Claims (4)

  1. Turbomaschinenbeschichtungssystem (10) zum Beschichten eines Teils (3) einer Komponente einer Turbomaschine, umfassend
    - eine erste keramische Beschichtungsschicht (14), die über dem zu beschichtenden Teil (3) angeordnet werden soll,
    - eine abradierbare zweite keramische Beschichtungsschicht (15), wobei die zweite keramische Beschichtungsschicht (15) auf der ersten keramischen Beschichtungsschicht (14) angeordnet ist,
    wobei
    - die abradierbare zweite keramische Beschichtungsschicht (15) eine poröse Beschichtungsschicht ist, die vollstabilisiertes Yttrium-Zirkonium-Oxid umfasst,
    wobei die Porosität der abradierbaren zweiten keramischen Beschichtungsschicht (15) zwischen 25 % und 35 % beträgt,
    wobei die erste keramische Beschichtungsschicht (14) ein Mehrschichtsystem ist, das wenigstens eine erste (12) und eine zweite (13) poröse Teilschicht umfasst, wobei
    - die erste und die zweite poröse Teilschicht (12, 13) so angeordnet sind, dass die zweite Teilschicht (13) zwischen der ersten Teilschicht (12) und der zweiten keramischen Beschichtungsschicht (15) angeordnet ist,
    - die erste und die zweite poröse Teilschicht (12, 13) unterschiedliche Porositäten aufweisen und
    - wobei die erste keramische Beschichtungsschicht (14) eine abradierbare Schicht ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die zweite keramische Beschichtungsschicht aus 20%-Yttriumoxid-vollstabilisiertem Zirkoniumoxid besteht.
  2. Beschichtungssystem gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei die Porosität der abradierbaren zweiten keramischen Beschichtungsschicht (15) 30 % beträgt.
  3. Beschichtungssystem gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei die Porosität der ersten Teilschicht (12) zwischen 8 % und 16 % beträgt und die Porosität der zweiten Teilschicht (13) zwischen 20 % und 30 % beträgt.
  4. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Beschichtungssystems (10) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, umfassend
    - einen Schritt der Herstellung der ersten keramischen Beschichtungsschicht (146) unter Verwendung eines Luft-Plasmasprühverfahrens,
    - einen Schritt des Überdeckens der ersten keramischen Beschichtungsschicht (14) mit der abradierbaren zweiten keramischen Beschichtungsschicht.
