Abstract

Textiles that can be changed in shape by the consumer through certain measures can thereby create a sensational effect. They are considered refined and remain in the memory by a certain element of surprise. They are therefore happy to be used for special occasions, such as a guest or giveaway.

For example, a pair of jeans is known, which is initially designed as a book. By separating a leather back unfolds a portable jeans.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a textile product with particular sophistication, which is changeable in its shape with simple measures.

The object is achieved in that the design by irreversible dissolution of the fastener under water or by integrally pulling the fastener starting starting from one end of the seam is convertible. Both designs of the textile product can be used on their own and represent finished products. The first design does not form a precursor of the second design in the sense that it would be required anyway in the production process of the second design. The textile product may for example consist largely of cotton, linen, synthetic fiber or the like.

By dissolving the fastener, the seam is easily separated without mechanical aids and loses its binding effect. If the seam is formed from a plurality of threads, for example upper thread and lower thread, it may be sufficient for this purpose if only one thread dissolves. Of course, all seams that form a seam can also dissolve. Under irreversible dissolution is to be understood in this context, the loss of the thread-like shape of the fastener. This may mean that the fastener dissolves without residue and is no longer visible to the naked eye. The thread-like fastening means may be, for example, a filament yarn of polyvinyl alcohol, or another water-soluble material consisting of several fibers. A similar effect could be achieved using a water-soluble adhesive instead of a thread-like fastener seam. When the textile fastener is convertible by one-piece extraction of the fastener from one end, this also provides a simple way of severing the seam. It is advantageous if the seam is designed as a chain stitch, using only one thread. The chain stitch forms continuous rows of horizontal loops, each being held down and held by the next one. The exit and reentry point of the thread are identical. From the last embroidered loop, the seam can be easily removed by pulling out the fastener by pulling again. In contrast, ordinary seams must be loosened at several points, in part between each entry and exit point of the thread, with the aid of a mechanical tool. The fastener is separated at several points and therefore has no one-piece relationship more.

In an advantageous variant of the invention, the first design is directed to the fulfillment of a first use function and the second design is directed to the fulfillment of a second use function, which differs from the first use function. A different function of use here means that the textile product fulfills different functions in different design. This could e.g. be that it serves first as a carrying bag and in the second embodiment as a garment. Furthermore, it is advantageous if the textile product in the first embodiment forms a first information carrier and in the second design one of the first information carrier distinguishing second information carrier. In this way, different information can be conveyed by the two designs. Thus, for example, a first design may be provided with a first information surface, which is attached by means of a seam using the irreversible dissolvable fastening means. It is expedient if the textile fastening means can be dissolved in a washing process. Preferably, the fastening means with dissolving properties is chosen such that it dissolves under certain criteria, which are just fulfilled in a washing process. It would be possible, e.g. a certain minimum contact time with water, a certain temperature and / or mechanical friction. In this way, unintentional resolution could be caused by e.g. an unwanted wetting with water, but in which the criteria for the resolution are not met, are excluded. The washing process can thus enable a targeted dissolution of the fastener.

According to a preferred embodiment variant, it can be provided that the textile fastening means can be dissolved under the action of water at a temperature of at least 30 ° C. The temperature could be higher. In this way, for example, the textile product can be washable in the first design without a conversion taking place. In this case, a lower temperature is to be selected than the minimum dissolution temperature. Should the first design of the textile product to be converted into the second design, a washing temperature of at least the temperature for dissolution is selected.

If the textile product has several seams and if, for the different seams, textile fasteners with different release properties are used, this enables a flexible design of the textile product. In particular, more than two different designs could be realized. So could e.g. a first seam may be formed with a fastener that dissolves at 30 ° C and a second with a dissolving at 60 ° C fastener. A first design would then be convertible to a second by washing at a temperature T of 30 ° C ≤ T <60 ° C, and the second by washing at T ≥ 60 ° C into a third. For example, dissolution temperatures could also be at 20 ° C, 40 ° C and / or 80 ° C.

A further variant according to the invention can consist in that the textile fastening means can be dissolved under the action of water vapor, in particular under the action of a steam iron. Again, fasteners having dissolution characteristics other than washing could be used, such as a higher dissolution temperature. In this way, the textile product could be selectively converted via an ironing process.

Advantageously, one or more functional element (s) and / or information carrier are at least partially applied to the textile product by means of the textile fastening means, and in the conversion the functional elements and / or information carrier can be detached. Alternatively or additionally, they advantageously have a different function or design after the conversion. Functional elements may be, for example, bands or the like, which could serve as carrying handles in the first design, when the first design is, for example, a carrying bag. They are advantageously sewn to the textile product with the same fastening means, which is also used at the first seam. When converted to the second design, the bands come off and could then be used, for example, as a bracelet. Also, other connecting parts may be attached to the textile product, such as buttons, hooks, zip and / or Velcro closures. These may also be detachably connected to the textile product, for example via a water-soluble yarn or a water-soluble adhesive.

An additional design possibility is offered if at least the first design has at least one filling region in which the textile is double-layered, wherein a filling material is arranged between the layers. By the filling material, a three-dimensionality can be obtained in the filling area. It may be particularly advantageous if different amounts and / or types of film material are introduced in different areas, so that areas of different thickness can be created. These may e.g. separated by seams. It would be conceivable that the seams are made of water-soluble yarn, so that the three-dimensional filling area also dissolves. It is particularly advantageous if the filling material is irreversibly dissolved under the action of water. It is also conceivable that the textile product itself partially planar elements made of water-soluble textile, such as fleece, which dissolve irreversibly under the action of water. This offers further design options in the conversion of the textile product.

The invention is particularly advantageously applicable if the first design is a carrying bag and / or that the second design is a garment, in particular a T-shirt. In this case, the day bag with additional functional elements, in particular tapes, be provided as carrying handles. If the first functional function forms a carrying bag, it is advantageous if the fastening means has a high tear resistance.

The tote bag is particularly easy to convert into a T-shirt if the first design is based on a T-shirt as the starting form.
