Ein weiterer Nachteil der bekannten Steckverbinder ist, dass jede Person, die Zugang zu dem Steckverbinder hat, ohne weitere Hilfsmittel einen solchen Steckverbinder lösen kann. Ein versehentliches, willkürliches oder unbefugtes Lösen kann mit den bekannten Steckverbindern vom komfortablen Push-Pull-Typ nicht verhindert werden. US 2009/029584 A1 offenbart einen Stecker nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1. Der Erfindung liegt das Problem zugrunde, einen Steckverbinder zu schaffen, der die Funktionalität und damit den Komfort eines Push-Pull-Steckverbinders aufweist, bei Bedarf jedoch zusätzlich gegen ein versehentliches, willkürliches und/oder unbefugtes Lösen gesichert ist.
Dieses Problem wird durch einen Stecker für einen Steckverbinder mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst.
Danach ist ein zusätzliches Verriegelungselement vorgesehen, welches verschiebbar gelagert ist und in mindestens eine stabile Verriegelungsposition, in der die Verschiebung der äußeren Hülse bezüglich der inneren Baugruppe blockiert ist, und mindestens eine stabile Freigabeposition, in der die Verschiebung der äußeren Hülse bezüglich der inneren Baugruppe freigegeben ist, bringbar ist.
Unter einem Stecker ist vorliegend allgemein ein Steckelement zu verstehen, dass an ein zugeordnetes Steckverbinderteil angesetzt werden kann. Ein Stecker kann generell einen männlichen, in eine Steckbuchse des Steckverbinderteils einzusteckenden Steckabschnitt, oder eine weibliche, insbesondere buchsenförmige Steckaufnahme zur Aufnahme eines Steckabschnitts des Steckverbinderteils aufweisen.
Ein derartiger Stecker kann mit einem zugehörigen Steckverbinderteil verbunden werden. Der Stecker und das Steckverbinderteil bilden zusammen einen Steckverbinder. Mit einem solchen Steckverbinder können beispielsweise elektrische oder optische Verbindungen geschlossen bzw. getrennt werden. Befindet sich das zusätzliche Verriegelungselement in einer stabilen Freigabeposition und wird nicht betätigt, d.h. verschoben, entspricht die Funktion des Steckverbinders derjenigen eines gewöhnlichen Push-Pull-Steckverbinders. So kann der Stecker mit dem Steckverbinderteil verbunden werden, wobei beide Teile während des Verbindens miteinander verriegeln. Zum Entriegeln kann an der äußeren Hülse gezogen werden, wodurch die Verriegelung entriegelt wird. Durch ein weiteres Ziehen an dem Stecker wird die Verbindung getrennt.
Befindet sich das zusätzliche Verriegelungsmittel jedoch in einer stabilen Verriegelungsposition, so kann die äußere Hülse nicht verschoben werden, sodass kein Lösen der ersten Verriegelungsmittel bewirkt werden kann.
Das zusätzliche Verriegelungselement weist vorzugsweise genau eine stabile Freigabeposition und genau eine stabile Verriegelungsposition auf. Unter einer stabilen Position ist in diesem Zusammenhang eine Position zu verstehen, in der das Verriegelungselement verbleibt, wenn es in diese Position verstellt worden ist. Claims (8)

  1. Plug for a plug-in connector (1), comprising:
    - an inner assembly (20),
    - an outer sleeve (21) which is mounted such that it can be displaced in relation to the inner assembly (20) and at least partially surrounds the inner assembly (20), wherein the outer sleeve (21) can be displaced in relation to the inner assembly (20) along a displacement direction (z) which is parallel to a withdrawal direction in which the plug (2) can be withdrawn from the plug-in connector part (3) from a plug-connected and unlocked state,
    - first locking means (22, 30) for locking the plug (2) with an associated plug-in connector part (3) when the plug (2) is plug-connected to the plug-in connector part (3), wherein the locking arrangement can be released by displacing the outer sleeve (21) in relation to the inner assembly (20), and
    - an additional locking element (23) which is displaceably mounted and can be moved to at least one stable locked position, in which the displacement of the outer sleeve (21) in relation to the inner assembly (20) is blocked, and at least one stable released position, in which the displacement of the outer sleeve (21) in relation to the inner assembly (20) is enabled, wherein the additional locking element (23) can be displaced along a displacement axis (24) which runs substantially perpendicular to the displacement direction (z) of the outer sleeve (21),
    characterized in that the displacement axis (24) of the additional locking element (23) is at a distance from a centre axis (25) of the plug (2), wherein the centre axis (25) runs parallel to the displacement direction (z) of the outer sleeve (21).
  2. Plug according to Claim 1, characterized in that the additional locking element (23) can be displaced only by means of an external tool (4).
  3. Plug according to either of the preceding claims, characterized in that the plug (2) can be plug-connected to the plug-in connector part (3) when the additional locking element (23) is in the at least one stable locked position and when the additional locking element (23) is in the at least one stable released position.
  4. Plug according to Claim 3, characterized in that the position of the additional locking element (23) in the at least one stable locked position or the at least one stable released position does not change as a result of the process of being plug-connected to the plug-in connector part (3).
  5. Plug according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by an indicator apparatus (26) which indicates whether the additional locking element (23) is in a stable locked position or a stable released position.
  6. Plug according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the additional locking element (23) is guided on a guide (202) on the inner assembly (20) which corresponds in cross section to a dovetail connection.
  7. Plug according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the outer sleeve (21) comprises a blocking means, in particular a web (210), which can be displaced along a displacement path together with the outer sleeve (21), wherein the displacement path is blocked by the additional locking element (23) when the additional locking element (23) is in the at least one locked position and is released when the additional locking element (23) is in the at least one released position.
  8. Plug-in connector comprising a plug (2) according to one of the preceding claims and an associated plug-in connector part (3).
