Claims (7)

  1. Echangeur de chaleur de gaz d'échappement (1) dans un boîtier (2), dans lequel un faisceau de tubes (3) avec plusieurs tubes (4) est supporté sur des plaques à tubes (5, 6), dans lequel s'étendent dans les tubes (4) un premier trajet d'écoulement pour gaz d'échappement (7) et entre les tubes (4) et le boîtier (2) un second trajet d'écoulement pour l'agent frigorigène (8) et dans lequel les tubes individuels (4) du faisceau de tubes (3) sont solidement solidarisés, en particulier soudés ou brasés, avec une première extrémité longitudinale dans la première plaque à tubes (5), dans lequel les tubes individuels (4) du faisceau de tubes (3) sont captifs dans une deuxième plaque à tubes (6) qui se présente sous la forme d'une plaque d'assise coulissante de manière axialement mobile dans la zone d'une deuxième extrémité longitudinale et il est prévu une troisième plaque à tubes (10), dans laquelle les tubes individuels (4) sont captifs de manière à pouvoir se déplacer axialement avec leurs deuxièmes extrémités longitudinales dans des ouvertures (11 "), caractérisé en ce qu'est agencé du côté de la deuxième plaque à tubes (6) opposé à la première plaque à tubes (5) un joint étanche (9) pour étancher les tubes individuels (4) vis-à-vis de la deuxième plaque à tubes (6),

  2. Echangeur de chaleur de gaz d'échappement selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que :
    les tubes individuels (4) sont captifs par ajustement de jeu, par ajustement de transition ou par ajustement serré dans des ouvertures (11') de la deuxième plaque à tubes (6).
  3. Echangeur de chaleur de gaz d'échappement selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que :
    le joint étanche (9) se présente sous la forme d'un joint étanche élastomère plat avec des ouvertures (11) ménagées de manière complémentaire aux tubes (4).
  4. Echangeur de chaleur de gaz d'échappement selon la revendication 3,
    caractérisé en ce que :
    les deuxièmes extrémités longitudinales des tubes (4) sont maintenues dans les ouvertures (11) du joint étanche (9) par ajustement serré.
  5. Echangeur de chaleur de gaz d'échappement selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que :
    les ouvertures (11) du joint étanche (9) présentent un rebord en relief (12).
  6. Echangeur de chaleur de gaz d'échappement selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que :
    le joint étanche (9) se présente sous la forme d'un joint étanche aux liquides, en particulier en silicone.
  7. Echangeur de chaleur de gaz d'échappement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4,
    caractérisé en ce que :
    la deuxième plaque à tubes (6) et/ou la troisième plaque à tubes (10) présente(nt) dans la zone des ouvertures (11') un rebord d'ouverture en relief (12'), en particulier un rebord d'ouverture bombé.
