Claims (6)

  1. Verdrängungspumpe (13), die Folgendes umfasst:
    - einen Pumpenkörper (15), der eine Pumpenkammer (16) und eine Antriebsseite (18) definiert,
    - einen Rotor (12), der zum Transport von Fluid von mindestens einer ersten Umgebung zu mindestens einer zweiten Umgebung durch mindestens einen Einlass für einen Saugkanal (19) und mindestens einen Auslass für einen Ablasskanal (20) konfiguriert ist,
    - ein angetriebenes Zahnrad (11), das fest mit dem Rotor (12) verbunden ist, und ein Antriebszahnrad (10a), das mit einem Antriebsglied (10) verbindbar und mit dem angetriebenen Zahnrad (11) gekoppelt ist, wobei das angetriebene Zahnrad dazu konfiguriert ist, den Rotor zu drehen,
    wobei die Verdrängungspumpe (13) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass das Antriebszahnrad (10a) in dem angetriebenen Zahnrad (11) platziert ist, dass das Antriebszahnrad (10a) an seiner Außenfläche ausgebildete Zähne aufweist und das angetriebene Zahnrad (11) an seiner Innenfläche ausgebildete Zähne aufweist und dass die Zähne des angetriebenen Zahnrads (11) und die Zähne des Antriebszahnrads (10a) ein Untersetzungsverhältnis zur Reduzierung der Verlustleistung während des Pumpenbetriebs erzielen,
    wobei die Bewegung des Rotors (12) durch eine in dem Pumpenkörper (15) ausgebildete Führung (14) beschränkt wird, so dass das Antriebsrad (10a) außerhalb des Pumpenkörpers (15) platziert ist und das angetriebene Zahnrad (11) auf der Antriebsseite (18) des Pumpenkörpers (15) platziert ist und nach außerhalb des Pumpenkörpers (15) weist, so dass die Pumpe (13) in Abhängigkeit von dem zur Verfügung stehenden Platz an mehreren möglichen Positionen entlang einem Umfang (C), die auf einer Drehachse (O1) des Antriebszahnrads (10a) zentriert sind, platziert werden kann, wobei der Umfang (C) einen Radius aufweist, der dem Abstand zwischen einer Drehachse (O2) des angetriebenen Zahnrads (11) und der Drehachse (O1) des Antriebszahnrads (10a) entspricht.
  2. Pumpe (13) nach Anspruch 1, wobei das angetriebene und das Antriebszahnrad (10a, 11) dahingehend angeordnet sind, einen Zahnradtrieb zu bilden, und Zahnräder mit parallelen Achsen sind und aus der Gruppe ausgewählt sind, die Folgendes umfasst:
    - zylindrische Zahnräder mit schrägen Zähnen;
    - zylindrische Zahnräder mit geraden Zähnen;
    - Kegelräder.
  3. Pumpe (13) nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Paar aus dem angetriebenen und dem Antriebszahnrad (10a, 11) Kegelräder mit Schrägachsen umfasst.
  4. Pumpe (13) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Pumpe (13) unter den Punkten des Umfangs, die auf der Drehachse (O1) des Antriebszahnrads (10a) zentriert sind, an denen eine willkürliche Platzierung der Pumpe möglich ist, so platziert ist, dass eine durch die Mitte des Rotors in durchgehender Antriebskraft dieselbe Ausrichtung und entgegengesetzte Richtung wie eine bzw. zu einer Schrägkraft, die bei Benutzung der Pumpe auf den Rotor wirkt, aufweist.
  5. Pumpe (13) nach einem der Ansprüche 1-4, wobei der Rotor (12) und/oder das Antriebs- und das angetriebene Zahnrad aus einem Material hergestellt sind, dass aus der Gruppe ausgewählt ist, die Folgendes umfasst:
    - Kunststoffmaterial,
    - thermoplastisches Material,
    - Metallmaterial,
    - Verbundmaterial.
  6. Verfahren zum Betrieb einer Verdrängungspumpe, das die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    - Vorsehen eines außerhalb eines Pumpenkörpers (15) der Verdrängungspumpe platzierten Antriebszahnrads (10a), wobei das Antriebszahnrad (10a) mit einem Antriebsglied (10) verbindbar ist und an seiner Außenfläche ausgebildete Zähne aufweist,
    - Ausbilden einer Führung (14) in den Pumpenkörper (15), die die Bewegung des Rotors (12) beschränkt,
    - Vorsehen eines auf einer Antriebsseite (18) eines Pumpenkörpers (15) der Verdrängungspumpe platzierten angetriebenen Zahnrads (11), das nach außerhalb des Pumpenkörpers (15) hin weist, wobei das angetriebene Zahnrad (11) mit dem Antriebszahnrad (10a) verbunden ist und auf seiner Innenfläche ausgebildete Zähne aufweist, wobei das Antriebszahnrad (10a) in dem angetriebenen Zahnrad (11) platziert ist und eine Anzahl an Zähnen (z2) aufweist, die weniger als die Anzahl an Zähnen (z1) des angetriebenen Zahnrads (11) beträgt, um ein Untersetzungsverhältnis zu erzielen,
    - in Abhängigkeit von dem zur Verfügung stehenden Platz, Platzieren der Verdrängungspumpe an einer mehrerer möglicher Positionen entlang einem Umfang (C), die auf der Drehachse (O1) des Antriebszahnrads (10a) zentriert sind, wobei der Umfang (C) einen Radius (r) aufweist, der dem Abstand zwischen der Drehachse (O2) des angetriebenen Zahnrads (11) und der Drehachse (O1) des Antriebszahnrads (10a) entspricht, und
    - Betätigen des Antriebs- und des angetriebenen Zahnrads durch das Antriebsglied zum Transport von Fluid von mindestens einer ersten Umgebung zu mindestens einer zweiten Umgebung, wobei sich das angetriebene Zahnrad mit einer in Bezug auf die Drehzahl des Antriebszahnrads geringeren Drehzahl dreht, um die Verlustleistung während des Pumpenbetriebs zu reduzieren.
