Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Falthaken (22) einer Faltschachtelklebemaschine zum automatischen Umklappen von durch Einschnitte (42) und Sollbiegelinien (44) vorbereiteten Laschen (34, 34') eines flächig ausgebildeten Kartonzuschnitts (28) bei der Herstellung einer Faltschachtel. Der Kartonzuschnitt (28) wird in der Faltschachtelklebemaschine transportiert.
- Der Falthaken (22) umfasst an seinem freien Ende einen konvex gekrümmten Vorsprung (16) und wirkt damit als Vorderfalthaken zum Umklappen einer entgegen der Transportrichtung (30) vorderen Lasche (34) des Kartonzuschnitts (28).
- Der Falthaken (22) weist zumindest in seinem innenseitigen Verlauf im Wesentlichen einen sichelförmigen und konkaven Verlauf (20) auf und wirkt so als Hinterfalthaken zum Umklappen einer in Transportrichtung (30) hinteren Lasche (34') des Kartonzuschnitts (28).

The present invention relates to a folding hook (22) of a folding box gluing machine for automatic folding over tabs (34, 34 ') prepared by cuts (42) and predetermined bending lines (44) of a flat cardboard blank (28) during the production of a folding box. - The folding hook (22) comprises at its free end a convexly curved projection (16) and thus acts as Vorderfalthaken for folding down against the transport direction (30) front tab (34) of the carton blank (28).
- The folding hook (22) has, at least in its inside course substantially a crescent-shaped and concave profile (20) and acts as a Hinterfalthaken for folding a in the transport direction (30) rear flap (34 ') of the carton blank (28).
