaged to the chain.
- The hinged flip cover mechanism of toilet seat cover according to claim 16, wherein further comprising a gear case or a slow-down mechanism, the chain wheel is assembled to the output shaft of the gear case or the slow-down mechanism.
- The hinged flip cover mechanism of toilet seat cover according to claim 1, wherein the main body is a toilet rear cover, the toilet seat cover comprises a toilet upper cover and/or toilet seat.
