Claims (15)

- Produktstab (1, 51, 101) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Linie (7, 57, 107) sich im Wesentlichen mit dem oder jedem Übergang zwischen auf Stoß aneinandergefügten Filtern (3, 53, 103) oder Filterelementen deckt.
- Produktstab (1, 51, 101) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei das Papier ein Flächengewicht von 50 - 80 gm2 hat.
- Produktstab (1, 51, 101) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die oder jede Linie (7, 57, 107) in der aber nicht durch die Umhüllung geritzt oder eingeprägt ist.
- Produktstab (1, 51, 101), der mehrere einzelne Tabakrauchfilter (3, 53, 103) oder Filterelemente, die Ende an Ende auf Stoß aneinandergefügt sind; und eine Umhüllung (5, 55, 105), die um die mehreren Filter oder Filterelemente in Anlage ist, wobei die Umhüllung eine Linie (7, 57, 107) enthält, die in der aber nicht durch die Umhüllung ausgebildet ist, wobei die Linie von einem Ende des Produktstabs zum anderen Ende verläuft und eine Schraubenlinie um den Umfang des Produktstabs definiert.
- Produktstab (1, 51, 101) nach Anspruch 5, wobei die Steigung der von der Linie definierten Schraubenlinie die Länge eines einzelnen Filters (3, 53, 103) oder Filterelements ist.
- Produktstab (1, 51, 101) nach einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 6, wobei die Umhüllung (5, 55, 105) Papier (z.B. ein Filterbelagpapier) oder anderes flächiges Material ist.
- Produktstab (1, 51, 101) nach Anspruch 7, wobei das Papier ein Flächengewicht von 20 - 140 gm2 hat, zum Beispiel wobei das Papier ein Flächengewicht von 20 - 80 gm2 hat.
- Produktstab (1, 51, 101) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die einzelnen Tabakrauchfilter (3, 53, 103) oder einzelnen Tabakrauchfilterelemente identisch oder im Wesentlichen identisch sind.
- Produktstab (1, 51, 101) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die (oder jede) Linie eine Breite von 0,01 mm bis 0,5 mm hat.
- Produktstab (1, 51, 101) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die einzelnen Filter (3, 53, 103) oder Filterelemente einen im Wesentlichen zylindrischen Kern aus Tabakrauchfiltermaterial enthalten.
- Produktstab (1, 51, 101) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die einzelnen Filter (3, 53, 103) oder Filterelemente einen selbsttragenden (längs verlaufenden) zylindrischen Kern aus Tabakrauchfiltermaterial enthalten, zum Beispiel wobei die einzelnen Filter oder Filterelemente einen selbsttragenden (längs verlaufenden) zylindrischen Kern enthalten, der mehrere längs verlaufende im Wesentlichen kontinuierliche Filamente aus Tabakrauchfiltermaterial (z.B. Celluloseacetat-Tow) aufweist, die an ihren Kontaktpunkten zusammengefügt sind; oder wobei die einzelnen Filter oder Filterelemente einen selbsttragenden (längs verlaufenden) zylindrischen Kern enthalten, der mehrere zufällig ausgerichtete (z.B. Einzel- oder Stapel-) Fasern aus Tabakrauchfiltermaterial (z.B. Celluloseacetat) aufweist (z.B. daraus gebildet ist), die an ihren Kontaktpunkten zusammengefügt sind.
- Produktstab (1, 51, 101) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die einzelnen Filter (3, 53, 103) oder Filterelemente eine oder mehr kontinuierliche Komponenten enthalten, die im Wesentlichen längs (z.B. längs) des zylindrischen Kerns verlaufen.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Produktstabs (1, 51, 101), der mehrere (z.B. 2 oder mehr, z.B. 4 bis 6) einzelne Tabakrauchfilter (3, 53, 103) oder Filterelemente, die Ende an Ende auf Stoß aneinandergefügt sind, und eine Umhüllung (5, 55, 105), die um die mehreren Filter oder Filterelemente in Anlage ist, aufweist, wobei die Umhüllung eine oder wenigstens eine Linie (7, 57, 107) enthält, die in der aber nicht durch die Umhüllung ausgebildet ist; wobei das Verfahren Folgendes aufweist:Anlegen einer Umhüllung an einen längs voranbewegten Fluss, der Mehrheiten (Gruppen) einzelner Filter oder Filterelemente aufweist, die zwischen Doppelfilterstäben angeordnet sind, wobei jeder Doppelfilterstab zwei Filter/Elemente aufweist, die Ende an Ende miteinander verbunden sind, wobei die Filter/Filterelemente und Filterstäbe Ende an Ende auf Stoß aneinandergefügt sind, um dadurch einen kontinuierlichen umhüllten Stab zu bilden, der Mehrheiten (Gruppen) auf Stoß aneinandergefügter Filter oder Filterelemente aufweist, die zwischen Doppelfilterstäben angeordnet (und auf Stoß an sie angefügt) sind;Schneiden des kontinuierlich umhüllten Stabs deckungsgleich mit den Doppelfilterstäben, so dass der Doppelfilterstab in zwei einzelne Filter/Filterelemente geschnitten wird, um dadurch mehrere Produktstäbe bereitzustellen, die jeweils Filter oder Filterelemente aufweisen;Bilden der oder jeder Linie in der aber nicht durch die Umhüllung.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Produktstabs (1, 51, 101), der mehrere (z.B. 2 oder mehr, z.B. 4 bis 6) einzelne Tabakrauchfilter (3, 53, 103) oder Filterelemente, die Ende an Ende auf Stoß aneinandergefügt sind, und eine Umhüllung (5, 55, 105), die um die mehreren Filter oder Filterelemente in Anlage ist, aufweist, wobei die Umhüllung eine oder wenigstens eine Linie (7, 57, 107) enthält, die in der aber nicht durch die Umhüllung ausgebildet ist; wobei das Verfahren Folgendes aufweist:Anlegen einer Umhüllung, die eine oder wenigstens eine Linie enthält, die in der aber nicht durch die Umhüllung ausgebildet ist, an einen längs voranbewegten Fluss, der Mehrheiten (Gruppen) einzelner Filter oder Filterelemente aufweist, die zwischen Doppelfilterstäben angeordnet sind, wobei jeder Doppelfilterstab zwei Filter/Elemente aufweist, die Ende an Ende miteinander verbunden sind, wobei die Filter/Filterelemente und Filterstäbe Ende an Ende auf Stoß aneinandergefügt sind, um dadurch einen kontinuierlichen umhüllten Stab zu bilden, der Mehrheiten (Gruppen) auf Stoß aneinandergefügter Filter oder Filterelemente aufweist, die zwischen Doppelfilterstäben angeordnet (und auf Stoß an sie angefügt) sind;Schneiden des kontinuierlich umhüllten Stabs deckungsgleich mit den Doppelfilterstäben, so dass der Doppelfilterstab in zwei einzelne Filter/Filterelemente geschnitten wird, um dadurch mehrere Produktstäbe bereitzustellen, die jeweils Filter oder Filterelemente aufweisen.
