Description

OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

The present specification refers to an invention of a protective and advertising case for mobile audiovisual devices which primary function is protecting the audiovisual device in its entirety, but allowing using its main functions even with the case on, and furthermore it also has areas suitable for the insertion of advertising or customization.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

This invention has its application within the field of accessories for audiovisual devices and also within the paper, cardboard and plastic industries, the main materials that may constitute the case.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Presently it is known the existence of a multitude of protective cases for mobile audiovisual devices made of all kinds of materials and even impervious to liquids, but none of them presents this flat layout that allows for an easy storage, being also able to protect the devices on all their sides and being also usable under these conditions.
The applicant does not know of the current existence of an invention provided with the features described in this specification.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention refers to an invention of a protective and advertising case for mobile audiovisual devices which primary function is protecting the audiovisual device in its entirety, but allowing using its main functions even with the case on, and furthermore it also has some areas suitable for the insertion of advertising or customization and it is made of the following items:

In principle, the advocated invention is made from a sheet of a thin but resistant material, such as paper, cardboard or plastic, irregularly cut, formed by a rectangular base which supports the rear of the audiovisual device, four sides, two top flaps and two irregular profile covers that fit among them and that are particularly related as follows
- - Rear base, with a rectangular shape which supports the rear side of the audiovisual device and where some die cuts can be found on the top of the rear base and where some die cuts can be found on the bottom of the rear base.
- .- Top closing base with a significantly rectangular shape with some die cuts on the top closing base and a lower closing base, significantly rectangular, with some die cuts on the bottom closing base.
- .- Top closing cover, with a trapezoidal shape with a die cut on the top closing cover and a lower closing cover, a right-hand side closing cover with a few die cuts on the right-hand side cover and a left-hand side closing cover.
- - Right closing flap with three tabs of increasing size toward the bottom and a left closing flap with four tabs of decreasing length downwards, with a die cut on the left closing flap left.
- .- Anterior spaces dedicated to advertising located preferably in the visible part of the right flap and the visible part of the left flap , existing also a space for advertising on the back of the base.

The seal between the right and left flaps is performed using the fit of the tabs on both flaps.

PREFERED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION

In principle, the advocated invention is made from a sheet of a thin but resistant material, such as paper, cardboard or plastic, irregularly cut, formed by a rectangular base which supports the rear of the audiovisual device, four sides, two top flaps and two irregular profile covers that fit among them and that are particularly related as follows:
- - Back base (1), with a rectangular shape which supports the rear side of the audiovisual device (17) and where some die cuts can be found on the top of the rear base (2) and where some die cuts can be found on the bottom of the rear base (3),
- .- Top closing base (4) with a significantly rectangular shape with some die cuts on the top closing base (5) and a lower closing base (6), significantly rectangular, with some die cuts on the bottom closing base (7).
- .- Top closing cover (8), with a trapezoidal shape with a die cut on the top closing cover (9) and a lower closing cover (10), a right-hand side closing cover (11) with a few die cuts on the right-hand side cover (12) and a left-hand side closing cover (13).
- - Right closing flap (14) with three tabs of increasing size toward the bottom and a left closing flap (15) with four tabs of decreasing length downwards, with a die cut on the left closing flap left (16).
- .- Anterior spaces dedicated to advertising located preferably in the visible part of the right flap (18) and the visible part of the left flap (18), existing also a space for advertising (19) on the back of the base (1)

The seal between the right (14) and left flaps (15) is performed using the fit of the tabs on both flaps.
Having been described sufficiently the nature of the invention, as well as the way to be implemented, it should be noted that the provisions denoted and represented previously in the attached drawings are susceptible to changes of details in terms as long as they do not affect to its fundamental principles set forth in the above paragraphs and summarized in the following claims.

Claims

Protective and advertising case for mobile audiovisual devices characterized in that it is comprised by a rectangular base supporting the rear of the audiovisual device, four sides, two top flaps and two irregular profile covers fitting one another and that, particularly, are related as follows
- Back base (1), with a rectangular shape which supports the rear side of the audiovisual device (17) and where some die cuts can be found on the top of the rear base (2) and where some die cuts can be found on the bottom of the rear base (3),

=.- Top closing base (4) with a significantly rectangular shape with some die cuts on the top closing base (5) and a lower closing base (6), significantly rectangular, with some die cuts on the bottom closing base (7).

.- Top closing cover (8), with a trapezoidal shape with a die cut on the top closing cover (9) and a lower closing cover (10), a right-hand side closing cover (11) with a few die cuts on the right-hand side cover (12) and a left-hand side closing cover (13).

- Right closing flap (14) with three tabs of increasing size toward the bottom and a left closing flap (15) with four tabs of decreasing length downwards, with a die cut on the left closing flap left (16).

.- Anterior spaces dedicated to advertising located preferably in the visible part of the right flap (18) and the visible part of the left flap (18), existing also a space for advertising (19) on the back of the base (1)
Protective and advertising case for mobile audiovisual devices according to claim 1 and characterized in that the seal between the right (14) and left (15) flaps is performed by fitting the tabs of both flaps.
Protective and advertising case for mobile audiovisual devices according to claim 1 and characterized in that the anterior spaces dedicated to advertising located preferably in the visible part of the right flap (18) and in the visible part of the left flap (18), existing also a space for advertising (19) on the rear part of the base (1).
